I had my bridal shower at Ohio City Penthouse and I could not be happier! Julio and Ursula were attentive to guests and never let a glass go empty. I had guests coming up to me throughout the shower saying how beautiful the venue is and how wonderful the staff is. The food and desserts were amazing, and the decor was beautiful! They took my small idea for decor and made it look more beautiful than I could imagine. They were very accommodating, professional, and observant to what was needed. I am so happy we went with them and I cannot recommend them enough! -

I cannot express how perfect our experience was with Penthouse Events CLE. Ursula and Julio were amazing, so attentive and detail oriented. They handled everything for us and had great communication. The venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing! We are definitely going to have more parties here. -

If you want to work with the two most competent wedding planners ever in the most vibrant and beautiful wedding venue in town, then it has to be Penthouse Events CLE.
We planned our wedding in 6 weeks. I know it sounds crazy but we did it and it was absolutely flawless and perfect in every possible way. One major reason as to why this was possible is that we worked with Ursula and Julio; the two most competent wedding planners out there. See, with other venues, you typically get an event coordinator who gives you information about the hall/vendors, shows up on the day of the event, and that’s it. You have got to do everything else yourself. With Ursula and Julio though, that’s not the case. They help you with every tiny detail, their basic packages already include most of the things you need, and they go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is flawless.
The venue itself is breathtaking, if you visit during the weekdays to check it out, it would seem like a very ordinary conference room, but I want you to be sure that Ursula and Julio will completely transform it into the most beautiful and intimate venue for your special event. The views are remarkable, the service is outstanding, the atmosphere in the room is unparalleled.
Food was amazing. Their exclusive vendor (Zaytoon Lebanese Kitchen) is absolutely the best in town. Everyone loved the food.
Penthouse Events CLE was the very first venue we have checked out, and we did visit a lot of other venues after that but the good vibes we felt in this place were simply unparalleled.
To every couple planning their wedding, choose Penthouse Events CLE, choose Ursula and Julio. -

Greatest experience of our lives! With the stunning views at this venue there isn’t much that needs to happen to wow people. That didn’t stop Ursula and Julio from absolutely blowing us away from top to bottom. We knew we wanted a magical night and that was about it. When we showed up to the venue on the day everything was perfect and we had to worry about NOTHING. We will be having another event here for sure. I cannot recommend them enough. -

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Penthouse Events CLE this past Saturday. I was worried about planning a successful wedding in just 5 months but Ursula and Julio were absolutely incredible to work with and made the process extremely easy! Ursula’s recommendations saved us WEEKS in finding the perfect vendors, Julio and the rest of the team gave top notch service all night and we repeatedly were told we had the best food of any wedding guests had attended. To top it off, the venue has the best view we’ve seen of the Cleveland skyline and Lake! I loved how Penthouse team went above and beyond to create a PERFECT wedding day for us! We are forever grateful to them! -

Summary: Penthouse Events CLE were absolutely amazing. They were helpful, hassle free, and handled most of the planning. If you have an event in Cleveland I highly recommend using them.
We used Penthouse Events CLE to host our rehearsal dinner and we couldn't be happier with the decision! Right from when we first met Ursula and Julio to see the location, they were nothing but incredibly positive, helpful, and always excited to help us! We didn't live in the area so we were worried about the planning process but Ursula and Julio were amazing at handling pretty much everything! Because of our schedule, we only managed to see them three times. Once for the initial introduction to them and the venue, once for the tasting, and once for the actual event itself. They made sure that we got the most out of every visit and answered all the questions we had, and they were very prompt and thorough with answering emails so they made it not a problem! They even came up with two signature drinks for us when we gave them a vague idea of what we were thinking, and our guests loved them!
On the day of, we arrived and their staff were incredible at welcoming us and the venue itself looked beautiful. Ursula and Julio handled most of the designing (after we told them what kind of overall look we were going for very unspecifically) and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The dinner was also delicious and I didn't see many plates with food left on them at the end of the meal. -

I can not say enough wonderful things about this venue and the people running it! We had our wedding here in June of 2021 and it was completely fantastic. Ursula and Julio are an absolute dream to work with. Ursula was incredibly responsive to all our communication leading up to our big day and took care of every single detail. Our guests are still raving about the service during our big day - the staff was incredibly professional and kind. The appetizers and food was delicious and set up so cute! Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming and tedious - Ursula made planning our wedding stress-free and more beautiful than we could have ever hoped! I provided very minimal decorations and our jaws dropped when we walked in and saw everything for the first time. Ursula and Julio completely transform the space and take care of every single detail of the venue.
This venue is beyond cool and super unique. It gives an amazing view of Lake Erie and the city. Your guests will have a blast and so will you! :) -

Absolutely well beyond my expectations!!! Not only was this place stunning, with amazing views, but the venue itself is a dream!! Floor to ceiling windows, food was spectacular, decor, was top notch!!! The best part of this venue is... drumroll.... Ursula, Julio and their staff!!! They are the cherry on top of what was already a perfect venue!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! I am the bride and this was my wedding shower... it was incredible in so many ways!! I would 1000% recommend this venue, not only for the gorgeous views, delicious food and beautiful decor, but for the over the top attention to all the guests and the service! Julio made sure all glasses were never empty, all guests were guided to the venue by their amazing staff, Ursula made every detail perfect!! I’m already trying to find another event that they can host!!! I can’t say enough about this venue and the staff.... book them and you will find out how incredibly amazing this place is.... MAGICAL!!!! We will be booking them again... very soon!!!! -

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ursula and Julio at Penthouse Events CLE! Our wedding was supposed to be 300+ people, but due to COVID we had to downsize to around 30 guests. We decided to do this THREE weeks before our wedding date and Ursula and Julio came to the rescue! What normally would have been a very stressful planning experience given the very short timeline, turned into a relaxed, no -stress experience due to the expertise and professionalism of Ursula and Julio. They truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect! The space was set up perfectly and they added so many amazing details that I never would have thought of. Ursulas communication with me and my planner was exceptional! She constantly updated our contract with any last details I wanted to change. On our wedding day, everything went flawlessly thanks to this amazing duo! First off, the food was exceptional. We did not have time to do a tasting due to our short timeline, but we were so amazed when we tried the food on our wedding day. All of our guests could not stop raving about the amazing apps and entrees that next day. Second, Julio and Ursula catered to any need my husband or I had. They checked in with us and were so flexible with our timeline. After our wedding, Julio and Ursula even packaged up all of our decor for us to pick up the following Monday. Our wedding could not have gone better thanks to Ursula and Julio. Even our guests were raving about the amazing service that was provided by these two! We originally were so bummed about having to change our wedding plans, but thanks to these two and this beautiful venue space we were SO happy with how everything turned out. I cannot recommend Penthouse Events CLE enough! Thank you Julio and Ursula for making our wedding day truly the best day ever! -

This venue is a dream. Ursula & Julio took care of every detail of our day with such loving attention and grace. They made the inside and outside of the venue look gorgeous - draping linens, candles, chiavari chairs... I could go on and on! They are the true event planning dream team. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and planning was stress-free, thanks in large part to Ursula & Julio! The view alone was enough for us to book, but the staff went above and beyond to be sure everything was taken care of and planned beautifully! Highly recommend! -

Our Wedding Wonders
Hire them. There's no question that this is the best choice for your wedding. I truly cannot say enough about their excellent service, incredible food and constant communication. We had 25 days to pivot due to our COVID wedding changes once we decided to downsize which meant we had to pick a new caterer. Ursula and Julio were recommended to me and I am so grateful that they were. Nothing fazed them. Not even the rain on our wedding day that forced us to move our event indoors. Their excitement and reassurance that they had everything covered gave us such confidence. And when we walked in to our reception, we were blown away! Every detail was perfect. From the custom menu cards, to the centerpieces and special touches, they truly thought of everything. The food and custom cocktails were the talk of the night! Everyone loved them! But even more than that, I felt like Julio and Ursula were an extension of our family. They cared about making sure we were happy. I cannot recommend a vendor more. -

Amazing - venue, price, service, all of it!
My now husband and I cannot thank Ursula and Julio enough - they truly saved our wedding! Our wedding was rescheduled due to Covid-19, and we were searching for a venue. I happened upon Penthouse Events CLE, and went to check them out. They were the only venue/group that understood our wedding was going to be smaller than expected with a smaller budget, and needed to be organized in oh - six weeks!? With these two, we did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot explain the level of service they provided - from making our menus and place cards, creating a beautiful arch off the materials we dropped off, and making sure everything was organized. Not only did they understand our needs and offer amazing service, the venue itself leaves nothing lacking! The views are beautiful, the space is clean, their decor is perfect, etc! Ursula and Julio, thank you so much for making our day so special! -

I worked with Ursula and Julio (and their incredible staff) at the Skylight Penthouse this past weekend and was amazed. They are unbelievably professional, personable and thorough. They went so far above and beyond the expectations of the couple and myself. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the food was delicious, but Ursula and Julio are what really make Penthouse Events CLE a must hire for your event. As a wedding coordinator and planner, I have worked at multiple venues in Northeast Ohio and Skylight Penthouse is hands down my new favorite venue, the views are unmatched by any in Cleveland. If I could work with this team every weekend, I absolutely would! -

A diamond in the rough
I cannot thank Penthouse events CLE for the wonderful job they did for my wedding! They were very accommodating and exceeded expectations. I happened to find them by scrolling the internet while looking for a venue. I feel extremely blessed to have stumbled upon this place. All of my guests had never heard of this place and were pleasantly surprised and enquired about having their own events there. They provided decorations and food which was soooo good! I wish I could relive the day! It was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Julio and Ursula are very professional and will make your dreams come true, they are truly angels! We will have lasting memories to come! A million times thank you!!!!!!!! -

Ursula and Julio are TOP NOTCH 5 Star service. Everything from early planning and communication to last minute changes in headcount, to setup and overall vision and design of the event to the event execution, we simply could not have asked for a better team to work with. We hosted a baby shower and there was not a single detail overlooked. Ursula's eye for design is impeccable and both her and Julio's natural inclination for 5 star service is likely unmatched in the Cleveland area. The took coats, walked to each table asking if our guests needed drink refills, handling tear down of the entire event. Everything was covered. My family and I are already thinking of the next event we can host with this incredible duo! -

Penthouse Events took care of a last minute event that we had to move outside due to Covid. They took care of every detail from the delicious meal to the centerpieces and menu cards. Their staff was super friendly and a real pleasure to work with. We were very pleased. Top notch, I highly recommend!
