  You don't have to look anymore! Penthouse Event CLE is the BEST!!!

  Penthouse Events CLE is amazing and always provides high class, top quality, personalized services for any of my personal events. I have had them cater birthday parties, large networking events, intimate dinners, and board room events. Each and every time they go above and beyond. Their service is the best in the city. Everyone ALWAYS leaves saying what a great time they had, that the atmosphere was beautiful, it feels regal, and that they can't wait for the next event. I HIGHLY recommend Penthouse Events CLE. If you want your wedding or event to be unique and don't like the stuffy feel of a hotel, then you need to check out Penthouse Events. If you aren't using Penthouse Events CLE..you and your guests are missing out on the best view of Cleveland AND best service in Cleveland!

  Baby Shower

  We hosted my daughter's baby shower at Penthouse Events CLE. It was elegantly magical. Ursula and Julio attended to every detail. The customer service was extraordinary. Our guests were amazed not only at the beauty of the room but also the incredible service from the moment they stepped foot into the building.

  Exceptional venue and event planning team

  The venue and event team are exceptional. So easy to work with: friendly, professional, 'leave it to us' . We never had to sweat the details. We received many compliments about the food. Excellent value. We would definitely recommend Penthouse Events.

  Quick Turnaround, Stress-free Planning

  My husband and I had our intimate wedding at PHE in February 2021. Ursula and Julio are fabulous! I can't say enough positive things about our experience. We had less than 6 weeks to put the whole thing together and Ursula totally took the reins and relieved all my planning stress. She recommended vendors and helped coordinate day-of events. We had about 20 people and everyone raved about the food and decor. Had it been above 20 degrees, we would've used the stunning balcony. Highly recommend PHE for any event - showers, birthdays, even small weddings!

  You have got to choose Penthouse Events CLE

  If you want to work with the two most competent wedding planners ever in the most vibrant and beautiful wedding venue in town, then it has to be Penthouse Events CLE.
  
  We planned our wedding in 6 weeks. I know it sounds crazy but we did it and it was absolutely flawless and perfect in every possible way. One major reason as to why this was possible is that we worked with Ursula and Julio; the two most competent wedding planners out there. See, with other venues, you typically get an event coordinator who gives you information about the hall/vendors, shows up on the day of the event, and that’s it. You have got to do everything else yourself. With Ursula and Julio though, that’s not the case. They help you with every tiny detail, their basic packages already include most of the things you need, and they go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is flawless.
  
  The venue itself is breathtaking, if you visit during the weekdays to check it out, it would seem like a very ordinary conference room, but I want you to be sure that Ursula and Julio will completely transform it into the most beautiful and intimate venue for your special event. The views are remarkable, the service is outstanding, the atmosphere in the room is unparalleled.
  
  Food was amazing. Their exclusive vendor (Zaytoon Lebanese Kitchen) is absolutely the best in town. Everyone loved the food.
  
  Penthouse Events CLE was the very first venue we have checked out, and we did visit a lot of other venues after that but the good vibes we felt in this place were simply unparalleled.

  Most Beautiful Spot in Cleveland!

  Greatest experience of our lives! With the stunning views at this venue there isn’t much that needs to happen to wow people. That didn’t stop Ursula and Julio from absolutely blowing us away from top to bottom. We knew we wanted a magical night and that was about it. When we showed up to the venue on the day everything was perfect and we had to worry about NOTHING. We will be having another event here for sure. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Absolutely out of this world!

  This venue is a dream. Ursula & Julio took care of every detail of our day with such loving attention and grace. They made the inside and outside of the venue look gorgeous - draping linens, candles, chiavari chairs... I could go on and on! They are the true event planning dream team. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and planning was stress-free, thanks in large part to Ursula & Julio! The view alone was enough for us to book, but the staff went above and beyond to be sure everything was taken care of and planned beautifully! Highly recommend!

  Where to begin? From the first time we saw the cityscape and frozen lake and met Ursula and Julio we were hooked. They were professional, gracious, flexible and immediately captured the our vision.
  
  They were super easy to work with and easy to contact over the ensuing months. Their recommendations for vendors were all home runs with equally excellent people and high quality work.
  
  However, the night of the wedding we were blown away by the Penthouse. The decorations, the view, the atmosphere was one in a million. Ursula was prepared for any dress or bouquet mishap. The food was absolutely out of this world and universally loved by all. We have guests 4-5 days later still calling us to compliment us on the incredible wedding but especially the service and professionalism of the staff working the wedding who went way above the norm to wine and dine each guest and make them feel as special as us, the bride and groom.
  
  This team is amazing and made our wedding one that will never be forgotten by ourselves or our guests.

  Can’t recommend Penthouse Events enough! As a bride, having Ursula and Julio there to handle everything and let you just sit back and enjoy your day is priceless. I never worried about a single detail. Everything was beautiful and elegant and everyone had an amazing time. Would recommend 10 out of 10! And you can’t get better views anywhere!

  This is a gorgeous venue with the best event planners!

  I highly recommend Penthouse Events CLE for your next event. The staff, specifically Ursula and Julio, are AMAZING! They managed every detail for us and provide excellent service. We could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them. I cannot thank them enough!! Everything is first class, from décor, to service, to food. The venue is also gorgeous and the view is spectacular! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

  My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Penthouse Events CLE this past Saturday. I was worried about planning a successful wedding in just 5 months but Ursula and Julio were absolutely incredible to work with and made the process extremely easy! Ursula’s recommendations saved us WEEKS in finding the perfect vendors, Julio and the rest of the team gave top notch service all night and we repeatedly were told we had the best food of any wedding guests had attended. To top it off, the venue has the best view we’ve seen of the Cleveland skyline and Lake! I loved how Penthouse team went above and beyond to create a PERFECT wedding day for us! We are forever grateful to them!

  Fantastic and made the whole planning very easy!

  Summary: Penthouse Events CLE were absolutely amazing. They were helpful, hassle free, and handled most of the planning. If you have an event in Cleveland I highly recommend using them.
  
  We used Penthouse Events CLE to host our rehearsal dinner and we couldn't be happier with the decision! Right from when we first met Ursula and Julio to see the location, they were nothing but incredibly positive, helpful, and always excited to help us! We didn't live in the area so we were worried about the planning process but Ursula and Julio were amazing at handling pretty much everything! Because of our schedule, we only managed to see them three times. Once for the initial introduction to them and the venue, once for the tasting, and once for the actual event itself. They made sure that we got the most out of every visit and answered all the questions we had, and they were very prompt and thorough with answering emails so they made it not a problem! They even came up with two signature drinks for us when we gave them a vague idea of what we were thinking, and our guests loved them!
  
  On the day of, we arrived and their staff were incredible at welcoming us and the venue itself looked beautiful. Ursula and Julio handled most of the designing (after we told them what kind of overall look we were going for very unspecifically) and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The dinner was also delicious and I didn't see many plates with food left on them at the end of the meal.

  Absolutely well beyond my expectations!!! Not only was this place stunning, with amazing views, but the venue itself is a dream!! Floor to ceiling windows, food was spectacular, decor, was top notch!!! The best part of this venue is... drumroll.... Ursula, Julio and their staff!!! They are the cherry on top of what was already a perfect venue!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! I am the bride and this was my wedding shower... it was incredible in so many ways!! I would 1000% recommend this venue, not only for the gorgeous views, delicious food and beautiful decor, but for the over the top attention to all the guests and the service! Julio made sure all glasses were never empty, all guests were guided to the venue by their amazing staff, Ursula made every detail perfect!! I’m already trying to find another event that they can host!!! I can’t say enough about this venue and the staff.... book them and you will find out how incredibly amazing this place is....   No need to search any further! The staff at Penthouse Events CLE (PEC) are world-class professionals. I am a busy out-of-state career woman who hosted my sister's wedding shower. Ursula and Julio are flexible, fun to work with, and made great referrals and recommendations to make the event such a special day for our family. The Skyline view is STUNNING which is only matched to the indoor decor. I highly recommend booking with PEC and supporting small WOB!

  They beat my expectations!! Loved the experience

  Where I do even start! I had to plan a small Indian Covid wedding within months and wanted to a unique venue to do it. As soon as I called and spoke to Ursula I just had a great feeling about working with them. I was absolutely right! They took on 3 Indian events for their first time and blew my expectations out of the water! Ursula and Julio were so attentive to detail and made sure they understood and elevated my vision. When it all came together, they just brought me to tears. I will forever be thankful to them for all of their hard work, positive energy, and making the biggest weekend of my life so spectacular and beautiful. (Feel free to see nitin and Pam’s wedding in their Instagram page!). I highly recommend working with them at their beautiful venue overlooking Cleveland. You will not be disappointed :)

  Out of this world.

  There was nothing easy about planning a wedding in 2020…until we met Ursula and Julio of Penthouse Events CLE. Due to the pandemic, our plans were constantly evolving (down to the week before the event). Ursula and Julio were fantastic partners during this process and put our minds at ease throughout. Their flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and impeccable taste created a night that we will never forget. We will truly be forever grateful! Our families cannot stop raving about our hosts! We are anxious for the chance to host another event here!

  Breathtaking!

  The room provides a breathtaking view from the roof top setting. The room and a magical quality to it. Working with Ursula was easy and made the process that more enjoyable

  Wonderful experience!

  We had a family reunion, where Ursula, Julio, Ingrid, and David worked. When planning the event, Ursula was very accommodating with suggestions and helpful all along the way. She directed people from the lobby to the fabulous rooftop venue. Once in the venue, Julio was very efficient behind the bar and Ingrid in serving. They were friendly and pleasant throughout the night. The caterer was David Ina. People raved about the food and service. Ursula and Julio made sure everything was done to perfection and worked very hard to achieve that. Our family still talks about the wonderful time they had at the event. You couldn’t have asked for better hosts, staff and food. It truly was a memorable occasion.

  Exceptional Venue and Staff

  I cannot express how perfect our experience was with Penthouse Events CLE. Ursula and Julio were amazing, so attentive and detail oriented. They handled everything for us and had great communication. The venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing! We are definitely going to have more parties here.

  The best experience Ever!

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ursula and Julio at Penthouse Events CLE! Our wedding was supposed to be 300+ people, but due to COVID we had to downsize to around 30 guests. We decided to do this THREE weeks before our wedding date and Ursula and Julio came to the rescue! What normally would have been a very stressful planning experience given the very short timeline, turned into a relaxed, no -stress experience due to the expertise and professionalism of Ursula and Julio. They truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect! The space was set up perfectly and they added so many amazing details that I never would have thought of. Ursulas communication with me and my planner was exceptional! She constantly updated our contract with any last details I wanted to change. On our wedding day, everything went flawlessly thanks to this amazing duo! First off, the food was exceptional. We did not have time to do a tasting due to our short timeline, but we were so amazed when we tried the food on our wedding day. All of our guests could not stop raving about the amazing apps and entrees that next day. Second, Julio and Ursula catered to any need my husband or I had. They checked in with us and were so flexible with our timeline. After our wedding, Julio and Ursula even packaged up all of our decor for us to pick up the following Monday. Our wedding could not have gone better thanks to Ursula and Julio. Even our guests were raving about the amazing service that was provided by these two! We originally were so bummed about having to change our wedding plans, but thanks to these two and this beautiful venue space we were SO happy with how everything turned out. I cannot recommend Penthouse Events CLE enough! Thank you Julio and Ursula for making our wedding day truly the best day ever!

  Amazing - venue, price, service, all of it!

  My now husband and I cannot thank Ursula and Julio enough - they truly saved our wedding! Our wedding was rescheduled due to Covid-19, and we were searching for a venue. I happened upon Penthouse Events CLE, and went to check them out. They were the only venue/group that understood our wedding was going to be smaller than expected with a smaller budget, and needed to be organized in oh - six weeks!? With these two, we did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot explain the level of service they provided - from making our menus and place cards, creating a beautiful arch off the materials we dropped off, and making sure everything was organized. Not only did they understand our needs and offer amazing service, the venue itself leaves nothing lacking! The views are beautiful, the space is clean, their decor is perfect, etc! Ursula and Julio, thank you so much for making our day so special!

  Our Wedding Wonders

  Hire them. There's no question that this is the best choice for your wedding. I truly cannot say enough about their excellent service, incredible food and constant communication. We had 25 days to pivot due to our COVID wedding changes once we decided to downsize which meant we had to pick a new caterer. Ursula and Julio were recommended to me and I am so grateful that they were. Nothing fazed them. Not even the rain on our wedding day that forced us to move our event indoors. Their excitement and reassurance that they had everything covered gave us such confidence. And when we walked in to our reception, we were blown away! Every detail was perfect. From the custom menu cards, to the centerpieces and special touches, they truly thought of everything. The food and custom cocktails were the talk of the night! Everyone loved them! But even more than that, I felt like Julio and Ursula were an extension of our family. They cared about making sure we were happy. I cannot recommend a vendor more.
