Alexis was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. Everything went as smooth as possible and I highly recommend the eagle's nest to anyone looking for a great indoor venue.

Sutisa - our coordinator was the most wonderful person and made our wedding the best event of the year (of our lives) and the catering staff was so wonderful.

Our wedding was PERFECT. Pechanga was the perfect place. We met at Pechanga and so we wanted to have our wedding there. Kristi made this happen and it was better than I ever expected. I was planning this wedding from another state and Kristi was very patient with me and got back to me asap. She was very helpful in every way. Our day could not have been better.

We had our reception at Pechanga and the professionalism was great. The ballroom looked fantastic and the set up was great. I was very happy with the cocktail hour and dinner/dance.

We had our daughters wedding at Journey's End Golf Course at Pechanga. They were incredible in every aspect and our coordinator, Kristi Gentile was a pleasure to work with. She took total control of everything and made it a beautiful day for our family. Gave us all peace of mind. Amazing day!

My husband and I are from Milwaukee, WI and were planning a wedding in Temecula, CA. It was extremely important that our vendors be able to communicate mostly through email and phone calls. We were having a vineyard wedding, and while we did not have our actual wedding at Pechanga Resort & Casino, they were the exclusive hotel that we had a room block with for our wedding! Everything about our wedding was truly about us and what we love. One of the things we both enjoy, is going to the casino, so of course we had to have that incorporated somehow!

Most of our communications were with Tina, Araceli, and Tiffany. Everyone was absolutely great to work with! They were super responsive and helped to make sure everything was right!

There was construction going on 24 hours a day during our stay, however, we never really heard the construction noise. It was a bit noisy from the club on Friday and Saturday night, so thankfully our wedding was a Monday wedding and we were able to sleep peacefully Sunday night.

The morning of the wedding, the concierge staff was great as well and brought items up for us that we completely forgot to get enough of. The security guards that are by the elevators even asked for a list of our vendors that they should expect!!! Thank you Pechanga!!

We had our wedding at Jorney's End (Golfcourse Clubhouse) and it was absolutely perfect.
The food is amazing and we thank chef Scott Minervini for the hard work he put into the menu.
The pastry chef made our wedding cake and it was beyond unique, beautiful and tasted great. It wasn't your typical run of the mill boring cake.
The coordinator was very responsive, flexible and willing to do whatever I wanted.
It was an overall wonderful experience.

The banquet coordinator was nice and flexible. However, on the day of the wedding, things went crazy! The valet were very rude. It was pouring that day and they only left one lane for people to pass. They would not let us drop off people and told us to get in line. We stayed the night before and after at their hotel, and the service from the valet was just poor! I informed the supervisor about what had happened to us but that was it. Did I mention my wedding dress got wet because they would not let us unload our belongings in the front. I told them that they should have cleared the other lanes instead of parking the cars there. But nobody listened. When the flowers arrived, the room was not ready. They made us wait, and wait, and wait. Even one of their staff got mad because he could not believe that the banquet coordinator and the other staff did not communicate about what time the room should be open.
Then later that evening, guests asked me about fruits. I told them that it was included in our buffet. So I asked around if they saw some fruits. Well, they had some grapes used to decorate on the cheese platter. I emailed the banquet coordinator about it and she said according to the staff, fruits were served. Well, THAT WAS IT. No compensation from them AT ALL!. They charge so much for every little thing but when its their fault, they would not do anything for you. They did not even refund our money for the fruits they did not serve! Oh, their NY steak was overcooked according to our guests. They do not offer food tasting!
