Elegant evening
great location to have a beautiful evening . We had our wedding reception here Kathy is wonderful and her staff. The place is beautiful and the prices are so great for what you get. Highly recommend them. -

Kathy was amazing!
My now husband and I chose this venue while we were both deployed overseas and dealing with Kathy while deployed was so pleasant and effortless. Kathy went above and beyond for him and I and I couldn’t have asked for a better night. Kathy was never shy about giving her experienced input, but never tried to control any decision that we made. Wonderful person and coordinator! -

I am beyond happy with my experience at pebble creek. My guests all loved the food and layout of the place. It was absolutely beautiful. Kathy was the real gem of this place from the begging she was always very quick to respond to any questions. She helped coordinate the day and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. she made the whole experience wonderful and stress free. I wish I could relive my wedding day forever! If you are in search of a venue look no further this place is perfect !! -

We also were able to decorate the night before AND pick everything back up the next day. Kathy went above and beyond for us and for that I am very grateful!

I loved the covered area for the ceremony. It was perfect. I also loved the reception room because of the big windows that overlooked the golf course. I would definitely recommend this venue. It was nice and clean and Kathy couldn't have done a better job helping me out. -

Carmen Sent on 01/21/2015Wow! Our December wedding experience at Pebble Creek was definitely first-class! The venue was laid out perfectly for cocktails, ceremony and reception (indoors/outdoors). The back-up plan for a rainy day was perfect. The lush outdoors made the ceremony/wedding just gorgeous. Kathy Warren was a pleasure to work with from our 1st visit, to signing the contract, providing vendor referrals, consulting, answering my thousands of detailed-oriented questions, and excellent-customer service! I really LOVED this place and her --- and highly recommend. It's certainly one of very few places in Tampa that you get so much more at a great value and with impeccable quality. Our guests raved about the food and how beautiful everything was. Thank PBC and Kathy! -

Sent on 10/08/2014We looked long and hard for a venue that would give us what we needed: Indoor/outdoor space, in case of weather - especially in Florida, central to friends and family, and budget friendly. If it was a venue, we checked it out. Nothing clicked until we met Kathy Warren at Pebble Creek. She was warm, understanding and willing to work with whatever we wanted to do! We had planned for the ceremony to take place on the first tee, but again, being Florida, we were thwarted at the last hour with rain. Kathy and her staff set everything up on their verandah and it couldn't have been more perfect! I didn't need a DOC because I dropped things off on Saturday with Kathy and everything was set up just as we were told. The reception was beautiful and perfect for our small party of 50. Kathy and her staff at Pebble Creek will make your day the best day you can imagine!! Don't hesitate to book your wedding or special event here. You'll be in good hands! -

We heard over and over from our guests how great the food was and how much fun they had....Everyone we came into contact at Pebble Creek was great! Gina Sent on 08/05/2011The venue itself is prefect and made for the most beautiful wedding pictures everywhere! The banquet servers were very professional and set up every thing very nicely, as well as served the guests with excellence.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who has their own wedding coordinator.

Kathy was a joy to work with. I planned my entire wedding in 4 months and did it from abroad. I didn't see the venue live until the day before my wedding. Kathy made the process seamless and stress-free. She had pictures of everything that helped me visualize what I wanted and what I would get. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out for this very special occasion! -

Kathy was pretty good about getting back with emails and phone calls and despite me living in a different state, helped tremendously with dealing with the distance. Because I had my small wedding on a Sunday, she was gracious enough to allow my ceremony and reception to be in the big banquet room with set up the day before (due to no events scheduled). It was affordable and worked perfectly! The only issue I had was that the tea/soda/coffee bar had somehow gone amiss but people were loving on the bar anyways so I don't think they minded. We were able to bring our own games and decorations (With her providing some neat center piece mirrors), and have at it! The freedom of the space made it easy on our budget and allowed more creativity in the well lit, windowed room. It was a beautiful space. The staff at the bar were helpful as well and Kathy did so much to help everything go smoothly when I myself had no idea what to do. :)
Also, lots of outdoor space for beautiful natural light photos! -

The amazing view of the outside of the venue and golf area is almost deceiving. Almost as if Kathy and her “team” rely solely on the beautiful trees to sell the events she holds at Pebble Creek Golf Club.
Although the outdoors were beautiful, the service, accommodation, communication, and overall experience was just poor. I’m not sure how they have 5 star reviews on here? Can you delete negative reviews on here?
I emailed Kathy about our poor experience but haven’t heard back yet. No apology, no nothing. Not surprised.
We went with this place because of how nice and accommodating Kathy was in the beginning. When we went to our tasting, the potatoes were really hard and she said the cook was in a hurry. Assured us that it will not be like this on the wedding day. Sure enough, they were just like how it was - almost broke a tooth.
Kathy had booked a last minute event for the night before our wedding, so we had to come in the early AM to decorate the venue. When my bridal party went to decorate, there was no one there guiding them where to go. Only yeah, dirty linens, some tables missing. So naturally I get a called from husband and I call Kathy. She picks up and is rude to me and says “well there was an event the night before”..so I guess it was too much to ask for a clean venue so we can decorate for our own event.
Insane...
I was too stressed to even think so I just asked her to have someone meet my bridal party there so finally someone shows up to meet with them.
They start to set up the ceremony chairs and arch 30 mins before my ceremony starts...so our ceremony didn’t start until 4:20 ish.
We had to force Kathy to have the bar guests at the pub leave the veranda because we couldn’t decorate it until they left. She was rude about it to us...how can we possibly ask her for such a thing right???
Just overall a bad taste in our mouths. They over promised and under delivered. Kathy loves to talk, and I guess that’s why she’s the sales person there — get a sale no matter what.
Yes the outdoors were beautiful. Yes they managed to get the 1 chicken dish we had done correctly minus the potatoes which were like rocks. Yes they managed to set up the tables with dishes, cutlery, and cups. But service was utter crap. Communication was crap. They attitudes were crap.
And they had the audacity to start cleaning right at the hour when our event was supposed to be over, even after they delayed my ceremony and reception because they didn’t guide anyone anywhere and started setting things up late.
I would just go elsewhere.
