From the moment we stepped into Pazzos, we were truly wowed. We didn’t feel the need to tour any other venues—this was a one-and-done decision for us. Not only is the space absolutely stunning, but its location in the heart of downtown, right next to the Sears Tower, made it even more special.

Rali, the coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to every request and ensured the entire day flowed seamlessly. The owner, Jaxer, was also incredible—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have chosen a venue with better food, a better atmosphere, or better people.

The entire staff was fantastic, and we loved every single minute of our celebration at Pazzos. Highly recommend.

We had our wedding at Pazzo's and it was absolutely incredible! The venue was gorgeous - elegant, beautiful, and sophisticated - we got so many comments from guests! Rali was incredibly helpful and fun to work with, and all the staff and servers at the venue were amazing and professional. The food and drinks were amazing as well - definitely get the European dessert table!!! Overall we had an incredible time and would definitely recommend Pazzo's!

Pazzo’s exceeded expectations in every single way. From our initial visit, we felt attended to, and listened to. Carmen was the coordinator we first spoke with, and we felt immediately at ease with her knowledge and expertise. After signing, and having our HUNDREDS of questions answered, we learned that Carmen was retiring. With much hesitation, we met with Rali to ensure nothing was lost in translation and our worries were immediately erased. She GETS it all and never made us feel bad for bombarding her with questions, taking dozens of pictures, or dropping in unannounced to measure things. The food was amazing. The Pazzo’s staff was on top of everything. The space is stellar and incredibly elegant. They allowed us to drop things off 2 days before (including 100’s of cookies), literally assemble the centerpieces 1 day before, and helped our family pickup all our items the day after. From this type A project manager, I could not ask for a better professional to plan our wedding, if I had to do it again, I would trust Rali and the Pazzo’s team wholeheartedly.

The team at Pazzo's 311 made my wedding day on October 16, 2021 absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a beautiful and unique space in the heart of downtown Chicago, Pazzo's in the vendor to book!
When we realized that we would need to postpone our wedding that was originally scheduled for October 2020, Faye and Carmen made the process incredibly easy and put my mind at ease about moving the date. Having people so helpful and supportive during that difficult time made rescheduling so much easier.
Rali was our main event coordinator, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is professional, organized, responsive, and so incredibly kind. She ensured that our wedding was perfect. Rali provided so many helpful suggestions about the flow of the evening, decorations, and overall set up. We dropped off our decorations with some photos and descriptions of how we envisioned things to be set up, and when I walked in on the day of the wedding, everything was set up EXACTLY how I envisioned it and looked even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Every little detail was included.
The food was also absolutely delicious too. We had 4 different appetizers, and Pazzo's kept them coming. People definitely got their fill during cocktail hour. We had three meal options: steak and chicken, orange roughy, and eggplant parmesan. Guests compliments the food all night. They were extremely accommodating of our guests dietary restrictions including vegan, gluten free, and nut allergies. Rali also provided us with a late night pizza option, which we set up along with slices of cake and coffee at the end of the night. It was a huge hit! After the wedding, Rali even emailed me some photos that she had taken of the event, which was so kind and went above and beyond.
If you're looking for a venue in downtown Chicago, I cannot stress enough that you should choose Pazzo's They have years of experience in the wedding industry, and it shows in their professionalism, support, warmth, and organization. My day was perfect, and a huge part of that was because of the amazing team at Pazzo's!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pazzos as a wedding venue!! We had our wedding at Pazzos in July 2021 and I was absolutely blown away at how flawless everything went. The food was amazing, the space is breath taking, the service is top notch, and not to mention the event coordinator, Rali, is an absolute rock star!!!!! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and venue. They are very responsive and helped us have our dream wedding!!! Look no further ♥️

I cannot say enough good things about Pazzo's and Fay, the onsite coordinator! Several venues in Chicago required a lot work - bringing in chairs or tables or catering or buying all your own alcohol. While some brides like making those choices, I was planning my Chicago wedding from Boston, so I was looking for a beautiful venue with great food in one. I luckily found it in Pazzo's - and all for a reasonable price per person.

First off, the space itself - wow. The building is located right next to Sears Tower, and for out of town guests, it's really exciting to be so close to an icon. The room has high 75+ foot ceilings with a gorgeous atrium. This is where we ate dinner. The cocktail hour and dancing happened in the Pazzo's restaurant (to be near the bar, of course)! After I looked at other hotel/banquet rooms with few windows and saw Pazzo's unique space, I knew it was "the one."

Fay was so responsive and easy to talk to. She has been working at Pazzo's for 20+ years, and you can tell she is an expert when it comes to weddings. It was so reassuring to have her throughout the process. She was also very flexible and truly wanted to help you out and make it the best day for you and your guests! I also needed to bring in decor two days prior to the wedding (as opposed to the day before) for logistical reasons, and Fay let me store 220 pumpkins, 11 lanterns, the favors, name tags and more in her office.

The food was also top-notch. I have been to 30+ weddings in 5 years, and some weddings have dry or cold food. Not with Pazzo's! Everything was so tasty and the food came out very quickly. (FYI, I am a salmon eater through and through, but the filet/chicken combination was incredible and a crowd pleaser! We did also have the salmon, and I heard from guests it was also wonderful.) The late night pizza was definitely also appreciated :)

They were also very accommodating with allowing us to bring in desserts from a family bakery. They set up the table beautifully.

Finally, the bartenders were always moving and no one was ever at the bar waiting long for a drink - which everyone appreciates :)

You will not regret having your restaurant at Pazzo's! (Also, my mom was very insistent we have good food, so we actually ate at the restaurant prior to signing the contract. It's a great way to sample the filet, chicken, salmon entrees before you put down the deposit!)

Fay was amazing during our wedding experience. She worked with our needs and went above and beyond for us. We loved the venue. It was a real dream and people were raving about the food & venue space. I am so happy we got married there!! We had the time of our lives!

The only thing I would note:
Make sure your DJ knows how to work with the large space and atrium. We told our DJ about the space and he said it would be no problem. People were able to hear the music but not the speeches. If you have people sitting on top you will need speakers up there as well, and possibly behind pillars for the speeches.

I can’t say enough good about working with Fay, Carmen, Jaser and the entire crew at Pazzo’s 311 for our wedding. The venue is beautiful, the food was great and the cost compared to other venues in and around Chicago was extremely reasonable.

Just had our wedding there this past weekend, it is a beautiful venue with great food. Worked with Faye who organized the event and she was great, reliable and flexible. (did I mention we only started planning 3 months before!). Highly recommend!

Pazzo's at 311 is a spectacular venue. Deciding to have our wedding here was the best decision we made.
We fell in love with the art deco drama of the space.
The service provided specifically by Faye was unmatched. I am so grateful for her patience and grace; in addition to her quality and experience.
Both our ceremony and reception were held at Pazzo's and they do a great job managing both events.
We rented table cloths and napkins from another provider however we used Pazzo's chairs, chargers, silverware and glassware.
I read previous reviews about the tastiness of the food and some of my guests echoed similar sentiments.

We recently had our wedding at Pazzo's , and it was everything that my wife and I could have hoped for.

Location- Its convenient downtown Chicago location made it very easy for our guests to attend from neighboring hotels. Additionally for those that chose to drive to the event, there was an adjacent cash parking lot , which is rare for a downtown wedding.

Venue- The venue is beautifully decorated with marble and has an scenic open view atrium with an impressive Greek statue as a backdrop.

Food/Bar- everyone ranted and raved about how much they enjoyed the plated dinner. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the chicken vesuvio was flavorful. The open bar service was fantastic.

Service- the best part of Pazzo's is the service. Fay Sweeney is the crown jewel of the operation, very attentive and polite. Additionally, all of the other staff members were very prompt and attentive with their service.


If youre looking to have your wedding in downtown Chicago, then Pazzo's cant be beat. (Venue, service, food, location, offers the best value price point when compared to other downtown venues)

Pazzo's is a great venue with a great staff, coordinator and food. They are very accommodating, from rehearsal a day before, to the wedding day, tasting and everything in between, it was a pleasure working with them. Fay is very attentive and she will help any way she can to make your wedding day perfect.

Faye and the entire Pazzo's staff were so easy to work with during the entire process and so flexible and attentive on the day of the wedding, we're so grateful for all of the work they put into making our event special and stress-free. The food was fantastic, the drinks flowed freely and everybody went home happy. Of all the venues we saw in the downtown Chicago area, nobody had Pazzo's combination of unique beauty and value. During our search for wedding venues, we ended up stumbling across Pazzo's @ 311 on wedding wire. It was the last venue we looked at, because as soon as we arrived and met with Fay, we decided to book and move forward with Pazzo's. Best decision!! First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the natural lighting that comes through from all of the windows in the atrium is wonderful, Fay is amazing, and coordinated everything, she was responsive, patient, and professional. Also, the whole team the day of the event was wonderful, and everything went seamlessly. We were so happy with how everything on our wedding day turned out. You won't regret booking your wedding day at Pazzo's!

I think the best decision I made regarding my wedding was to have both my ceremony and reception at Pazzo's. The venue is stunning, with a giant atrium that gives a beautiful view of the city, including the Willis Tower. My out-of-town guests were raving about how gorgeous the venue was for days after our wedding. The food was also amazing. We were able to serve a paired entree, which our guests loved. The filet was especially delicious, as were the big and colorful antipasto platters that were set at each table. I also found Fay, Pazzo's wedding coordinator, to be very easy to work with. She was responsive to my calls and emails and has a lot of experience in the wedding industry. She provided good advice and was helpful as we planned our wedding. Our wedding day was perfect -- no major mishaps and the day turned out as well as I could have hoped for! I would highly recommend this venue to any Chicago bride.

Pazzo's is an amazing venue, absolutely breathtaking even without a wedding set up in the space. Fay is great and we loved working with her. She was so hopefully and responsive during the entire process. She gave our wedding great attention and detail. All of our guests are still telling us about how amazing the venue was and that they loved the food and dessert. We would not change a thing about our wedding, everything was amazing! We would recommend Pazzo's and Fay to anyone looking for a wedding or special event space.

We just had our wedding reception at Pazzo's a couple weeks ago and it was perfect! Literally a dream wedding! We had so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was and what a classy event we had. The wedding coordinator, Fay, was amazing - so much help! She set up the lighting, linens and dance floor too which was nice because I had enough on my plate. She was so nice and worked with me so much before the big day that I am going to actually miss her! The venue looked breathtaking!

We had a band (awesome band by the way called Hey Jimmy) that played in the atrium area and they sounded awesome! So if you read any comments about an echo in the atrium, I would ignore them - just work w/Fay to make sure that band/DJ has proper sound equipment. The music and band at our wedding sounded amazing. I will comment that we had difficulty with toasts having a bit of an echo in the atrium so that is maybe worth practicing or testing out before the big day with your DJ or band. It was not a big deal though and we were able to hear the toasts fine which matters! Plus, the beautiful tall ceilings are worth it!

Overall perfect day and perfect venue! We were both so pleased! I am so glad that we went with Pazzo's over other venues that we were considering in the city! If you are interested in this venue, book early because it fills up quickly! Thank you Fay!

Incredible beautiful venue with amazingly supportive staff. Our guests were raving about Pazzo's days after the ceremony and reception. We could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out. Fay makes any request a breeze and put us at ease from our first meeting. Cannot recommend enough.

When looking for our venue we wanted a unique place, with great food, and affordable pricing. We found out about Pazzos on weddingwire, we watched the four weddings episode " and a rockin harmonica" and went to try the food. It was amazing! The best part of the venue was Fay, who helped us coordinate everything. She recommended other vendors who turned out to be phenomenal, she promptly returned my calls and emails, and she really helped us achieve our dream wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, and at least try the food while you are shopping for venues!

Fay at Pazzos coordinated our wedding there. She was amazing! Great to work with and such a sweet person, who defiantly has a lot of experience in events. Everything turned out perfect! My husband and I got married at Pazzo's last summer. Working with Fay, the event coordinator, was wonderful. She is very responsive with emails and phone calls. We were in constant communication and she really listens to your vision and requests.

On the evening of our wedding, the service was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and our guests noticed the quality of service. The food was delicious and our guests raved about the steak.

The venue itself is gorgeous; therefore, you don't have to have large centerpieces and decor.

I would highly recommend this venue.

Thank you to Fay and Carmen and the staff at Pazzo's that made our wedding day run perfectly. We have received so many compliments on the venue and the food and the wine and the service. We loved the flexibility of the menu and the willingness to accommodate our requests. The bar staff did a great job preparing our signature cocktails. Communication was timely and we truly felt like we were the only wedding on their calendar.

We searched the Chicagoland area for a wedding reception venue as we were from outside the area. We looked at multiple venues and fell in love with Pazzo's when we walked in the door. The interior is beautiful and makes for an elegant yet light-hearted event. The staff was also very helpful (Fay, in particular) and met with us on the weekends as we were unavailable during the week. During the event itself, everything was set up and all the details were perfect. The food was delicious, easily equivalent to a high-value restaurant. The bartenders were prompt and friendly and even came up with two signature drinks for our reception matching the colors - our guests loved it. The price is high but compared with other less-manageable venues in Chicago, it is definitely worth the price. We would recommend Pazzo's 311 for any wedding reception for a great evening.

Pazzo's lived up to their name and Italian cuisine. I had my wedding reception here on November 16, 2013. I worked with Fay Sweeney on planning our event. Fay was absolutely the best event coordinator ever. She was responsive whenever I had a question. It rained for our reception, which left my dress dirty on the bottom before it had even started. Fay had some special soap to use. She sat with me in the bathroom as she scrubbed my dress clean. It looked so much better! Whenever I needed something Fay was right there to make everything better. The staff was great! All of my guests were amazed at the venue. They loved it. It was such a fun party atmosphere, but classy. Eveyone loved the make your own pasta station. Everyone loved the antipasto. The meat was tender, not dry. The sweet table was really popular for a quick little nibble or a piece of our wedding cake. I loved the buffet style. It kept everyone up and moving. Everyone loves choices too. Wouldn't change a thing about my reception.

We decided on Pazzo's our wedding venue after attending a wedding there the year before. We knew right away that it was the perfect venue for us! After speaking with Fay Sweeney, their wedding coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Fay was on top of everything and was so helpful through the entire process. She was great with answering the 1,000 questions I had and also helping me with ideas for what might look best in the space. The venue itself is such a great bargain, as it is one of the only venues in Chicago where you do not have to pay a HUGE venue fee, as long as your meet their very reasonable F&B minimum. Fay planned a great tasting for us and was also great during the final walk-through. When I arrived at the venue, I was totally blown away by the space, everything was done almost exactly as I would have done it myself and was so happy with how everything looked. Fay and her team did everything and assembled all of my items. You don't even need a wedding coordinator with Fay by your side. The only thing I would recommend for future brides is to have your cake table out by the entrance to Pazzo's instead of by your head table/sweetheart table, as not everyone will see it.

This was the first venue we looked at and we fell in love! My in-laws wanted to make sure it was the right one, so we looked at several others but there was no comparison. The palm trees, the lighting, the uniqueness, everything is just breathtaking. All of our wedding guests said this was the most incredible venue they had ever seen. Someone even asked why his daughter had not picked that as her venue. I was the happiest bride around! And I cannot say enough good things about Fay. She is incredible and really knows what she is doing. Everything was flawless about my 09.28.2013 wedding here!!

Pazzo's was an absolute dream venue. Fay was incredible to work with. She helped to make our day PERFECT!! At one point my mom asked if there was anything that Fay didn't do because she was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, I could go on and on. I was speechless when I arrived on my wedding day and saw how gorgeous the venue looked. If I could give 'Value' a perfect 10 I would. For a venue in the heart of the city, the price, quality of the food and overall atmosphere that Pazzo's provided cannot be beat. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to get married and would choose Pazzo's a million more times if I could. Look no further, this place is a gem!!!

The prices were also very reasonable relative to other venues in the area. Overall we would highly recommend Pazzo's!

Seriously. Pazzo's 311 is magnificent and it has everything you could imagine. 50 foot palm trees, check. Glass atrium, check. Downtown Chicago right across the street from the Sears (Willis) Tower, check. Gigantic dramatic fountain, check. Winner of "Four Weddings" on the TLC channel, check. Staff with more than 20 years experience, check check check. All you need to do is talk to Faye Sweeney to understand how special this place is, but book early, we reserved our spot about 2 years in advance. That's how sought after this location is.

Faye Sweeney is as much of a wedding planner as she is your head venue contact, so you basically get a wedding planner for free. She is calm, composed, and reliable in every way imaginable. Moreover, Carmen, Asa and the rest of the staff absolutely go out of their way to make you comfortable and secure in your wedding preparations. This staff is so experienced that no matter how anxious/flustered/excited you get, they've seen it all and know just how to work it out.

My guests were overwhelmed by this place. My photos were unbelievable. My wedding was a dream.

Pazzo's has got to be one of the best hidden wedding gems of Chicago. We looked through so many vendors and had a hard time finding something that would be affordable for our dream wedding in the city. We looked at several places and even the fanciest hotel didn't seem to provide the feeling of a chicago wedding, with such beauty. Fay is wonderful to work with. She is very prompt in all of her communication with the wedding and answering any questions you might have (I had a ton!). You really are getting a whole package when you work with her, she is like having a wedding coordinator. We were able to meet with Fay a week before the wedding and gave her all of our decorations, contact list, etc. She took it all and told me not to worry about a thing the wedding day. When we talked into Pazzo's nothing could have prepared us for how beautiful everything looked together. She and our florist did an amazing job, decorating for the ceremony and creating a sparkle in the room that lasted all night long. She was even front and center when I got a little lipstick on my dress and it was out in seconds. She was there to guide the wedding party, vendors, and family. Aside from that, Pazzo's is just beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is amazing. We are two months past our wedding and everyone to this day talks about what a perfect day we had. I would definitely recommend Pazzo's to anyone and everyone!

Having my wedding in Pazzo's was a dream come true! It was magical and just beautiful! All my guests were awed and most of them commented that it was the best wedding they ever attended. It has everything I could ever hope for---unique, city-esque, an outdoor feel, elegant but not too stuffy. I am also thankful for Faye and Carmen. They were very helpful in planning our wedding and so accommodating to what we needed & wanted. I was so happy they said yes to having a 1/2 chicken and 1/2 prime rib duo instead of what they initially offered in their packages. My friends and family loved the open bar! The food's really good! The bacon and scallops are divine! So is the prime rib! My only regret is I didn't get to enjoy my wedding food as much as my guests. We were so busy mingling with everybody and being the center of attention. It would be awesome if I could be a guest in someone else's wedding lol! I highly recommend this place!!!

This is an amazing wedding location. My husband is from California and I am a Chicagoan. This combined the best of both locations - palm trees and the Chicago skyline! We had our wedding reception on November 3, 2012.

You book the venue and you get a great wedding planner for free! Fay and her team take care of everything! She gives great suggestions about food choices and her calming manner makes the planning go so smoothly. She has a list of vendors who have worked in the space before. There are several packages you can choose from and the prices are reasonable for a Saturday night wedding downtown. Guests commented that it was the best wedding food they have ever had (hint go with the filet and salmon combo).

There is a surface lot next to the building and you can prepay for your guests to park ($10). The only down side is the construction going on around Pazzo's but that is an issue with the City and not the restaurant.

I had my wedding here recently and it was amazing. Fay is the absolute best and she truly cares about making your day memorable. We lit up the trees and spent the money to have the dance floor in the atrium along with an awesome DJ. You can make this place look amazing and the food was fantastic. We had a small wedding and dinner reception, like around 60 guests at Pazzo's and everything turned out so beautiful, it was everything I imagined it would be and more. We are so very happy and pleased and I will always have beautiful memories of our wedding day. The wedding coordinator, Faye at Pazzo's has always been a sweet person and has always been a great hostess when we would go have lunch at the restaurant, so when it was time to have our wedding we really got to see her at what she loves to do best, wedding coordinating, she truly shined, she was so helpful and very accomodating to all our needs and she was there every step of the way, always making sure that everything went smoothly thru the ceremony and dinner reception.......Faye is the GREATEST!! and the staff they are great too, they were very nice and always making sure that we were taken care of. Overall Pazzo's is a beautiful place to have your wedding or party........the best place ever. We highly recommend PAZZO's to all our friends and family.

Our wedding was amazing at Pazzos. The food packages are such a great deal for a city wedding! All of our guests loved the venue! We had a large wedding of 250+ and there was so much space with the front atrium, dance floor, back room, and 2 bars. We were also able to comfortably fit our dj and photobooth. All of our guests especially loved the food and are still raving about it. Faye is great and works with you to make your wedding exactly how you want it.

Pazzo's was FANTASTIC as we had expected. We did the ceremony and reception there and although we ran late ourselves, everything was perfect. Fay Sweeney is the BEST person you could imagine to work with at a venue. Even though we planned to set up the centerpieces ourselves, when we arrived at Pazzo's they were done and set up in front of the fountain as a backdrop for the ceremony. We hadn't planned on this and it was genius! The entire event went off without a hitch. Even when someone dropped chicken satay on the floor and I walked over it in my dress, Fay came to the rescue with club soda and scrubbed it off of my dress right before introductions. The staff was great, food was delicious (we did buffet stations), and the overall venue was perfect. We could not have booked a better place!

We had our wedding in May of 2012 at Pazzo's and it was a dream. The cost of having the wedding in Chicago was comparable to the suburbs. Fay was great to work with, and was always available to answer our questions or make changes to our menu. The food was excellent, and no one can decide if they liked the appetizers or desserts better!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding this past Saturday with a reception that ran from 5PM to Midnight. It is difficult to imagine that things could have gone any better. To begin with, this 2 level atrium is a particularly lovely and unique venue: elegant but not stuffy, with giant palm trees (!) and a beautiful glass-domed ceiling overhead. Good looks, however, are necessary but not sufficient for a great reception. Not to fear – the level of service that Pazzo’s provided leading up to the event and throughout the evening was every bit on par with the beauty of the physical plant. Fay Sweeney and her staff do an exceptional job. She worked with my daughter and wife to carefully plan the evening in advance and then executed flawlessly; working with the other vendors on the day of the reception to make sure that everything was done correctly. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Added pluses – we investigated many other venues in the city and this was among the most reasonable in price; and there is a street-level parking lot next door! Our family cannot recommend Pazzo’s highly enough.

The food was amazing, the staff was curtoeus and very helpful, it proided some beautiful photos both interior during ceremony/reception as well as outside for family photos. Great location downtown, but most of all Fay Sweeney was the glue that held everything together and made the whole experience perfect.

I was so excited to find a venue that was not a typical banquet hall in Chicago that did not break the bank. Pazzo's is such a great value. Aside from that, the staff and management at Pazzo's are AMAZING. The wedding/catering coordinator, Fay Sweeney, is so professional and accomodating. She really knows what she's doing and has a unique gift for putting a stressed, overwhelmed bride at ease. From the moment we dropped off decorative and personal items on the day before the wedding until the last song was played, the staff was so helpful and worked so hard. On the day of the wedding everything flowed seamlessly. I highly recommend Pazzo's.

This was the perfect place to have our wedding. Everything from the scenery, to the food, to the service was fantastic. Fay is wonderful to work with and accommodated every request we had. My guests all raved that Pazzos 311 was a wonderful venue for our wedding. We loved it so much I wish we could do it all over again. Also, the value of what we received for what we paid could was extraordinary!

Pazzo’s is a beautiful and unique venue for a wedding reception. My wife and I held our reception there on the 1st of May. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a blast and our guests are still talking about what a great wedding it was. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. Fay Sweeney, the wedding coordinator was so great to work with. The entire evening went off without a hitch. What still amazes me is how reasonably priced it was for a venue in the heart of the city. You get a lot of bang for your buck and the drink packages include top shelf liquor and bottled imported and domestic beers. Other places will nickel and dime you to death, but our bill came in at exactly what we had forecasted. Some friends of ours who attended the wedding are getting married in July and they said that our wedding was going to be a very tough act to follow. I would agree.

I can’t say enough good things about Pazzo’s! They are affordable (especially for city standards!) and have great food, fantastic location across from the Sears Tower, an amazing atrium and Fay, their event coordinator, is a godsend. We had both the ceremony and reception here. We opted for their lowest price meal plan, added passed hors d’ouvres and an extra hour of open bar. When I had a last minute accessory mini-crisis (not really crisis worthy, but on the day of your wedding EVERYTHING seems like a crisis) Fay stepped in with some very creative fixes. About 75% of our guests were from out of town, and they absolutely loved the location being right in the city. We’re city dwellers and really wanted to avoid going to the suburbs for our event if we could – and Pazzo’s made it a possibility. The staff all was amazing – down to the smallest details. When the server saw that Tom and I hadn’t had a chance to touch our entrees (due to mingling amongst the tables) they took them away and brought fresh meals for us to eat.

We had a great wedding at Pazzo's. Everyone that came to our wedding thought we spent much more than what we actually spent. Pazzo's is beautiful, in a great location downtown, and so affordable. They were very flexible and it was worry free planning our wedding.

I thought that a city wedding would be a bit out of my budget since everyone I knew that had one within the last two years spent close to $50,000+, UNTIL I checked out Pazzo's. I had a friend get married there 5 years ago and while she said they were reasonable, I figured things had changed since then. We looked in the suburbs as well and were shocked to find out that Pazzo's had a lower per-plate cost than some of the banquet halls in the suburbs!!! Needless to say, we booked our date within a week.

Fay Sweeney is the event coordinator/catering manager and is the ultimate professional. I liked her from the start and after our reception I LOVED her. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The event was flawless and unlike some receptions I've been to at hotels, the dinner was timed perfectly, the bartenders were great and service was amazing.

If you haven't been into 311 S. Wacker, you must go check it out. The atrium provides a gorgeous atmosphere and well, you WILL NOT be able to find a venue as beautiful for that rate anywhere in the Chicago area!

Faye (Pazzo's coordinator) is amazing! She was super responsive and extremely flexible. She managed to keep my mom calm and made it so easy for me (was planning this from out of town) during the whole process! On the actual day, Faye helped oversee all the vendors set up a beautiful ceremony and reception space. She even helped us pack up our cards. We are getting some many compliments on the venue-all those windows, tho-and the delicious food!

Pazzo's was amazing. Fay, the catering director, did everything she could and more to make sure our reception was perfect. She thought of all the details, and worked tirelessly to make sure they were perfect. I will admit, I was a difficult bride, and she met every single request and more. The food here is absolutely amazing - not at all like your "typical wedding food." Everyone will get a delicious meal. The price is also incredibly reasonable compared to other city venues. I would highly recommend Pazzo's - it is a hidden gem in the city.

azzos is a hidden gem of a venue in chicago for a city wedding with gorgeous architecture and food on site. We had a March 2024 wedding there and it comfortably fit 250 guests and a band on the dance floor. The Pazzos staff is very friendly, accommodating and was flexible in working with us on anything we needed from out of town - ranging from extra frames, easels and provided all the things empty venues don’t have to offer.

The food portions are generous, the appetizers and entrees all taste incredible and they even included signature drinks in our package. Rali, the event coordinator at Pazzos, is attentive and detail oriented especially leading up to the big day. She has both a vision and recommendation on any questions based on previous events hosted at Pazzos.

Our hotel block was right across the street for out of town guests at the Canopy Hilton, offering phenomenal rates for Pazzos weddings. Parking is also available on site which was important to local guests. We’d highly recommend Pazzos for the downtown convenience, quality and ease of hosting.

loved pazzos and would highly recommend them. the only bad thing was that i was pulled aside on my way to be introduced to tell me that the meal on our menus was wrong. by this time the bridal party went upstairs to get announced leaving me all alone and nobody on pazzos staff could figure out how to get me up the escalator. after a 15 minute wait (and confirmation that my menu was indeed correct from the getgo and they were just confused) i got taken up some long back way. not a huge deal but it did take 15 minutes out of my reception which is unfortunate. Fay is wonderful to work with and a master at what she does. very affordable, great food and service. meals all came out in great time and were hot. highly recommended!!

Where to start, it's a beautiful space & we've gotten a ton of complements from guests. But really it was event planner Fay Sweeney that sold us on it. She's on top of her stuff & easy to talk to. As soon as I met her I thought, you will keep me sane on my wedding day! She stays the whole night for all the weddings. We had live fish as our centerpieces, which had to be arranged by her staff the morning of - she didn't charge extra for this & they came out wonderfully.

Pazzo's is a great location and value in the city. Fay really made our day even more special.

Our daughter had a destination wedding in Maui in April and then a reception for family and freinds in Chicago a month later. We fell in love with Pazzo's beautiful atmosphere which fit in well with the "island theme" of the wedding! Faye and Carmen took great care of us and helped us organize for the event. We did ot have a wedding planner so they were a experienced team to keep us on track! Food was great, many guests complimented us afterwards and the setting was breathtaking when you walked in. Thank you so much for making the evening seamless!!!

I had my May 2012 wedding at Pazzo's and couldn't have been happier. From the moment my fiance and I met Fay, we knew that our wedding would go off without a hitch. And it did!

Some highlights: the prices are very reasonable for a downtown Chicago venue, the food is pretty darn good (considering they are feeding 200 people), the atrium is a unique and impressive space which you have all to yourself, and the staff was flexible, friendly, and prompt.

Pazzo's was a great choice for our wedding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a venue downtown that isn't a hotel ballroom.

Everything was flawless! It really exceeded our expectations. It is a very unique and memorable location. Fay who coordinates here is so nice and helpful and she really knows how to host a classy event. She had everything set up exactly as I asked and the things I left to her discretion (where to put votives, how to set up cheesecake bar, etc.) looked very thought out and matched the rest of the reception theme. They also added unexpected nice touches like flowers in the bathroom and on the cheesecake bar table that matched the flowers we had in the reception (calla lilies) and when we forgot our card box they brought out a big hurricane vase and made it look planned. Fay was extremely attentive to us, the bridal party, guest, etc. The bartenders (which we know are important) were great but they put a tip jar out which I did not notice and personally hate at weddings. Would I use them again? YES

The place is amazing and the staff is pretty good. We did have a couple of confusing times with the staff, but pretty minor stuff. The price was on the high side, but that's what you get for being in downtown Chicago. The wedding coordinator at Pazzos was amazing and very understanding. She has never missed a single wedding in all her years working for Pazzo's. The place is very open and is not good for toasting and speeches because the venue has such a high ceiling. So if that's important to you, it'll be very hard to work around that.

The food was excellent. Several people raved about their wine selection for the evening and they even gave some tables complementary second bottles. We definitely recommend their split meals - you can choose to have both a petite filet and the other half be chicken marsala. This really helped because if someone really didn't like the filet, they could enjoy the chicken.

This venue was a beautiful backdrop for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our guests were blown away by this downtown Chicago location as well as the convienience of having both the ceremony and rection in one place. The food was excellent, and the staff was very accomadating to our needs.

Great location. Fantastic atmosphere. Delicious food and dessert. Overall, I loved this place.

Pazzo's food was good, and it was reasonably priced for a city wedding

I would recommend this venue with several words of caution. A wedding planning is a MUST for this venue to keep them organized and inline. Many of our wedding related items went missing during the reception. The salmon at our tasting was different than what was served for the wedding meal. Some tables were missing wine and the extra case purchased could not be accounted for. At first look, this venue appears to be a great value, but after all was said and done, it was no bargain.

One positive is that the staff is very friendly.

My fiancé and I were forced to cancel our wedding which was supposed to take place on Sunday, March 22, 2020 due to the Governor of Illinois’s restaurant/bar closure order issued on Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Our wedding venue was a restaurant called Pazzos located at 311 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago. We decided to officially cancel our wedding on Sunday, March 15th, 2020 after the announcement and emailed Pazzos to communicate that the same day. We then received a call from Jaser, the general manager of Pazzos, on Monday March 16th at approximately 9:30am when he communicated to us that we could either reschedule our wedding to another date or receive an entire refund except for our initial deposit of $2,000. The previous Friday, March 13th, we had paid the remainder of the cost of the wedding, so the wedding was entirely paid for at that point. After the telephone conversation on March 16th, we emailed Pazzos to say that we would like to reschedule in a year and have a 1-year anniversary party in March of 2021. We received an email in response saying that they would go over a new menu in the next week or so and figure it out together. After that email from Pazzos, we never heard back from Pazzos about rescheduling our wedding.

After many calls and several emails over the next week and a half, (Monday March 23rd and Wednesday March 25th) with no response from anyone at Pazzos, we finally received a call from Carmen at Pazzos on Wednesday March 25th who connected the call to the general manager, Jaser. During that phone conversation, both Carmen and Jaser attempted to backtrack on everything that they had said to us on Monday March 16th. They continuously stated that we had “misunderstood” their initial call and wanted to “clarify” that they would have to speak with ownership about any refunds. They were under the impression that we had agreed to reschedule to a new date next year even though they never stated that in an email and never sent any type of new contract or communication regarding rescheduling. At the end of this phone call, we asked for the contact information for the “ownership” that they continuously referred to and I received the email for Rocky Aiyash, the owner of Pazzos. The same day, on March 25th, my dad emailed Rocky Aiyash and explained the situation. Rocky Aiyash responded the same day, March 25th, and said that he would need “a couple days” to respond to us and assured us that he would respond. For 5 days, we did not hear anything. On Tuesday March 31st my dad emailed Rocky Aiyash again asking him to respond to us and to return our deposits. Rocky Aiyash responded and stated that he was still working on the disposition, was seeking state and federal aid to keep the doors open, and did not have a resolution yet. My father offered to structure a payment plan and stated that we wished to hear back from Rock Aiyash by Friday, April 3rd. Today is Friday, April 3rd, and we have not heard from Rocky Aiyash since Tuesday March 31st. After googling Rocky Aiyash, we found out that he has previous legal issues. It has now been almost 2 weeks since the date of our fully paid for, cancelled wedding, and Pazzos has not returned a dime nor offered to solidify a rescheduled date.

Avoid this place at all cost for a wedding venue! We attended a wedding here and what a disappointment!
Our taxi passed it up since it looked like a government building from the outside entrance.
Once inside it appeared to be a large hollow atrium where all the tables were placed as an afterthought.
Same with the chairs placed during the ceremony, everything echoed terribly against the fake looking marble walls and pillars.
They were understaffed with only two rude bartenders for several hundred guests waiting in mile long lines for 3" cups all filled with so much ice, there was barely anything to drink, we kept going back in line for more. Then stopped serving even with a long line in front of them.

Finally the dinner was served by hurried staff throwing plates in front of you with only two entries to chose from, both were worse than cafeteria meals, overcooked with soggy vegetables, there was nothing Mediterranean about it.
No wait staff to rely on, just grunts throwing plates around.

Whats worse, hours before the wedding ended, the staff started packing up the tables so unsuspecting guests would return to find their table gone and belongings scattered around. This was the worst wedding venue we have ever attended, don't fall for the fake marble atrium, it takes more to make a good wedding.
