    Pat and her crew were so amazing! Our guests (and us!) loved the food and service and still talk about it months later! Pat made the reception go so smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

    Our guests, 3 months later, are still raving about our delicious food at our wedding! We went with the smoked prime rib buffet dinner with another choice of red pepper and brie stuffed chicken. It was all phenomenal! Pat also supplied our wedding with appetizers and the guests loved those too.

    Pat was easy to work with and really helped with the planning and how much food we would need. We also had her staff bartend and they did a wonderful job!

    Pats Palate Pleasers definitely pleased our palates on our big day!! From day one, Pat has been extremely easy to work with, offering great ideas and suggestions to help make our day that much better. I can't describe to you how wonderful our dinner was. We chose a turkey dinner and it was the talk of the night.

    Pat told us that her goal is to have everyone leave our reception not feeling they ate some reheated food, but leaving a family dinner. Pat - Thank you...you were a very big part of our day and we can't thank you enough.

    Pat and her team are amazing. They were very friendly and professional and all the food and beverage service went off without any issues. No lineups, no mess and terrific quality food. Highly recommend.

    We recently held our daughter's wedding at the Cochrane Ranche House. From our first meeting with Pat (at Tim Hortons) I told my daughter this lady knows her business. Relax and let her do what she does best.
    Our whole evening was fantastic, the food, the service, the professionalisn, the smiles and the meal. This team of caterers know how to present the "full meal deal". To Pat and your team of workers you made our day so stress free and special. The meal was fantastic (turkey dinner for 120). Every comment we have heard from the guests was this was over the top fantastic. Congratulations on such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this person for your event her suggestions were spot on and the guests loved everything as did we. Thanks again, the Thompson/Balog families.

    My guest, my mom, and me and my husband loved Pat's Palate Pleasers. She was so good to work with. The food was so good! You won't be disappointed with the service, presentation, staff and taste.

    Pat and the gang at Pat Palate Pleasers were fantastic! The provided a fantastic buffet meal for our wedding and stuck around until the wee hours of the morning to provide our bar service. We had a number of options for our meal and bar options. The choices were very reasonable and compared to other vendors in the area...almost too good to be true! The staff were very well dressed and very professional. I was quite impressed! This was my first wedding (and hopefully my last) so there were so many things that I had forgotten to ask. Pat took care of all of the minor details and made everything so easy. A bride has enough to stress over...picking the right Caterer should not be one of them. Pat made everything so simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend her and her gang for any wedding or special event!
    p.s. Oh yeah, how could I forget...the food was amazing too!
