Wonderful experience!

We hired Patrick as the photographer for our wedding in York, ME, and it was a great experience - he's very friendly, responsive, timely, and professional. We live in Colorado so it was important that our vendors be easy to work with and communicative, and Patrick nailed it. He cares about his craft and the quality of his photos reflects that. He also made sure to work through a list of people and locations with us in advance to make sure we got all the photos we wanted - which was especially helpful day-of when everything is flying by and you're getting pulled in all sorts of directions. We can't recommend Patrick enough and are so glad we went with him!

The Best Photographer We Could Have Asked For!

Patrick is a professional, kind, and incredibly engaging photographer. We felt comfortable with him from our initial phone call, and were so thrilled he was available to capture our wedding day. He was a calming presence throughout our wedding and provided all the necessary guidance and cues to ensure we received the shots we wanted. He is a great listener and was flexible with our wants and needs. We were able to make all the shots we wanted to happen. and my husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how our photos turned out! Wonderful Photographer

We were incredibly lucky to have Patrick McNamara as our wedding photographer this past June, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are. From our very first conversation, Patrick was warm, professional, and deeply thoughtful. He took the time to understand who we are as a couple and what mattered most to us on our wedding day.
On the day itself, Patrick was a calming and joyful presence. Incredible Wedding Photographer

Patrick is an outstanding photographer. My husband and I are so blessed to have had the opportunity for him to capture our coastal wedding this past September. We are in love with our photos and cannot stop looking at them. Patrick and his team are incredible with communication, are very efficient and are extremely knowledgeable. Patrick has an eye for both the big picture and smaller details. Absolutely Thrilled!

We are so grateful to Patrick for being our wedding day photographer! We chose to have a destination wedding in Kennebunkport and were lucky to find and secure Patrick's services from a distance. From the get-go, it was clear that Patrick had invaluable knowledge of our venue, rain day photoshoot solutions, how to organize the timeline and various photo opportunities for our wedding day, as well as other vendor recommendations. His expertise truly shined during our wedding day with his keen attention to details, like making sure necklace clasps were moved to the back of the neck for formal photos. He was very thoughtful and professional when providing instructions to hold flowers a certain way or pose in different positions. We seldom have photos with the two of us in them and are not used to posing for pictures, so Patrick's directions were exactly what we needed to not feel awkward in the moment and end up with beautiful photos. When the weather became overcast and changed our plans to do 30 minutes of sunset photos, Patrick kindly stayed later than contracted to capture images of the last 3 speeches to make up for it. Moreover, we were thrilled to be able to view our photos during our honeymoon only 2 days after our wedding with Patrick's quick turnaround! We absolutely adore our photos and cannot decided which ones we should print and display in our home, all thanks to Patrick!

Patrick was amazing. We are so happy with our photos. The overall experience was well worth it - he was knowledgeable about the local area and had excellent suggestions on where to shoot. Most beautiful wedding pictures

Patrick is the best! The photos came out so beautiful, he came very prepared and captured every little detail. He helped with making everyone comfortable when taking formal portraits and posing them so the photos came out perfect and not looking stale or awkward. Some of the candid shots he was able to get are my favorites as well! He definitely knows how to get the best shots during all parts of the wedding, including some killer dance photos. They’re everything I had hoped for and more! I would 100% recommend Patrick!

Amazing Photo's and great attention to detail

I booked Patrick on whim for my surprised proposal/engagement photoshoot. (he just happened to have the day available) Which he help tremendously with planning and setting up! We loved him so much we were happy to book him for our wedding a year later. He is extremely attentive and professional. There wasn't a moment the entire day where his camera flash wasn't going off. Breathtaking Wedding Pictures in Ogunquit

We got married at the Beachmere Inn in Ogunquit, Maine in June, and hired Patrick as our photographer based on his portfolio and a phone call where he was already knowledgable about the location and venue. On the day of the wedding, Patrick got along great with everybody in the wedding and was efficient in helping us get through the large list of photos that we hoped for; he even had backup plans ready in case the wedding ended up being rainy. We also appreciated that he made a point to try to get candid pictures of each of the guests during our reception. We were extremely impressed when we saw the final pictures, and shared them immediately with our families and friends.

Patrick photographed our wedding in June in York, Maine. We were SO impressed. We knew that the photos were going to be amazing from looking at his previous work, but we were left absolutely speechless! The photos were incredible. PM Photography

We have had the distinct pleasure of utilizing Patrick McNamara for both our engagement night and our wedding day. We contacted Patrick via a cold call and ended up hitting lottery. Patrick is an absolute expert at what he does. He is incredibly personable, detail oriented and has an amazing ability to capture raw emotions and stunning formals. After returning from our honeymoon we sat down one evening to go through the gallery he had sent off while we were away. We were experiencing speechlessness as we clicked through the nearly 1000 frames from our special day. It was as if we were in the metaverse re-living all the events from the day. Beyond that, there were some moments that took place that we had no idea how he managed to capture all the angles he did, it's superpower-esque.

One idea we debated for awhile was whether or not to hire a videographer, if you hire Patrick you do not need a videographer. Patrick's ability to photograph on the move combined with his keen vision means almost every second of your day has a still in the gallery to relive without video feed. Patrick also has a pure and genuine interest in all of his clients, this provides an extra level of magic, as you begin to form a bond over time. Here's to Patrick for making our special day one that NONE of our guests will forget and will always talk about!

One Word… Incredible!

My (now) husband and I saw Patrick’s name on all of the preferred vendor lists at the different venues we looked at and brought his name up when doing an initial interview call with our DJ. At that point we were told, “If you can book Patrick… he’s a cut above everyone”. Once we had our initial call with Patrick we knew we wanted him to photograph our wedding. We started with our engagement photos where he drove to a lighthouse over 2 hours from Portland to shoot at a location that was meaningful to me. Then throughout the wedding planning I needed some feedback on vendors and general wedding questions. Patrick on numerous occasions fielded emails and was more than willing to offer advise. Finally came our wedding day, everyone was complimenting his professionalism and enthusiasm. Everything came together perfectly! Patrick’s photos are truly phenomenal! His attention to the details, lighting and overall composition comes through in all of his photos. We can’t recommend Patrick enough!

More than just photos (for remote planners)

We were planning out wedding in York, Maine from Baltimore. Patrick was really helpful with helping us build our timeline because he helped us understand what was feasible, reasonable, and possible. He helped us make the most use of his time by building a timeline that took advantage of our getting-ready time, transportation, a first look, and the other important moments during the day. Most importantly, he was flexible on the day of our wedding. We were running behind so he pulled us aside before dinner to ensure we got some great sunset photos, and we checked in with us later in the night to be sure we were happy with the photos he got before he left. My husband and I are not used to having our pictures taken, so he was organized and comfortable at directing us to ensure our photos looked natural, engaging, and beautiful. After our wedding, Patrick got us our photos in UNDER ONE WEEK - totally unexpected that he would be that fast, but so exciting to be able to see them right away. 10/10 would recommend Patrick

We love Patrick McNamara!

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Patrick on our wedding day. We had a huge (and somewhat rowdy) wedding party of 28 close friends and family. Patrick and his team managed the formal photo process with professionalism and patience. We got married at the Union Bluff Meeting House, and he knew the venue very well - so he was able to manage our whole day with ease. Amazing Photographer!

I’ll start this by saying I’m a wedding photographer….When My daughter started dating her now husband, I knew pretty quickly he was going to be “the one” so I started stalking photographers because I knew I couldn’t work on her wedding day. I knew one thing and that was that he/she had to be better than me. I knew I found my person and as soon as we booked the venue I called him. Our first conversation was over an hour and I felt like I had met the male version of me. My daughter told me on her wedding night that she felt like we were twins. When we had our initial conversation he asked me to leave my camera home and I’m so thankful I did. Patrick by far exceeded our expectations. He truly captured our daughter and our new sons day beautifully. I’m so thankful I chose Patrick to capture this day and because I stayed out of his way and allowed him to work his magic the majority of the pictures were a complete surprise to me! Amazing photographer for our wedding day!

We recently got married on 10/02/21 at the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine with Patrick as our photographer and I can't express how perfect everything was! From the beginning he explained to me and my husband how our wedding day would flow in terms of pictures of us getting ready to walking down the isle to our reception. Amazing Photographer!

We truly couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our perfect day! Throughout the entire experience from engagement photos up until the wedding Patrick was responsive, extremely helpful, and always willing to listen to our ideas for the big day. I also give him 5 stars for putting up with our rowdy bridal party! The photos are amazing and we can't wait to share them with our family and friends.

Choosing a wedding photographer is important. The photos taken at a wedding capture moments that you will cherish for a lifetime. Patrick is an excellent photographer. We were blown away when we received our wedding pictures! They were all spectacular! We couldn't be happier with the pictures and moments Patrick captured. Amazing Wedding Photographer!

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer than Patrick. He took both our engagement and wedding day photos and did an incredible job with both. He took almost 600 photos of our wedding day and he made the whole process seem so easy and seamless. He also made it a point to take a picture of every guest at our wedding which was impressive. Our wedding was on a Sunday and by Tuesday he had already sent us our gallery of photos to view. It was like reliving the day all over again and I can honestly say there wasn't a bad picture in there. He was fabulous, but he's also just a really nice guy and easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to every couple.

Bride at union bluff in York Maine

Patrick was so easy to work with and the photos came back amazing! Having good wedding pictures was super important to me and Patrick did not disappoint. Truly talented photographer!

Extreamly professional and delivered great results

Patrick was great to work with! He was very professional and delivered great memories for us to enjoy for years to come. He was helpful answering our questions and made us feel comfortable leading up to our big day and even more on the day. You can tell that he knows what he is doing and has done this many times before. He worked very well with our other vendors. He came highly recommended and we are very happy with the memories we now have because of his work. He helped keep the pace during the wedding day and gave us a sense of ease. Amazing Photographer!

We got married on August 17th, 2019 and Patrick did an amazing job on our photos. From the very first phone call with Patrick I knew that we wanted him as our wedding photographer! He was extremely organized, confident, and had knowledge behind the camera. He made it so easy to organize taking photos for our wedding day and worked with us in what we wanted. He was amazing at directing a large group of people to create the photos of our dreams. The production of his photos came out amazing! We will hire him again for maternity photos!

Absolutely Amazing!

I met Patrick about 7 years ago and when I found out he was a photographer, I took a look at his pictures, and knew that one day he would photograph my wedding. He was amazing to work with on a professional level from the moment we signed our contract. We met with him in October of 2018 for our engagement photos. He made my husband and I feel comfortable from the second we got to our shooting location. He talked us through how he wanted us to stand and why it was important to practice. We wanted to take pictures at two locations and on the way to the second spot, Patricked stopped at a third location and these are some of our favorite photographs. He has a wonderful eye and we ended up with the most beautiful engagement photographs.
Patrick takes the time to talk to you before your wedding day and made me feel comfortable that he was available more often if we needed to talk more. I spoke with him about a week before our big day. He calmed my fears about the schedule of our day and talked me through how everything would go. We started with his arrival to my mom's house and finished as the evening would be ending. When he arrived at my house the day of the wedding, he was ready to go and found photographs to take all over our home. He took amazing ones of my dress, our freezer full of cookies for our cookie bar, and candids of the girls getting ready. Our ring bearer was bribed with gummy candy for walking down the aisle. When he wouldn't look up for a photograph, Patrick grabbed a gummy and put it on top of his camera and got a big smile! Our bridal party raved about his professionalism, his calmness, and his ability to keep us all on task and on our timeline through the day. He would find my husband and I when it was time for the next photograph, he had our must have list in his hands at all time, and when we wanted him to stay an extra half hour, he did so with a big smile. We are so grateful to have had Patrick as our photographer. We received our photos in a timely manner and will forever treasure each photograph. We can't recommend Patrick enough!

Worth every penny!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Patrick for our wedding on a September 28, 2019. From our very first phone call with him, he was helpful, very informative, and really funny! We had several phone meetings throughout the planning process, and after each call, I felt more and more certain that Patrick would capture our wedding day perfectly! We received our pictures less than 48 hours after he left our ceremony and they were more than what we could have asked for! He captured the moments of our big day wonderfully, and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the beginning stages of planning a wedding.

Simply the best!

Patrick was amazing to work with! He was so professional and took the time to walk us through shot lists, schedules, photo ideas, etc. multiple times ahead of our wedding day. On the day of everything was stress-free; he was relaxed, instructional, and very detail oriented. We received several comments from our guests and our wedding party about what an amazing job he did and how much fun he was to have around. Easy to work with!

Patrick is very organized and professional, which made working with him easy throughout the year of planning our wedding. Can't say enough good things - amazing photos!

I can't say enough good things about Patrick. Every single shot we received from our wedding was phenomenal and even better than we could have dreamed of. He managed to capture the most special of moments and get all of the shots we had listed and more. It seems impossible to choose which ones to get printed - they're all AMAZING! What's more is how professional and on track Patrick was the entire wedding, making sure we were aware of timing and what was happening next. He went above and beyond to get one of a kind shots for us, while still managing to get photos of all of our loved ones who were there. Incredible from start to finish!

Patrick took our proposal and engagement photos, and there aren't enough great things that I can say about him. From his attention to detail to his eye for finding the perfect shot, our photos turned out so wonderfully. It has been a week so far and we (along with our friends and family) are still completely blown away from our photos. The Best Decision We Made For Our Wedding

We do not have enough great things to say about Patrick. You will not regret hiring him for your wedding.

He was extremely organized and fast but did not rush anyone. We had a mini thunderstorm interrupt our outdoor formal photo shoot which basically threw off the timing of our whole wedding. Patrick was able to get so many great formal photos of our family and also make sure we all didn't get soaked. After the storm I am not sure what happened to our event coordinator I just saw her serving/bussing food. But Thank God Patrick was there because he basically became our event coordinator. Without him we probably would have missed our parent dances and cake cutting. He really eased my stress.

Most importantly, our photos look amazing. We are not sure what pictures we are going to choose for our album because there are seriously so many great shots. He really went above and beyond to get different light/angles/settings for our pictures.

We can't wait to see how our album comes out and definitely recommend Patrick above anyone else!

Extremely satisfied bride and groom!

Choosing a photographer was one of the most important decisions we made for our wedding because we knew that long after the day was over we would want to remember it through our photos. Patrick came highly recommended and we were impressed with his portfolio. His passion for photography and desire to make his clients happy was clear from the start.

We started working with Patrick about a year before our wedding when he did our engagement photos. Working with him was a dream - so easy and effortless - and he is such a kind person. We live in Boston and he in Maine, but he went out of his way to be available and speak to us about our vision whenever we had a question. He was always professional, polite, and timely.

The day of Patrick was so energetic, made us both feel at ease, and made the experience so enjoyable for us. We could not be happier with the final photographs - to say we were blown away would be an understatement. Every photo was a work of art. Patrick has a knack for capturing the sweetest and most candid moments while also ensuring we had all of the portrait and family photos as well. The best- rain or shine!

Patrick was a pleasure to work with, I had a semi-destination wedding in Maine. Because I am not from Maine, I was not able to meet Patrick before my wedding day, but we had multiple phone conferences and email conversations. I felt like I knew him for years by the time we finally met. I happened to plan an Oceanside outdoor ceremony the day of a brutal nor’easter. I was crushed to say the least but Patrick made sure I got amazing photographs in unique places around my venue. One of my favorite things about my photos is that Patrick captured all of my guests having fun on the dance floor. It is nice to have memories of everyone, rather than just my husband and I! I recommend Patrick to any and every bride!! He is so experienced, not only as a photographer, but he has also worked with so many Maine and New Hampshire venues that you’re guaranteed to have every small detail run smoothly!!

Hiring Patrick was one of the best wedding decisions we made. From our first call, where he walked me through the day and his packages, he kept me completely at ease. Patrick was amazing from day 1. We had a phone call to explain his packages and what we would be able to do for us, and we were hooked right away. The price was right, the timing was perfect, and he knew how to communicate with us. He greeted me at the Marginal Way before I walked down the aisle with an enormous hug and hope that it would be an amazing experience. Patrick is amazing. He photographed our engagement in September, 2016 and our wedding in September, 2017. We were first drawn to Patrick because of his website. All of his photographs are beautiful and after reading the "about" section on his website, I thought his personality would work well with our personalities. Patrick was very responsive when setting up an appointment. He answered all of our questions and was a great resource for vendors (our wedding was in Maine but we lived out of state). Patrick is the most amazing photographer, and we are so thrilled with our wedding pictures! He is a professional artist, with the best eye for the most perfect shots! He was great with our wedding party, and was passionate about ensuring that we got the best pictures possible- even running up three flights of stairs to get amazing sunset shots. During the reception he got awesome couple pictures of our guests as well, we were so excited to see those! We received all of the pictures so quickly after the wedding, and they are unbelievable. Patrick was so professional, friendly, and helped make our wedding day so special. We worked with Patrick long distance leading up to our wedding and he was always available via email, phone call or FaceTime. It was so easy to plan with him! Patrick was able to get so many unique and beautiful shots of our friends and family. Our entire bridal party told us that they felt so comfortable when Patrick was taking our picture and it felt fun, instead of something that we "had to do." One week after our wedding, Patrick sent us all of our wedding photos....talk about turn around time! All of our family and friends have loved looking at the photos. I cannot imagine having anyone else capture our wedding day. We will have these photos for the rest of our lives, all thanks to Patrick.

We couldn't be happier that we hired Patrick as our wedding photographer at the York Harbor Inn. We got our digital images back super fast and are SO pleased with the results. Our wedding photos blow everyone else's out of the water!

This was the first time being professionally photographed for both of us and most of our family, but Patrick made everyone feel really comfortable. He was also instrumental in helping us plan the timeline for our entire day so everything went smoothly. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted but offered lots of assistance along the way.

I also feel like we got more value out of our photography package because he knew every square inch of our venue- Though I would hire him at any venue, his knowledge of the area and vendors was a huge benefit for our wedding in York. If you are getting married in the York ME area do not hesitate to hire Patrick as your photographer!

Greg & I got married at the Union Bluff meeting house on April 8, 2017, and Patrick was the best photographer we could have ever asked for! STUNNING!!! both Patrick and his work are simply STUNNING. Patrick went SO FAR above and beyond on the day of our wedding to not only orchestrate what seemed to be effortless shots of our 24 person bridal party on 3 locations but also in his unyielding willingness to take on a photo shoot at the beach in between some pretty unforgettable thunderstorms. Patrick, I was taken aback by your devotion to capturing our wedding day as I watched you run with all of your equipment onto the beach and shoot as lightening and thunder worked its way fiercely across the sky and our 3 year old flower girl made a break for the Atlantic. I don't know that any other photographer would have taken that on. You and your passion fueled talent captured the most incredible shots of our most favorite day. Clearly I could write pages about the many hours you dedicated to our wedding. We just cannot thank you enough for making us look and feel like a million bucks. He is phenomenal. Not only is Patrick incredibly talented with the pictures he captures, the quality is amazing (I guarantee you will love how they turn out), and he has a way about him that puts you at ease. When my husband and I first met Patrick we knew he was the right man for job. He was the perfect balance of efficient, organized, well experienced, and at the same time, very kind, funny, and truly just wonderful to be around. The advise I was given when we first got engaged was to pick your photographer wisely, as that is the person you will spend lots of time with on your wedding day. It is very true and we did. We can’t thank Patrick enough for all he did to make our wedding perfect, and with the photos it will last a lifetime.

We got married a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with our choice in our photographer! Patrick was more than accomadating right from beginning of the planning. Patrick was great to work with! We did both engagement photos and wedding photos with Patrick. Patrick is a very calm, friendly person, which is exactly who you want taking pictures on your wedding day when you have plenty to stress out. He provided a personalized touch by remembering us at the Union Bluff tastings. I’m glad we did engagement photos with him because it made me feel more comfortable taking pictures for the wedding and allowed us to get to know Patrick and allowed him to get to know us. Both the engagement photos and wedding photos came out great. He really pays attention to every detail to make them perfect! He also takes a ton of pictures so there are plenty to choose from. He coordinated great with our other vendors and the Union Bluff staff. I’m so glad we chose Patrick and I highly recommend him!

Whenever someone in Maine asked me who my photographer was for our wedding and I told them Patrick, they responded with, "Oh wow, you are lucky, he is the best!" Now I know why they said that and can confidently agree. He was incredibly professional, made our wedding day go perfectly smoothly as far as timing and organization. He was always there to answer our questions and made us feel so comfortable taking photos, especially since my husband and I are usually so awkward with taking photos. Patrick was awesome, made us laugh and really allowed us to take in the moments and enjoy our special day. The photos were incredible, I am SO happy with my decision to hire him. He even asked if we were comfortable taking pictures on some of the rocks overlooking the ocean and those are some of the most beautiful pictures I've seen and some of my favorites from the whole day. They are just gorgeous and I would hire him again and again next time I need pictures taken!

We recently used Patrick for our wedding. He was fabulous! He listened to what we wanted, made sure to be honest and tell me when I was being unrealistic, and then did everything he could to get absolutely every shot i wanted in a specific time frame. He got our photos back to us in one week! I still can't get over how he truly captured our day. And he also made us feel amazing with every shot he took! We adore him!!

Patrick was an absolutely amazing photographer. He really knew what he was doing and never hesitated with a pose or idea he had. He has the type of personality where you feel comfortable with him and feel like you've known him forever. He also helped organize the wedding and keep everything on track. Patrick is a outstanding photographer, he knows his stuff. We never felt rushed or stressed he made us feel relaxed and at ease even the ring security that was 3 years was wanting him to take more pictures of him. He has done many weddings and he made us feeling ours was really special to him. It was so easy to work with Patrick and his experience was a great resource for us. Dream wedding photographer. I was so impressed with his photographs! He was so great to work with - very understanding of how flighty I was about returning emails, which in my case was a bonus, I was overwhelmed a lot with planning and I didn't always respond in a timely manner. The quality of his photography was outstanding. Definitely the best bet to hire for your wedding!

I don't know where to begin! Patrick did such an amazing job at our New Year's Eve wedding . I am overly joyed at our photographs. His professionalism, personality and organization amazed me. He worked directly with me as the bride and he was exactly the person I needed on this day! Very calming and used humor to keep us all smiling during photos. We received more photos of our wedding then I expected and all of them are perfect! Joe was extremely Professional and kept the guys on track before the wedding. The biggest compliment I received from all my guests was how Patrick and Joe were everywhere on the dance floor and during the ceremony. Artistic angles, and flawless work! Patrick and his assistant photographed our wedding at the Union Bluff Meeting House and the York First Parish and they did an exceptional job! Patrick was recommended by our venue and from our first conversation we knew that he would do an amazing job. He had great suggestions for photography locations in the area and provided us with a timeline that worked with our schedule for the day to make sure we got our must have shots. He was extremely professional and fun to work with especially when having to maneuver our wedding party of 14 to various photo poses!

Soon after the wedding we received access to our online gallery to view our photos. It was great to have the opportunity to have the online gallery to share with family and friends. Our photos are such great memories to how much fun our wedding was. Patrick captured the joy and love shared on our special day and we are so grateful for that!

Patrick and his assistant Connor have been amazing to work with from the start. Patrick is a true professional and a great resource. I had the opportunity to meet with Patrick before doing engagement photos, but my husband did not. Within the first few minutes of engagement photo session my husband was so excited to work with Patrick and relaxed, as well as myself. Not only did he capture amazing photos; recommend fantastic locations, but he was so genuine and excited about his work, which was contagious. Our wedding day couldn't have been better thanks to Patrick. He captured those spontaneous moments that we wanted and worked in sync with all of our vendors. Our wedding guests have passed along an out pour of praise for Patrick and Connor with respects to the photos and their interaction throughout the night with guests and vendors. Patrick was perfect! Patrick and his associate photographed our wedding in September. They were both very professional and accommodating to all of our needs. A few short weeks later we had more of the most amazing pictures then we ever could have dreamed of! Each and everyone is perfect. Tons of the professional shots you would expect from before, during, and after the ceremony, but also so many fantastic shots of our guests and family members enjoying the party. Patrick is an amazing photographer who really understands that what makes an event or photo session is the surroundings and the people as well as the main focus/subjects. Not only is he extremely talented and detailed oriented, but he is very responsive (especially considering his busy season) - he is passionate about what he does, all of which translates in to his work. I have been apart of weddings that work with fantastic photographers but despite the few good shots they got left an impression of awkwardness and coldness. Patrick is fantastic at making everyone at ease and comfortable to get those shots that you can't wait to get up on your wall. Patrick photographed our rehearsal dinner and wedding the weekend of August 1 and we couldn't be happier. There were two main things that my husband and I wanted in a wedding photographer- One; high quality photos without dominating our time, Two; a flexible and easy going person. Patrick exceeded our hopes in both areas. He listened to everything we discussed during our calls before the wedding and completely adapted to our needs and wants. He made taking photographs easy and fun. He helped plan the day to make the best use of everyone's time but was absolutely flexible on the day of when things had to change a little. The entire family was talking on Sunday after the wedding about what a nice, funny, and positive person Patrick was to work with. He had us laughing and enjoying every moment. We now have our photographs and they are stunning; they capture the personality and feeling of the event and people perfectly. When the big day is over, all you have is the photos and we are thrilled we had Patrick to capture the moments.

We are so happy we chose Patrick to cover our small wedding in Kennebunk beach in July. He was professional, friendly and very easy to work with throughout the entire process, as was his assistant Andrew. Patrick did an amazing job of capturing the beautiful setting, our guests, and of course us with the perfect mix of candid and relaxed posed shots. He did a great job giving us feedback while taking pictures to help make them the best they could be. I love that our photos really tell the whole story of our day in the beautiful coastal setting, by perfectly capturing the emotion, fun, excitement and romance of our whole experience. I honestly don't think I can say enough good things about Patrick! We were planning our wedding from a distance and didn't know any vendors in the Portsmouth area so we relied a lot on websites and online reviews on weddingwire and the knot. As soon as I saw Patrick's website (and read through everything and his blog, too!) I knew we had found our photographer! His pictures were stunning and his matter-of-fact / honest website really made me very comfortable in our choice. After speaking with him on the phone I was even more assured as he was just as wonderful to talk with. He spent a lot of time helping me understand the "day of" and how everything was going to work, and even offered to give me any suggestions for other vendors we might need (or feedback if I had one in mind.) (He gave me the recommendation of Craig and iWed Films and I couldn't be happier with our video & lighting Craig provided.) Patrick was so amazing to work with leading up to the wedding, and on the day of was just what we needed - a wonderful, calming presence who knew exactly what to do and say to make us all feel special. My bridal party, family and even my very nervous groom all said what a really nice, kind and fantastic person he was! It's such an overwhelming thing to be the center of all of the "paparazzi" and could have been very stressful, but Patrick and his team made it very much a fun and special time for us all! Everyone has been RAVING about how stunning the pictures are that he took - the lighting, camera angles, all fantastic! Patrick is truly amazing and what he does!! He photographer our wedding July 18th and our engagement shoot last September. I couldn't be happier with the picture he has produced and with how attentive he was during the whole wedding process!! Patrick is amazing! He took both my engagment and wedding photos. Being an out of state bride, Patrick made everything easy for me. He is very prompt in returning messages or emails, we made appointments with him at my convience and even made suggestions on local vendors. My husband and I felt very confortable with him and even my 2 small nephews loved "posing" for him during the wedding! He takes wonderful pictures and has a great eye for lighting. Patrick photographed our wedding last week as well as our engagement pictures. He responded quickly to all emails and I honestly felt like he was also our wedding planner- recommending amazing vendors for our DJ, flowers, cake/cupcakes. We were so happy with all of them. Patrick talked us through our wedding day and what would happen when which was incredibly helpful especially earlier on when we were a little lost putting all the pieces together. At our engagement shoot, he talked us through posture/ body positioning which was really helpful on our wedding day. He also captured the most amazing back drops with these pictures. For our wedding, he went through our must have photo list and we were able to get our photos done quickly and efficiently. He was picky about how everyone in the pictures looked which made them all come out amazingly and cut down on wasted pictures. Did I mention it's 6 days after our wedding and we have all our pictures and are in love with them all. I Would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone- his photos speak for themselves but his personality will also put you at ease and make your wedding day stress free.
