The best planners!
Geneva was such a pleasure to work with throughout my wedding planning process. We booked month of coordination for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and everything was exactly as we wanted for both. She gave great recommendations early on during planning and helped me make some decisions later on that I was indecisive about. Marissa was with Geneva on our wedding day, and she was also wonderful to work with! They were able to kindly keep our wedding party of twenty people organized and kept things flowing. They did everything from making sure the ballroom looked exactly how I wanted, bustling my dress, getting everyone lined up for our sparkler exit so we could have a private last dance (no one interrupted), and made sure everything was packed up and organized for us at the end of the night. We can honestly say we do not have one complaint about our wedding day because they made sure it was everything we wanted and more! -

Haley was the perfect wedding planner and made my day run smoothly. I ended up not being able to find the place cards day of and began stressing out but she reassured me she'd take care of it. With her assistant, they were able to buy new place cards and write all the names out that day. She coordinated everything with vendors so I never had to stress and was able to enjoy every moment of my day. Aside from all of the great work she does, she is a very sweet person and great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone! -

Geneva with Party Perfection Weddings is truly a gift from heaven. Her knowledge and expertise helped guide my fiancé (now husband) and I through the whole wedding planning process, and even managed to alleviate any concerns from other family members. We would happily trust her with any other family weddings! She took my dream wedding and made a final product that was beyond my wildest dreams. She brought some awesome vendors to the table, as well as software programs that made the whole process simple compared to doing it on our own. If you are doubting having a wedding planner and think you can do it on your own, think again! Geneva was worth 10x what we paid to have her make our wedding seamless. -

Haley was amazing! Through the planning she was very detailed and organized. She stayed on top of everything. Haley replied to texts and emails immediately and talked me off the ledge more than once! On the day of our wedding, I did not have to do or think about anything, and it all turned out better than we cold have ever imagined. Haley has a big following and everyone one of our vendors knew her and the first thing they said was she was amazing to work with and it was all true! I would recommend her highly. I cannot recommend Haley with Party Perfection Weddings enough!! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner DO IT! Take this as your sign! Haley and Grace made everything absolutely perfect for my backyard wedding! I had a normal house when I walked into my room to get ready and when I walked out I had a beautiful venue with every little detail perfectly in place! Haley also made the planning process super easy and stress free leading up to the big day. I had an issue with my bouquet I picked up the day before and she completely deconstructed it for me and turned it into exactly what I was envisioning! I can go on and on about how perfect everything was, but I just want to say THANK YOU Haley! You are truly the best! ❤️ -

Smoothest planning ever!
We worked VERY closely with Haley for planning our destination, micro wedding. Despite the destination aspect, Haley was able to support me and coordinate with vendors to make it all so smooth. I was worried that the day of I wouldn’t have been able to truly be in the moment, but with Haley at my side she was always one step ahead of my worries. I would truly recommend a planer, especially from Party Perfection! -

Worth every penny!
If you’re on the fence of hiring Party Perfections, DO IT. Haley Thomas played a huge role in making our day better than we could’ve ever dreamed of. Having a multicultural wedding (I’m Mexican and my husband is White), I was a bit worried about how our wedding day would play out with the Mexican traditions I wanted, but when I tell you Haley and her assistant, Grace, were on top of every single detail. Wherever they were needed, they were there. I live in Raleigh and my wedding was in New Bern. Haley was so flexible with dates/times to meet to finalize details and she was ALWAYS available by phone. My family has never used a planner before and my parents were in awe at how Haley communicated so well with everyone, her professionalism, and attention to detail. We’re not used to sitting back and not touching a single thing, and there was a point where Haley told us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our day. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would! We seriously could not thank her enough!❤️ -

Marissa made our wedding day a breeze- not only the wedding day but the entire process. To say I felt calm throughout this process is something I never thought I’d say. That was no small task. Let me add, I was in Florida the whole time (wedding was in NC) Marissa did things for me I didn’t even know I needed. We got married on March 4th, and after having time to reflect on our special day I have heard many funny stories of things that weren’t perfect but she handled immediately without anyone knowing, including me and my husband. She played a large role in making our wedding perfect. I’d recommend Marissa to anyone and everyone. Even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner… you do! -

Do yourself a favor and go with this group of people. Haley was amazing the whole month before our wedding and knocked it out with Grace day of! I barely had to do anything month of! Haley was perfect!
Do not hesitate to retain Party Perfection Wedding and Events! Our wedding was last Saturday at Pine Lakes in Myrtle Beach. Haley was our planner and Grace was her assistant. These two are the “dream team”! They got to the event and worked nonstop so our wedding was perfect. Leading up to the event, Haley answered every question we had and met with the venue to make sure it would all run smoothly! They decorated, organized, helped vendors, pinned on corsages, and made sure everything was on time. This was all done with a smile and so much energy it was amazing!! I cant’ recommend them highly enough. I’m going to miss talking to Haley every day. She really is the BEST!!

I grew up with Haley Thomas and knew I needed to have her professionalism and perfectionism for my wedding day! It was so special to me to see her in her in her element. She handled everything from suggesting vendors, the floor plan, timeline, answering any and every question I had, rentals, decorating the reception to my vision, etc!! I wasn’t stressed at all knowing I had Haley in my corner. She handled the entire thing with such grace. Haley, I can’t thank you enough for making sure my wedding day was PERFECT! -

The Party Perfection team was recommended to me by my venue - Beaufort Hotel/Boathouse Marina. Hiring a day-of/week-of coordinator was the BEST decision we've ever made! The stress just melted away once we figured out specifics and Marissa Zinni was amazing. She was at the rehearsal and then again showed up punctual on the wedding day to get everything set up! I would get pictures on how the venue during the day looked and she and her assistant, Erin, would update as the day went along per my request! The day would have gone in a completely different direction had it not been for this team! 10/10 would recommend. -

The best advice I was given was to get a wedding planner. 10/10 recommend Party Perfection Weddings! Haley Thomas made every vision I had come to life! For months none of my friends or family could see my western/boho vision. Haley got me from the first day we talked! Not only did she make the day of so stress free she was there every single day for months to keep me on track and help to keep me calm. We got engaged in May and by June I had hired her. I truly believe the wedding I had dreamed of my entire life was able to happen so perfectly because of Party Perfection Weddings + Events. The day of my wedding apparently my wedding cake never showed up. I would have never known because Haley went out of her way to buy a cake at Publix and decorate it and set it out herself THE DAY OF THE WEDDING while she had 1737282 other things going on! That’s the next level experience you get when you work with them. Not only did I have a wedding planner I walked away from my wedding with a friend for life! -

I worked with Haley on a wedding project, and including her was the best decision of 2022. Haley has incredible vision in creating events, and is so thorough and organized. We gave Haley complete creative liberty and she utilized her local connections to pull together a gorgeous color scheme, beautiful florals, stunning dresses, and the most incredible sweetheart set you've ever seen! BEST DECISION YOU'LL EVER MAKE when it comes to planning your wedding! Haley (or as I will forevermore call her, Halo 😘) and her team made our wedding day an absolute dream. They made sure it was a stress free and beautiful weekend. We couldn’t have been more relaxed and calm. About a month before our wedding, Haley began to contact our vendors and finalize all the details. She helped me fill in the blanks and made sure she understood our vision of our wedding weekend. She kept me calm amongst COVID curveballs and always had a solution. Haley even jumped in during our photos following the ceremony to ensure perfection of every detail. From the moment we met Geneva and chatted about our wedding vision, we knew she was the perfect fit for our big day! Through countless COVID changes over a significant course of the year of planning, to navigating family dynamics, to making our dreams a reality, Geneva was there for us and helped make the entire process fun! On the day of the wedding, if there were any issues or anything that didn’t go to plan I still don’t know about it because Geneva and Hayley took care of it. Everything stayed on schedule but I never felt rushed. Initially I was hesitant about hiring a planner and what I thought would be an added expense, but between helping us find cheaper options for exactly what we wanted and working with our other vendors and then you add the peace of mind to truly enjoy our wedding day this was the best investment we made! If you are on the fence, I’d highly suggest you hire Party Perfection now and make your wedding planning life enjoyable and be able to enjoy your big day! -

T'Kiyah was a dream! I honestly thought I could do my 170 person wedding without a coordinator or have a friend do it and I was wrong. She got all of my vendors on the same page, hopped on issues quickly and came up with solutions, initiated weekly phone meetings, performed an in-person walkthrough. Haley Thomas was the lead planner for my wedding at Ocean’s Edge in North Topsail. I am from Ohio and when I had originally chose Topsail as my destination, I had never been there! Haley was fantastic to work with. She gave me great recommendations on vendors, had great communication throughout the entire time I needed her also. Plus she was able to handle my anxious mother perfectly! Haley and her assistant, Grace, were fantastic on the day of the wedding. They decorated the space BEAUTIFULLY and had the entire day running smoothly. I really couldn’t have gotten through this year without her. I truly thank Haley and Grace for all that they did for us. We decided to hire Party Perfection for the month-of coordination, mainly because we knew we wanted our families (and ourselves) to be able to enjoy the wedding weekend without having to deal with any details or worries. Haley Thomas worked with us, and we couldn't have been happier. My husband and I truly feel as though we were able to enjoy our wedding and reception, which was our hope. Haley took care of everything, and if there were any hiccups, we didn't know about them (which was PERFECT)! I am so thankful for Haley Thomas and all for her help along the way during our wedding planning process! Haley and Geneva were there for each concern up until the wedding day. The day of our wedding, Haley and her assistant were on site and ready to handle a large bridal party (11 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen) and every curve ball we threw their way. They ensured we had everything we needed, that our vendors were taken care of, and that all of our guests were having a great time. I could not say enough how important it is to hire this planning team for your event. They know exactly what to do, how to do it, and when to have it completed by. We had great advice, we had agendas for the day of, and now we have a great friend! I cannot say enough about Geneva of Party Perfection. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She provided tools and programs to make planning so simple, shared great advice and suggestions without every changing my vision, and always responded promptly to any questions I had. She was so present and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our special day went perfectly. On the wedding day I did not have a single stress or worry and I watched my vision become a reality. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to correct any errors I had made, handling them flawlessly. So many guests at our wedding made it a point to mention to us what a wonderful job Geneva did. We were beyond impressed and happy with her services and I would recommend her to everyone who is getting married!
