Amazing Vendor
We used Party Perfect for rentals for my wedding on October 19 and we got so many compliments on our table settings! We booked an appointment to come to their showroom, where they let us spend at least an hour mixing and matching plates, flatware, glassware, and tablecloths to ensure that we had the perfect place setting. I loved how easy they were to work with and how supportive they were of making sure we were happy with our options. Rachel was especially helpful! I also had to add several table cloths very close to the big day, and they were able to accommodate us. Overall, I would use this company again for events and recommend it to others looking for a great company on their big day! -

The BEST Rental Company EVER!!!!
I cannot thank Party Perfect enough for making my daughter's wedding day absolutely stunning! From the linens to the china, glassware, flatware, and napkins, every detail was perfect and truly a showstopper. The table settings were flawless and brought such elegance to the entire event.
As employees of Party Perfect, we couldn’t have been more proud to use their rentals and show them off to our family and friends. Everything was exactly as we envisioned, and more! The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The delivery team was incredibly courteous and helpful, and they made the entire setup process seamless. The dishes were spotless, and the linens were perfectly pressed and simply gorgeous!

Great wedding rentals!
We loved working with Party Perfect! We planned our own wedding and one of the more daunting tasks was finding the right rentals to match our wedding’s vibe. Party Perfect’s selection and price point was wonderful and the staff were responsive and kind. Our venue had some specific requirements for the installation of our black and white dance floor and Party Perfect was able to meet each of the requirements (additional padding for the floor, a tight installation time frame). Their flexibility allowed us to achieve an element of our wedding vision we wanted! Finally, they are great at communicating and quick to respond which we appreciated. We highly recommend Party Perfect to anyone looking for event rentals! -

Our wedding day was even more wonderful thanks to the outstanding service provided by Party Perfect, with special recognition to the incredible Ayla. From the initial inquiry through to delivery and set up, Party Perfect's professionalism, organization, and stellar communication truly stood out.
Ayla's commitment to excellence shone through when she visited our site for precise measurements, ensuring the perfect fit for our chosen tent. Not only did she provide invaluable insights into optimal tent placement, but her attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Navigating the permit process was seamless and handled entirely by Party Perfect, which allowed us to concentrate on other aspects of wedding planning with confidence in the team's capabilities.

We needed dish rentals for our wedding and were so glad to find Party Perfect! It was so easy to pick up and drop off the items to take to our venue. The items were exactly what we wanted and in perfect condition. The ease of being able to return dirty dishes was incredible because it meant much easier cleanup on our end! We loved working with Angela as she was so friendly, accommodating, and super responsive! -

Angela with Party Perfect is the bomb!
Angela was able to secure linen rentals for us pretty much last minute for our 3X postponed wedding in September! We rented white table linens along with dusty blue dinner napkins and the process was seamless! I will definitely be using Party Perfect for any rental needs in the future. Excellent Service from Start to Finish!
Party Perfect was great to work with from the beginning for our backyard wedding reception. Angela was so sweet and helped ensure our order was complete and everything was perfect for delivery and setup. We really appreciated the site visit to make sure the tent would fit properly. The delivery crew was communicative and so kind and even moved some VERY heavy flower pots out of the way - that definitely wasn't in the job description! Nothing was forgotten in our order. Party Perfect also worked well with our lighting folks at RVAV to ensure the tent was up in time for them to set up bistro lights. Breakdown went very smoothly. Will definitely use them in the future! -

Great Personal Attention!
I've always worked with Prop Shop but this first event with Party Perfect was awesome!
Ned (one of the owners) came out himself and measured our yard to make sure everything would fit, Bryan and his set up team were amazing, and of course the creative team in the office. But Will & Reese (tent crew) went above and beyond and stole the show in my eyes. Even after they had finished setting up these guys ran to the store to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our event like surge protector and spare extension cords. Made sure I had the after hours number in case I had ANY questions.
100/10 in my book! -

I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with the amazing Party Perfect team! They did an unbelievable job with coordinating, set up, tear down and everything in-between!
When Covid took our wedding outdoors and to a private residence, Party Perfect stepped in as our heroes by setting us up a gorgeous tent wedding and helped create a dreamy new venue from scratch.

Party Perfect has been a great vendor from the start offering a variety of lovely rentals that fell into our price range. My fiance and I have also had to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus and Party Perfect has happily agreed to move with us to our new date a year later than our original. Big beautiful dance floor
I wanted a large dance floor because I knew at least for my family we need to dance and plenty of space to do it. The default vendor for my venue gave an inflated price for the dance floor and having seen how beat up their dance floors looked I went looking for another vendor. Party Perfect was, well, perfect. They got me a lower quote for bigger floor and on the day-of I saw a big beautiful cherrywood dance floor filling the space. -

Our Special Day
On April 27th. 2019 My now wife and I were afforded the opportunity use Party Perfect for the first time to assist us with the set up of our wedding and reception. They were very professional from start to finish and delivered exactly what was expected at the times requested and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied and followed up the following Monday to retrieve their goods as expected. Beautiful easy options
We initially chose Party Perfect because of their experience with my venue and we're so glad we did! Ashley was attentive and easy to work with. We had to change quantities and items 3 times and each time a new quote/contract was emailed out within 24 hours. The weather was being indecisive and Ashley quickly responded to all of my emails about tenting and heating options. Everything was in excellent condition, pick up and drop off went off without any issues and communication was on point.

As a wedding planner/day-of-coordinator, I have had several events in a short amount of time where I needed really nice things to help show off my business. Party Perfect was able to accommodate me every time and even on super short notice (twelth hour kind of thing). I got so many compliments on the selections that I had and were suggested by Angela at Party Perfect. I highly recommend the dusty rose velvet table cloth and runner as well as the Caroline china! I rented chairs for my outside ceremony on a sunday. They allowed us to pick them up on a friday and return them on Monday because they are closed on the weekends but it worked out great. Also, rcvd a 15% discount which made it even better! -

Great value. We rented a tent, lights, and tables from them. Everything was set up perfectly and looked so amazing. We really appreciated the site visit, it was so helpful to be able to walk through and visualize the space with them. Also loved how responsive they were and such a great value. I rented my wall lights to cast a purple and blue on the walls. The quality of the lights were pefect. The lights made a perfect ambiance in my reception. The people working in the office helped show me how to set up the lights and were very helpful. The location was convient to my reception hall. They have a lot of great items to rent for any party! -

I worked with Martha at Party Perfect to rent tent, table, chairs, lanterns/lighting, and linens for my wedding. She was great to work with and really worked to understand my vision so that she could better suggest items that worked with my ideas. She was very responsive and available for changes the week before my weddings and very calming! We changed our entire layout and tent size about two weeks prior to the wedding and it was a breeze working with Martha to make those changes. The only issue we encountered was during the event a row of the lights stopped working, however no one really noticed and we had candles on all of our tables anyway so there wasn't much of an impact. I would definitely use Martha and Party Perfect again in the future for any party rentals. -

Paula Jenkins was our consultant for the wedding reception. I thank her so very much for being professional and providing very kind service to me and my daughter as we were planning the wedding reception details. Her expert opinion was very helpful in getting us through to the big day.
Everything was beautiful and thank you Paula for taking the time to be on site and to assure everything was set up, and for coming back to the sight to set up more due to a rescheduling from the venue.

I want to say that Party Perfect rentals did an absolutely wonderful job. They provided me with tables/chairs/dance floor & tent. I have been working with Vicki for over a year on this and always felt she was on top of things. I had to make changes the last month and they were taken care of immediately. I have used Party Perfect before when my first daughter got married on a family farm about 5 years ago. They did a great job and that was exactly why I went back to them again. I would highly recommend them for your event! -

Party Perfect was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were hosting my daughter's wedding at Historic Tredegar and Martha from event planning met me there several times to make sure we had all of the rentals necessary for the event. She gave excellent suggestions on how to better utilize the space and also on the best decorations to help develop the wedding theme. The guys who set up the rentals were excellent the day before and the day of...they were very professional, thorough and constantly checked with us to make sure everything was going according to plan. Also, we had to make lst minute additions and changes due to the weather and Party Perfect made it all happen. I can not say enough about the quality of their customer service, set-up performance and quality of rentals! They get an A+! -

Party Perfect helped me with overlay tablecloths for my wedding. They knew exactly what I wanted when I told them what kind of look I was trying to create. They already knew what tablecloth measurements I would need for the size of the tables I had so I didn't need to figrue it out. When I need to make changes they did that right away for me. The lines were packaged and pressed for us. The price was lower than all the other rental places we checked out. I would definitely recommend and use them again. -

Martha was my sales rep at Party Perfect and she did a great job helping me select my rentals and really understanding my ideas and vision. She also helped me when it threatened to rain on the big day and made what could of been a brides nightmare into a stress free process those days leading up to the big day! I used this vendor for my reception. There prices where very reasonable and the rental time was great as well. I had my wedding on Sunday and I was able to pick the items up on Friday and return then on Monday. So that was easier then trying to do it the day of the wedding. -

Phyllis at Party Perfect was so helpful! Rentals are one of those things that constantly have to get updated as the big day gets closer, and I've definitely had days where I called and emailed her multiple times to add this or remove that. She was very accommodating, patient, and flexible, and helped make sure I had everything I need. I rented ballroom chairs and linens for my wedding. Party Perfect had a great selection of linens and chairs, with the best pricing I could find in the Richmond area. While making my selections, they even let me borrow a handful of items to take with me to my venue so I could visualize how everything looked together. My guests loved how the linens and chairs really transformed the room, and I was very happy with how the finished product looked. I did rent two sequin tablecloths since buying them would've been 3x the cost. They didn't look exactly how I envisioned, but they still worked and I wasn't going to let that impact how wonderful everything else was! -

My wedding was on 12/31/17 and we used Party Perfect's tent for our reception. Phyllis was phenomenal, understanding and helped us get the most value out of the services provided. They even included extra propane yo ensure we did not run out. My only issue was that the crew did not tie down the sides of the tent so the blowing wind come from underneath the tent and greeted the guests. Some guests wore their coats and jackets to warm up. -

Party Perfect was able to deliver everything a day earlier than planned because of their relationship with our venue. This actually ended up being really great for us, because we had some extra time to set up for our wedding which took a lot of stress off of us. They also had arranged for everything to be picked up the following Tuesday, so we had some extra time to gather our own items and organize theirs for pick up. Everything was beautiful! -

I rented tables, chairs, and various other oddities from Party Perfect for my backyard wedding. They dropped everything off in a timely manner. My only complaint was their lack in letting me know that the remaining balance would be automatically taken out of the original credit card given. Other than that, I'd recommend them to anyone with party rental needs. -

Ashley was a dream to work with in planning for our reception. She was prompt and friendly and helped me with insight and assured me that set up and breakdown would ease the stress of the day. However, the day of was a nightmare with one individual delivering a bit later than expected (I luckily had friends and family willing to help unload and set up) and being told the night of that I needed to break down, despite having a contract that said that Party Perfect would set up and break down. Again, fortunately, I have amazing friends and family that were amazingly helpful, but then entire day was a complete ball of stress - when I should have been able to enjoy it. When I disputed the charges, I was told that not only was it not their fault, but I also owed for cleaning of dishes "because they were dirty" - despite us having to rush to clean up the venue because of the failure on their end. An absolute terrible experience the day of and post. For a customer who spent $2k on a single evening event with them, it's extremely disappointing their lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who desires to be stress free during what is supposed to be the best day of their lives. -

This company totally misrepresented their services and caused much more stress to our daughters wedding which was well planned in advance. The delivery was said to be between 3pm and 6pm the day before and after leaving multiple messages finally at 9pm we were told the tent had been delivered and set up on site. That was not true. After leaving 3 messages on emergency number with Martha as contact we recieved no call back leaving us closing out the day not knowing if we were getting a tent table and chairs at all. They showed up the next morning, the day of wedding (and yes it was raining) and finished tent set up about about 4 hours before ceremony. So we scrambled in the rain to decorate. At the very least if their schedule was changed due to circumstances out of their control they could have provided honest communication but they did not. I will pass this along to all my daughters marrying age friends to make sure this unnecessary stress doesnt happen to another family. -
