Stephanie was an absolutely incredible wedding planner, I can't say enough great things about her!! She was so professional, efficient, organized, caring, and fun to work with! She made the wedding planning process SO much less stressful and we couldn't have pulled off our gorgeous wedding at Camp Hale without her! The first phone call I did with her before we even booked her services, I was very stressed out and she spent an hour and a half on the phone with me, going over all the planning details so far and detailing how she could help with the process. By the time I got off the phone just from that first call, I already felt so much better and less stressed. We booked her immediately and have absolutely no regrets about it!
We highly recommend her, especially if you're getting married at Camp Hale because she was one of the first planners to ever work with the venue and knows it and the staff very well. Camp Hale requires at least a day-off planner, but we hired Stephanie as a partial planner, she helped us beginning several months before with some of the vendors and aspects I felt we needed help with. She also recommended the photographers we ended up booking (Gillespie Photography), our cake/desserts baker (Cornerstone Chocolates) and they were both amazing as well! If it's in your budget to hire her as a full-service planner I highly recommend it, that's the only thing I would've changed about the experience of working with her! We loved her attention to detail and recommendations, and she brought a whole team with her the day-of and they were on top of everything. Stephanie is the best! -

Proposal in Vail
Stephanie was very helpful and responsive from the moment we reached out to her. She helped me plan a proposal in Vail, CO by sending me multiple locations and set-ups that fit my request. She did all the planning including setting up a special shuttle ride from to the venue and securing the photographer. Stephanie was also present the day of, and helped me keep the surprise and make it a very special moment. -

Party Girl Events gives you access to an online planning tool which was extremely useful for seating charts, rsvp’s, timelines, and vendor management. When it came to the weekend of the wedding, Stephanie and her associate Shanna went above and beyond! The Best Proposal Planner in Vail
Stephanie is the best. She became my proposal planner through a recommendation from Toni Axelrod Photography. I hired her after just a short conversation on the phone as she gave me a run down on everything to make me feel comfortable to take my engagement from Chicago to Vail as easy as possible. Not knowing the area she set us up from beginning to end. The itinerary was on point. All her recommendations were top notch. From the venue, to flowers, music (we bought a harpist) I don’t know many people that have a harpist on hand lol. It was so unique. Audio/visual, travel, and restaurant suggestions, she had me covered. There wasn’t one thing I would have changed. She made my special night complete and gave me peace of mind. In the short time I got to know her, I paid for a proposal planner, but the nicest thing I could say is that I got a new friend out of this and if I could get her to travel a future wedding planner as well! Thank you Stephanie! -

Picture perfect proposal
I used Party Girl Events for planning a proposal in Breckenridge. With as little notice as 10 days, they were able able to get everything put together for the perfect day! Traveling out of state, they handled everything. From flowers, to music, to venue, to photographer, to private chef in private decorated cabin, and probably about 10 other things I’m forgetting. Worth every penny and then some. -

She planned the perfect Vail proposal for me!
I used Party Girl Events for planning a proposal in Vail, with about a 5 day notice, and Stephanie was able to get everything put together for the perfect day! I wasn't able to go to Vail myself and plan the proposal, so I had to trust Stephanie with putting everything together in a very short time, and everything worked out great. She took care of everything in just a couple days (finding the perfect spot for a creek picnic, getting all the decorations/blanket/pillows/chairs/table, finding a restaurant to provide the charcuterie board, photographer, sending me directions to the spot, champagne). Everything was really easy and went perfectly to plan, I had nothing to worry about except figure out the speech and hope my girlfriend said yes (she did!) Stephanie also went to the hotel we were going to stay at to decorate our room and put up a bunch of photos of us in frames that she printed out. Everything went great! -

Super Helpful! Can't Recommend Enough
I enlisted Party Girl Events for help in figuring out the best way to propose to my fiancée in Beaver Creek, CO. Even though my proposal would be simple and nothing extravagant like the folks at Party Girl Events are used to doing, I had never been to Beaver Creek and needed ideas and inside info on the area so I could make the moment special. Stephanie, the owner, could not have been more helpful! Through a series of emails, texts, and phone conferences, she found me the perfect time and place to pop the question. She even hooked us up with private access to the Beaver Creek Chapel so we could spend a few moments in peace with the Lord before I dropped to a knee on a snowy bridge nearby. With Stephanie's help, I went from knowing absolutely nothing about the area to being able to give my fiancé the proposal of her dreams, all without ever even meeting up with Stephanie in person!
So no matter how big or small your event is, if it has anything to do with romance and it's anywhere near the Vail/Beaver Creek area, give Party Girl Events a call. See for yourself how ridiculously helpful and professional they can be. As a satisfied customer, I can personally guarantee you'll find everything you need and more! -

Incredibly creative and professional
My fiancee and I were absolutely blown away by the proposal Stephanie helped set up.
About a month before the engagement, I reached out to Stephanie to see if she could help with ideas - I had a vague idea of where I wanted to propose, but I had literally nothing else in mind. Her team came up with numerous amazing options, and I picked the one I thought my now fiancee would like the best. From the large lighted lettering, to the fireworks, to the scavenger hunt and the after party, the whole event was spectacular. My partner had an idea I was planning to propose to her that weekend, but she certainly didn't expect anything like that.
I spent countless hours on the phone with Stephanie, and we exchanged dozens upon dozens of texts and emails, and she managed to accommodate literally every request. She went above and beyond in helping us set up reservations at every place, coordinating with family and friends, and setting up rooms and brunches even after the proposal. It was incredibly easy to work with her and her team, and we could not have asked for a more perfect proposal. We're still debating venues for the wedding, but if we choose Vail, we'll absolutely be reaching out to Stephanie again! -

I just had my wedding in Vail and Stephanie and Lisa were absolutely amazing! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on our special day. At first I was hesitant about spending extra money on a wedding planner, but I am so glad I did, and it was worth every penny! It was so nice to have all the help with planning and coordinating, and especially to truly be able to be present and enjoy the big day and not have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day! Stephanie was our Day-Of Coordinator but was a vital part of our planning well before that. She was very responsive and helped make sure we didn't forget a single detail! We had super uncooperative weather on the day of our outdoor wedding and I can't imagine having to have made all those last minute adjustments without Stephanie and her team there! I was able to continue getting ready with my girls while Stephanie orchestrated layout/seating changes with other vendors to shift everything under cover (without things looking for feeling unorganized) and the wedding started right on time! -

As a photographer, I've worked many weddings with many event planners and I'm rarely compelled to leave a review...however, Party Girl Events did such an amazing job, I had to show my appreciation for an amazing wedding planning team that kept everyone up to date, informed and was pro-active in helping the couple get what they needed. Stephanie and Lisa were fabulous to work with! When I interviewed them I asked many questions based off my own experience as a Wedding planner for 8 years and they were the BEST. After the initial phone call I knew they would get their hands dirty (aka schlep tables and chairs if needed).
My wedding was in Aspen and I live in Houston so you can imagine the stress I had going into the planning stages. I hired Lisa and Stephanie as day of coordinators as I wanted to have zero stress the day of and not be the one worrying if a vendor was late. Lisa and Stephanie went above and beyond their day of coordinator titles. They emailed me regularly, offered advice/vendors when I needed it, and let me mail items to their homes so that I didn't have to travel with everything. The day of, they handled everything. I never knew and still don't know of any problems that arose. The wedding went smoothly and we started on time!
All in all, they were amazing vendors and I appreciate everything they did. Especially the mini schedules they gave to the full bridal party!
Thank you Stephanie and Lisa for all your help. My wedding was everything I ever wanted. -

Stephanie was the sweetest, most professional and most laid-back planner! I didnt meet her until the week of our wedding but with her sweet personality I felt like she was a friend during the whole process!
She made planning an ease and not a stress. We planned a wedding out-of-state and through her local resources and knowledge, she was able to provide us with MULTIPLE options for all of our vendors. What a relief!
Another thing about Stephanie was that she was always accessible. Even if she was busy, she'd let you know.
