Amy is the "MVP": Most. Valuable. Planner!!!

Amy is worth every single penny! I got engaged in late Feb. 2020. Weeks later, the pandemic hit. Granted, my wedding was in April 2021, but we had no idea what the future would bring. Throughout the whole process, Amy was calm, confident and has GREAT advice. She also works with the most amazing vendors and is always available if you have a question. That alone is worth it's weight in gold. But THEN, on my actual wedding day, we had SEVERE weather. Not only was it pouring rain, I'm talking golf ball size hail that knocked the power out for hours! But this didn't phase Amy and her team at all. She and I talked about arranging our ceremony indoors the day before knowing severe weather was extremely likely. She reimagined my ceremony into a beautiful romantic vibe. Then, when the weather turned upside down, she didn't miss a beat, having a generator brought in, making sure I was okay and through it all, NEVER and I mean NEVER seemed frazzled. The day started out chaotic, but by ceremony time, the sun came out and it was literally the PERFECT day. My family, bridal party and guests all loved her. Because of her, what could have been a totally overwhelming wedding planning/wedding day experience, was relaxing, easy and most of all, fun. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are planning a wedding because NOTHING phases this woman and she will help you create the wedding of your dreams!

Amy is the BEST

Amy was so experienced, flexible, kind...I could go on and on. The whole process was enjoyable. I never had to wonder whether she was on top of it or if I had to follow up. She was in constant communication with me and the other vendors so we were all on the same page. She had a great relationship with all of the vendors we had, and I got the impression that was the case for all vendors in town. On top of that, I had the dreaded thunderstorm, flooded reception that every bride fears of having. But Amy made me feel at ease, she helped me change plans multiple times as we navigated the weather. She was so easy going and went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected from a coordinator. You can tell she’s experienced and has truly seen it all/worked through every scenario. If you are debating which wedding coordinator to use- I’ll make the decision easy- work with Amy!!

I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Papaya!

Papaya Wedding Planning and Amy were truly a blessing during our Covid wedding(s)! Our original wedding was scheduled for 3.27.2020; however, Covid-19 had other plans. My husband and I had to make major changes within 2 weeks of our original date due to the every changing quarantine policies - with Amy’s assistance we modified our original plans to an intimate 7 person ceremony and then rescheduled our larger celebration to 10.2.2020. I don’t know how we would have done all of it without Papaya Wedding Planning and Amy! She immediately reach out to all of our vendors, securing the new date and finding replacements when necessary. She kept me calm and sane during all of the craziness and made BOTH of our weddings special!
Probably the best compliment we can give Amy and Papaya is that we are hiring them to help with my daughter’s upcoming wedding in 2022!!!

Our perfect and beautiful dream wedding came to life thanks to Papaya wedding planning (Mrs. Amy). She exceeded our expectations of a wedding planner . I went to Amy about a year before my wedding with my favorite ideas and she put it all together . I would definitely recommend her for a wedding planner to anyone who has a vision for their beautiful day but also likes someone’s to be their every step of the way and make sure things run smoothly :)

Amy was such a pleasure to work with from starting to plan our daughter’s dream wedding day to the day of the wedding. The best investment we made!

Amy was by far one of the best investments we made during the wedding planning process. She was so helpful during the design process and really was able to bring our wedding vision to life. Amy was very attentive and quick to respond anytime we had questions and her connections helped us to secure the best vendors for our big day!

Our wedding was originally planned to be fully outdoors with no tent, and when the weather reports started coming out a week before the wedding showing that it was most likely going to rain, she was able to quickly secure us the perfect tent and suggested we order some clear umbrellas. The day of the wedding she was able to easily revamp the initial layout with her rain contingency plan and fit all the guest tables, bars and band stage up under the gorgeous tent. It rained for 30 minutes during dinner and Amy and her team used the umbrellas to shuttle our guests back and forth from the tent to the buffet that was set up inside the house.

Our wedding day was more than we could have ever imagined and it was all thanks to Amy and her team. I could not recommend Papaya Wedding Planning enough to anyone planning their wedding!

Where do I even begin?! I cannot say enough amazing things about Amy with Papaya nor can I recommend her enough! Amazing-simply amazing! That's the only way to describe Amy and her team. We used Amy from the very beginning of the wedding process. She was always available to answer our questions, provide vendor information, secure vendors for us, make appointments, and the list goes on and on. Our daughter's wedding was an outside event and we had a rain plan in place and Amy and her team executed it flawlessly. The entire wedding was wonderful and the perfect day. Everyone said throughout the wedding we all seemed so calm and relaxed, and our response was always "we have Amy--she's absolutely the best!"

Amy is amazing, hire her.

Amy was amazing throughout the wedding planning process and on the wedding day. Her clear communication made it a breeze to work with her and she knew and hired all the right vendors. She was detail oriented and went the extra mile. For example, she ordered wooden chairs in place of the white chairs the venue provided, knowing it fitted our aesthetic.

The wedding day was absolutely perfect, despite having to move the wedding to the next day last minute due to a tropical storm, and no doubt all due to Amy's planning and hard work. It went so smoothly and was effortless for me, the bride, so I could focus on enjoying the day. Hire Amy, she will not disappoint.

From day 1 of meeting Amy, my husband and I were blown away by her professionalism, expertise, and vision. The absolute best!

There really aren't enough superlatives to describe how wonderful Amy is. My daughter's wedding was scheduled just days after Hurricane Michael came through Tallahassee. Amy did not let that stop the wedding. She came up with a new venue and contacted all the vendors. There was nothing she couldn't handle -- and we threw a lot at her. Her professionalism and compassion were beyond what I could ever have expected.

Professional and personal planner

Amy's team supported us from vision through the wedding weekend. She offered advice on handing all issues that arose and contacts to vendors that were professional and worked together as a team. Amy and her team were not only super professional throughout the wedding planning process, they were also keenly aware of my stress level and did everything in their power to provide a calming presence and solutions for everything that I was worried about. Best decision after saying "yes" to my now-husband!

How can I possibly put into words how wonderfully helpful Amy with Papaya Wedding Planning was?!

I knew from the first time I spoke with Amy that she would be the perfect wedding planner for me. She was immediately warm, helpful and ready to jump right in with planning. Throughout our 7 month planning process, Amy kept me on track with selecting vendors, decorations and all other aspects of pulling together our dream wedding. She was always quick to respond to emails and texts, and was available by phone whenever I had questions or concerns.

Then came Hurricane Michael, and everything changed. We were no longer able to get married at our top-choice venue because of power-loss and property damage. Amy swooped in as soon as the storm had passed with not one but THREE location alternatives. She walked my mom, me and my now husband through all of them, talking details of how she would transform each space to meet our original wedding vision. When we decided on the DoubleTree rooftop deck for new wedding venue, Amy pulled through and created a soft, elegant and dreamy space for us that surpassed everything I had hoped for. Without her, I don't know how or when we would have been able to get married!

Thank you, Amy and Papaya Wedding Planning for being there for us throughout the whole planning process, and for going above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful wedding day. I am beyond grateful to have had you as my wedding planner!!

I don’t even know where to begin! From the beginning of the planning process a year ago, Amy was there every step of the way. From our initial meeting, I knew she was the perfect person to help make our wedding day the best day ever and she 120% did that. Every meeting I had with her, I felt more and more at ease. Not only does she give you great recommendations to some amazing vendors, she makes your vision come to life and more. A wedding can be overwhelming, but Amy takes care of it all with such grace and confidence that you don’t have to worry about a thing aside from enjoying yourself. Rain is something you can’t control, but Amy made numerous phone calls to give me options on what could be done in case of rain. When the call had to be made to move inside, she made it happen and quick. It turned out just as beautiful inside as it would have been outside! I can’t thank Amy enough for all that she did to make our wedding day the most memorable day not only to us, but to our guests as well. Aside from being the best wedding planner out there, she is an amazing person that I’ll cherish forever! She quickly became a friend and I’m so thankful for that. Amy was absolutely fantastic. I had so many people tell me it was stupid to hire a wedding planner. I am SO GLAD I did not listen to them. My daughter and her fiance chose a rustic venue where everything had to be provided. Amy took care of finding vendors for us and arranging delivery. She thought of so many details that never even occurred to me. She handled the rehearsal and she and her team set up everything on the wedding day. The venue looked so beautiful. Amy was amazing! She came up with so many great ideas during the wedding planning process. The ceremony went exactly as planned and the day was much less stressful with her assistance. When issues with another vendor arose, she immediately took charge and made sure everything was taken care of. Two words: Use Amy. You will not regret it at all. This is by far the best money we spent on our wedding. We did the highest package Amy offers so we could meet anytime to discuss wedding things. Amy was our wedding planner for our wedding on 10/28, and I cannot emphasize enough how freaking AMAZING she was. Since September of 2016, Amy has been by my side every single step of the way. Whether it was meeting in person, going an hour away to my venue, or answering my phone calls at 7 AM -- She was ALWAYS there for me.
Amy made sure that Mike and I did not lift a single finger during our wedding. She made sure that we had absolutely NOTHING to worry about. She handled every detail, every worry and concern that I had, and she even made it go from 90% chance of rain all day to NO RAIN AT ALL ;). Seriously, she has some serious magic wedding luck!!
I could write WAY more, but then this review would turn into a book. I'll end with this -- if you are engaged and looking for a planner, Amy is who you want. There is NO ONE that could have done what she did for me (and I'm not that easy to deal with lol). Why stress over wedding planning when you could hire Amy and actually enjoy the long planning process?!

Amy exceeded every expectation I had in hiring a wedding planner. I got the day-of package, but she went above and beyond in helping me plan and handled the stresses wedding planing can bring. I planned my wedding while in nursing school and she reassured me on numerous occasions that everything will work out. And it did! She was a great asset for finding vendors, keeping me on track, accommodating our needs, ensuring the vendors knew when to arrive, making sure each element of our wedding was a success...gosh the list can really go on. I'm so happy I went with Amy! I decided to do my own ceremony decorations and centerpieces. Amy rolled up her sleeves and worked effortlessly with us. She understood my sense of style and executed a gorgeous event! Her timeline kept our wiley bunch in line and allowed the event to flow seamlessly. Amy was amazing and an integral part of our big day. Especially given the fact that we were planning our wedding just outside Tallahassee, Florida all the way from New York City, I can not imagine how we would have managed to pull everything off without her there to guide us and take care of all the details both leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Amy has an invaluable knowledge of vendors and event spaces, is always incredibly organized and a pleasure to interact with.

The final thing that helped us know that working with her was 100% the right decision was how great she was on the actual day of the wedding. As the bride, Amy never once let any of the craziness that naturally happens come into my sphere of consciousness. Amy seamlessly and coolly handled any hiccups which may have occurred with various vendors so that I never had to worry for a moment. She made what was already an amazing day just that much better.

I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to have an organized, beautiful, stress-free big day.

If you want a stress free wedding day call Amy immediately! She took my daughter’s dream and turned it into a reality. We were totally relaxed the day of the wedding thanks to her taking care of all the details. She and her team worked tirelessly and paid close attention to every detail. She kept all the vendors running on schedule. There was no request we made that she didn’t honor graciously. She and her team were the last to leave the venue; they made sure that everything was cleaned up and packed up. All we had to do was back our car up and load it. We hired Amy with Papaya Wedding Planning to be our day-of coordinator. I am very happy and very grateful that my family and I had Amy and Josie helping us the day of our wedding! Amy and her team are amazing - I got the full package and it was worth it. She really helped plan and bring together our wedding, which we planned from over 1,000 miles away. Amy and her team are amazing and absolutely worth the investment. My husband was in Columbus, OH & I was in Nashville, TN, planning a wedding in Tallahassee, FL. In addition to the stress of planning a wedding long distance, we only had 3 months to pull it off (got engaged in February and married in May). Short Version: Amy with Papaya Wedding planning is amazing! Definitely hire her!

Long Version: For those that want details, I was looking for a wedding planner and day-of coordinator for my destination wedding at Pebble Hill Plantation in Thomasville, Georgia. I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I interviewed 3 candidates by phone and knew immediately that Amy was the best person for the job. I am a type A, detailed-oriented person and I needed someone that matched my style. Amy is definitely that. I chose her full package so that I didn't have to worry about what was included and what wasn't. I highly recommend this for those brides that work or for those that are doing a destination wedding in the Tallahassee or Thomasville area. She did everything, from making vendor appointments and setting schedules, to meeting with them with me if needed. Amy and I met several times, in person and on the phone. I always felt welcome to contact her by email, phone or text. She kept me on schedule each step of the way. A couple of the most important aspects of Amy's service for me were (1) she knows the vendors in the area and she was honest with me about them and helped me select the right ones and (2) the day-of coordination was superb! I really can't imagine having a family member or someone do this day-of role. Amy and her assistants kept us all on track, and the stress off of me and my mom.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Briana and the Papaya team were throughout our entire wedding planning process, and the day-of our wedding. Simply put: I could not have done it without them! We hired Papaya about a year out from our wedding and it was hands down the best decision we made. We worried about NOTHING on our wedding day. I am the mother of the Bride, and attended the majority of the meetings with my Daughter, our wedding Planner was Briana Edmonds with Papaya Wedding Planning. I can't say enough good things about her. She is very professional, courteous, very organized, and has a very calming manner. She helped with planning everything to do with the Wedding Ceremony and Reception. She offered many suggestions that we would have overlooked. She coordinated and communicated details to all the vendors. The Rehearsal, went very smoothly, could not even imagine trying to pull that off without Briana's Help. I sent her a bunch of emails the week of the wedding and she responded very quickly even told me the week of she anticipated that and she was there for whatever we needed. She handled taking care of a few problems that came up the week and day before the wedding and took care of contacting people for us. The Day of the wedding, she handled directing the Vendors with details, my daughter and the whole family, could just relax and enjoy the day. They took care of setting up the decor for the Reception, which they just went above and beyond, everything was beautifully done. They also communicated and worked with the photographers through out the day. Amazing job Briana! and ladies at Papaya! thank you!

Amy was awesome! I did the full service package because I was an out-of-town bride. Amy made it very easy to coordinate speaking with vendors. She took care of coordinating all of the vendors arrival times and contracts before the wedding date. On the wedding date, she made the ceremony and reception look better than I had imagined. She made everything I wanted come to life and added touches to make everything look even better. Amy and her team made everything on our wedding day run so smoothly which allowed me to relax and really enjoy the day. I realized before the ceremony I left my marriage license at the hotel, once Amy knew about it I knew I did not have to worry about it and she made sure everything was taken care of. I would certainly recommend Amy to anyone!

She coordinated the best list of vendors available, helped me make all those critical decisions, and was always a phone call, email or text away. She is sweet and personable, but commands attention in the best possible way. Our rehearsal and wedding ran like a well oiled machine!! And let me tell you, it rained all day prior to our wedding. Amy Forman worked with us as my daughter's Day Of Coordinator. Her work covered everything in the description of her service and more. My daughter and I planned the wedding and she backed us up on all our decisions and brought to our attention anything that we missed. Her suggestions were on target with the bride and groom's desires; she knew our vendors and arranged the day of perfectly. Her personal touches in putting together the reception were extraordinary and her energy the day of the wedding was over the top from start to finish. Her staff knew the venue and the timeline and as a side note, Amy and her staff looked adorable in their dresses and heels! She was my best friend that day as she conducted the bridal party and vendors every minute! When I was concerned over details she told me not to worry and took over. Having Amy and her team as the day of planner was one of the best choices we made. We didn't even know we needed a planner until we met Amy at a TAWP event- from the moment we met I knew we needed to work with her. She's an organized and detail oriented as I am- but has the know how on how to plan weddings. I didn't have the time or know how to plan a wedding like she can. I worked with Amy for a little over a year for my wedding day. Amy was such a wonderful part of my wedding, from the day we met her until my wedding day (even days after) she was thinking of every detail- even a bit I missed. I was planning my wedding from another city and Amy was very responsive to my communications and even my last minute trips. Because of the distance I would have to come in for a weekend and complete several appointments. Amy was wonderful with communicating with all my vendors- even helping me politely switch out a vendor I wasn't happy with and deal with a vendor that fell off the face of the earth a month before my wedding- and luckily was able to fix it all in time for a flawless wedding day. I honestly could say the value of her service is beyond what she charges and I feel she could have comfortably charged double for her services. We were so pleased with Amy and will miss her now that our day is done. We would recommend her services to anyone, she made our day flawless, and I didn't really worry about anything besides enjoying myself at our weddding.

Extremely professional and capable. Took the bride's vision and was able to turn it into a reality. Interacted well with bride and the vendors who you could tell respected her and her ability. When the makeup artist dropped off the grid 48 hours before the ceremony, assured everyone things would be ok. Amy then found a replacement artist out of state who was available and seamlessly made the transition for the new artist to handle the bride and the wedding party. She coordinated everything the day of the wedding and her timeline was flawless in ensuring the ceremony and reception ran smoothly.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Amy Forman and Papaya Wedding Planning for anyone who wishes to have a top notch event.

Amy was delightful to work with! She was extremely attentive and always available when we had any questions or concerns.

The wedding was absolutely stunning! It was everything I dreamed it would be and more! She truly was able to make our vision come to life. I felt as if I was looking at a picture in a magazine the first time I saw the reception and ceremony site all set up. We hired Amy as our day-of coordinator and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! We had several meetings before the wedding and many more emails since I was an out of town bride. Amy answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with all of it. She directed us all on what to do at the rehearsal the night before, and when the wedding day finally came, I felt so relaxed knowing she was there to handle everything. The day just flowed so smoothly, and it was such a blessing having her there! She arrived early morning to set up the reception space, and even added her own personal touches to make things look perfect. I could not have done it without her, and am so so happy we hired her! The top 3 adjectives I would use to describe Amy Forman of Papaya Planning are: detail-oriented, professional, artistic. We hired Amy as our day-of coordinator and it was one of our best investments.

On rehearsal day, she made sure everyone knew their responsibilities. I had family from out of the country fly in and she dealt with the cultural differences beautifully. The day of the wedding went without a hitch. She kept everyone on schedule, she went above and BEYOND - hanging our lanterns, bringing baskets from her home for our bubbles, making a take-home basket of our food, and more, all without an extra charge. We did price checks with several other day-of wedding planners in Tallahassee, and by far she was the most reasonable.

We could not recommend her more highly.

First of all let me say this is the BEST money we spent on our wedding. We debated for several weeks whether or not we should spend money on Amy's service, but once we actually met with her we knew there was no way we could say no.

Amy not only payed for herself (money saved from the cateror trying to scam us...and she caught it, recommending a photographer that worked on her price packaging to fit our budget... others I had contacted wouldn't even talk to me about a reduction, and money saved from flowers that she ordered and put together herself), she actually added value to every aspect of our day that we could never put a price tag on.

From the numerous emails, phone calls, appointments, we both felt like she listened to our needs and responded with care. Amy had great suggestions and on our big day everything flowed together like magic. Everyone that attended could not stop raving about how wonderful it all looked - from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception.

We look back on our pictures and can't believe our day turned out so perfect. We walked away with no regrets and memories that will last us a life time. I know we would not be feeling the same if Amy had not been our wedding planner. She will be the best investment you make!!

One of my in laws had a wedding on October 2nd. When i arrived the day before to get my stuff together I was introduced to Amy. First impression, bold, confident, professional and extremely competent. I had the privilege of being under Amy's direction for the rehearsal preps and the ceremony. Although I had attended weddings with larger bridal party involvement as well as smaller weddings, I was overwhelmed with the amount of direction, details and planning that was and had taken place. This fine young lady had not only a thorough understanding of what the bride and groom wanted ( decor, atmosphere, vibe, setting ) but even moreso a detailed and synchronized game plan. From rehearsal day on through the ceremony and reception, there was not one detail that went unattented to with precision. Not only were the displays, table dressings, candle placement and invitations etcetera, well thought out and very well done, Amy's sense of completion and her patience were above board. Should I ever marry again, I know without hesitation who I will be calling. Top notch across the board. It was a joy and absolute pleasure to be a part of such a finely tuned process. She is a gem to work with on any level of involvement. You cannot be any more satisfied with Papaya at the helm. Divorce the rest, this is as good as it gets!

Amy(Papaya planning) was a blessing. I only knew Amy through work and she was starting her own wedding planning business. She offered to help with my wedding,which was on April 24, 2010. I only got to spend a few months with Amy on wedding planning. She jumped right into the role of "wedding planner!" She presented the idea of a wedding website for our guest(s) family and friends. The site she designed was perfect. I even used the song she had on the website for our "first dance." She gave me so many ideas and helped organize everything so well. The most important time for a planner to be on her feet is the rehearsal and the actual wedding day. I promise....I had 0% stress on the rehearsal day and the day of the wedding. She had everything so organized and ready on time. I felt like it was my day to shine with no worries! If you are looking for a creative, professional and well rounded person to be your wedding planner...PAPAYA PLANNING is the right fit! Papaya did everything they promised in our wedding planning. Amy is definitely "type a" and made sure on our wedding day that there was nothing to be worried about. Everyone was where they were supposed to be (flowers, catering, photography) and if there was any issue that needed to be handled, Amy handled it immediately in a very professional manner. Amy was professionally dressed and handled herself in a way that you can tell she takes pride and passion in what she does. Her team at Papaya handled all the heavy lifting and when our wedding piano player backed out, she led us in the direction of a replacement who was top notch. The only reason responsiveness was not 5 stars was because there was one instance that a scheduled meeting was missed without prior knowledge, which Amy apologized for, and it seemed very out of character and I doubt it would ever happen again. Other than that, every other meeting was on time and on point. If you're looking for a wedding planner that will make your dream day truly be your dream day without the headache of worrying "did I forget about this?" or "did I forget about that?" then Amy and Papaya is your service... because there will be no question that every detail will have been covered beforehand and will be 100% correct on the wedding day. Thank you Amy and your team at Papaya for making our special day worry free and hassle free.

Amy and her team were so wonderful to work with! I was planning a wedding in Tallahassee while living in Jacksonville, and Amy was helpful in recommending vendors, speaking with them, and taking care of any issues that came up. The real shining moments of course were on the wedding day. To know that Amy and the girls are handling everything as you get to relax and get ready for the big day is priceless. She made everything look far better than I could have ever imagined, and walking into the reception space for the first time seeing it all done up was so amazing. The timeline she prepared and getting all of the vendors in order in the weeks leading up to the wedding day and on the day of, made everyone's lives so much easier. I can't imagine how my wedding day would have gone without Amy and the girls, but I know for sure it would have been much more stressful and that is something I did not want for myself or my mom on my special day.

I enjoyed planning the decor, colors, etc. by myself, but wanted to entrust a pro to take care of the big-day schedule. We booked Papaya Planning for day of coordination services, and are so glad we did! Amy did exactly that and beyond - not only is she personable, thoughtful, and reassuring, but she took care of so many details like safeguarding our card box and rental items, setting up our venue for both ceremony and reception, putting together a great timeline and touching base with our vendors during the hectic week of the wedding, and just helping us relax and enjoy the day. She even put together a to-go basket of dinner leftovers for us to take home! I highly recommend Amy and Papaya Planning!

Amy and her team did wonders the day of my wedding at solving any issues that arose and keeping things calm. They set everything up and handled the flow of the entire day. I was so happy I had them and could not imagine my wedding day without them. The only negative about my wedding was that when I entered the reception things were set up differently than I anticipated. This is mainly due to the fact that at the very last minute we had to move my reception to the indoor facility due to rain and had not talked about where specific decor should be set. Amy and her team set the entire reception on their own and it was beautiful! They thought of everything that day and were marvelous to work with.

Amy was a truly wonderful presence at our wedding, and was extremely helpful in day-of organization and execution. She made sure the reception area was beautiful, that the bridal party was where they were supposed to be at the right time, and coordinated things like the timing of the cake cutting so that we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Several guests commented that she did a terrific job - she was in charge without being at all overbearing, she was discrete about steering through the little problems that popped up, and she consulted us quickly and effectively when bigger decisions needed to be made (fulfill table 4's request to close the doors against mosquitoes, shutting table 4 outside? No! Let's find some bug spray). Our wedding was an unusual mix of casual with fancy touches throughout, executed on a budget, and she handled our wishes well and made it a really fun and special event for us. And I can't even count the number of times that I said to my mom on that last day "don't worry! Amy will take care of it!" In retrospect my only regret in hiring a planner is that we should have been a little more assertive about handing off communication with vendors to her in the final month (our fault, not Amy's!), but her extreme assistance on the wedding day itself was worth its weight in gold.

During the planning process I began to realize that it would probably be wise for me to hire someone to help with day-of-coordination at my reception site to help set up and coordinate the afternoon to help eliminate stress on myself or my family. WOW was I right! I can honestly say that I do not think my reception would have turned out so beautiful or run as smoothly as it did if it weren't for Papaya Wedding Planning. I met with Amy for the first time the day before the wedding day (destination wedding) and communicated with her what I was envisioning for the set up, provided her with all of my favors and wedding supplies, and reviewed the timeline of events with her. Amy brought it home! It was perfect! When I arrived following the ceremony and walked into the Carraige House for the first time, it was perfect! Amy had added special little touches such as tea light candles around the guest tables and monogrammed wedding initials to windows above the wedding party tables which she had made. Amy kept us on schedule the whole afternoon and even managed to think of the smallest details throughout the reception to ensure we had eaten and had a glass to drink when we arrived to the venue from the church. My family had nothing but great things to say about Amy and her staff. Highly recommeded. Happy bride! :)

I hired Amy with Papaya Wedding Planning for day-of wedding planning services. She was very professional and instilled full confidence in me and my family that she had everything covered so that we could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. If I had the room in my budget I would have loved to hire her to plan the entire wedding. She has great connections, a creative mind and really knows the business. She thought of things to ask that I hadn't even considered and had my best interests at heart. She is also a quick thinker in the face of a mishap - I became ill on my wedding day and we had to rearrange the schedule to accommodate my trip to the Emergency Room. Obviously, not what a bride wants to deal with on her special day, but Amy somehow made it all work and I still had an amazing time!
