Can’t say enough about the wonderful food and flexibility of Lucia and Pampa’s Fox when we had to hurriedly replan my daughter and her fiancé’s wedding day due to COVID restrictions. They put together a fabulous and beautiful spread for our 10 guests, are so easy to work with, and stayed on budget. And the empanadas are to die for!! -

We had such a great experience working with Pampas Fox for our wedding! From the beginning, they offered a wide range of menu options and were flexible in helping us customize everything to fit our needs and preferences. Juanita was wonderful to work with, she was incredibly communicative, organized, and accommodating.
On the wedding day, the team was fast, professional, and efficient with food service, which helped everything run smoothly. They were also so attentive—after the ceremony they made sure my husband and I had water, and brought me hors d’oeuvres while my dress was being bustled. Our guests loved the food and everything was delicious! We also appreciated that they had a great selection of place setting rentals.
We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Pampas Fox for anyone looking for great food, smooth service, and an easy planning experience! -

My wife and I chose Pampas Fox to cater our wedding this past September and they were everything we could have hoped for. Other catering companies had unreasonable requirements for pricing and guest counts, but Pampas Fox was very flexible. Their food options are varied, creative, and most importantly, delicious. The hardest part of working with them was choosing what food we didn’t want. Dymond was amazing to work with, she was very helpful with suggestions and input. Highly recommend them. -

Pampas Fox catered our wedding this August and they were absolutely phenomenal!!! We chose them because they were (amazingly) able to create a custom menu for us including using our own personal family recipes and preferences! They made authentic Peruvian dishes for our dinner buffet and appetizers, and we used many of their DELICIOUS options as well including their summer salad, appetizers like the beautiful charcuterie board, delicious empanadas, and more.. and their cutting cake and mini dessert bites which included the absolute best mini alfajores we had ever tasted!!! And we used their peach sangria which all of our guests loved! Absolute top notch food, drinks, service, set up of beautiful rentals, and overall incredible customer service and hands on interaction from day one. They truly made our wedding day. If you don’t want standard, bland, basic Wedding food….go with Pampas Fox!!

We hired Pampas Fox to cater our wedding and had such a great experience. From our first inquiry to them, their entire team was so warm and wonderful to work with. Our tasting at their farm was absolutely amazing and personalized to us and our preferences. All of our wedding guests were raving about the food, everyone loved it! All food was served hot and their staff were kind and professional, they made sure that everyone was taken care of and our guests had a spectacular experience. -

Pampas Fox catered my moderately sized wedding (120 people) this past Saturday and I cannot say enough good things! The guests all raved about the food and described it as food that exceeded the typical wedding/event food. Everyone is still talking about it! Many, including myself, said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and that is saying something because a lot of us are foodies and we can be tough critics! ;) It can be hard to mass-produce high quality food and flavor but somehow Pampas Fox does it!
The flavor was amazing and it truly tasted like it was made with love and passion. We has the spinach salad with fall compliments like butternut squash, pomegranate seeds and a balsamic vinaigrette as a starter. For mains we had the skirt steak with chimichurri and the chicken marsala accompanied by seasonal roasted veggies and rice pilaf. They added roasted potatoes to the vegetables for us as well per request. All of it was insanely good and we were eating leftovers for days!
Rewinding back to last May, my husband and I had our first tasting with Pampas Fox. From there, we were sold. No other caterers even compared. The owner, Lucia, is the one who does the tastings herself and you can see her passion and love for her business in the product. She was warm, welcoming, and explained everything to us in detail. She was also incredibly flexible and was able to customize things for us even at the tasting. We tasted at 3 other competing caterers (some at a much higher price point) and nothing even compared to the taste, selection and service we experienced with Pampas Fox.
Once we finished the tasting, we were in contact with Cathy, who is their events person. I want to say that her communication throughout the whole year of planning was outstanding. Truly the most caring and communicative vendor we experienced and that is thanks to Cathy. She was so helpful and always gave us detailed, timely answers. She not only helped with us finalizing our menu, but helped so much with the selection of our linens, tables, etc. She has so much knowledge and helped us an incredible amount. It was truly a joy planning alongside her guidance and she made me and my husband feel at ease during a stressful time. She is truly a gem!
Now for the day-of service. The whole team went above and beyond. The bartenders made our signature drinks exactly how we wanted them and were very efficient. There were never long lines at the bar. The servers throughout cocktail hour and dinner were super personable and efficient and continued to check on people throughout the night. The servers treated me and my husband like royalty and brought us cocktail hour goodies to our pictures. They continued to treat us with this outstanding service throughout the night. I have been to many weddings where this did not happen and it makes you appreciate it even more! Their set up and take down was super fast. I blinked an eye and everything was done. I didn't have to bat an eye because I knew they had everything covered!
All in all, this company exceeded all of my expectations. You can tell from the end product that they are a small, family-oriented business that produces only the best. Something Lucia said to us during our initial tasting that stuck with us was that she only takes on a certain amount of events in one given time period because she wants to give it her all. That was one of the huge reasons we chose them and all of that proved to be true. They were truly our most outstanding vendor to work with. Their warm and welcoming service was just the icing on top of the excellent food they served. -

PAMPA'S FOX IS AMAZING! This amazing team catered our wedding and it was incredible. All of the food was amazing and its all guests could talk about! While struggling in finding a cater for our September wedding during a busy summer season, we were recommended Pampa’s Fox by a very good friend - who also used them at their wedding we attended. Had the great pleasure of having Lucia and team cater our 8/27/21 wedding at Sweeney Barn, and her team is pure gold. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lucia and the amazing food of Pampas Fox, her flavors are unique and delicious, and the food at our reception was just as delectable as our tasting. Even as we planned during COVID (and rescheduled our reception...) Lucia was accommodating and her experience & professionalism gave us such a sense of ease. The wedding day was perfect, each appetizer at cocktail hour was exceptional (they even placed a special board for the couple upstairs), the servers were extremely attentive (and made sure we the couple had anything we needed!). And the family style menu served in elegant style. I would 100% recommend Pampas Fox for your wedding or any event. We added some traditional Argentine empanadas and media lunas which were all a hit and their desserts are also amazing. Thank you for all Lucia!!! -

I cannot express how amazing Pampa’s was! From the moment I spoke to Cathy about getting a quote, I knew I wanted to work with them. She completely understood my vision, she brought up points I didn’t think about, and she was so easy to talk to and work with.
Then we had our tasting with Lucia, and the woman is a master at her craft! We had so much fun with her and her food was DELICIOUS! Pampa’s was the caterer I was rooting for, but then once we tried the food, we were sold. They are not your normal wedding food which is what drew us to them.
Their staff at the wedding were PHENOMENAL! I cannot express how amazing they made our wedding and I’m still in awe with their service, professionalism, and quality.
People are still telling us how delicious the food was and that was important to me; music and food are my priorities and Pampa’s excelled!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING PAMPA’S! Don’t play yourself :) -

If you are looking for exceptional service, delicious food, and a vendor who works with you to exceed all your wants and needs- Pampa's Fox Catering & Event Planning is highly recommended! From the moment we contacted Lucia we knew this was going to be an awesome experience. Our tasting was absolutely delicious, she worked with us by providing different options to meet what our pallet desired and catered our food selection to include everything we want (everything was just so good and it was hard to select a few options!). When we had our walk through with our venue and wedding coordinator, Lucia was very helpful with ideas and suggestions and willing to proactively work together with all the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. All our guests enjoyed the food, from the hors d'oeuvre to the dinner! Pampa's fox's attention and service throughout our wedding night was absolutely magnificent. During the reception, they made sure Jose and I had our dinner, drinks, and items from the dessert table! We truly cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! We highly highly recommend Pampa's Fox Catering & Event Planning! We were super excited when they handed over to-go containers with food and hors d'oeuvre! We devoured them the next day. -

Lucia and her team at Pampas Fox are truly what made our wedding day so special! I knew from the moment we talked on the phone and they poured out options based on what I said I was looking for, that they were hired. Boy, they did NOT disappoint! My family loves good quality food and appreciate it's presentation and were still blown away by what Lucia presented on the wedding day! Not only did every guest comment about how amazing the food was but also the demeanor of the entire staff and quality of every small detail. Lucia was such a joy to work with, fun, professional, relaxed and confident and she was always extremely flexible and accommodating, despite all the changes with dates and protocols due to COVID. Lucia does not just provide quality food but an exceptional overall experience, one that every bride and groom should have the joy of experiencing on the most important day of their lives. Let's be real, how many weddings have you been to where the food is less than sub par or the staff is less than attentive or leaves no lasting impression whatsoever? It's often that a caterer just provides the food and that's it but with Lucia you get beautiful set up and bar servers and attention to details like in a 5 star, fine dinning restaurant. With Pampas Fox, you will have a lingering desire for more of their food long after the wedding is over. Oh and the tasting she provides is EXQUISITE all in itself! Hire Pampas Fox and you truly get the dinning experience of a lifetime at a fraction of the cost of most caterers. -

Lucia and her team were absolutely wonderful! I loved the variety of fresh food options. I had so much trouble trying to find a great food vendor that would do family style for my Italian themed wedding. Pampa's Fox went above and beyond! Definitely Recommend!
We were recommended Pampa's Fox by a friend and could not be happier to have hired them for our wedding! We worked with Lucia on the catering side and Cathy on the coordinator side. Lucia was wonderful to work with and is so talented. The different influences she brings to the table truly make for delicious meals. The tasting we attended allowed us to try so many different foods which made it easier to feel comfortable with our set menu. At the wedding, the food was just as amazing as the tasting and the presentation was beautiful! We had several guests comment on how much they enjoyed everything even weeks after. We look forward to ordering empanadas and alfajorcitos for special occasions in the future! On the coordinator side, Cathy took so much of the pressure off of us and helped us enjoy our wedding day. Due to some unfortunate events day of, much of our schedule was thrown out the window and if it had not been for Cathy and some of our other vendors, we definitely would have been panicking. Cathy was quick to action and always made us her number one priority, all while still working on all the other things that needed to get done. We truly don't know what we would have done without her and are so grateful to her and the rest of the Pampa's Fox team! We would highly recommend hiring them for all of your event needs. Lucia and her team did a wonderful job on our wedding at Morais Vineyards! They were flexible, responsive, understanding, and attentive to detail as well. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented, and we received lots of compliments (especially the empanadas, the salmon, and the dessert bar!). There was absolutely no confusion on the day of - everyone happily received the right meal, and the event flowed seamlessly! I also reached out for advice, tips, and suggestions as I planned the wedding, and I always got a helpful response! Best of all, it's just a pleasure to work with them - they really treat you like family and make sure everything is taken care of for your special day. I appreciate everything they did for me - and I'd recommend them to anyone!
