I wanted to take a moment to truly thank Shauna and her team for everything they did to bring our wedding day to life. Planning, designing, and executing two ceremonies in one day is no small task, and she handled it all with such grace, organization, and calm confidence.
From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel manageable and thoughtful. Her attention to detail and design vision ensured that both ceremonies felt cohesive yet distinct, and every transition throughout the day flowed seamlessly. I never once felt stressed on the wedding execution because I knew she had everything under control.
The way she balanced logistics, timing, vendor coordination, and overall guest experience was incredible! Our family and friends kept commenting on how smooth and beautifully orchestrated the day felt and that is entirely a testament to her and her team!
All of the vendors that she suggested and that we booked, were better than I could have ever imagined and my husband and I were blow away at each reveal of the day, from the florals, to the rentals and to the DJ. It was so fun to see the designs that we worked on together, come to life!
Beyond her professionalism, her steady and reassuring presence meant so much to me personally. On a day with so many moving parts, she made me feel calm, supported, and able to fully soak in every moment. That is such a gift!

Shauna is the BEST
Shauna is AMAZING! Working with her was hands down one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process. She was always willing to meet for calls at any time, helped calm my decision-making fatigue, and was on top of every single detail. She created a perfectly curated design deck and coordinated everything seamlessly behind the scenes, to the point where I kept asking, “I feel like there’s something I should be doing?!” and the answer was always no, because Shauna had already handled it. She truly made the planning experience fun and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, Shauna made sure everything ran flawlessly. If anything did go wrong, we had no idea because we experienced nothing but pure joy. She even arrived at the venue earlier than planned to accommodate their last-minute load-in rules. The icing on the cake was when I was having issues with my makeup, Shauna immediately pulled out her personal touch-up kit and helped fix under my eyes anytime I felt I needed it. Shauna truly goes above and beyond. We enjoyed every conversation we had and truly are SO glad we made the decision to hire Shauna as our wedding planner. -

I had the privilege of working with Shauna for Lawrence & Charlynne's wedding on February 23, 2019. Leading up to the wedding, Shauna was always so quick to respond to any questions I had - and I wasn't even the bride! Shauna is a team player. She is proactive and on point, and everything she touches is incredible. Her work speaks for itself. From brainstorming, to coordinating, to executing, she and her team put every detail of Lawrence & Charlynne's wedding together so thoughtfully. Which as a photographer, is huge since that work essentially sets the stage for me to come in and capture even more beautiful images. As a photographer witnessing her in action, I can attest to the fact that you want this woman on your side making your wedding dreams come true! I would highly recommend hiring Shauna. She will make your life easier and wedding planning so much smoother, and you won't regret it. Plus, she's a quality human! ;) -

One thing I learned about myself while wedding planning is that while I have a lot of opinions, I don't have a lot of ideas. During my consult with Shauna, she asked about our vision for the wedding and threw out a couple of ideas, and right away I knew she was our planner. My husband and I have pretty demanding jobs and knew we would not be able to deal with all of the details - Shauna took care of everything and her team took care of us on the day. It was one hundred percent the best money we spent on the wedding and we cannot say enough about how wonderful she is (and how utterly beautiful our wedding turned out to be thanks to her execution). -

A Vendor's Dream Planner
We were the photographer/videographers on a recent wedding Shauna planned in Malibu. As a vendor, the quality of planners our couples' choose is so important, and Shauna was one of the best. She was informative & communicative; professional yet down to earth. Shauna made our lives easier and also threw a gorgeous event! We'll highly recommend her to our couples and hope to work with her again! -

Best Wedding Coordinator EVER
Words cannot begin to explain just how amazing Shauna is! She did our entire wedding and it was perfect. She started with a beautiful design board that we absolutely loved. From vendors to venues she helped choose the very best. The day was so beautifully perfect! It went so smooth and I felt 100% stress free! I kept thinking and feeling like I should be stressed or overwhelmed but I wasn’t one single but because of her! My husband absolutely loved her. I would say the very best thing about Shauna is her creativity. We heard many of our guests complimenting all the little touches she planned and prepared. Planning a wedding is insanely overwhelming. My bride and I tried to start the process ourselves, but then realized we were way over our heads and hired Shauna and her team at Palm and Pine Events. This turned out to be the smartest decision we made.
Shauna is EXTREMELY great at her job. She has a ton of experience and has very reasonably priced levels of help she can provide between just a day-of coordinator through full planning (vendor selection, florals/setup selection, the where, who, when, what, and how).
Shauna's extremely patient and knowledable. Our wedding was a "destination" in that we were headed to California even though we're from Seattle. This meant a thousand more emails, phone calls, etc between Shauna and ourselves to coordinate and not once did she get annoyed at our million little questions.
Everything about our special day went absolutely perfect because of Shauna. Even when there was a minor disaster (our shuttle broke down meaning half of the guest list was late), she was on top of it, calling people to get them there all the while reassuring us and making sure everything else was taken care of. All of the little details were perfect. Everything flowed on time even with the folks being late. She handled details with all of the other vendors and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it, exactly where it should be at exactly the right time.
I honestly cannot stress enough how impressed we were with Shauna and her team. Absolutely out of this world wedding planner! A++++ -

Thank you Shauna for your calm and wonderful demeanor and flawless execution of our wedding! From my first email and phone call with Shauna I knew she would be a great fit for our wedding. I had felt a sense of ease when I spoke with her and felt that our personalities clicked. I didn't need a ton of planning help, although she provided great vendors and ideas, but I did need someone who would execute the day exactly how I envisioned and handle the logistics and details that I definitely would have missed without her! Shauna met me in Palm Springs for a walk-through and tasting and I was immediately relieved she was there. She asked the venue a ton of great questions I would have never thought of and helped me figure out the best timeline for the day. She was patient, thoughtful, and creative. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she answered all of my questions, jumped on the phone when I needed assurance of things and coordinated everything with my vendors. She even worked secretly, behind the scenes, with my mom to plan a video surprise at our rehearsal dinner. My mom was so grateful for her help and we were sooo excited when the video played! The day of the wedding was PERFECT! She came with a big smile on her face and the same calm demeanor that I desperately needed! She handled everythinggggg for me so all I didn't have to think about one thing! I heard after the wedding, one of the groomsmen forgot his suit and my husband had issues with the sound equipment, all of which Shauna gracefully handled with ease so I never even knew there was any problems! Again, SO GRATEFUL! When I came back to my hotel room at the end of the night everything was packed up so I didn't need to worry about a thing! Highly recommend booking Shauna for all of your wedding needs. Thank you, thank you! -

Shawna with Palm + Pine Events was phenomenal and our wedding day was everything we wanted. From start to finish, she provided excellent service and was warm, friendly, reassuring, professional, creative -- just perfect! I can't recommend her highly enough -- and I am an event planner myself, so that recommendation comes from both personal and professional experience. I had just moved to the area and didn't know vendors, etc -- Shawna made excellent recommendations and was "on point" at every turn. We were thrilled and very grateful to her for making our day spectacular -

My fiance and I hired Shauna back in June to help us plan our wedding. We were planning long distance so we wanted someone who was in California and knew the vendors to help organize and help with the design aspect. Honestly, we didn't really work with Shauna a lot because it would take her weeks to respond to us. The first incident was two weeks and I thought it was perhaps because of a holiday weekend. The next time, it was six weeks that we didn't hear from her; and we had sent her multiple emails to try to move forward in our wedding planning.
