I hired Maria with a 6 month time line and literally nothing planned. We had no date, no venue, no caterer etc. From the beginning Maria was full of ideas and suggestions. We had to change our plan 2 months in because we realized throwing the wedding at a rental house like we wanted was not feasible. Maria was right on the ball, changing gears and quickly finding us a whole list of other options.
We ended up booking a water front vineyard on the North Fork. It was beautiful, but just a field. We had to bring in EVERYTHING we needed. Luckily, Maria had contacts with a bunch of great vendors. She organized all appointments for me, and even drove me the 2 hours out to East Hampton for the meetings. Her vendor suggestions turned out to be amazing and she was sure to keep me on budget.
The weekend of our wedding was a busy one for her. She had events to run the 2 days before our wedding. Even after working almost 48 hours straight, Maria pulled of our wedding without a hitch. Her staff was extremely helpful (and SO nice!) all weekend when Maria was not available.
Everything the day of came together perfectly. There were a few last minute issues that came up, and Maria dealt with them without question. (ie: a 20 degree drop in temperature in 24 hours!) The site was set up exactly how I wanted it. The decor came out more beautifully than I had imagined. The food was seriously incredible. Everyone had an amazing time. Our guests are still talking about our wedding and hopefully will be for years to come. Maria helped us make a great impression.
Through out the planning process Maria was extremely attentive. All correspondence was responded to almost immediately. Even when she was working another wedding! She always made me feel like I was her only client. I would highly recommend Maria to other Bride's She and her staff did a great job.
