Amanda and her team at Page Wedding & Event Planning are legitimate, trustworthy and professional coordinators that went above and beyond my expectations. This coordination team knows Michigan venues and vendors like the back of their hand, which makes planning with them so much easier. Amanda, Lori and Stephanie were crucial in helping to organize and execute my Southeast Michigan wedding in April 2025.
A few items Page Wedding & Event Planning helped us with:
- Setup and teardown of complex decor, organizing and locating wedding party members for ceremony and reception, communication with our venue and other vendors on critical items throughout the wedding day and leading up to the day, and making sure both myself and the groom had everything we wanted and needed (snacks, medicine, specific photos and moments) by checking-in regularly.
Amanda from first contact was immediately communication-oriented and always answered any questions or concerns I had (the 24/7 communication is legitimate). This team was exactly what a bride will want from a wedding coordinator if they're looking to hire one. -

We hired Amanda as a day-of coordinator for our daughter's January 2025 wedding. Hands down worth every cent! Amanda's attention to detail, calm demeanor, ability to corral a large wedding party, handle unanticipated issues, etc. allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy the day our daughter, son-in-law, family and friends. Amanda worked with us to coordinate complete and detailed time-line for the day, communicated details with every member of the wedding party, and kept everyone on task and on time. She coordinated with each of our vendors on set up, delivery and arrival times. Amanda is also a talented decorator and worked closely with our florist to decorate the reception space perfectly in line with the vision given to her! Her professionalism was appreciated by all of our vendors, who praised her assistance and coordination. There's no way we could have managed the day without her! -

Our wedding day was a dream come true, thanks in no small part to our incredible day-of coordinator, Amanda. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda was consistently available to answer questions, offer advice, and refine our timeline to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. She thought of every single detail, many of which we would have overlooked without her expertise. Her coordination with our vendors and the wedding party was invaluable, and the week leading up to our wedding was completely stress-free as she made sure everyone was on the same page and understood the timeline and expectations for the day. On the day of our wedding, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the joy and love of the day. I am the biggest planner and type A person and Amanda was able to quell every fear and handle every situation that was thrown at her - not only in the months leading up to the wedding but on the wedding day itself.
She answered every question I had promptly and thoroughly. She put together the best timeline of my day (which is difficult when you have an early church ceremony and a later reception!). She listened to me, supported me, and made me feel so taken care of.
Amanda is seriously the best and you should seriously consider hiring her for your wedding or event - she will make sure things go off without a hitch, make sure you're kept in the loop, and help you to enjoy your day to the fullest.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with! About a month prior to our wedding she sent over a very detailed questionnaire that quite honestly was very overwhelming at first glance; however, after going through it and answering the questions, I realized just how thorough and detailed she was. Some of the questions we had honestly not thought about before, so we appreciated her asking these questions up front as it allowed us to put some thought into them. Using this questionnaire she then created a very precise and detailed timeline for us. She was very patient despite multiple changes and several back and forth emails to ensure the timeline was perfect.
About a week before the wedding she sent our timeline and processional to the entire wedding party plus family members to ensure everyone was on the same page and understood where they had to be and at what time. We especially appreciated this as it was one less thing we had to coordinate the week leading up to the wedding.
Brandi was our day of coordinator and the one who lead our rehearsal. She arrived at the venue on Saturday morning and got to work right away by placing all remaining decor. She helped to keep us on time throughout the day and helped to coordinate with all the vendors, allowing us to be fully present during the day. We even had a little emergency in the morning with a dress ripping and she was prepared with a sewing kit and helped to fix the dress situation!
Even though we were running behind on our timeline, Brandi made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that all events were taking place in the proper order. She also helped us clean up at the end of the night and made sure everything was done and out of the venue at the designated time.
I knew going into wedding planning that I wanted a day of coordinator but it was not until the week leading up to the wedding, and particularly the actual day of the wedding, that I realized the true value of a coordinator and how much stress and responsibility they take off the bride and groom on the day of. I can now see just how many things can go wrong on the day of without the assistance of a coordinator. I am very much so Type A so it was extremely difficult to let someone else take over but I am so grateful for our decision to hire Amanda and her team!! If you are on the fence about hiring her, just do it; you will not regret it!! -

Amanda RAN THE SHOW for me on my wedding day!! I could not recommend her more!! While I was at a ceremony off-site, she made sure my reception was beautiful and flowed flawlessly. From large items like marquee letters to mirrors, to small details like kids' coloring pages to be placed at the correct seats, Amanda placed every detail perfectly. She picked up decor that was knocked over by guests, and she ran to the dance floor and cleaned up GLASS that a kid knocked out of someone's hand and shattered.
I think the biggest nod to her character is when my DJ announced this is the last song a half hour early. Amanda was the one to notice and tell him No, we don't end yet. (After she had already spent several hours working and I'm sure would have loved to get home a half hour earlier!!)
From the first phone call with Amanda to the day before as she is group texting the wedding party for us, her communication was phenomenal.
She truly held each one of my vendors accountable, and they would not have had a cohesive timeline without her communication, direction, and wedding knowledge.
The best choice a bride could make is hiring Amanda and Page Wedding & Event Planning!! Even us Type A, do-it-all-ourselves brides....because I couldn't have put this party on without Amanda!

I was hesitant hiring a day of coordinator because I thought our wedding was pretty small and straight forward, no wedding party, minimal decor, around 100 people. The value Amanda provided from helping plan to leading rehearsal, to making sure everything was flawless on our day truly made for a stress free wedding day and I’m SO happy we hired her! -

Amanda made our whole day a dream come true!
Our day was pure magic.
I originally was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator and wasn’t sure it would be worth it, but DANG! Day of coordinators are a MUST HAVE. Amanda couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for us. She BLEW US AWAY! Believe me when I say I had BIG ideas. Amanda took all of them and all that I had imagined for our day and put it into a beautiful reality.
I couldn’t have imagined it going any smoother with design, follow through, her overall energy and all the rest. I considered myself a very detailed planner, but Amanda asked me all the questions I had not considered and helped me problem solve anything that didn’t fit with the overall vision of the day. When problems day of came up she problem solved those flawlessly before I even arrived to the venue so that I didn’t have to stress AT ALL. For example no one could find the candles that were supposed to be on our head table so she went and picked some up at Walmart. Our ceremony sign didn’t fit on the easel so she decided to set it up in a beautiful way that made sense. I’m sure there were other problems she had to solve that I had no idea about. GO AMANDA!
Amanda is the perfect coordinator because she is super respectful to all your fam but at the same time does not take any unwanted BS. She managed my extremely dramatic and challenging family with grace and ease. She also has a very nice, warm, genuine, personality in general so it’s easy to talk to her like you’ve known her forever and very easy to put one of the most important days of your life in her hands. She also took a lot of BTS videos on her phone. My husband and I loved looking back at all the details while waiting for our photos and videos to come back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -

Amanda was the best key person for our wedding team. From reviewing the contracts with each vendor to make sure we were getting what we thought we were, to calling each vendor to introduce herself. Amanda was in communication with us ahead of the wedding including doing a venue walk-through to understand what we had in mind for the layouts and had suggestions on how to make it a little more magical! She was super prompt in responses. We would send a text or an email asking small questions as they popped up and she would reply either immediately or within an hour... sometimes even late at night she was messaging us back. Detail oriented, what goes where, what was / wasn't included in contracts with multiple vendors such as who fills the water cups for dinner... all of the little detailsConstantly checked in day of - do we need anything / how are we doing, did we need more food or drinks, did we need a minute to get away from everyone ...The week before the wedding she reached out to each of our vendors to make sure they knew who she was. She was beyond phenomenal! Running around behind the scenes to make sure everything went seamlessly. During the dancing she was ninja-like in breaking down decorations to start cleaning up so at the end of the night the place was cleaned up and we could call it a night shortly after the music ended. Without a doubt, Amanda helped to ensure we had a magical day without worries! -

I can’t even begin to express how much I appreciate Amanda Page and her team! We had Amanda for our wedding at Boyne Mountain on 9/10/22 and she was the best asset I had in my bridal arsenal. I didn’t find out about any misshapes from my wedding until after the fact but my family and friends could only compliment how she handled the situations. She is so thorough, she kept all of my venue/vendors in line and on time (which was a big stress for me). Not only we’re they professional but they were personable! We had her help film all of us for TikTok’s 😂 I really can’t begin to say how much I would recommend Amanda Page and her team and I look forward to seeing them again next fall for my MOHs wedding ❤️ -

Southeast Michigan Vineyard Wedding
Amanda was AMAZING. I asked my friends what one thing they would’ve done differently when getting married and hiring a Coordinator was what they all said, so I searched and found Amanda and Page Wedding & Event Planning, and I am so happy. Amanda was pleasant to work with and organized, she kicked ass at getting us all together and setting everything up, AND taking it down, even after we left the venue. It was like a weight was lifted the week of the wedding because of her, and she made us feel like we were working with family. Best decision EVER!
After our initial consultation call, I KNEW we had made the right choice hiring Amanda and Page Wedding & Event Coordination. It was such a relief to have her on our side. All of my questions were answered promptly. Anything I wanted to do or suggest doing, she made it happen. Amanda is so knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She kept me organized and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. We met for the first time, in person, at our rehersal and we all immediately felt comfortable with her. I never thought I needed a coordinator for my small wedding that turned out to be not so small after all. I am so glad a friend who was also planning a wedding convinced me to get a coordinator and even happier that they recommended Amanda. Amanda and her sister Liz are the wedding dynamic duo! Amanda was my behind the scenes planner, and Liz was my day of girl (Amanda had another wedding on my date). Amanda took care of my timeline, gathering all sorts of information (stuff I seriously would never have thought of-and I am super organized/type a), making sure I had vendor contracts, and everything in between. Liz did a venue walkthrough with me a few weeks leading up to my wedding to ensure we had a good game plan. Day of Liz was very attentive to our every need. We had a short window to set up the reception space and she magically did it, and exceeded my expectations on how beautiful it all looked. Throughout the night I was not bothered for a single task and was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding. Liz took care of cleanup and kept all of the decor and misc items organized while packing it up. I cannot recommend this dream team enough! -

The title of my review says it all. I knew from girlfriends of mine that having a coordinator was critical to our wedding planning but I did not realize just how important it was in the end. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with and she made our big day feel as carefree and magical as we had hoped. Communication was 10/10 and she was able to turn our vision to reality. Our ceremony and reception space looked like a dream thanks to her. You want her and her team with you to ease the pre-wedding avalanche of feeling overwhelmed. You do not want to be working or problem solving on your wedding day and with Page Wedding and Event Planning you won't. Instead, you'll visit, eat, drink, dance and actually enjoy your wedding.

My husband and I hired Amanda to be our day of the event coordinator for our wedding. From the first interaction to the very end of our wedding night, Amanda and her team were nothing short of AMAZING! Prior to the wedding, Amanda made sure every detail was discussed and covered. Our ceremony and reception took place in the same event room. Amanda and her team were able to flip that ENTIRE room for 200 guests in less than an hour !!
Throughout the day of the wedding, Amanda handled everything with professionalism and grace. Her and her team worked VERY hard to make sure our day was perfect.
It is hard to express my gratitude in words, but we are so thankful for everything. I HIGHLY recommend Page Wedding and Event Coordination. -

I was blown away and so impressed with Amanda's services, every step of the way! She was so easy to work with through our Covid rescheduled wedding, which was refreshing, because some of our vendors were not. She offered so many resources, help and advice through my entire planning process. She was detail oriented and so incredibly organized. She was even able to help me from the road on the way to our wedding when I needed a phone number I didn't have for one of our vendors. Amanda perfectly captured the design that I had been planning for so long at our venue, it was stunning, and she even made some much needed improvements to my plans in the moment that I hadn't thought of. And when 2 of our guests that never RSVPd showed, up she had already found them, found a table for them and moved around seats before I even noticed there was a problem. I was like having 2 of me at my wedding, she was so in tune with what needed to be done and what I needed from her. Absolutely amazing service!!! -

The literal BEST investment I made for our August 2025 Wedding. If you are even thinking about hiring this team, stop thinking and just do it! We worked with Amanda up until the week of the wedding and she was fantastic. The timeline and processional order was seamless and she made every adjustment I requested to make sure our day was just as we wanted it!
The week and day of the wedding we worked with Lori, who I cannot thank or recommend enough. Lori was there for whatever we needed, she was always checking in with us to see how we were doing. She was in constant communication on the day of, even making the best last minute decisions when we were unsure of how the weather was going to shift. I could not believe my eyes when I walked inside the venue and saw my Pinterest Board Wedding come to life. She took every bit of load off of us and my family/friends to ensure we just soaked in the moment. -

Necessary to make your wedding day everything you dreamed!
We hired Amanda for our wedding in August and are so happy and grateful we did. She went above and beyond all day! You 100% need a coordinator for your wedding and without a doubt it needs to be Amanda.
Before the wedding she was always available to ask questions and bounce ideas off of and even thought of things we never considered (like what is the ring bearer doing with the rings).
We would not have been able to set up the wedding without her. she was on top of setting up all the decorations exactly how I imagined and even had great ideas on where to put extra decor! The space looked amazing after she was done and I recieved so many compliments on how amazing everything looked! She brought my vision to life and always knew just what to do.
She was also on top of keeping us on schedule and handling any issues that arose without me even having to know about them! Our officiant was late and she handled it and we never even knew. We couldn't do a rehearsal beforehand and she handled making sure everyone knew their place and what to do day of! She even cut and plated our cake for us when we couldn't find anyone else that could do it. The best thing though is when I forgot/lost the garter and she fashioned one out of a gift bag handle so we could still do the garter toss (which ended up being such a memorable moment)!
Amanda was such a lifesaver all day and so professional and knowledgeable. Sheade it possible for us to enjoy our wedding and all of the festivities. I am so thankful she was there for our wedding and it would not have been half as amazing without her.
