Amazing Wedding Coordinator & Team! Definitely Recommend!
Amanda and Lori were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were communicative, quick to respond, incredibly kind, and professional. Amanda helped coordinate with all of our vendors and put together a dream timeline that made the entire weekend run seamlessly. Lori was on-site the night before to guide our rehearsal and helped everything run smoothly. On the big day, she brought our ceremony and reception vision to life and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every moment. I would recommend this team over and over again—they were truly the best! -

Best decision EVER!
After our initial consultation call, I KNEW we had made the right choice hiring Amanda and Page Wedding & Event Coordination. It was such a relief to have her on our side. All of my questions were answered promptly. Anything I wanted to do or suggest doing, she made it happen. Amanda is so knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She kept me organized and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. We met for the first time, in person, at our rehersal and we all immediately felt comfortable with her. I knew we were in good hands, I couldn't have done it without her! -

Amanda Page is the best went way above and beyond!
Amanda was the best key person for our wedding team. From reviewing the contracts with each vendor to make sure we were getting what we thought we were, to calling each vendor to introduce herself. Amanda was in communication with us ahead of the wedding including doing a venue walk-through to understand what we had in mind for the layouts and had suggestions on how to make it a little more magical! She was super prompt in responses. We would send a text or an email asking small questions as they popped up and she would reply either immediately or within an hour... sometimes even late at night she was messaging us back. Detail oriented, what goes where, what was / wasn't included in contracts with multiple vendors such as who fills the water cups for dinner... all of the little detailsConstantly checked in day of - do we need anything / how are we doing, did we need more food or drinks, did we need a minute to get away from everyone ...The week before the wedding she reached out to each of our vendors to make sure they knew who she was. She was beyond phenomenal! Running around behind the scenes to make sure everything went seamlessly. During the dancing she was ninja-like in breaking down decorations to start cleaning up so at the end of the night the place was cleaned up and we could call it a night shortly after the music ended. Without a doubt, Amanda helped to ensure we had a magical day without worries!-

Made Our Wedding Day Absolutely Perfect!
Our wedding day was a dream come true, thanks in no small part to our incredible day-of coordinator, Amanda. Leading up to the wedding, Amanda was consistently available to answer questions, offer advice, and refine our timeline to ensure the day flowed seamlessly. She thought of every single detail, many of which we would have overlooked without her expertise. Her coordination with our vendors and the wedding party was invaluable, and the week leading up to our wedding was completely stress-free as she made sure everyone was on the same page and understood the timeline and expectations for the day. On the day of our wedding, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the joy and love of the day. We cannot thank Amanda enough for her help in making our wedding day truly spectacular, and we highly recommend her to any couples looking for a day-of coordinator.-

Day Of Coordination
Amanda was a pleasure to work with! About a month prior to our wedding she sent over a very detailed questionnaire that quite honestly was very overwhelming at first glance; however, after going through it and answering the questions, I realized just how thorough and detailed she was. Some of the questions we had honestly not thought about before, so we appreciated her asking these questions up front as it allowed us to put some thought into them. Using this questionnaire she then created a very precise and detailed timeline for us. She was very patient despite multiple changes and several back and forth emails to ensure the timeline was perfect.
About a week before the wedding she sent our timeline and processional to the entire wedding party plus family members to ensure everyone was on the same page and understood where they had to be and at what time. We especially appreciated this as it was one less thing we had to coordinate the week leading up to the wedding.
Brandi was our day of coordinator and the one who lead our rehearsal. She arrived at the venue on Saturday morning and got to work right away by placing all remaining decor. She helped to keep us on time throughout the day and helped to coordinate with all the vendors, allowing us to be fully present during the day. We even had a little emergency in the morning with a dress ripping and she was prepared with a sewing kit and helped to fix the dress situation!
Even though we were running behind on our timeline, Brandi made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that all events were taking place in the proper order. She also helped us clean up at the end of the night and made sure everything was done and out of the venue at the designated time.
I knew going into wedding planning that I wanted a day of coordinator but it was not until the week leading up to the wedding, and particularly the actual day of the wedding, that I realized the true value of a coordinator and how much stress and responsibility they take off the bride and groom on the day of. I can now see just how many things can go wrong on the day of without the assistance of a coordinator. I am very much so Type A so it was extremely difficult to let someone else take over but I am so grateful for our decision to hire Amanda and her team!! If you are on the fence about hiring her, just do it; you will not regret it!! -

Wedding 9-14-19
My entire wedding would have been a mess without Amanda. She found so many errors in my contracts that I didn’t even noticed and would have messed up my entire day. She was there every time I needed her and if she didn’t know the answer she found it for me. She is worth every penny and SO much more. I’m forever grateful for the extra effort she put in for me. You NEED her! -

You need Amanda and her team. Book them!!! Seriously though, our wedding was last night and I could not be happier with how things went. Amanda was exactly what I needed to get everything together these last three months. I can’t imagine having done it without her. Liz was our coordinator on the day and she was also fantastic. She made everything seamless and streamlined. Its worth every bit to have them on your side. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. -

Day of coordination
There are SO many good things I can say about Amanda!!! She was a lifesaver for my wedding planning and my entire wedding day. If you are searching for someone who is caring and considerate, but will also get the job done efficiently and effectively... Amanda is your girl. She did EVERYTHING for me and went above and beyond. I never thought I needed a wedding planner/coordinator, but after 2 years of wedding planning and trying to do literally everything on my own, I finally decided to get some help. Man, I am SOOOO glad that I did. She took a huge weight off my shoulders and literally made everything so much less stressful. Amanda helped with everything from start to finish. She was there for my rehearsal, helped plan my day of timeline, ran the ceremony, set up and took down ALL of my decor and accessories and basically just made sure everything went smoothly and that I wasn't bothered with ANYTHING on my wedding day. I can't say enough about how grateful for her. I will 100% always recommend her to anyone I know who needs help with their events. Thank you so much Amanda. Amazing hire!!
Amanda was worth her weight in gold for all she did on our wedding day. I was hesitant hiring a day of coordinator because I thought our wedding was pretty small and straight forward, no wedding party, minimal decor, around 100 people. The value Amanda provided from helping plan to leading rehearsal, to making sure everything was flawless on our day truly made for a stress free wedding day and I’m SO happy we hired her! -

We could not have done it without her!
When I first started wedding planning I knew I needed a coordinator to help with the setup of my backyard wedding so I began searching around and eventually I interviewed 4 people. When speaking with Amanda it was so clear she was the right fit! She knew her stuff and was willing to tackle anything! I immediately signed on to work with her! Amanda's prep was extremely thorough (she created a detailed timeline, vendor/party contact sheet, and the processional plan) which helped ensure everything was set ahead of time - making the week before the wedding more enjoyable for sure!
Amanda came out to my parents house to do a walk through a few days ahead of time and also coordinated the rehearsal on Friday evening before our Saturday wedding.
Day of the wedding we showed up to a perfectly decorated wedding, she truly transformed my parents yard into the wedding of my dreams! Amanda is the friend you need for your wedding weekend - she is super easy to talk to, has a can-do attitude about everything, and will make you feel confident that everything will go as planned, and it will! Our pastor even commented on how great Amanda was and requested her contact info to pass along to other brides.
We ran out of some items very early in the night and Amanda ran out to the store and got more and was back in a flash, it was like she never left! We always knew were she was even though her team had 3 other weddings the same day - I truly do not know how they do it, but they sure are good at their jobs! :) Everything went according to plan and was on-time, all thanks to Amanda.
If you're still reading this, just do yourself a favor and book with Amanda ASAP! It is truly the best money you will spend and you will have no regrets as it is worth every penny. I was a very stressed out bride but the day of my wedding I was as calm as can be knowing I had Amanda in charge at the house getting everything set. -

Amanda and her team were AMAZING! The communication, organization, and everything in between was top notch. 100% Recommend Amanda, Lori and Stephanie After My April 2025 Wedding
Amanda and her team at Page Wedding & Event Planning are legitimate, trustworthy and professional coordinators that went above and beyond my expectations. This coordination team knows Michigan venues and vendors like the back of their hand, which makes planning with them so much easier. Amanda, Lori and Stephanie were crucial in helping to organize and execute my Southeast Michigan wedding in April 2025.
A few items Page Wedding & Event Planning helped us with:
- Setup and teardown of complex decor, organizing and locating wedding party members for ceremony and reception, communication with our venue and other vendors on critical items throughout the wedding day and leading up to the day, and making sure both myself and the groom had everything we wanted and needed (snacks, medicine, specific photos and moments) by checking-in regularly.
Amanda from first contact was immediately communication-oriented and always answered any questions or concerns I had (the 24/7 communication is legitimate). This team was exactly what a bride will want from a wedding coordinator if they're looking to hire one. -

Amanda is the BEST!!!
I am the biggest planner and type A person and Amanda was able to quell every fear and handle every situation that was thrown at her - not only in the months leading up to the wedding but on the wedding day itself.
She answered every question I had promptly and thoroughly. She put together the best timeline of my day (which is difficult when you have an early church ceremony and a later reception!). She listened to me, supported me, and made me feel so taken care of.
Amanda is seriously the best and you should seriously consider hiring her for your wedding or event - she will make sure things go off without a hitch, make sure you're kept in the loop, and help you to enjoy your day to the fullest.

Exceptional Wedding Coordinator!
We hired Amanda as a day-of coordinator for our daughter's January 2025 wedding. Hands down worth every cent! Amanda's attention to detail, calm demeanor, ability to corral a large wedding party, handle unanticipated issues, etc. allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy the day our daughter, son-in-law, family and friends. Amanda worked with us to coordinate complete and detailed time-line for the day, communicated details with every member of the wedding party, and kept everyone on task and on time. She coordinated with each of our vendors on set up, delivery and arrival times. Amanda is also a talented decorator and worked closely with our florist to decorate the reception space perfectly in line with the vision given to her! Her professionalism was appreciated by all of our vendors, who praised her assistance and coordination. There's no way we could have managed the day without her!-

The absolute BEST!
There are truly no words we could say to adequately thank Amanda for making our big day everything we imagined! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. She was by far the most helpful, attentive, and seasoned vendor we hired. Amanda stepped in whenever and wherever she was needed and took on responsibilities that should not have been hers. Her title of “day of” coordinator can be a little deceiving! She did SO much for us beyond just our actual wedding day. Even our wedding party made note of how awesome she was. Outstanding experience
My husband and I hired Amanda to be our day of the event coordinator for our wedding. From the first interaction to the very end of our wedding night, Amanda and her team were nothing short of AMAZING! Prior to the wedding, Amanda made sure every detail was discussed and covered. Our ceremony and reception took place in the same event room. Amanda and her team were able to flip that ENTIRE room for 200 guests in less than an hour !!
Throughout the day of the wedding, Amanda handled everything with professionalism and grace. Her and her team worked VERY hard to make sure our day was perfect.
It is hard to express my gratitude in words, but we are so thankful for everything. I HIGHLY recommend Page Wedding and Event Coordination. -

You Definitely Need a Coordinator
Hiring Amanda and Janet to coordinate my July wedding was the best decision I made! I was hesitant to hire a coordinator at first, and ended up deciding I would like someone around six months out from my wedding. I reached out to Amanda, and she quickly replied and provided a very long, thorough phone consultation. After talking to her on the phone, her knowledge and experience were apparent. Amanda had me fill out many detailed forms, and was very fast/responsive when we made edits to my timeline. She incorporated my photographer's input and was receptive any changes suggested while providing advice.
The day of we had Janet working with us. Janet came to our rehearsal and found an error that we were able to correct before the day of the wedding! Having Janet with us made my wedding day so easy and fun for me and my bridesmaids. The wedding party were able to text her during the day as we needed things, and she was so fast and kind with assisting us. She set up our decorations quickly and went way above and beyond my expectations to make our ceremony and reception space beyond perfect. She also packed up our stuff at the end of the night in an incredibly organized and thorough manner. All of our deliveries were also handled by Janet and she has such a creative eye for decorating. Janet was there for everything and I do not have enough nice things to say! She was absolutely incredible and I am still SO grateful for her (and Amanda's behind the scenes) work! My day was stress-free, easy, and so much more fun than I had anticipated. I am SO glad I hired Amanda and Janet for my wedding day! -

Party Planner 60th birthday
