    The BEST Team in the Biz

    Not enough words to truly thank Chabeli and the PS Plans team enough for making our wedding INCREDIBLE, so I will just share the email we sent them after the best weekend of our lives!!!

    "We wanted to say another enormous THANK YOU for making our wedding weekend the most perfect, seamless, and beautiful celebration. Going into the weekend, we already had such high expectations just having seen the amount of effort and attention that you all had put in for the planning portion- everything from florals to Taco Bell. And despite being advised by so many to stay present and ignore the things that don't go perfectly, and having Chabeli reiterate to us that come Thursday we shouldn't worry about a thing, I don't think either of us really expected to spend the entire weekend so focused on each other, on our family and friends, and on the absolute magic that you all orchestrated so flawlessly. It's safe to say our expectations were blown out the water of Lake Alisal, through the garland-covered Atrium, and launched into the starry Santa Ynez skies.

    We knew we were in safe hands with Chabeli from the very beginning, and then when we finally got to meet the rest of you in front of Jackson house, we were reassured that everything was going to be great. Brianna, Jeannine, Juliana, Sheena- you are all so warm and professional and clearly love what you do. We're sure there were countless moments of stress for all of you throughout the weekend, but we can honestly say that we did not notice a single one of them, and every time that we looked over at one of you, there was a smile.

    Chabeli, our fearless leader! Thank you for putting up with all of our incessant questions over the last year. If we had a dollar for every time we asked you "well what do you think, Chabeli?" we could probably pay for the entire wedding. We trusted you throughout the whole process, and given the way that Atrium turned out, we are so glad that we did (can't believe we were even considering saying no to that). But seriously, you're truly the best in the biz and we couldn't have done it without you. We'll be singing your praises to friends, family, and random strangers on the street for the rest of time!

    If you want a perfect wedding, hire PS Plans!!

    I cannot say enough great things about Chabeli and her team. From start to finish, this process exceeded my husband and I's expectations. Not only was Chabeli wildly prepared at every turn, she was efficient, creative, passionate, and most of all she was on board with our vision and did everything in her power to make it come to life. Each and every one of the vendors she recommended were so spot on. Her list of connections and friendships with people in this industry speaks volumes about how professional she is but also how kind and supportive she is. All the vendors love her and we can see why. Our wedding was truly the most perfect day, not one hiccup, not one detail was overlooked, and almost everyone who attended is still talking to us about how this was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. My parents are extremely harsh critics and they said this was the most beautifully put together and well thought out event they had ever seen. Chabeli was able to get to know my husband and I and immediately she felt like a fierce friend in our corner guiding us through the wild wild wedding west and we are beyond grateful for her expertise, her wisdom, and her guidance. We are forever PS Plans fans and any other party we need to throw or anniversary get together we'll have in the future, we will always choose Chabeli. Forever grateful!!

    The wedding Godmother

    From our very first conversation, Chabeli impressed me with her warmth, friendliness, and meticulous resourcefulness.

    She held bi-monthly meetings, and Chabeli always came prepared with her agenda, patiently answering all of our questions. Chabeli's service was so comprehensive that we even knew exactly how much to tip our vendors on the day of the wedding.

    On my wedding day, Chabeli truly felt like my wedding godmother! She handled everything, from ensuring the hair and makeup artists knew my hotel room number, to steaming my bridesmaids' dresses and confirming they were worn correctly. She adeptly understood sensitive family dynamics, navigating everyone's emotions and expectations with unwavering confidence, allowing us to rely on her completely. My family and I even had a couple of last-minute requests during the reception dinner, and Chabeli made them happen like magic! As we were about to leave for the after-party, she even confirmed that both my husband and I had our phones and IDs on us – that's when the "wedding godmother" thought truly solidified.

    Chabeli was the brain and muscle of my wedding. I wouldn't have had the perfect and amazing day I did without her.

    Hyper Competent Unstoppable Planning Machine with Excellent Taste

    PS Associates Event planning planned my wedding from vendor booking all the way to Coordinating day of over the course of a YEAR. Every moment of planning with them was wonderful.

    HEADLINE: I had a perfect wedding--in large part because the day of I had no thoughts in my brain, I didn't need to know what was happening at any point, I didn't have my phone on me the whole day, I just floated around happy and catching up with loved ones because Chabeli Sanchez and her team could and did handle absolutely everything.

    PROS:
    1. Great Energy
    2. Responsive
    3. Knows their stuff like no one else
    4. The team an organized well running MACHINE day-of
    5. Also an organized well running machine months proceeding
    6. Excellent Listeners
    7. So, so smart
    8. Very well connected to venues and vendors
    9. Does not bother you with the technical details, handles all the small coordinating stuff wonderfully
    10. Actual Fantastic in every conceivable way

    "CONS":*
    1. Chabeli will keep you on track and keep shit happening, if you like to waffle about, that won't fly. These woman have a mission and they are going to succeed. Chabeli WILL get answers out of you.
    2. Chabeli will make executive decisions without you if there is not the time/space to consult with you. Once she can, she will tell you her decision and point to specific things you've said/done as a reason for her executive decision. (She was right every time in my experience)
    3. There is a LOT of work coordinating with the team prior to the wedding, you need to be on top of it and working with them for the day of to go off without a hitch.

    *Chabeli went out of her way to really get to know me and for that reason I enjoyed Chabeli keeping my focused and making decisions for me and I enjoyed the insane amount of time I spent working with her. These cons are only cons if YOU aren't going to put in the work with Chabeli to give her the information she needs.

    Highlights:
    -Post ceremony I was ready to curl and take a nap. I was fully ready to skip the reception, I wanted to bail on the first dance and just cocoon with my new husband. Chabeli--in her infinite wisdom--read the situation and 15 minutes later I had a starbucks in my hand, a smile on my face, and I was on my way, now a happy camper, to the reception where we had a beautiful first dance and super fun reception.

    -I tried to cancel the wedding two months before it was scheduled because I hated the vibe (100% my change of heart based on events going on in life) Chabeli talked me out of it and helped me develop an entire different wedding (same venue) two months before the event was scheduled. She didn't even bat an eye, she just GOT IT DONE.

    -I cried on the phone about not even wedding related things to Chabeli and she listened and supported me despite it not even remotely being her job.

    -She also listened to about 50 long winded rants on ~only tangentially related topics~

    -I told her what my vision was and she would return with curated vendor options that fit the bill perfectly every time.

    -There was a very loud party next to my reception that was ruining the speeches and she got them to shut it down.

    -and most importantly, Here Comes the Bride in San Diego, got my dress 7 days before the wedding and then ruined it in alterations and Chabeli got me in to see a Phenomenal tailor in Los Angeles, Miss Tashina, 4 days before the wedding who did a complete overhaul of the dress.

    Then Chabeli's team picked up the dress 2 hours away from the venue the morning of the wedding and had it delivered to me in my bridal suite.

    This team (and especially Chabeli) made the wedding experience idyllic and spectacular. I had wondrous fun planning it and the best night of my life getting married. I owe the last year of peace of mind and excited anticipation to Chabeli and her team.

    Tldr: Professional, On-top-of-it visionaries who will run your wedding like a CIA mission with the number one priority of making you happy and number two priority of running the best event you'll go to in your life.

    The Best part of Wedding Planning is Chabeli!

    I can’t sing Chabeli’s praises enough to do her and her company justice! She is the absolute Best part of planning a wedding.
    We felt like we had the best possible captain of our ship!
    She was so methodical, helpful, supportive and I’ve very rarely met someone who had the perfect balance of professionalism as well as enthusiasm and support when we needed it. I will use her again and again and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner!!! The Absolute BEST!!!

    The BEST decision we made during wedding planning

    We used PS & Associates for our wedding at Alisal Guest Ranch earlier this month and it was absolutely the BEST decision we made throughout wedding planning. Chabeli walked us through the entire process and helped us stay on top of all the little decisions that needed to be made from day one. She also provided fantastic vendor recommendations so we felt confident in the team that we selected for our big day.

    When it came to the actual execution of our wedding, we were blown away by the entire PS Planning team. Alisal Guest Ranch is a massive property and we brought in a good number of external vendors that all needed to be coordinated and communicated with. The PS Planning team handled the entire situation with such ease and truly made our dream wedding come to life! I had a lot of small details that I wanted to work into our weekend and the PS Planning team pulled it off without a hitch - we truly could not have done it without them. On top of it all, the team is so fun and easy to get along with which made our entire wedding day that much better.

    We are forever grateful to Chabeli and her team for all of their hard work on our big day. They truly were everything we could have asked for and more. You guys are the best!!

    The best vendor decision we made for our wedding!

    Chabeli and her team are absolutely amazing and we could not recommend them enough for all your wedding planning needs!

    As soon as my fiancé and I got engaged we established we wanted to prioritize paying for a full planning package with a wedding planner given our busy schedules. It was the absolute best decision we made going into a year of wedding planning. From our first meeting with Chabeli, she was super in tune with our desire to properly scale our wedding for a smaller event, somewhere around 50 guests, and to stay as close to our budget as possible. Her diverse vendor list helped us stick to one of our other priorities, to hire as many minority-owned small businesses as possible. When a dire family medical emergency came up just six months before our wedding date, when we expected to go in deep on wedding planning, Chabeli was super encouraging that she wouldn’t bother us until we absolutely needed to make decisions, which allowed us to continue tending to our family needs full time. Come the final weeks before our wedding, Chabeli and her team kept on top of things we definitely didn’t even realize we needed to take care of.

    Our wedding day ended up being an absolute dream. So many people told us they wanted to duplicate so many big and small details for their own nuptials!

    Planning perfection!

    If you want a planner and a team that is the perfect combination of calm, competent, and fun, look no further than Chabeli and PS Associates. Chabeli and her team knocked it out of the park with our August wedding in Los Angeles. From our very first conversation, she brought energy and enthusiasm and kept the train moving throughout the year-long planning process. She is organized and realistic about what's possible with your budget and offered great advice around how to stretch every dollar the furthest possible. She navigated any hiccups with grace and every vendor she recommended - florals, hair/makeup, photography, you name it - was on point. We also had multiple vendors tell us privately that they LOVED working with Chabeli and we had made a great decision. She understood the exact vibe we were going for and executed on it to perfection. Day of, she and her team were all prompt, organized, and kept us feeling grounded and taken care of. Plus, they're just so fun to be around. So grateful for this team!

    Perfection at every step

    We just returned home from our destination wedding that we put on for our daughter at the Alisal Guest Ranch. Chabeli and her team were exceptional. I literally can’t think of anything that they didn’t handle perfectly and with ease. They made the event super enjoyable for our family as we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They held our hand all the way through the planning process through the actual events. I could not recommend them any higher. This was a 3 day event with multiple parties and photo sessions of which each one went smoothly and seamless. Also their recommendations of different vendors was helpful of which they were also very professional and top tier. Thank you again Chabeli and team you are a rare gem in your business.

    Couldn’t have asked for a better Planning Team

    Chabeli and her team brought our entire vision to life and then exceeded our expectations. She kept us on track throughout the entire wedding planning process and then kept us feeling grounded and calm throughout the wedding weekend. we could not recommend working with PS Plans more!

    Could not have done it without P.S.!

    Chabeli and the whole P.S. Team were everything I could have hoped for in a wedding planner - if you do literally one thing for your wedding day, hire P.S.! From the initial planning meetings, all the way through to the wedding day, Chabeli and her team held every responsibility, emotion, and detail for us. There were details I could have never imagined that were taken care of and most importantly, we got to truly enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything else.

    Our wedding was perfect thanks to Chabeli & team

    Chabeli and team planned our March 2022 wedding and hiring them was easily the best decision we made throughout the planning process. After just one call with Chabeli and Sheena, it was obvious all that they would do to make our wedding a success. They were with us every step of the way, guiding our vendor selection process, keeping our timeline on track, and thinking through all of the tiny details we wouldn't have thought of ourselves.

    Chabeli and team are so experienced, they truly know how to solve any challenge that comes up along the way. When I had a major issue with my dress, Chabeli was a text away and immediately knew who to connect me with to help solve the issue. When it came to our wedding day, I felt 100% at ease knowing everything was taken care of by her team. I cannot say enough about what an amazing job they did to make our day perfect.

    On top of it all, Chabeli, Sheena, and the rest of the team were such a joy to work with. They're fun, kind, and really care about the couples they work with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an increddible planning team.

    The Best Wedding Planner EVER.

    10/10 the best wedding planner in the game. Chabeli and team are ROCKSTARS that know the industry, will steer you in the right direction at every turn, and will do so with a smile while handing you champagne. They think of every possible detail, help deal with the trials and tribulations of family fun during wedding planning, and make sure that your day is actually the day that YOU want. Just a few things Chabeli helped navigate for our wedding: -- COVID rescheduling -- MASSIVE wildfire on the property two days before the wedding -- Vaccination requirements -- Bus driver who got pulled over en route to the wedding Honestly, outside of picking my hubby, Chabeli was the best wedding decision I made.     Simply the BEST

    PS Plans should 1000% be the first wedding vendor you hire!! Literally book them right now! Hands down, the best money we spent! We truly can't say enough good things about Chabeli, Sheena + Jeanine. Their helpful + engaging personalities, their organization + attention to detail, their help keeping things running on time, managing family dynamics + photos, is true perfection.

    My (FINALLY) husband + I were supposed to get married on March 28th, 2020, but COVID had other plans. In the very beginning of the pandemic, when no one knew what was going on + when the world shutdown, Chabeli managed to get our entire wedding postponed in a matter of days. Then, when we had to postpone a 2nd time, it was again taken care of in less than a week.

    Every single experience with Chabeli has been incredible. She is so helpful, incredibly responsive, + is great at helping you figure out your wedding day priorities + making your vision come to life.

    As a wedding photographer, I've worked with many coordinators, but the moment I met Chabeli while working a wedding together several years ago, I knew she would be the one I would hire for my own wedding someday. From both a vendor + bride perspective she is absolutely amazing to work with. I truly couldn't have asked for or dreamed of a better experience.

    So grateful!

    WOW. My biggest regret is not hiring Chabeli and her amazing team earlier. I am so so grateful to Chabeli, Sheena, Jeannine, Juliana and Brianna for everything they did to make our day go so smoothly and special. They are INCREDIBLY good at what they do and complete angels.

    Chabeli and team basically helped plan our entire wedding minus a few details in 4 months. Ahead of the wedding she was so on top of everything, evoked so much confidence. Being a Covid bride, it had been an emotional year and half before trying to figure this all out and postponing. Once we hired Chabeli, for the first time I felt relieved and stress free. I knew from the moment we talked on the phone that she would have our back and make our dreams come true on budget.

    Day of the team was so on top of if, I didn't have to think at all and every detail fell into place. It was straight up magical. They pulled off something so incredible with a full wedding reception in the middle of the woods at Malibu Creek State Park. We had to bring everything in and they miraculously made it work. Their vendor recommendations were incredible. I can't wait to have another party one day so I can hire them all again!

    With Covid, there were some unpredicted challenges and difficult decisions and Chabeli was everything. I know I could not have done this day without her support and guidance.

    LOVE working with this team!!

    Chabeli, Sheena, and their team are just incredible. I am a fellow vendor in the wedding industry, and from my experience, EVERYTHING goes so much smoother when you have these ladies in your corner. They are the only planning company I've seen firsthand arrive to the bride's room during hair and makeup and make sure that each detail is personally handled all morning. Chabeli thinks of every single detail, is down to earth yet professional, and is the most organized person I've ever met. Love working with them!!!!

    Absolutely Amazing!

    Chabeli and her team are some of the best wedding and event planners in the business! I have worked with them many times as a vendor and all of our brides have raved about how flawless their weddings went and how the whole planning process was an absolute dream. With how busy life is in this day and age you really need a quality planner in order to stay sane and have the wedding of your dreams. Chabeli is worth every cent and I can't believe how much she includes in her packages, not only what's included but she goes above and beyond for every single client. I have been in awe every single time we work together and would recommend her time and time again! Please hire her and her team if you want to take the first step in the right direction when it comes to planning a wedding.

    Incredible Planning Team!

    I am a SoCal photographer who was hired to work with PS Planning & Associates at a wedding last October. I am so impressed with the way this team handled EVERYTHING for our client from the engagement session, bachelorette, and most of all the wedding day (both the way it was run and the beautiful fulfillment of the bride's vision!). Chabeli and her team went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly for the couple. When unexpected delays came up they adjusted effortlessly, and they made our job as photographers so incredibly easy that even we felt kind of spoiled! Since then, I've been recommending PS & Associates Event Planning at every chance I get and consider them a MUST HAVE for your wedding day!

    The best!

    Hiring Chabeli and her incredible team was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! Fun and professional, she made everything SO much easier and we could actually relax and enjoy our day. She gave us vendor recommendations that were perfect - and ended up saving us money! It's months later and I still can't believe the most perfect day we had that was beyond what we had dreamed- and so much of the credit goes to them.

    Best Money spent on my wedding!

    Wow there is so much to say about how amazing Chabeli and her team are but here are a few reasons on why her services are beyond amazing!
    When it came to planning our wedding, we knew right away we were in need of a wedding planner as we are two very busy individuals. I inquired with various planners on their services and so many had outrageous fees such as mileage fees for every in person meeting and only allowed a certain amount of communication with them regardless of package! I was a little discouraged until I found PS Plans. From the moment I reached out to Chabeli she was professional and got back to me right away.
    After meeting her for the first time my Fiancé and I knew she was the perfect person to help us out. We decided the Carefree package was exactly what we needed. The planning process can be overwhelming and Chabeli made it as easy as can be. She worked at our pace and created a timeline and vision board to ensure she captured everything I wanted. The most important part is she helped manage the budget and helped us as much as possible to stay within the amount we planned. Did we go over? Yes… but she made sure that all of overages were something we really wanted and made sure nothing was excessive. She helped us find a venue based on our budget and recommend vendors also within budget. If we didn’t like the options she gave us she’d find more until we found something we liked. She’d accompany me to every vendor meeting to ensure my needs were always met and heard.
    Not only was she phenomenal throughout the planning process but wow the day of was beyond perfect. When you have a big wedding and a wild bridal party with a lot of personalities and a lot of moving parts it can be hectic and things are bound to happen. Chabeli and her team ensured that both my husband and I were taken care of in every single way. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing besides ensuring we were having a great time. The obstacles we had on the day of I didn’t even notice! Chabeli and her team were phenomenal. My friends and family still comment on how she was so organized and made sure everything was great.
    Looking back at our wedding day the best thing we spent our money on without a doubt was on Chabeli and her team! So if you are thinking “oh I’m trying to not spend that much on my wedding and don’t want to have an extra cost of a planner” think again. You are already spending money so why not enjoy every single one of your dollars spent by hiring PS Plans and enjoying the day of your wedding.

    Highly Recommend!

    Chabeli and her team are all amazing! Each and every one of them are friendly, professional, kind, but can get business done. They pay attention to every detail, they correspond quickly, they take any and all stress off of you, walk you through every step, have relationships with wonderful vendors, and make you feel very well taken care of. Hiring them to handle our wedding day was the best decision we made. We were referred to them from another couple who used them and were elated with their services, and we felt the same way. Hiring a wedding planner is money well spent through the planning process but most importantly on the day itself! I could not recommend them any further!!

    The best team to have by your side on wedding day

    I strongly recommend P.S. & Associates! We did a lot of "DIY" stuff for our wedding but knew that we wanted some pros to help us on the day-of. We got all that and more from the P.S. team.
    Chabeli worked with us in advance providing no-nonsense advice and great recommendations. She quickly understood our vision and kept us on track to achieve it.
    We were blown away by the P.S. team on our wedding day - they were the difference between us stressing out about everything, and us having a fantastic worry-free night (we did the latter). They nailed the setup, getting everything placed how we had envisioned and even using some of our decor items in ways we wouldn't have come up with. Throughout the event they kept everything running smoothly and on-time, without us ever feeling rushed. Where they truly went above and beyond was striking the event, making sure that all everything got packed up and even thoughtfully decorating our suite.

    Best coordination team!

    WOW! I can’t imagine a better wedding coordinating team than p.s planning and associates! From every step of the process they were there to help or to answer any questions or to offer suggestions! I hired Chabeli and her team for month of coordination in January for our October 12th wedding. We were looking for someone to help with the process and to make our wedding day easy. They truly did that and were in contact with us throughout all the months. They are professional, easy to communicate with, and quick with responses.
    Chabeli and her team have gone above and beyond for us. Five months before our wedding we found out our venue has shut down; Chabeli stepped in immediately and not only calmed us down but we found a new venue (that we absolutely loved) within 48 hours!
    The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of them. Juliana, Sadie and Brianna were so amazing, kind and professional. My friends and family were so impressed with everyone’s expertise and attention to detail! My family could not stop raving at their hard work because they did not have to lift a finger and they were able to enjoy the whole wedding night!
    Chabeli and her team are wonderful to work with and exactly what we needed in a wedding coordinator!

    We Love P.S.!

    My husband and I married in August of this year. We both work 9-5 jobs, and typically have a lot going on over the weekends. We knew if we were to attempt wedding planning on our own, it would turn into a disaster. Chabeli came highly recommended from a co-worker, and it didn’t take us long to realize why. From our initial meeting, Chabeli hit the ground running. She nailed our vision and because of her, Sheena, and the whole PS team, we truly experienced our dream wedding. I would recommend (and have been recommending) PS Plans to everyone considering a wedding planner. Something that sets PS apart from the rest is that you don’t just get one wedding planner—you get a team. From start to finish they were attentive to our needs, and super responsive via email, text message, and phone call. Chabeli and her team are absolutely incredible and thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the most beautiful and fun wedding there ever was!

    They are the best!

    I hired P.S. Plans and Associates about 3-4 months before my wedding as a "day of" coordinator and I couldn't have been happier! If I hadn't already hired my vendors and planned most of it, I would highly suggest hiring them even prior. They have so many great vendor relationships that can offer discounts if you use them and they've had so much experience with every type of wedding style, they can really help create your dream wedding. They were extremely quick and responsive to my emails and were a great sounding board when I was unsure of things. They also offered some last minute suggestions that made our wedding even more fun. They had 4 members on staff the day of my wedding and they made sure the entire day flowed smoothly, even our photographer kept complimenting how great they were. We had some sudden unexpected circumstances come up that required us to rework our ceremony minutes before it started and they handled things so calmly and professionally. Anyone who knows me, knows how particular I am and how much of a perfectionist I am and they really exceeded my expectations.

    Absolutely THE BEST!

    From the moment we met Chabeli it felt like we had known her all of our lives. That’s how comforting she was from the beginning. She understood our vision added her experience and professionalism and made our dream wedding into a reality wedding. We understood that Chabeli and her team were extremely busy with other wedding projects, but they always made us feel like we were a priority.
    Chabeli and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They knew all the ins and outs of the wedding production and contacts to all the right vendors. And best of all is that they get things done.

    Don't even consider hiring anybody else!

    There are seriously no words that can express how amazing PS Plans is, but here are a few (of many) things that make them the BEST...

    We had interviewed several other wedding planners before Chabeli and we were frankly not very impressed, so we were thinking of just doing everything by ourselves to save money. But, then we talked to Chabeli.

    About 30 seconds into the intro phone call, we could already tell she was a BOSS. She instantly blew us away with her professionalism, expertise, and industry connections. We knew we were in good hands and that we'd end up saving more money by working with her than we would spend to hire her...and thank god we did!

    We absolutely LOVED every moment of working with Chabeli and her team. They were so responsive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout every step of the planning process. Our original venue was unfortunately destroyed in the Malibu fires, but Chabeli instantly jumped on it and found us several other options within 48 hours that even had our same date available. The place we ended up booking instead was even better than the original!

    PS Plans totally took our vision and ran with it, executing everything perfectly. They kept us on top of our timeline, negotiated our contracts, and introduced us to AMAZING vendors for catering, florals, rentals, and stationary/signage. Everybody we worked with was great, and it's because Chabeli knew exactly who to go to, and how to help us stay on budget. It totally took the stress out of the entire planning process, which in itself was completely worth paying for.

    Then there's the actual wedding day coordination aspect, which was executed with perfection!!! Their team is SO on top of it. They picked up breakfast and lunch for the wedding party, stayed with us during our photoshoot to make sure we got every perfect shot that we'd discussed, made an alcohol run when we were getting low so that we never ran out, and handled getting our sloppy drunk and puking friend home in an Uber before anybody even knew what happened! Seriously...an unbelievable effort across the board.

    We had our perfect dream wedding, and looking back, there is simply no way it would have been possible without the help of Chabeli, Sheena, and the entire PS Plans team. Don't even consider hiring anybody else!!

    Nothing but a positive experience, P.S. & Associates are the best in the business!

    My wedding was just over a month ago and I still have friends and family calling to tell me how much fun they had at our wedding and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The success of the wedding is truly due to the work and preparation of Chabeli and her team.

    I started having fun with Chabeli from the moment we met. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but not if you hire Chabeli. She listens to you and embraces your vision right away. Once we picked a style for the wedding I had the opportunity to be introduced to some amazing companies throughout the LA area that would help us bring to life our ideas. Chabeli has nurtured her relationships with vendors and as a result they will take care of you like you are family.

    After a year of planning, the wedding day finally arrived and this is when Chabeli and her team knocked it out of the park! I had nothing to worry about because they were in control of every detail. The best decision I made (after saying yes to my now husband) was hiring Chabeli.

    Best Planner Ever

    Hiring Chabeli and her team is the best decision you can make while wedding planning. When I got engaged I knew I wanted to hire a planner because of the time I had available. Chabeli was not just a planner, but a problem solver, a family therapist, and the constant voice of reason throughout the 10 months we worked with her.
    When our initial wedding venue burned down in November, she found another location that was dare I say better that our first one. She worked to make the day the most incredible experience for me and my husband and it really was the best day ever. She answered every email, text, and phone call and seemed to have all the answers. She attended vendor meetings and with the help of Sheena, one of her coordinators, helped us stay on track with our design, budget, and vision.
    We have three sets of parents, so we worried it would be a challenge to balance everyone’s opinions and hopes of the day. Chabeli managed to have the answer for what each parent wanted and make sure their needs were met it all while focusing on our (my husband and my) vision for the day.
    On the day of the wedding everything was perfect. Chabeli and her team seemed to be everywhere and literally made it the most perfect day we could have imagined. Chabeli went beyond in every way imaginable and made the planning process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Do yourself a favor and hire Chabeli and the P.S. team!

    Invaluable!

    I can’t tell you how invaluable Chabeli and the P.S. team was throughout my entire year and a half planning process! The P.S. team is the best wedding budget money you will ever spend! You are getting peace of mind and SO MUCH MORE!

    One of the things I appreciated most was her vendor contacts/recommendations. With the plethora of vendors out there, it’s overwhelming trying to figure out where to even begin! Through Chabeli’s recommendations, we felt comfortable and confident that these were solid business that she has established a successful working relationship with. She always provided a few options in each category so we never felt like she was trying to steer us towards a specific vendor. Chabeli does not take kickbacks from these vendors and all discounts are passed through to her clients.

    Chabeli really listened to our “vison” and made sure it was preserved all the way through the wedding day. She stayed firm and made sure what we wanted was achieved (and we asked for A LOT from our wonderful vendors). The ceremony and reception were planned for a beautiful outdoor space in Santa Barbara. Unfortunately, we did get some rain the day of the wedding but Chabeli and her team did not skip a beat. This is one of those “Oh Sh*t!” moments when you’re really freaking glad you hired a pro event planner. I appreciated that Chabeli tried to keep the event outside for as long as possible, knowing that was what my heart was set on. Ultimately, we moved the event inside and the guests were none the wiser. The ballroom looked as though the event was planned to be there all along!

    Not only is Chabeli amazing, she is backed by and awesome team (shout out to Sheena!). The day of went so smoothly thanks to the whole P.S. team. We had someone in the bridal and groom suites the whole time who basically, waited on us hand and foot! My bridesmaids and I felt so pampered.

    Chabeli was such a pleasure the work with. She was so accommodating when meeting with us and always took the time to ask questions, really listen to our responses and made sure we were informed throughout the whole process. In areas where we were unsure of what we wanted, she was right there to offer advice and suggestions. She is honest without being discouraging. But, don’t mistake Chabeli’s fun, easy-going nature- she is a beast when she goes to bat for you. She is a closer. She gets the job done and she gets it done flawlessly.     Didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING On my wedding day!!

    Wow wow wow!! My husband and I just got married 2 weeks ago and I still can’t get over how perfect our wedding was. From the initial meeting with Chabeli she blew us away. She is extremely down to earth and was always honest and up front with her thoughts. There were many times I was unsure of which way to go or how to speak with vendors and Chabeli stepped in immediately and figured it out. We had one design meeting and from then on she just got my vibe and what my vision was for the wedding.

    Both my husband and I were overwhelmed at our daily jobs and Chabeli always made sure we were on track. The day of the wedding I was worried with timing and so much family coming in from out of town. Chabeli showed up with a full team and had everything covered. I have a brother with autism and Chabeli’s team made sure to pay special attention to him and help where needed.

    I didn’t have to think of ANYTHING the day of my wedding. I was able to let loose and just have Chabeli tell us what to do next and it went flawless (or so I thought).

    Later on I found out all these random mishaps happened but I had no idea because her team just took care of it and didn’t bother me or stress me out on my wedding day! I would recommend Chabeli and her team for ANY event!

    300+ Guest List? Last minute rain? No problem for PS Plans!

    I do not know where to even start with my love and appreciation for Chabeli and her team! Chabeli, Sheena, Meredith, Jeannine, and Sadie were the most incredibly supportive, organized, creative, and professional team throughout the planning and executing process of our wedding. With that being said, if you are a bride that is looking for a coordinating team that will take care of all of your planning needs... look no further!
    During the initial consultation meeting, Chabeli was direct and totally open to all of my ideas, fears, and dreams off how I wanted my wedding day to be. From the timeline to the budget, everything was organized and concise. She adhered to the budget set throughout the entire process and even helped save us money overall!
    The month prior to the wedding is when I really fell in love with this team. They coordinated the timing with all of the vendors and helped remind me to make the final payments with all of them when it came up to the last 2 weeks prior to wedding day (which is something no one talks about and is kind of overwhelming to remember due dates, amount, etc.)
    A week prior to our wedding day, we found out rain was in the forecast for our completely outdoor desert wedding! Chabeli and her team busted their butts with less than 4 days to the wedding day and got organized the tenting of the venue and worked with all vendors to make sure the event would flawlessly transition to a tented venue. I truly was amazed at how beautiful it was and the best part was that me, my husband, and parents didn't have to stress out about these changes because PS Plans took care of all of it!

    I would also like to add that I live in San Diego and got married in Palm Springs and this was in NO WAY an issue for me in using a planner based in LA. Chabeli was just as involved as if my wedding was in LA and her communication with me throughout every step of the process was consistent and positive.

    I could continue to gush about this team, but basically, you would be silly to not even meet with them for a Bridal Consultation. You'll feel at ease the moment you meet with them and they will make your Wedding Day a dream come true!

    Making Dreams come True!!

    From my first meeting with Chabeli, I new P.S. & Associates were a perfect match!! I had already booked most of my vendors so ended up booking their day of services. Pretty much just needed someone to be in charge on the day of my wedding. But WOW did I get so much more! From recommending dress shops, invitations, rehearsal dinner spots and much more. Chabeli answered emails fast and didn’t make me feel weird for all my crazy questions! She was there and made the wedding process so much easier. I can not thank her and her team enough for making my day perfect in my eyes!! My bridesmaid who recently got married was like where did you find them, they are a dream team. That’s such a true statement, my wedding went smooth and I was able to enjoy every moment because any concern that came up was solved by Chabeli and her team.     Forever grateful for P.S. Plans!!!

    I could write an entire novel with all of the reasons I adore the P.S. team! I was lucky enough to collaborate specifically with Chabeli and Juliana. They are two of the most amazing women I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Chabeli is the most approachable, calm, cool and kind person and this is reflected entirely in her skills as a planner.

    At our initial consultation, she walked into our venue, which happened to be my parent's house, and immediately jumped into idea after idea and shared a vision of our day that I didn't think was possible and that I never would have seen on my own! She had amazing ideas, shared detailed information about the best way to navigate a backyard/home wedding, answered every question we had, and made my husband and family feel so at ease. In addition, she walked us through her entire budget breakdown and it was beautiful as we were a very budget conscious bride and groom! She also walked us through a sample timeline and I might have hugged her because it was so helpful as we dove into our planning process.

    Throughout the planning process, Chabeli communicated consistently, effectively, warmly, and always within the timeline. She was so clear, concise, organized and made every detail of our process seamless and easy. She put together a vision board that reflected me and my husband's personalities and wishes and then reviewed it with us in person to ensure it captured everything we wanted for our day. She connected us with amazing vendors who we will cherish for our lifetime and will continue to work with. She did all of this while staying within our allotted budget.

    Chabeli feels more like a friend now and I can truly say she made our process the best it could ever be! We are forever grateful for her and her team, their professionalism, their warmth, PATIENCE, detail oriented and organized ways, kindness, and overall their stellar partnership to me, my husband, and our family!

    I would 11/10 recommend P.S. Plans to anyone getting married! You will be blown away!

    Absolutely the best!

    Chabeli and her team are sensational! Throughout the whole planning process I was so grateful for their recommendations, their expertise, and the level of attention they gave to making things run smoothly. My husband and I live out-of-town from where we were getting married, and having Chabeli work with me remotely, working with my mother locally, and scheduling meetings for when I was in town alleviated so much stress from the process. She kept us on schedule and on budget with everything, and offered wonderful alternatives whenever we second guessed our decisions. And that’s only during the planning process.

    Chabeli supported me on my wedding day in ways I couldn’t even imagine. My MOH felt ill and Chabeli had food and meds delivered to her bedside. I didn’t hire a videographer for the day so Chabeli filmed precious moments like my father’s first look on her phone. She and her team collected all of our leftover desserts and belongings at the venue and left them waiting for my husband and I in our hotel room. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The ability to focus only on the beautiful day, my family, and my new husband was everything I wanted.

    Off the charts AMAZING

    When the ratings only go up to 5 stars, I could give PS and Associates TEN plus stars. In EVERY. SINGLE. CATEGORY! In a day where you can count on hardly anyone, Chabeli and her team are rock solid and simply amazing.
    We hired her with still 5 months to go before wedding day and the minute she was on board an enormous weight was lifted. I knew we were going to be able to actually 'enjoy' the process of planning my daughter's wedding instead of stressing about it. I literally started sleeping again!!

    From the very beginning, Chabeli wanted to hear my daughter's vision and created a style board and timeline to help us make it a reality. She asked us about our budget and was incredible in helping us stay true to it, recommending vendors and creative ideas to keep us on track. (Not an easy task when weddings are obscenely expensive and there seems no end to the costs) She helped us connect with reliable and extraordinary vendors that we felt good about and knew had worked in our tricky venue before.
    She gave us NO RESTRICTIONS on how often we could contact her, whether email, text or phone. And answered EVERY one of our emails, texts and calls immediately. In fact, we received such personal attention that it was hard for me to remember that she is doing this for multiple clients.
    My daughter and (now) son-in-law live out of town and she and Sheena coordinated all meetings with vendors with their tricky schedules in mind. And every meeting was timely and successful, letting us feel like we were really 'getting it done'.

    The kids had a separate ceremony at the church on an entirely different day and Chabeli personally delivered my daughter's bouquet for that quiet ceremony. (this wasn't even the big one)
    They created a DETAILED timeline for us to see how the wedding day would play out. And I mean... I don't think Presidents have a more prepared itinerary. And as a result, we knew exactly what to expect and felt not one moment of anxiety or stress. Imagine... ENJOYING the process.
    The wedding was at the Oviatt Penthouse in DTLA and had many restrictions and rules as it is a protected Historical site. Not a problem. Not a hiccup. Even when detours and traffic and blocked off parking created problems for the rest of LA, we were cocooned from any of it!
    The team was there for us the entire day-of, bringing in food and drink, checking and re-checking. And through it all, we literally felt like we were working with FRIENDS.

    I guess this might be a long review, but the truth is I can't say enough for this extraordinary team. Thank you Chabeli, Sheena, Steevie, and all your team for making our experience such a dream come true.

    Chabeli and her team are an incredibly organized group. We chose a venue that required getting all vendors from outside the venue, including catering. From the moment we met P.S. Plans, Chabeli and her team were on it. They got right to the point on planning things, joined us during meetings with vendors, and literally dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't'. Chabeli had great ideas about design and vendors to work with. She was also open to exploring vendors we suggested. On the day of our wedding Chabeli and her team were meticulously handling getting all the vendors in and out of the venue for deliveries. It was a warm September day and we were worried about the venue getting hot, but Chabeli made sure the vendors kept the doors closed as much as possible.

    Chabeli and her team can handle many different preferences of guests, the wedding couple, and parents alike.

    Very importantly, Chabeli STUCK WITHIN OUR BUDGET. In fact, we ended up being LOWER than our budget. I always felt Chabeli and her team were conscientious of not leading us down a more expensive path than we wanted to be on.

    Our wedding day was FLAWLESS because of P.S. Plans. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Considering our wedding was in December, we are really late posting this review. We really enjoyed working with Chabeli and her team from P.S. & Associates. We have heard nothing but rave reviews about our wedding; from how cool the venue was, to the food and how well run it was. Originally hired as a day of team, we ended up hiring them to help us finish our planning for the last few months. Everyone involved, Chabeli, Juliana, Jeannine and Sheena were amazing and true professionals. They took care of everything for us, and if there were any issues, they took care of everything with discretion, and never allowed it to come to our attention, which allowed us to have our perfect wedding. We especially appreciated the rose petal heart on our bed when we arrived at our room after the wedding. It was so beautiful we didn't want to ruin it.

    We were so happy to have hired P.S. &. Associates and very pleased with their attention to detail and level of service. We really do believe they helped make our wedding exactly what we envisioned. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Chabeli and her team are like SEAL Team 6 and the Avengers rolled into one when it comes to wedding planning. They are the absolute best and helped my wife and I have our dream wedding. I would say Chabeli and her group at P.S. & Associates are worth it for their vendor relationships and negotiation skills alone but then it's SO MUCH MORE. Trusted opinion on any detail from guest list to flower height at the tables? Check. Liaison between family members to moderate all discussions and come out with an incredible final solution? Check. Little bit of counseling when you need it? Check. Fun people to be around and make your wedding day and the entire planning process that much better? Check and check! My wife and I were actually slightly disappointed once our complete dream wedding was over because it meant no more mandatory meetings with Chabeli and crew :'(. They're the absolute best and I would highly recommend P.S. & Associates for anything! I'd give 10 stars if it were possible.

    Chabeli & Team were our wedding coordinators throughout the planning process and we can't say enough how thankful we are that we signed up for the additional help as 2 busy working parents. Not to give any secrets away but their vendor recommendations at the right pricing was so helpful and saved so much time (beautiful invitations, caterer, bridal boutiques, alterations just to name a few). Also, the advice (from the marriage ceremony to where to hold your bouquet for pictures), timelines, and budget allocation and other worksheets were invaluable. And every single team member is there with a smile and enthusiasm towards our special day.

    I knew I could enjoy the actual wedding day and let everything go as I was in great hands with Chabeli, Juliana, Jeanine, and Sheena. It was beautiful, magical and will forever be a happy memory. Family and friends can't rave enough about the wedding too!

    Chabeli and her team are amazing and fabulous. We had the “day of” package with them which means we didn’t really start working together until about a month before the wedding. We always felt like a priority and Chabeli was great at getting back to us whenever we had questions. She was also wonderful for following up with vendors or clarifying if there was some misunderstanding. It was great having a team of people to field the questions/decisions we didn’t want to deal with on our actual wedding day. Chabeli, Sheena, and Jeannine were a powerhouse the day of. They made sure to keep my husband and I on time, made sure vendors were where they needed to be as soon as they needed to be there, herded our guests wherever we needed them, and had smiling faces on the whole time. Every one of our guests that had an encounter with them said great things.

    We cannot express how wonderful it was to have P.S. Plans as our Day of Wedding Coordinators! We were married in March 2018 at The Oviatt Penthouse and we owe so much to this team for helping our dreams come true. Chabeli and her team are incredibly organized, creative, and helped us feel truly equipped in the planning process. From the very first meeting I had with Chabeli and noticed the detailed timeline she had for her couples, I knew her talents and experience would be beneficial to us. Throughout the process, they went above and beyond to learn the dynamics of our families, our hopes and plans for the day, and sought to help our vision come true. Their attention to detail blew me away. While we had planned many details ourselves, they helped execute these ideas by picking up the items before the wedding and also physically putting out these items on the day. Chabeli and her team had walkie-talkies throughout the night and were the ones to usher each person in the Bridal Party into the ceremony. I valued all of their opinions throughout the process, and I am so glad I did.

    Coordinators that do their job well plus help make your groom lunch (with the food I brought to my suite) irons your ladies dresses, decorate your suite/organizes gifts, and do so many other things as a "bonus" to you and your family are in my opinion, one of a kind. Throughout the planning process, they always made us feel special and our opinions important, even knowing they were in the process with other couples and had worked so many events and weddings.

    Chabeli and her team were incredible! At first my husband and I thought we could totally plan a wedding on our own... I mean it's just a big party, right? About 6 months into it, we realized we were in way over our heads. We hired Chabeli and her team about 4 months before the wedding. From the first meeting we had with her, it was a weight lifted off our shoulders. She quickly responded to emails, dealt with our vendors, referred us to budget-friendly vendors who were a pleasure to work with, and booked all the meetings we needed with them. Her team made sure our wishes were heard and when we had trouble making up our minds, they offered guidance from their years of experience. They are incredibly organized and take all the stress out of wedding planning. I got to the point where any time a friend or family member asked questions about wedding details, I could say "Just ask Chabeli" and be confident they would get the answers they needed from someone who is professional, friendly, and inviting.

    On wedding day, these ladies did everything to make sure the wedding went off without a hitch, from placing all the menu cards and wedding favors on the tables, to corralling family members who arrived late to the ceremony so they wouldn't ruin our walk down the aisle, to being flexible with the timeline to make sure all the guests were having fun. They were ready with double sided tape, shout wipes, safety pins, make up, bobby pins, and pretty much anything else you might need for a wedding emergency. Right before the wedding, people kept asking me if I was nervous -- I honestly said no, because I had nothing to worry about. Having them at the wedding was an incredibly huge relief. Basically, if you want low-stress wedding planning, your money will be well spent with P.S. Planning.

    We were very pleased with Chabeli Sanchez of P.S. & Associates Event Planning (www.psplans.com) for our daughter’s wedding. We interviewed a number of event planners, and selected Chabeli because of her attention to detail, her warm personality and competitive price. Although Chabeli does both full wedding coordination and Day Of Coordination, we chose her “Day Of” option, as we were able to do a lot of the preliminary planning on our own.
    Chabeli’s “Day Of” option was fantastic. It included a 2 hour meeting one month prior to the wedding, walk throughs with the vendors, numerous email exchanges, coming to the rehearsal dinner prior to the wedding, as well as the full “Day Of” activities from 9:00 am. to closing. It also includes Chabeli’s staff of 4 assistants, for a total of 5 people the day of the wedding.
    Our hair/makeup person as well as our clergy were both impressed with Chabeli and her team. They both gave us feedback that she is the one of the best that they have worked with.
    There are always a number of glitches, and Chabeli handled each of ours easily. Our wedding happened in Beverly Hills which requires permits to hold an event the size of ours. There was a minor snafu with one of the permits and it had to be changed at the last minute. The Beverly Hills fire marshal contacted Chabeli about the change, and took her word that we would make adjustments, not requiring an amended permit. They had worked with Chabeli in the past and trusted her.
    Glitches that happened the day of the wedding, Chabeli was able to notify me (not the bride and groom who were blissfully unaware!) for some of them, and others, she was able to correct without my input. One snafu, the valet parking service was late for our service, Chabeli arranged a partial refund for us.
    If you are looking for an event planner, Chabeli Sanchez is the one to use. I highly recommend her and her team.

    I was lucky enough to have Chabeli and her wonderful team be the event planners at my wedding this past October in Tujunga, California. Since my wedding was at my family's house, and not at a venue, I did not want any of my family to stress out or have to do anything the day of the wedding, so thankfully we were able to find P.S Plans! That is just what they did, they were able to coordinate everything perfectly so that my family and in laws could relax and enjoy the day. I cannot say enough great things about ALL of them. My wedding would not have been the same without these ladies and I am SO thankful for them! If you are reading this review wondering if you should book them for your event or wedding....stop what you're doing and BOOK THEM! You will not be disappointed. They made the day of the wedding, rehearsal and the months leading up to the wedding so much easier for me and so stress free. When I first met Chabeli and her team, I felt as if I had known them for years. They were all so sweet and so down to earth and you knew instantly that this was not their first rodeo. On the day of the wedding they were all mic'd up to each other, and if there was a problem, you would have no idea...it would just immediately be taken care of before anyone noticed. They are wedding planning angels!! I wish I could keep these ladies with me at all times to help organize my entire life!     When my fiance came to me and told me she found a planner on Instagram I must admit I was skeptical because of the unknown but P.S. & Associates Event Planning absolutely killed it and we were blown away. Our wedding was out of this world and we can’t thank you all enough for making it happen. The venue was absolutely amazing, the food was tremendous and every detail was on point. Our guests couldn’t stop telling us that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to so that’s a tribute to your team and we thank you again for all of your hard work!     Chabeli and her team did such an amazing job with our wedding. She listened to my opinions, my husband's, and my whole family and helped me prioritize the things that were most important to me. She responded to text messages with questions about everything from which heel height would be best for me to coordinating day of scheduling...and so much more.     Hiring Chabeli and her crew was the best money we spent on our daughter's wedding. They were with us through every phase of the 8 month planning process, including choosing the venue, recommending and hiring the vendors, buying suits for the groomsmen, getting our hotel block, doing the timeline, and taking care of every other detail of the wedding weekend which are too countless to mention. Chabeli responded to countless emails and phone calls promptly and worked very hard to accommodate our daughter's wishes. If there was ever a problem or a request we had of the vendors, Chabeli would take care of it. I don't know how we would have done it without Chabeli and her team. They were professional throughout and knew just what to do to make everything run smoothly. They were invaluable on the "day of" as well as all of the time leading up to the big day. I would definitely recommend hiring them. If I ever throw a big event again, Chabeli will be the first one I call.

    We hired Chabeli and her team to coordinate our May 2017 wedding. Our wedding was a large, multi-day affair that was probably pretty difficult to coordinate. I had a lot of DIY projects that needed to be put out on the day of the wedding, the venue was unconventional, the wind made it so table numbers and candles couldn't be put out on the reception tables, etc. Lots of moving parts. :) Chabeli and her team calmly found solutions for everything, kept the event running smoothly, and made sure the bride and groom were happy throughout the weekend. We're lucky to have had them on our side. (Thanks guys!) Highly recommended!

    BEST DECISION EVER. Before you read any further, just book Chabeli and her team before someone else does! P.S. & Associates was strongly recommended to me by a friend who works in the wedding industry. I knew that meant they would be good, but I really had no idea how incredible they would be. We were so well taken care of - not just on the wedding day alone, but in every aspect leading up to the day. They always go above and beyond.

    They are the consummate professionals in every way. You need something? They have a solution. You ask for something unheard of? They will research it and get back to you.
    Chabeli reviewed our contracts and quotes and identified where we could shave things down and save money. She paid for herself (as in the price of her services) in this act alone!
    Was having trouble finding a valet company. Let Chabeli know - BAM! She had a connection for a terrific valet company (with a quote to beat out all the others) immediately.

    The entire team is friendly, quick, smart, and approaches everyone with kindness and ultimate helpfulness. Chabeli, Juliana, Jeannine, Natalee, and Sheena are all masterminds ensuring your day runs not just smoothly, but that every little detail or possible scenario has been thought out with a plan in place. There is no way we could have pulled off this wedding (three venues!) without them.

    Their help in managing vendors (before, during and after) was invaluable. Even if you are an organized person who doesn't think this would be helpful to you -- it is! To know that there is a competent person (a whole team, actually) in your corner that will advocate for you really is invaluable during a time when you have many things to balance.

    I couldn't be more grateful to P.S. & Associates for helping us pull off this important event and for making it such a pleasant experience working with them!! We will be recommending them to everyone we can. They are worth it a thousand times over!

    Chabeli is a ray of sunshine and a force of nature - the best combination in a wedding planner.

    Her enthusiasm for the process is contagious. We always felt so great after talking with her about our wedding.

    Chabeli simply knows what she's doing. She is incredibly organized and responsive. She put together a great planning timeline that helped us stay on track but also gave us room to breathe and think about our decisions. We were never rushed or pressured. Whenever we had questions, Chabeli replied with thoughtful, substantive answers within 24 hours, either by email or phone.

    She has a great rolodex of trustworthy vendors. We we went with her recommendation for our caterer, DJ, florist, baker, and photographer. They all turned out to be so great to work with and we got good deals, too, thanks to Chabeli's relationship with them. Chabeli also has a great eye for your vibe/style and will make some creative suggestions. Our venue was a Spanish villa, so Chabeli thought it might be nice to add a Spanish guitar player for the ceremony and cocktail hour -- such a good idea!

    In short, over the year-long process, Chabeli kept us relaxed and excited. Our wedding day was an absolute success. We had the most amazing time and our guests continue to rave about it. I wholeheartedly recommend Chabeli and PS & Associates Event Planning.

    Having P.S. & Associates Event Planning coordinate our wedding this past weekend was the best decision we made for ensuring an unforgettable, worry-free experience. From our first meeting with Chabeli, her calm demeanor, knowledge and very personalized approach reassured us that we'd be in very good hands. Chabeli and her team exceeded all of our expectations. In so many ways--she truly went above and beyond.

    Unlike other coordinators we had looked into, Chabeli's fees were very reasonable and comprehensive. She was great about identifying cost-saving options and helped us remain close to our budget. We especially appreciated her responsiveness and availability, as well as her proactive and creative approach to identifying and resolving potential problems.     If there was any way I could give Chabeli and her team more than 5 stars I certainly would! First off, let me explain that I'm a self-described "type-A" personality. Needless to say, letting go of anything is extremely difficult for me but I knew that if I wanted our wedding to go flawlessly I'd need some real help on the day of. Insert P.S. & Associates... from the second we met Chabeli I had the strongest feeling she'd be in our corner and throw down (in the nicest way possible) if she needed to. She was so easy to talk to and connect with that by the time the wedding rolled around I trusted her completely. So much so, I even gave her my cellphone the ENTIRE DAY of my wedding.

    The entire process with P.S. is so incredibly fun, relaxed and organized. We hired P.S. for their day of services but truly feel like they were there for the entire process to help support us through and give us advice on vendors when needed. Leading up to the wedding, I was speaking with Chabeli on a nearly daily basis to check-in on timelines, make adjustments and connect on what needed to be done. She was always so accessible! I never had to wonder if she got my latest crazy email or text - no matter what it was, she responded. We had 3 different locations (hotel, ceremony, reception) and the team kept the day rolling in the most amazing way. There was always a team member with me and there was always someone with my groom. There was never ANY confusion and I can't speak enough about their professionalism! They handled some sticky situations with some guests and vendors with nothing but poise and patience.

    In addition, I still don't have the right words to describe just how I felt when I first walked through the reception venue. The team absolutely KILLED IT.     I can not say enough good things about Chabeli, Anne, and Larissa from P.S.& Associates! I interviewed 3 wedding coordinators and I knew these ladies were right for me the moment I met them. So sweet, knowledgeable, and fun! I hired PS for month of coordination since I was taking care of many of my own wedding details. Even though I only contracted with them for month of services, they were so willing and happy to answer questions along the way. They have so many years of experience and have great vendor referrals. I met with them a few weeks to confirm our wedding day time and other details. The wedding rehearsal and day went so smoothly. These ladies are cool, calm, and collected and totally know what they are doing! My whole family raved about how nice and helpful they were. I would give these wonderful ladies 1 million stars if I could, and highly recommend them as event planners!

    5 starts aren't enough to describe what an amazing job P.S. & Associates did with the planning and process of our wedding. My wife and I were married on June 11 and it was a truly perfect, unique, beautiful, and extremely special occasion. We owe most of that to Chabeli, Annie, Larisa and the rest of the girls at P.S. Planning. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Chabeli was available and open, always closely working with us to get exactly what we wanted on our special day. She had so many fun, creative and new ideas on how to create such a memorable and FUN event. The best part about working with Chabeli was that she was able to see, understand, predict and prevent problems before they even happened. She saved the day more than once, and we are SO grateful for all of her help. She has a great understanding of the wedding planning process, weddings themselves and an amazing attention to detail. We honestly couldn't be happier with choosing P.S. & Associates. She was so involved with our process and truly helped to make such a unique and positive experience, on a very personal level. She was with us the whole way through the wedding process and we couldn't have done it without her. We miss her already!

    Chabeli and her team (can't forget Annie!) are as good as it gets. They guided us through the entire wedding process for over a year! Chabeli always was on top of every detail whether it was 6 months before the wedding or the day of. Our wedding went off without any bumps at all and made everyone's experience that much better. From the planning ideas to the vendors - from the Church to the Venue, P.S. & Associates took care of everything. They were open to hear our ideas and worked their hardest to make sure we got everything we asked for.

    Talk about a team that has your back 100% of the way. Chabeli worked hard to secure the venue's we wanted, communicate our vision with the individual vendors, keep us on schedule (for months and the day of) and pull off the logistics without any problems. They make miracles happen everyday. Her team manages the budget and are very transparent with vendors, venue costs and our family. There was absolutely no surprises along the way. We only get married once but we will be using P.S. & Associates for many events in the future.

    Well it's been a year already and we should have expressed our gratitude for Chabelli and her team a LONG time ago! The entire team was fantastic from the very first meeting to the wee hours of the night after the "I do's" had been exchanged and the dancing had stopped. They were extremely organized and professional. We were big do-it-yourself-ers and they were more than willing to help set up, personalize and execute our vision! We didn't have to think about or worry ourselves over a single thing on the day of the event - everything went smoothly. Our vendors loved them as well and couldn't have said nicer things about them. Looking back on our wedding day there is nothing we would have wanted to go differently and PS & Associates is a HUGE reason why! Thank you! :)

    Chabeli and her team are incredible to work with! We could not have made our wedding run as smooth as it did without them! We found PS&Associates through our wedding venue, Armstrong Manor and after meeting with Chabeli and Anne, decided to book them as our full on planners. From the beginning they make you feel like they are on your side and your best friend! From giving ideas for invitations, to different vendors, and always being just a quick e-mail, text, or phone call away, they are always willing to answer any question. We felt like they had great recommendations and even when we decided to not go with a few of their suggestions or vendors, the team is right on board with you! They were great with checking in and keeping you on your wedding timeline and never made us feel panicked. We felt at such ease knowing they were on top of all the details...our response when our parents had a question was always, "Don't worry, Chabeli is on it!" --and it was so true every time.
    Our venue was a "flip", meaning the ceremony and reception were in the same location and we pushed the team to make our cocktail hour seamless and the reception to look just as we had envisioned, and it was!! From the ceremony to the reception, they took all of our ideas and made them come to life--above and beyond what we could have dreamed. They worked tirelessly from start to finish to make our wedding day perfect!
    On the day of a few set backs did occur, our plumbing on one of the two bathrooms on site stopped working, so the whole team was on that to fix plumbing, and in turn delayed the coffee being made, and the cake getting cut during the reception. Also our exit was discussed to be a sparkler exit, but only about 10 sparklers total were handed out so we didn't have our full exit which was a bummer.
    Overall, we LOVED working with PS&Associates and would highly recommend them!!!

    I loved working with Chabeli and her team!

    The down and dirty of what you need to know:
    -They deal with the BS so you don't have to
    -Their attention to detail rivals that of Michelangelo's Sistine chapel
    -They know everyone that's anyone in the wedding biz
    -They gave great suggestions to help us save money without making our wedding look like it was on an episode of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo"
    -They brought us back down to earth when we thought it would be a good idea to do our own floral arrangements. (Thank you)
    -They made sure the timeline of events throughout the day ran smoothly. Even with a bunch of drunk people running around
    -They went above and beyond to make sure we got all of our security deposits back. (Hello honeymoon money!)

    Bottom line, they made sure our wedding was exactly how we wanted it to be! They didn't BS us at any point. Worth every penny! Your wedding will to go off with out a hitch.

    If you want a smooth, organized, and well run wedding... Book them!!! Chabeli and her team made our day operate without having to think! I booked day of for a destination wedding, and it was the best spent money. I actually don't know how someone does a wedding without at least a day of planner. They are quick and helpful and informed with their communication, helpful and give great suggestions. Their team is so organized and polite (even when guests are not being polite) and truthfully make the day operate perfectly. They handled everything you don't want to even think about. Amazing team, professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, and worth every penny!

    i was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner because, as with everyone, we were on a budget, but Chabeli is a friend from high school so I reached out to her even before we were engaged to get an idea of what they were all about! I had to convince my parents at first but after our first meeting they were in love with the whole team! Every meeting, every phone call, every email felt like we were PS Plans' only client. One of my favorite parts about working with PS Plans (besides the fact that they are all hilarious and actually fun to hang out with!) was that they have soooo many contacts in the biz! We needed a handful of vendors for our wedding at SmogShoppe in LA and Chabeli had a whole list in every category but she also has great professional relationships with all her vendors and they bend over backwards for her! These relationships made my job as a bride so easy, because of PS Plans there was not one point in our wedding process that I was stressed out AT ALL! and to me that feeling is priceless! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and because of their team I was actually able to RELAX, i didn't have to worry about the timeline, the vendors, the food, nothing! They made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time, they came and got me when it was time for each wedding day activity but other than that they were out of sight! Seriously do whatever it takes to hire these ladies, sell some stuff, cut back on that lighting package, and you really don't need all those fancy favors :) haha no but really, fitting PS plans into our budget was the best decision we made the entire year of planning! If you don't think you can afford them email them anyways! they will work with your budget!

    Chabeli and Her girls Annie and Larissa were AMAZING!!!! Every little detail was taken care of, they are so professional and their attention to DETAIL was spot on. The wedding went off without a hitch because of their attention. We had compliments for weeks after the wedding from guests telling us how wonderful they were. I can't imagine pulling off an event without them.

    I can't say enough to recommend Chabeli and her team. I think the greatest thing I can say to describe how much she helped is that my husband and I had a blast on our wedding day and had ZERO stress or problems. We hired her as a day-of coordinator because we just wanted to make sure the day could go smoothly. We loved her from the moment we met and were so appreciative that she was willing to be flexible on the cost so we could work with her. From then on, she was so responsive and helpful! She walked us through everything, answered all our silly little questions, helped us find outstanding not-super-expensive vendors, and felt more like a regular wedding planner than a day-of coordinator. Most importantly to me, however, they made that day so happy and not stressful in the least. One of my bridesmaids got married shortly after I did, and she took notes on what Chabeli did to give to her own wedding planner! We had some tricky logistics and they handled it all so easily. We had the absolute best day and I attribute that lack of stress to her entirely. Every little thing was covered and managed and I didn't have to think about it at all; I could just enjoy that day! And isn't that what every bride wants? I can't sing her praises loud enough. I wasn't sure we needed a coordinator, but Chabeli was an absolute godsend. Best part of the wedding planning process was getting to work with her--for sure.

    Chabeli was great to work with. Very professional but personable. She made us feel comfortable and more importantly helped execute a perfect wedding. VERY ORGANIZED would hire her again and again... By having her there I felt no stress because I knew she would handle anything that could come up :)

    Chabeli and her team were fantastic! We got married about a month ago and we are still in awe of how perfect the day was. While we opted for the partial package (I figured we could handle the basics on our own) the P.S. team made it feel like we had five full-time wedding planners the entire time. My husband and I both have very demanding jobs so the fact that we were able to focus on our work while knowing that our wedding was being taken care of was reassuring to say the least.

    There was a point, however, when we did get a bit stressed because we could not find a caterer that could make our Spanish meal just the way we wanted. Little did we know that Chabeli would confidently come to our rescue. She found the most amazing boutique caterer that completely blew our minds! Talk about being tenacious, the P.S. team did not settle until we were satisfied with every single one of our vendors.

    From coordinating all of my wedding dress appointments to literally making our sangria signature cocktails by hand, Chabeli and the team were always 100% committed to doing whatever was necessary to make our vision a reality. If you are engaged and do not have a wedding planner yet, I highly highly recommend that you invest in P.S. & Associates because in the end they will invest in you too.

    Dream Team!

    Truly don’t know what we would have done without Chabeli and her team! They supported all of our visions and gave us incredible advice throughout the process. Whenever there were disagreements with venues or parents, Chabeli stood up for us and always had our best interests at heart. On the wedding weekend, we got to enjoy every moment to the fullest because her team of rockstars were taking such incredible care of us and keeping everything on track. Best team!!
