My husband and I had a wonderful wedding day! Everyone raved about the food, service, cleanliness, drinks, staff, etc. Everything was perfect!

Look no further!! Your have found your venue/caterer!! From the first phone call, to rolling away after our reception P&P Catering was PHENOMENAL!!! They were so easy to work with, they were honest (no hidden costs) they were professional and flexible. We live in CT but got married in Philly, the staff at P&P made this SO EASY, they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the services staff was REMARKABLE....EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! We do have to give a special shout out to our Maitre d William....HE IS THE REAL DEAL....ABSOLUTELY ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING!!! Several of our wedding guests have commented saying our wedding was the best they have ever gone to! We wouldn't change a thing, and are so grateful that in the overwhelming chaos of choosing the perfect venue/caterers for one of the biggest days of our lives, we chose P&P!!! We had our reception in the Townsend Room IT WAS GORGEOUS! It was the dream day we hoped it would be and so much of that is thanks to P&P.

First of all, they they told me they don't do tastings. I was frightened right at that point but I'm still getting compliments about the food at my reception. I heard from four separate people who did not know me at all that the food at that establishment was excellent because they had personally been to weddings there ... a girl that worked with, a girl I met at the hairdresser, a girl I met on the bus and a girl I met at a function. They did not lie! First of all I had five entrees, which is unheard of anymore. I had beef, pork, fish, chicken and a vegetarian option plus a dessert table, wedding cake, and full bar in addition to Chiavari chairs, dance floor, private venue, and picturesque grounds with a private setting.

My roast beef was cooked thoroughly, the rice I chose was perfectly cooked I also choose salmon that was flaky and tender. The lasagna was cheesy, the pork was not dry and neither was the chicken marsala. The full bar was just that a full bar everybody had a great time drinks all around at no additional cost to my guests. My wedding cake was also included, very good. It has three different flavors one for each tier. Pound cake, chocolate chip, and marble. For my dessert table I chose white chocolate raspberry cheesecake cake, strawberry shortcake, caramel apple pie, tiramisu, carrot cake and chocolate supreme layer cake in addition to petit-fours, cannoli, cupcake pops, etcetera... no additional charge.

P&P were amazing, from start to finish. Easy to work with and fit within my budget. For the amount of food we recv'd and the level of care given you would think one spent $200pp. Guest raved about the food and service. Definitely more than I could ask for. All food not eaten was packed and sent home for us. Would suggest everyone use P&P.

I had my husband’s 50th birthday party there and all my friends and family had a good time they love the food and the staff was very professional and the Hall was beautiful.

Attended this venue for a bridal expo this past weekend. Great selection of vendors. State Street Events ran it, Melissa was nice to talk to (organizer). Would have a future event at this venue.

Great value overall! So many of our friends and family told us what a beautiful wedding we had and how great the food was. The maître d' was so attentive and really moved everything along perfectly. I would absolutely recommend P&P. For the price you can't beat it!

I love P&P! Nowhere in the area will you give as high class of an event for the price this caterer offers. I had my reception at the Townsend Room which was the perfect size for our wedding (about 170 guests). The room is really pretty yet not gaudy or dated like a lot of venues we looked at. The staff is attentive and friendly and the food was delicious! They offer a lot of options and the dessert spread cannot be beat. Our package included a cocktail hour, five entree buffet, dessert buffet, open bar and wedding cake. I loved my wedding and could not have asked for a better night!

We used P & P for our wedding on February 21st. We had nothing but compliments about our wedding. The food was great, and the monograms at the back of the bar were a great touch. They were helpful and returned my emails or calls when I had questions (which were many) in a timely manner. The staff the day of were great. There were a few issues and they took care of them quickly. We are thankful that we choose them to take care of our special day. Thank you to the Milillos for making our special day a great day despite the weather.

Overall, P&P Catering was a fabulous vendor and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. As is the case with many brides, letting go and trusting your vendors to execute the vision for your wedding can be tough, especially if you have any unusual circumstances or requests! P&P met my every expectation and helped ensure that the wedding went smoothly and that everyone was on the same page throughout the entire event. Our wedding, both the ceremony and reception, was at the Philadelphia Ballroom in December 2014. The staff at all levels of P&P were so attentive to detail, and they were so patient and flexible in addressing any questions or concerns that came up prior to the and during the big day. They executed everything perfectly, and my guests raved about the venue, the food and the overall service. I did not have to worry about a single thing during my wedding, and they truly think of everything! The room was set-up perfectly for both aspects of the wedding, our belongings were handled with such care, and the maitre d' made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of all night. I would recommend P&P to anyone, and they truly are a fabulous, affordable, and top-notch catering service (with venues!) in the Northeast Philadelphia area.

P&P caterers was very easy to work with. They were reasonably priced, and the food was delicious! The staff was quick to respond to phone calls/questions. They were very helpful every step of the way. The mater d was so kind and helpful the day of our wedding. We didn't have to worry about anything.

Beautiful venue with great decor. The outdoor space is gorgeous as well. I love that this is such a beautiful venue in a convenient location in the city. I can not wait to have my reception here!

All of the food was excellent! Can't tell you the number of compliments I received on the quality as well as quantity of the food from this caterer..also our guests noted the great service from the wait staff...would highly recommed them and will be using them again in the future

I cannot begin to explain how fantastic P&P caterers were. We had our wedding at the Philadelphia Quartet Club and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The venue was beautiful, the service amazing and the FOOD! WOW!! So many of my guests are still telling how fantastic it was. They wrap the leftovers at the end of the night, thank goodness or I wouldn't have known what my guests were talking about cuz as every bride knows.... there's no time to eat. Thank you Joe and crew!! You made my wedding everything I had hoped for.!!

Mike and the rest of the p and p employees were fabulous. From planning to the day of they were so easy to work with. Their food is amazing and our mater de mike was a,ways one srep ahead. Thank you guys!

P and P caterers and all of their staff are fabulous! Working with them and planning our wedding was very easy. Well, as easy as you can get!Their team (we had Lisa) are willing to work with you, give advice and just make the planning process as simple as possible. I changed a few selections and added a photo booth less than a week before the wedding and P&P did not mind at all. Our food was delicious. Everyone loved the appetizers and dinner selections. I appreciate everything they did, including setting up decorations, to make our wedding so special. People are still talking about it weeks later! I would recommend this caterer to everyone.

Our rehearsal dinner and reception were both catered by P&P. I have been to many events they have catered in the past, and I cannot say enough great things about this company. The food was AMAZING and everything was very well-priced. The staff was very responsive throughout the planning process and very attentive the nights of the events.

Everything was great from our meetings before the wedding to the day of. The maitre d was amazing the day of the event and made sure we had everything we needed as the day went on. The hall the food and the staff were awesome

My husband and I had our wedding at the Philadelphia Quartett Country Club July 20th 2013. I can't say enough wonderful things about P & P Caterers and how they worked with us from the moment we booked with them. Anytime I had a question, they were always available by phone. Terri Lawson was always so helpful in answering any question I had. Mike was our maitre'd and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our guests raved about the food, ice sculpture, decor, etc. We were really able to focus on spending the night with family and friends because P & P takes all the stress out of it. Don't waste your time looking at other companies, P &P is family run and compared to other weddings I've been to, the quality of what you get for the price is unmatched. Terri, Mike, and the Milillo family, I can't thank you enough for the beautiful job you did for our wedding. It's a memory we will cherish forever.

The staff at P&P was sooo phenomenal. From the minute we decided on the Quartet Country Club, we knew that everything was going to be great. The food is still being complimented months later and everyone made us feel like a king and queen on our wedding day and everyday leading up to it. Joe was even friendly enough to ask me about work, offer a professional contact in my field, and remembered to ask me about how work was going when we met with him next. They made sure every request we had was met and exceeded. Our venue, The Quartett Country Club, was the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. The perfect balance of princess and intimate for a venue.

We held our reception in P & P Caterers Waterfall room. The food was great, the staff was excellent. Overall a 10!! Everything was perfect, clean, well maintained. Staff was professional yet fun. We had a great time!!

I had my reception at the waterfall room. The room was romantic and beautiful. Everyone told me how great the food tasted. I have to say, I am so happy I choose p and p. There price was fantastic. It was a day I will remember forever.

I had the best experience ever with this company. Family owned and everyone is so friendly. They make you feel like you are one of their own. A friend of mine referred me to them from a wedding he had been to. I looked them up and set up a meeting. I had seen and met with other companies but from the moment I met with them I knew who to go with. They are located in a nice area. The have many choices for reception/ceremony space for you to choose from. They lay everything out for you and even remind you of the things that totally slip your mind. They are extremely helpful in making educated decisions. The variety of food offered is great and the packages offered are awesome. I was a bride on a budget and I stayed right in my budget with them. Great food, great service, great experience. I had the time of my life at my reception.

Could not possibly have been better!!! The guest RAVED about the food. The staff were, well, PERFECT. Everything went perfectly. I would recommended this caterer to anyone. (Unless I didn't want them to have a perfect day)

P & P Caterer was excellent. We were very pleased with there staff and also the food. After the reception was over they provided us with the left over food in which case some venue's won't do. I would highly recomend them to anyone they have several halls to accomadate your guest.

We just had an At home reception a few weeks after our wedding. We pushed back our reception due to a death in the family and P & P couldn't have been more accomadating during that difficult time. The food was VERY GOOD, and the drinks were good and strong as well. I highly recommend this hall.

All I have to say is OMG!!! P&P made a bride feel wonderful. They had everything running fabulous. I could not ask for a better catering company and the cake was amazing. I recommend them to anyone I know that is getting married. We used the food that they let us take home at our going away party for our honeymoon. That is great that they let you take home the leftovers. Keep up th good job!!!

I have been to many wedding at PNP and the food is always amazing. The price of the hall is very aforadable and you get quality service. We had a great time at our wedding and wouldnt have changed a thing. Get the Penne with crabmeat if you book its awesome

I love P&P Caterers. They were very nice and made sure the reception went smoothly. There was some left over food which they packed up for my family to bring home. I thought that was the best part! The pricing was not bad either. I am not sure if it has changed since I got married. Even if it did I still recommend this caterering company to everyone. You will not be unhappy with the service.

The food was amazing. P&P allowed us to pick 4-5 entrees for dinner and all of them were great. The guests loved the food. After the reception P&P packed up all the left over and put on our party bus. All the our wedding guests went back to the hotel which we finished off the rest of the food, that was a big hit.

BLOWN AWAY!!! Every little detail (and I wrote down MANY!) was executed perfectly! The Ballroom itself has soaring ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, everything is new and clean BUT the most amazing thing about the ballroom is the STAFF!! Mr. Lee was our maitre'd - he was my favorite person ever!! My glass was never empty, he made sure that everything was perfect, and he even danced on the dance floor with us!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Oh and the food? WOW!!!!!!!!!! Me and my husband are VERY particular when it comes to food .....the food at the cocktail hour (nearly 25-30 different apps) were EXCELLENT! The mini cheesesteaks and mozzarella sticks were the best things I ever had. Dinner was prompt, hot and also delish!!!!!!!!!!! I can't begin to tell you how many people commented about how awesome the food was and how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!!! The Philadelphia Ballroom is Northeast Philadelphia's best kept secret but I have a feeling the secret is out now and we will be seeing lots of friends getting married here!!! THANK YOU P&P FOR MAKING OUR WEDDING MEMORABLE!!!!!!!!

Wonderful. Many many positive comments from the guests. They offer an extensive menu to choose from. Everything was presented beautifully. Even met the chef of the evening. Very professional. Very well done.

P&P Catering was absolutely wonderful for my wedding this past May. They were professional, easy to work with, and made planning the wedding seem easier than I thought it would be. Quality of service on the day-of from the server and everyone involved was wonderful but they spelled my name wrong on the cakes they provide for the parents of the bride and groom and didn't follow the detailed list of where we would like everything to go that they specifically asked for. Those are small things that are easily overlooked however when you consider how wonderful they were with everything else. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys who manage P and P Caterers and the Philadelphia Quartett Club are great to work with! A little old school in terms of not using email as much, but provided amazing service! The venue itself is pretty modern. Beautiful Chandeliers and amazing balcony! They have a separate cocktail hour space with a fireplace and wall waterfountain. The ballroom is lovely! The dancefloor size was perfect. They have Chiavari Chairs included in their pricing. They have the option of uplighting as well. The food was good and drink service was even better! The maitre'd was beyond exceptional. They truly cater to you on your big day! We were extremely happy with the outcome. The staff has worked in the business a long time and they know what they are doing. You won't need an event planner for the day if you work with them in advance to get what you need done. Centerpieces are not included, but that keeps the rates lower in my opinion! I did a sit down dinner. People commented how much they liked the food and HD's during cocktail hour. The staff here totally works with you and does a good job working with your budget as well. They have nice grounds for photos as well! Gazebo, pond, bridge and greenery. Couldn't recommend them more.

We had our wedding at the Philadelphia Ballroom, modern beautiful good parking and large. We loved the hall and our Matire D Mr Lee was perfect the day he handled every detail! Food and drinks were great. We would highly recommend this vendor for any couple!

We had our wedding at the Philadelphia Ballroom, their newest venue. As for catering, we could not be happier. Everyone raved about the food. We had buffet style & they even gave us leftovers to take home. Guests loved the hors d'oeuvres. They give you a huge variety. For entrees, I recommend the chicken with prosciutto & provolone on top..it was AMAZING and the only thing they did not give us extra of (so sad). The penne pasta with crab meat was also a big hit. The dessert table cant be beat esp. since it is included in the price. They've recently added cake pops to the table too. Many out of town guests commented they've never been to a wedding with desserts like that. They are used to only having wedding cake and that's it. P&P wraps the cake to go. Our maitre de was awesome. I wish I could remember his name, he was an older Asian man. He was so on top of everything and made sure hubby and I had everything we needed, including a continuous flow of drinks. He made us share a cannoli in front of the dessert table before opening it up to all the guests. Then he announced "the dessert table is open!"
My only complaint I had at all was that I had ordered matchbooks to have out on the bar for guests and the next morning when I was going through my stuff I found one and half boxes still in the bag (I had given them two and a half boxes). I even remember being by the bar quite early in the night and there only being one left, I assumed they just ran out quickly. I gave a 4 for responsiveness because I was receiving answers from a few different employees during planning. At some points the owner told me one thing and the secretary told me something completely opposite. Once I told her that was not what he had promised, and she spoke to him about it, they did accommodate me. But all went well! It was a great night... And you cannot beat P&P for the PRICE they give you. When I tell people what we paid for all that was included, they can't believe it.

P&P Caterers was amazing! They made my planning so much easier. They were extremely responsive to the million questions/requests that I had. The amount and quality of food is beyond what I could imagine. Everyone was raving about the food, especially the penne crab pasta. The dessert table is beyond belief! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I attended my sister and brother-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary affair at the Victorian Room. Having been to many affairs catered by P&P, I was looking forward to the dinner.
It was the worst meal I have had in a very long time from anywhere. The service was poor and the servers were not in favor of giving customer service let alone good customer service.
The food was cold, the potato so hard and undercooked, you couldn't eat it. The cheese on my husband's veal was not melted and when talking to the other guests - they all experienced the same thing. One person asked for gravy for his cold prime rib and was told by the server - it wasn't on the menu!!! And how does an affair run out of coffee? It happened.
I will never recommend P&P caterers to anyone.

I ended up having to cancel my "big" wedding due to financial issues, and they were very helpful with giving back the money we had already paid! I have gone to many events there in the past and the food is absolutely the best! I suggest also looking at the Quarttet Club...its the most expensive of the halls but its newly re-done and so beautiful!

I was pretty happy with the service that was recieved for the amount of money that was paid. My only advise is - make sure they LISTEN to excatly what you want, and that if it is in writting you have a copy of it.

Had my wedding at the Southampton room the place is really nice food was good the staff shows no respect im the groom I asked the servers to serve during cocktail hour and the servers told no we will do it in 15 to 20 min mean wile we are running low on food. The bar they tell u top shelf open bar they display maybe 10 different liquors I ask the bartender for some gray goose and he told me no I’ll give u absolute I’m the groom shouldn’t tell me no the servers where very moody some could be herd mumbling thing under the breath and some where heard telling other staff thing other than the servers and bartenders the place was really nice and food was good. Would I go back probably not just because of there customer service.

Food was very good, but we had a lot of complaints about how fatty the prime rib was. Communication was very poor. We could never get through to the office. We had to constantly go to the office for everything which was a huge in convince. When we got to the office we saw the secretary constantly miss phone calls which was shocking. Planning a wedding you need constant communication. That was a huge problem. We were promised ice sculptures which was included with the price and we also paid an additional fee for up lighting. When we got to the hall there was no ice sculptures nor the up lighting. We were reimbursed the money for the up lighting but, I would have preferred to have it.I was in complete shock, the wedding I had imagined was nothing what it was in big part to lack of communication. During the dinner a few tables did not receive there pasta because they said trays fell on the floor. I had referred a friend to p&p before our wedding and he had booked a date with them. They also promised things that were not true. They told them their wedding was the only event of the day. Come to find out they booked another event the same day. Told them they had to cut their wedding shorter. All after they paid a majority of the wedding. He was in our bridal party and saw first hand everything and said he was disappointed as were we and is considering changing venues. I felt terrible for making the recommendation and worse my own wedding.

I wish I could say it was nice to work with this company, but that would be a lie. In fact, even just ATTEMPTING to work with them was a mind-numbing hassle.

My wife and I first contacted P & P to cater an off-premises party for us in May. I called, explained the event was late in October and one of the owners, Joe, told me they would send me a quote. They didn't. What ensued was months of emails being sporadically answered (at best) and often going unanswered for a week or more until I followed up, after which ANOTHER week would go by and someone would finally get back to me.

For over three months, thirty emails and fifteen phone calls (again, largely unanswered) went between myself and the incompetent that runs their office before they finally delivered us a contract. We met with them to discuss it in mid-August, Joe told us to take it home, look it over, and get back to them in a couple days; no rush, no worries. After we tried for three weeks to sign a contract with them and had numerous appointments to sign and put down a deposit cancelled by Joe, he informed me in early September that they might not be able to do our event since they had booked another event for the same day as ours, citing staffing concerns and claiming "that we didn't seem like we wanted to work with them." Keep in mind that we had been hounding them about our event since May despite the difficulties in dealing with their office. Joe said he would get back to me if they figured out staffing, but nobody from P&P ever returned any calls, text messages or emails about the event and we were forced to go with someone else.

My wife was very wary to work with P&P after the first few issues with their organizational disfunction, but I tried to assuage her concerns mostly based on the fact that P&P was in our price range. Now, five months later, the budget for our party has been totally exploded since we had to go with another caterer with very very little notice.

From beginning to end totally disorganized and hard to deal with. They acted like they were doing you a favor the whole time. The staff was rude. Every time I dealt with them I got different answers about pricing and service . I think years ago very good but not sure what happened. The hors d'oeuvres were very good but main meal tasteless especially the filet. Dry and hard to swallow. It took them forever to feed guests. The band refused to play until fed and begged them to just feed them to get them to start because it was taking so long. They first said I did not pay for meals for them which I did full price not even a vendor deal but they still refused and the kitchen told us to “f off” when we continued to ask them to do so. It was my wedding I paid for it and should have done what I asked, I would have given up my own meal just to get the band to start. Ruined whole wedding .
