We were an out-of-town couple planning a wedding in Richmond, and we wanted a wedding planner who not only knew what she was doing and all the best vendors in the area but also just someone fun to Zoom with 1 to 4 times per month. We spoke with multiple planners and chose Jami because she felt like one of our friends right from the start, and we knew we’d enjoy working with her for our year of planning. We chose her full planning package and would say our end result was full plus plus plus planning. She kept the whole process stress-free, smooth, organized, and, most importantly, enjoyable!
Jami’s attention to detail and design are next level. We trusted her vision and knew she’d more than deliver! After deciding on the venue, we started talking about incorporating stained glass, and she quickly found someone across the country to design a piece for us that would be used during our ceremony. She and her husband designed and built our chuppah, from which our stained glass hung as the backdrop. The chuppah was both beautiful and functional and fit into our wedding style better than we imagined!
It’s evident that vendors also enjoy working with Jami, which speaks to her professionalism and demeanor. Jami is very responsive at all hours of the day! She is also the queen of flat lays. Admittedly, we are not very into flat lays, but what Jami pieced together from our wedding details (and the modern, artsy additions she threw in) was beyond!!
Jami truly delivered on Our Curated Design. She brought to life something we never could have without her. -

Long overdue, forgive me:
Our wedding simply would not have happened without Jami Pollnow.
We were told early on that the number one regret couples have is not hiring a wedding planner. Like many couples, we thought we could handle it ourselves — and very quickly realized why everyone says that. We are eternally grateful to whoever told us to call Jami.
From the very beginning, Jami was a ray of sunshine — someone who made us feel both excited and completely secure, knowing she was absolutely going to get it done. Our schedules were all over the place, communication was sometimes less than ideal on our end, and yet Jami never wavered. She was endlessly patient, always prepared, and consistently provided thoughtful updates and detailed notes — all without ever making things feel overwhelming.
It’s rare to meet someone with Jami’s energy, determination, and sheer gusto. She understood our budget from day one and paired us with incredible vendors who were high-quality, professional, and still within a range we were comfortable with. We truly got a five-star wedding — authentic, thoughtful, beautifully organized — for what felt like a steal. We didn’t have to search endlessly or second-guess decisions; we simply trusted Jami, followed her timeline, and leaned into the amazing people she brought to the table.
And then there was the wedding day itself.
Jami was nothing short of commander-in-chief — herding cats, wrangling a bunch of lovable hooligans, keeping everyone on time, in line, and moving forward with grace, humor, and just the right amount of authority when needed (think: enthusiastic friends and brothers who enjoyed the open bar).
In fact, my grandfather’s favorite part of the wedding — aside from watching his favorite granddaughters get married — was watching Jami run the ship. He affectionately called her “Red” and was endlessly entertained and impressed by her calm command of the day.
Do yourself a favor and hire this woman.
Jami loves love. She loves weddings. She loves her people. And she will do anything to make your dream a reality. We cannot imagine our wedding — or the joy and peace we felt throughout the process — without her.

TL;DR – From one type A girly to another (making an assumption about my reader here), I whole heartedly recommend working with Jami for your big day. She is talented, committed and kind.
If you’re interested in the longer take… We initially hired Jami in a partial planning capacity but as we got a better sense of her prowess (and how complicated wedding planning can be!), we quicky upgraded to her full planning offering. Jami is exactly as advertised in her *OCD* branding. She is detail-oriented, she is creative, she has an excellent eye, and she has extensive experience in the industry. In fact, we were her 100th wedding! Jami connected us with trusted local vendors in the Richmond area – all of whom were within our budget and were a delight to work with. Fun bonus – Jami is also a calligrapher! So, she ended up doing our day-of signage, name tags etc. (This, of course, was an added cost but it meant one less vendor to manage AND everything was beautifully done.) I will also add that Jami, with the upmost respect, disagreed with some of our ideas and recommended alternatives. I personally hugely appreciated working with someone who was not just a ‘yes’ woman. She knows this business far better than we do and we could tell she was genuinely thinking as critically as we were about our day. If you’re on the fence about working with her, make the leap! -

Best Day Ever!
Jami was the best wedding planner we could have asked for! She made our special day absolutely perfect, and we couldn't recommend her more. We had our wedding at the Branch Museum, which she used her connections to help identify. Her connections are second to none, and gave us access to the top vendors in the area, who helped make our wedding amazing. Jami is so dedicated, and planned our wedding through her pregnancy and into the newborn life of her adorable daughter. Jami is extremely creative, and was always looking for ways to keep us within our budget without sacrificing quality. During our event, she made sure everything was executed perfectly. She kept us calm and confident, and made sure our family, friends, and wedding party were taken care of. We had a Jewish wedding, and she was able to highlight and fulfill every one our traditions, including kosher style dining and getting married under a Chuppah, which her father-in-law made himself. We are so grateful we went with Jami for our wedding, and hope someday to use her for our children's Bar or Bat Mitzvah too! -

Jami is simply the best! We were nervous about working with a planner, and were hesitant to allot some of the budget to it...but we are SO glad that we did. Not only was Jami incredible on the day of the wedding, and turned all our piles of things we brought to the venue into magic, but she was so present throughout the planning process. Wedding planning comes with excitement, but also stress and Jami was always the perfect blend of enthusiasm and calm to keep us feeling excited and motivated, which meant a lot to us. Jami has great relationships with many other vendors in Richmond, every time we hired someone and mentioned Jami they always spoke highly of her. She provided crucial guidance and support that made us feel listened to and we ultimately had the most incredible wedding, very much due to her efforts! We are so grateful for her and highly recommend working with Jami. -

Just do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on hiring Jami… she makes dreams come true.
Without a doubt, the best thing that happened to me while I was wedding planning was meeting and hiring Jami. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and intention she put behind every detail, email/call with a vendor, and even just in the little notes and gifts she gave me along the way far surpassed the fees I paid for her services. Every step of the process over my two-year engagement, she was concerned with how we could make my vision happen, without going into bankruptcy. Wedding planning is an expensive, stressful, never-ending process, so do yourself a favor and don’t do it without Jami. Bonus points: she’s also so fun, so funny, and so so kind. She’s the kind of person you want to give your money to. We will be forever thankful to Jami for our day. -

Jami is truly a blessing to anyone she encounters. We met her on our first and only venue tour - after seeing her kind heart and knowledge of the venue/wedding planning we knew we needed her by our side through this process. She played an integral part in making all of our dreams come true on our wedding weekend. From the beginning she was honest, consistent, and organized. She truly saved us many times with her knowledge of vendors and ability to break down contracts. Jami is very detail oriented. She completely understood our vision and added certain touches that took the day to another level - ESPECIALLY the incredible flat lay. In the last few weeks- she continued to keep me on track, alleviated stress, and was my sense of peace. To this day, we still do not know what went wrong (if anything) because of Jami’s preparedness and problem solving abilities. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner… DO IT! 10/10! Jami is the best!
My husband and I booked Jami as a full wedding planner from start to finish- and she was amazing, we could quite literally not have done it without her! She helped with all of the daunting tasks from choosing vendors to making sure that everything went PERFECTLY the day of. I couldn’t recommend her more… not only is she excellent at her craft, she is fun to work with and amazing at easing the month/week/day-of wedding stress! 10/10 recommend! -

Jami was absolutely crucial in helping me figure out and deliver my wedding vision!! The tablescapes, flatlay, decor items, and calligraphy were stunning. Jami is truly so creative and talented!
The timeline she created was my holy grail leading up to, and on our big day. She worked well with all of our vendors, and she and her team ensured a smooth and successful wedding day! She was an amazing sounding board and made me feel so comfortable during the insane wedding planning process.
Jami cares so much about her clients that just a few weeks after she gave birth to her beautiful daughter, she still showed up on our wedding day to make sure things were going well. She helped calm my nerves, styled my flatlay, and reminded me to breathe LOL. I love her to death 💓 -

Looking for a day of coordinator/wedding planner? Look no further. Jami is the best.
My husband and I got married in early May, and it’s safe to say that Jami was God sent for our big day.
I’m a pretty type A person, and I loved planning my wedding, but I knew that in the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of, I needed someone I could trust as a day of coordinator If that’s you, Jami is your GIRL!
We had about a nine month engagement, and after hiring Jami a month or two in, she was always a treasure trove of tips, advice (and the occasional vent session when everything was stressing me out). In my opinion, she went WAY above and beyond any other day of coordinators I’ve heard of. She helped us with our seating chart, finalizing our decor, venue walk throughs, made the most organized timeline I’ve ever seen and she wrangled our amazing vendor team behind the scenes. On the day of, it didn’t stop. FIRST, she was my rock before the ceremony. We got married at our church, and we had a church coordinator (required by the church) who we loved, and who still tells me every time I see her about how much SHE loved JAMI. Our church coordinator adored working with her and said she was very professional and kind (and that she low-key wishes they were best friends). THIS is the type of person you need on your big day! Someone who can get along with anyone.
SECOND, the reception venue was immaculate. Everything was how I pictured, some of it even way better, and she used her calligraphy skills to make our amazing bar sign, which was such a gift.
Wedding day crisis? Never heard of her. Jami kept everything under control, was so gracious, and AGAIN, worked wonderfully with the rest of our vendor team.
Added bonus? Throughout the day she took fun behind the scenes shots of our day on a polaroid camera, and now we have all of these little memories framed in our home! So special.
Honestly, I was sad when our wedding was over partially because I knew I couldn’t call Jami to vent anymore. She’s such a light just as a person, and it was such a gift to have her as part of our big day.
SO if you’re still wondering if you should reach out? Do it. You’ll never regret it.

My Wedding Planning Dream Come True
You know those people they say are “sunshine in human form”? Meet Jami Heath, Wedding Planning Fairy Godmother Extraordinaire!
There are so many reasons I’m glad I chose Jami as my wedding planner! From color-coded vendor timelines, to tablescapes, cake plates, wedding favors, flatlay photos, hand-lettered paper elements, velvet ring boxes, playlists of music, the list goes on! Jami truly leaves no design detail unturned and her thorough questions for your preferences will surprise and delight you.
When your most special day finally arrives there is no one better suited to orchestrate your celebration of love. Jami remains completely calm and graceful no matter the circumstance. People may tell you “no wedding is without hiccups” but when I think back to my wedding, I don’t recall those because Jami swiftly handles it! She set tables to perfection, moved seating, fetched Coke Zero (my husband’s strict beverage of choice!), snapped Polaroids for our guest book, primped and prepped me as needed, wiped mascara smudges and veil fluffed, even going as far to stitch rips in my heirloom wedding gown mid-reception! We literally laughed so hard we cried!
I never expected a wedding planner to pour so much love, energy, positivity and sheer joy into her “job”. And that’s truly because to Jami it’s not a job — it’s her calling! I couldn’t be more grateful she is written into the memories of my wedding day. Her love and care for me and our families will surely stay with me forever. -

Jami is the best!
Where do I even begin with how perfect everything was?! Honestly, Jami absolutely knocked it out of the park. I did full wedding planning with her and she was a true guide for me throughout the entire process. Leading up to the big day, I didn’t really have a solidified vision of everything I wanted (I’m so indecisive!) but I had several things design-wise I knew I wanted. I really wasn’t panicked because I knew that somehow it would all come together. Somehow the day-of, Jami was able to put everything I wanted together in a beautiful, cohesive way and brought the vision I was looking for (but couldn’t quite put my finger on) to life! I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect for us. She even lent us a mirror of hers for us to display the table assignments! The day-of went off like a well oiled machine and everyone knew what to do and where to go. She even offered to pick up our catered lunch and the cutting cake for the reception (!!!) that was so kind of her and something we weren’t expecting. That’s not always been the case at other weddings we’ve been to as guests. Not only that but everyone (guests, vendors, bridal party & groomsmen) had nothing but kind, glowing things to say about Jami. She was so friendly and positive with everyone she met that truly our guests are still saying (3 weeks later) how wonderful she was. As a fun bonus, Jami is truly the queen of flat lays and styled the most beautiful flat lays (our photographer was so impressed too!). All this to say—if you’re thinking about hiring a wedding planner and you’re not sure whether it’s worth it, I can 1000% guarantee that Jami is worth every penny! -

I met Jami in 2016 though work and soon after meeting her it was clear she had a passion for bring wedding visions to life. One of the biggest pieces of advice our friends and family gave us was to have a day-of wedding coordinator. We knew right away we had to reach out to Jami. When we say it was the best decision that we made, outside of marrying each other, it is not an exaggeration. Not only is Jami insanely organized, proactive, and unafraid to tell it like it is, she is immensely understanding and compassionate. We had various hurdles pop up throughout the planning processes and the day-off, and Jami never hesitated to jump in and offer multiple solutions and ultimately solve every issue we came across to the highest extent. While we handled much of the high level planning ourselves, we can truly say we would have been lost without Jami. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, she brought her assistant Carmen for the day-of. Carmen didn’t hesitate to do everything possible to make our day perfect. Then to top it all off, the professional chemistry Jami and Carmen had made them the perfect team to make our wedding day perfect. From one bride to another, not hiring Jami would be your biggest wedding regret. Thank you Jami, Carmen and team for helping to make our day perfect in so many ways! -

Hiring Jami to be our wedding planner was the best wedding decision we made, hands down. She was always there with the best advice, making the wedding planning process easy and seamless. When people said things like, 'oh, you must be so stressed' heading up to the wedding, I'd shake my head and say, "nope - I have THE most amazing wedding planner and she's handling everything." If you are searching for a wedding planner, hire Jami. She cares with everything she has. She wants the happy couple to be exactly that - happy. We can’t recommend Jami and team enough!! Jami was such an integral part of our engagement as we planned our wedding day. She went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding weekend – our favorite party to date!
We connected instantly during our planning meeting as my sister & brother-in-law had hired Jami for their wedding in 2018. My husband and I are both planners and detail-oriented but I knew we wanted to take that pressure off for our wedding. Jami understood our vision for our special day and took the details I already had in mind and expanded them even more beautifully than we had envisioned, while also providing great suggestions. She made us feel like we were planning our wedding with both a professional and a friend.
During the planning process, Jami would send pictures of décor and bridal party gift ideas that tied into our theme when she was out and about. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She managed contracts and checked in with all of our vendors, putting us as ease. She created a perfectly executed timeline (and maintained it the entire time), and through the threat of rain, had a contingency plan in place that she coordinated with us and our vendors, yet allowed us to make a game time decision to have the waterfront ceremony we desired before the rain came 30-minutes later.
We were blown away by her design magic (as captured by our photographer in one of these review pictures!) We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day stress-free thanks to Jami and Will graciously working tirelessly behind the scenes with smiles on their faces. After our ceremony, we came back to our suite to find polaroid pictures from our day and a beautiful card on the nightstand. The next day, we woke up to all of our décor packaged in our totes with care. She also sent us TONS of pictures she took from our wedding day that we could re-live as we eagerly anticipated the previews from the photographer which were still a week out!
Jami has a true gift for style + design. We utilized her calligraphy services to address our envelopes. She even brought the most beautiful peonies from her garden that bloomed the week of our wedding that we were able to use – my favorite arrangement was in a vase on our cake table that she had used at her wedding!
She is enthusiastic, talented, and exceptionally organized. She is very knowledgeable and well connected in the industry. Jami is no questions asked the best money you will spend for your wedding! Thank you, Jami & Will, for the laughs, lovelies, and best memories!

Simply the Best!
Jami was ready to work the second we signed on with her. Her knowledge of the wedding planning process is incredible. There were little and big items that we hadn’t thought about until we met with Jami. Being able to communicate with her throughout the planning was a life saver. Her calm and cool personality is just what you need when planning a wedding and on the big day.
On the wedding day, as the bride and groom, there wasn’t one thing that was out of place. The decor was set up without us having to think about it. The timeline was in place to make things go smoothly. If you want someone to sit there and watch, that’s not Jami. If you want someone to direct the show and do it without asking, go with Jami. While she does have a calm personality, if she needs something to happen, she will let that be known and get it done. When the bridal party was about to walk down the aisle at our outdoor wedding and someone was starting up a lawn mower beside the venue, Jami shut that down QUICK.
Our day was fantastic and we owe much of that to Jami and her team. If you are on the fence about whether a wedding coordinator or day or coordinator is needed, go with Jami. You will be so happy you did. She will go above and beyond and meet all of your needs! -

We hired Jami for Day of Coordination and received her support over several months, beginning with an hour-long meeting 3 months out! Our wedding was the most incredible day of our lives in big thanks due to Jami’s thoughtful attention to detail, hard work, past wedding experience, and pure kindness! I get emotional thinking about the day and our wonderful experience with Jami! She was truly above and beyond! “Our Curated Design” is the perfect name for her business because she’ll work with you to envision the day you want, going with you through all of your mood boards and ideas so she truly “gets it”! She’ll put what you want into words and writing and then the best part – BRING IT TO LIFE! We wanted whimsical, modern, Wes Anderson vibes, and we more than got them! It was amazing! Going into planning a wedding, I had no idea what a Herculean effort it is to execute one. Even for 80 people, it really is 1,000 details. Jami will make sure to think of every single one. She’ll answer every question you ask and remember the answer when you’ve forgotten it on the big day. She’ll be your biggest cheerleader before, during, and after your wedding. It’s also the little things that Jami thinks of! She had the creative idea to take instax film images throughout our wedding that we’ll now get to cherish forever! We already are! It means so much to us to know that Jami and Will, her husband, had our back throughout our day. We honestly can’t believe how well the day went, but it wasn’t luck or just our planning, it was mostly due to Our Curated Design magic! At the end of the night when we were exhausted (we’d left it all on the dance floor) and we couldn’t help to pack up our decor and things like we wanted to, Jami and Will took care of it with smiles! They were such a calming presence to share the end of our night with. Not to mention, everything got back to our home expertly packed! I would recommend Our Curated Design over and over! -

Jami is an incredible wedding planner (and person) who made our day beautiful!
Jami was, in one word, incredible. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams because of her work. I truly don’t know how she did it, but she made our vision of what we wanted our wedding day to look like (from the ceremony to the reception) a reality and was absolutely wonderful to work with! Luckily, we hired Jami early on in our wedding planning process, so she was with us every step of the way. This was crucial for us because we were trying to plan a Downtown Fredericksburg wedding from Arkansas and Arizona, since my husband and I are both military. Jami truly calmed our nerves and helped us immensely with finding amazing vendors, attending appointments for us, and planning all the details. She even drove up to Fredericksburg from Richmond when we were in town visiting family for a few days to bring us cupcakes for our cake tasting from SweetFix in Richmond and went with us to our florist appointment.
What we loved most about Jami was how friendly and easy-going she is, and how when it came down to business and planning, she was always on top of everything (and a million steps ahead of us). She also worked with family members when we couldn’t be there to help us check things off of our wedding to-do list. Jami has such a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry in general, and ensured that everyone was on the same page when it came to our wedding. One of the things that meant the most to my husband and me was the fact that she added so many personal touches to our wedding. She is so creative and made our day one that was so “us.” It was truly beautiful.
Throughout all of the months that we worked with Jami, she was always available and responsive. And, on the day of the wedding, Jami ensured that our ceremony venue (Church) and our reception venue was beautifully decorated, our timeline was followed, our guests were attended to, and that everything went smoothly. I can’t imagine what our Wedding day would’ve been without her. We were able to enjoy and celebrate our special day without having to stress about what was happening with the vendors or venue because of Jami. We enjoyed working with her every step of the way! Both my husband and I strongly recommend Jami!

Jami is the BEST!
Okay, Jami is EVERYTHING! Looking for a planner? She's your girl. Unsure if you need one - like even if you're super organized/type A? I'll explain why you need Jami!
Jami is such an enthusiastic, joyful gal who made planning our wedding FUN, stressless, and exciting. I contacted Jami in January to help me plan a June wedding - and she jumped right in! I purchased Jami's Full planning package and am so grateful I did. Her wealth of knowledge of the vendor network is priceless - its sooo overwhelming to comb through them yourself and Jami was able to provide us with recommendations for our vendors based on our wedding vision and most importantly, budget! Everyone she recommended was AMAZING and every one of them spoke so highly of her!
She is SO incredibly talented and has an eye for design like no other. Jami's world feels like a perfectly curated Anthropologie, and her event design vision and execution are unmatched. I have no problem chipping away at a task list and I can pull inspo from Pinterest, but I can't bring that vision to reality. Jami's true gifts are to bring that inspiration to life (plus all the wonderful organization and management side of things too). I was BLOWN AWAY at how she was able to design such an incredible event with so many details with the things I provided her and within our budget.
She filled the planning, day-of, and day-after process with so many special touches. From thoughtful planning sessions, talking me off the ledge about the weather forecast, to taking Polaroid's day-of, to sending us home with a few sneak peeks and a handwritten note, AND even sending me TONS of behind the scenes shots the day after, I always felt like I had a true guide and friend throughout the process. If you are even remotely on the fence about hiring a coordinator I’ll say this: Jami is an absolute magician—she will not only make your wedding day sooo easy and relaxed but will add finishing touches that are so sweet, beautiful and considerate that you will end the day feeling truly seen and taken care of. She is next level, y’all! From the handwritten table seating chart and gorgeous place settings, to the epic s’moresgasboard (!!) and sweet Polaroids capturing all our special moments, Jami is the queen of detail and thoughtfulness. Will go above and beyond!
We lucked into Jami as her day-of services were part of our venue contract and I had no idea how AMAZING this woman would be! We met with Jami a few times in the planning process, the first time probably too early but I’m a planner, and she was super thorough every time. As we got closer to the wedding, she was ready to answer any question we had super fast and was an absolute gem when I asked the same questions multiple times because I forgot 😂
Day-of the wedding she. Was. On. It. This woman and her assistant took care of everything I didn’t know I wouldn’t have the brain power for, and then some. She sent pictures of the setup as it was happening to put my mind at ease and somehow was everywhere all at once. She will go above and beyond to be there and be on top of things you didn’t even know you’d need (included going into your dress to undo a bustle…photo included lol). Add to all of that she’s a day of sunshine in the body of a wedding planner and it’s the icing on the cake! Jami was truly a blessing in disguise and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!Our Curated Design's reply:

Jami was positively priceless on my daughter's BIG day! So many ideas, choices, lists, and vendors came together flawlessly on the wedding day because Jami was there to coordinate! I met Jamie through my daughter several months before the wedding and immediately appreciated her "fire" for planning and bringing ideas to fruition. She's fun, energetic, and oh, so classy! I'm sure she had multiple other projects going at the same time but we would have never known because she made us feel like this wedding was her whole world. The wedding day went by so fast and as the mom-of-the-bride I was so very grateful to have Jami there. Fabulous Wedding Planner
I can’t even express how wonderful Jamie was throughout the whole wedding process. My wedding day was everything I dreamt of and went so smoothly! Amazing Service
Our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better! We owe a huge part of that to Jami and her team! From meeting with Jami leading up to our event to her taking control day of and dealing with anything & everything that could possibly come up. We forgot graham crackers for the s’mores bar, she had us covered. We had vendors running late, she made it work. She helped set up and clean up, keeping everything on schedule. The peace of mind caused from having Jami as our wedding coordinator is unmatched. My husband and I often say we have no clue how we could have done it without her. We couldn’t be any more appreciative of Jami and her team!! -

Amazing to work with!

As soon as I contacted Jami to be our day of coordinator, six months prior to the wedding, she was enthusiastically involved every step of the way. What really left an impression on us was Jami's attention to detail. She took her personal time to sit down with us and give us crucial guidance on how to practically and creatively make our wedding dreams a reality and work with us to discover which of her rental elements would perfectly suit our vision. She paid attention to us and what we wanted but she also used her experience and knowledge to help us understand what we needed. Honestly, enough cannot be said about Jami & Will when it comes to the wedding day. Jami worked tirelessly the night before and the day of to organize EVERY element. From coordinating the setup and transition for ceremony and reception to communicating with vendors and making sure all of our desired elements were in place, she never missed a beat and was on top of everything. Perhaps the most valuable aspect about Jami is that you can trust her. After having met Jami to be our Day of Coordinator for our wedding, I said to my husband-to-be, “aside from choosing to marry you, choosing Jami was the best decision I made”. From our first meeting she was enthusiastic, organized, ready with the right questions, positive, and excited to get to work. She was a breath of fresh air and immediately took a lot of the stress off of me. While we hired her for just day of, she was doing so much for us for a few months before. She was a liaison between our caterer and vendors and helped with our timeline. She completely understood my vision and added certain touches that she thought went with my aesthetic that were perfect. She did all of the hand lettering for all of the signage which were all on boards or mirrors she already owned and offered to let us use. The day of she moved around gracefully with not an air of stress or anxiety and a lot of my guests even commented on how wonderful she was because she was there but always on the outskirts, paying attention to everything. She kept everything on schedule and checked in with us 5 minutes before we needed to be somewhere or do something. She kept me calm, and that was worth everything. A couple of days before the wedding I was having a hard day and she picked up on that and brought me a basket with goodies to help me relax- that describes Jami. I could go on and on about her, but I’ll end by saying, hiring Jami will be the best decision you ever made.Our Curated Design's reply:

I can’t say enough how much I truly appreciate everything Jami did for us on our big day. What did we LOVE about Jami at Our Curated Design? EVERY. SINGLE. THING! Jami was absolutely awesome and took so much off of our plate and the stressful times we had planning a wedding topped with a healthy heaping pile of COVID 19. Let me start by saying that after I was initially engaged, I was 1000% positive that as a female who is extremely organized and excels at multitasking that I felt I could handle the planning of my wedding day. Thank god for a mother who ultimately talked me into hiring a planner for not only day of, month of, but the whole kitten caboodle AND LOOKING BACK LADIES- IT WAS WORTH IT AND SO MUCH MORE. No one could have foreseen a pandemic and especially the year my wedding was planned for. When I tell you that Jami was by my side every step of the way, I mean she would literally make herself available at all times. Never once did I feel like she pushed her own personal agenda on me. There were months when I was over the idea of planning a COVID wedding and she was on board. Three days later, Id change my mind and wanted to completely restart the process- and again- she was there. She gave space when needed (and was intellectual enough to know when) and provided guidance and structure when she could tell I needed it too. She assumed all roles, wore more hats than I can count and for that, the value outweighed the cost, time and time again. I promise you that just as important as your wedding dress is on your big day is also how you wear your attitude and how you show up poised and calm- and there is no way I could have been present and in the moment if it wasn’t for Jami. My wedding day had the remnants of a hurricane and literally up to the hour of my wedding, we were coordinating a few changes. Jami did it with absolute poise, strength, guidance, HEART AND PASSION. She was deliberate in every move she made months before, weeks before, but most importantly day of. She worked so hard to make my day the incredible day it was and truly, her value was something I will never regret investing in. If I can give one piece of advice, it is, HIRE A PLANNER. And not just any planner, but Jami Pollnow. That smile, those bouncing red curls, that knock out energy, its hard to find but its right here for the taking and you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Jami ❤️
