We loved this rustic ambience for our special day

We toured many venues looking for our perfect place, and the moment we saw the orange groves and rolling hills, we knew this place had everything we were looking for! It has the perfect balance of nature, comfort and privacy that makes this a haven! It felt like we were in a historic landmark and we got to enjoy it all to ourselves. The photos we took are lasting memories and we are so grateful!

Hamilton Oakes & Amanda are Wedding MUST HAVES!!!

The most important aspect to any project that is set forth is a good foundation, and nothing is more solid than Amanda and her team at Hamilton Oaks Events. There was always a clear line of communication and the best part about having them was that our day was stress free because we had total trust Amanda, our wedding coordinator, would take care of us. She is beyond professional, organized, detail oriented, kind and compassionate— she treated us as if we were her only couple even though 2021 has been crazy busy for them. She helped guide our choices and set up all our meetings with our cake designer, florist, wine tasting, rentals, and food vendor (we would have had DJ, too, but we opted for our own). Because of all the main aspects of our wedding being coordinated through them, we were able to focus finding our videographer, photographer, and making all the small personal touches to add to our wedding, which is super time consuming. With the pandemic, Amanda and her team continued to be responsive. Even with the minor hiccups that happened during our wedding, which was completely out of their control, everything from our guests’ perspective went without a hitch. It was the most memorable and fun wedding, and our guests continue to say that this wedding was one of the best they ever attended. Even though this company is great, Amanda just carried this event through, and she is worth every single cent. Choose wisely and have HOVE take care of you. It’ll be the best wedding decision ever made.

Best day of my life!

We actually got married in 2020! Something we’ll never forget for many obvious reasons. But my gorgeous wedding never could have happened if it wasn’t for all my amazing vendors and wedding planners who made it all happen despite all the challenges. Sanya was pivotal in reassuring my family who was very concerned about our guests safety and she was able to accommodate all our crazy requests without skipping a beat. In the end, it was THE best day of my life and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! I highly, highly recommend this beautiful vineyard estate and Sanya and her vendors!

Life savers in 2020!

Literally life-savers! After we lost our original hotel venue due to COVID, we had only 2 weeks to find a replacement venue and all the major vendors (catering, florist, rentals etc.). After a few days of stress and lots of tears, we got lucky and stumbled upon Sanya and her team. As if waving a magic wand, she took all my worries away and arranged all the vendor meetings and just made it all happen in record time! All the vendors came through and blew us away on the day of our wedding! Everything was perfect and beautiful and made me forget about this crazy year and the pandemic going on. Sanya and her team literally SAVED my wedding day and they were so attentive and incredible on the day of, that my family is still talking about it! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Wedding Experience with VIP

We has the most wonderful experience planning and having our wedding with VIP at one of the beautiful locations. Amanda and Sanya made everything so easy and truly became friends by the end. We loved that they managed our major vendors (catering, floral, rentals, cake, valet, security and DJ) all on our contract directly with them and I can tell you the prices were extremely competitive. We also felt that we got better service from each of these vendors because they know the VIP team so well! I’d recommend them to anyone getting married.

The most genuine and passionate team and best selection of venues

We are so excited to have booked our wedding with Amanda and Sanya and can’t wait for the big day to arrive! So far the planning process has been super easy and we know we can trust the talented team! All our appointments were set up for us and the food and cake tasting were delish. The florist appointment was amazing and we accomplished so much! I finally have my design and vision nailed down. Amanda is always available to answer my many questions and is super fast to get back to me! I would seriously be lost with their help and I can’t thank them enough for the all the help thus far!

Incredible service and professionalism!

Sanya and Amanda showed me several of their venues and I fell in love with them! They were the most real, genuine and helpful people you’ll ever meet (and I toured numerous venues) and I knew I would just have to choose one of their places because I had to have them plan my wedding!

VIP will make all your wedding dreams come true!

Love love love Amanda and the VIP Team! We are so excited and happy to have found our dream venue at Hamilton Oaks. The all inclusive packages is a huge plus due to our work schedules. Amanda has made this process so smooth and enjoyable, I have had all the time to do the fun stuff that I want to do with my bridesmaids and friends! They are so efficient with the planning and their team of vendors are amazing. Every appt they have been such a joy to be around and really have made our planning experience so fun. I can only imagine the day of our wedding will be just as smooth. It is so important to book a venue with the people you love it really will make all the difference. Best day ever!!

I am so grateful my husband and I choose this venue with AMAZING people. We met with a dozen or so wedding coordinators at all-inclusive wedding venues and after meeting Amanda I knew one of the VIP venues would be for us! We ended up going with Hamilton Oaks in San Juan and you really can’t go wrong with any of the venues. I had the mindset that I wanted a professional to help me along the way because I didn’t start with a dream wedding in mind. And boy oh boy did Amanda deliever my dream wedding!!

All of our appointments were booked for us and she made sure I was getting done the things I needed to along the way. If you are a busy bride and need someone working with you to get everything done, go with them! Oh and the day of the wedding she took care of everything. I was able to enjoy the day and night with all my friends and family!

It truly was our best day ever!

She was a life saver and if you’re lucky to get her, trust her expertise and vendor recommendations as they were spot on! We were so excited when we found this venue for our event and loved the way everything turned out! Kaleigh was wonderful to work with and make the process SO easy! She helped us make sure every detail was taken care of and coordinated all of our vendors (other than showing up to pick cake, flowers, food, drinks, linens, music, etc she coordinated EVERYTHiNG)!! Being able to relax on our wedding day knowing Kaleigh had it taken care of was worth every penny! There was an ownership change at the venue that made the month leading up to the wedding rather difficult, but the day of was perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way! Every detail was perfect and all of the staff went above any beyond to make sure we were happy. We even had a family friend follow up after the wedding saying how impressed they were with the staff and how professionally they handled everything on the day of the wedding. The location is absolutely gorgeous! We have recommended the venue to multiple friends since. Make sure you ask for Kaleigh when you call, she was a superstar!

Just got back from our honeymoon and 2 weeks later, we are still on a high from our wedding at Hamilton Oaks/A Stone's Throw Winery. THIS WEDDING VENUE IS A DREAM! It is everything we had dreamed about, hoped for, AND MORE!

For anyone who is considering this venue as a wedding option, we have a few things to share:
1. THE FREEWAY IS NOT AN ISSUE. This was something we were so worried about before the wedding. We were worried about the sound of the cars and if guests would be distracted. It was not an issue. People are talking during the cocktail hour and enjoying themselves so much, they didn't notice. I repeat: It is not an issue.
2. THE TRAIN IS NOT AN ISSUE. If it went by, I never noticed. It definitely did not come during our ceremony and I never noticed it during the reception.
3. The sunset is A DREAM. It's so beautiful while it sets during the reception. We had a 430-5pm ceremony, 5-6 cocktail, and 6-10 reception. It was perfect timing for photos and the sunset.
4. I got ready in the bridal suite and it was so fun to watch the wedding get set up while we got ready. It's close quarters, but we made it work. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout the day.
5. The Staff is amazing. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. And the security is WONDERFUL. There is a review below that says otherwise.... they are wrong. Best Security and Staff Ever! Our guests had an amazing time.
6. The wedding coordinators at VIP Events and Weddings are so wonderful and helpful. We could not have asked for a better team than Kaleigh and Sanya. And the vendors they provide in packages are incredible.

Obviously, we could not be happier. I could not gush more. Thank you to everyone at Hamilton Oaks/A Stone's Throw and VIP Events and Weddings. We had the perfect day and you were a HUGE reason why!

Sanya and her team were amazing!! We had the most amazing wedding thanks to her planning and wonderful team. You can tell sanya only works with the best vendors, because our flowers, cake, etc. all came out more perfect than we even imagined. Sanya herself is personable and easy to get along with, and seemed to understand my vision even when I wasn't articulating it well at all! I so appreciated her patience, organization, and creative vision throughout the whole process. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and my [new] husband and I could not be more grateful. Sanya and Amanda were amazing wedding coordinators. As the mother of the bride, on the day of the wedding I didn't want to worry about anything regarding the wedding. Sanya and Amanda made sure everything went smoothly. They kept on the timeline we agreed to which is crucial for the wedding celebration. They coordinated all the vendors and did so in a very calm, efficient manner. If anything went wrong at the wedding we were not aware of it. Everything about the wedding was perfect.

Hamilton Oaks was the perfect venue for our wedding! We wanted a vintage venue, something all-inclusive, and a place that would have the flexibility for us to add a personal touch. It was all that and more!
Sanya and Hillary are amazing. From the time we met, we felt as though we had two dear friends helping us plan our wedding and that they were as invested in making it special as we were.
The venue also comes with vendors that are professional, creative, and deliver high on quality.
If you're looking for an outdoor venue that is affordable, but doesn't skimp on quality -- look no further.
Our guests are still raving about our wedding and say it was one of the most beautiful they've ever been too!

Great venue with that vintage, rustic feel. When we first saw Hamilton Oaks we were a bit skeptical of all inclusive packages, but after much research and pricing everything out we realized we were getting an incredible deal here. Every single vendor was top notch, they blew all my expectations out of the water! We didn't want a cookie cutter wedding, and Sanya made sure my wedding was 100% personalized and customized to our quirkiness. She helped us every step of the way and we feel very lucky and blessed that we got to work with her! Sanya we're so grateful to you and your team - you made our special day just perfect and I wholeheartedly recommend you to all my friends and family! A++++++

My wedding was beyond my wildest dream and we owe it all to Sanya and her amazing team - every detail from the food, flowers, DJ, cake was exactly what I envisioned! Sanya, Kaleigh and team are simply the best! They brought our vision to life down to every detail. The vendors they work with are incredible and, together, they run a very tight ship. They are true experts (and saints!) at what they do and were there throughout the whole planning process, helping us make decisions every step of the way. The winery provided the perfect rustic backdrop we were looking for but what made all the difference was the amazing, talented and hardest working team there is, led by Sanya Strelec! My husband and I loved our wedding and I don't think it would have been as amazing as it was if Sanya and the VIP team wasn't there with us.. Sanya made the whole process so seamless and worry-free - we didn’t know what we were doing and it was a relief to have someone guide us through everything and ensure that every single detail was well taken care of. This is one of the most amazing wedding venues and I had the honor to have my wedding here. The over all team that helps run the day is amazing! I couldn't have done with out the entire team. We had the best experience working with the HOVEvents team, and especially with our wedding coordinator, Sanya. Right away I could tell that we were going to enjoy working with her so much - she is one of those people who makes you feel like you've known her for years. From start to finish, she was on top of everything and made it so easy to speak honestly.

The venue was absolutely perfect -- it was exactly what we were looking for in an outdoor venue: intimate, relaxed, and romantic. And the backdrop of the rolling hills and orange trees are so beautiful.

All of the vendors (flowers, food, cake, rentals) were absolutely AMAZING to work with. Everyone understood our vision and executed it perfectly.

I wish we could married all over again at Hamilton Oaks. We wouldn't change a thing!

My husband and I had a wonderful wedding held on Labor Day weekend at Hamilton Oaks Winery. Every bit of the day was amazing. We did not have to worry about one detail once we arrived at Hamilton Oaks on the day of our wedding. The vendors, which we used through Hamilton Oaks, were great as well -- the flowers were exactly what I (the bride) envisioned, the cake and desserts very beautiful and delicious. The venue was just stunning and the most perfect size for our invite list (165 guests.) Sanya, the main coordinator of our wedding, made the process easy too. There were a few things leading up to the day that were a little bit stressful (including catering, pricing, etc.,) but overall, the Hamilton Oaks team delivered what we asked for. What an amazing venue Hamilton Oaks was! Hard to believe that you can have your ceremony and reception in nature right smack in the middle of Orange County! We loved everything about this winery, and their awesome team of people and staff made it extra special. They were so flexible, accommodating and anticipated every one of our needs! We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out! Our friends are still talking about it and we have so many incredible photos to always remember our magic moment! Working with Sanya, Hillary, and Kaleigh was an absolute delight! The 3 of them are very professional, kind, and thoughtful. The venue turned out to be a fabulous and beautiful location. The staff were all very friendly, and the price was just right! We would highly recommend them!

This venue was absolutely breathtaking. Every single aspect of it was pure perfection. The quality of the food, flower arrangements, EVERYTHING, was exactly what I would have hoped for- and then some. My family, friends, husband, coworkers and relatives will not stop raving about it. It was the most beautiful ceremony and reception I could have asked for. Everyone involved was professional and went above and beyond, but Sanya Strelec took her care and enthusiasm to a level I would have never expected. She is amazing!!!! Thank you Hamilton oaks !!!!

Hamilton Oaks Winery was an absolutely perfect location to have our wedding ceremony and reception. We currently live in London and were therefore planning the wedding from 6,000 miles away with an eight hour time difference. Our wedding coordinator, Sanya, and her assistant, Hilary, were there for us every step of the way. Sanya was incredibly responsive and flexible, often making herself available for us on short notice and calming our nerves every time we started to become anxious during the wedding planning process. Anytime we had a concern, Sanya provided a great solution and that was extremely comforting. Before we started planning the wedding, I never realized how integral it is to have a wedding coordinator and was very lucky to have someone as kind and knowledgeable as Sanya is. Hilary and her made sure we had nothing to worry about on the day of and did a great job with every detail.

The packages they offer are all inclusive so we didn't have to worry about finding our own vendors (i.e. food, floral, music, etc.). They have carefully hand picked great vendors to work with and we were happy with all of them. This was a huge benefit for us since we had to plan everything from abroad.

The venue itself is gorgeous both during the day and at night. They've done a beautiful job decorating with market lights above and scattered lights on the trees all around the reception area. The venue and backdrop itself are so naturally stunning that there's no need for extra decoration. There is a brides room located on the second floor of the historic farm house, and a grooms' room outside which includes a TV that let the groom and his groomsmen watch football before the wedding. The venue has a rustic, vintage feel to it and provided plenty of space for our 100+ guests.

Overall, the wedding went really smoothly and was just as we envisioned it. We would recommend Hamilton Oaks Winery to any couple looking for a beautiful outdoor venue.

Our wedding at Hamilton Oaks was utterly magical. The venue was the exact quaint, private, and romantic setting that we pictured. It's hard to envision what the wedding will look like without the flowers and decor, but we trusted Sanya, our wedding coordinator (and now friend!), that it would look absolutely amazing. We're so glad we did because we as well as many of our guests, thought it was the most beautiful outdoor wedding we had ever been to. Sanya forged a wonderful relationship with us early on, and it didn't take long to feel how much of her heart and soul went into her work, trying to make other couples experience the best day of their lives. She had the rare and perfect combination of being both professional and also fun/creative, which made the planning experience so easy and enjoyable. She made sure that we would have no worries on the day of. The venue provides so much manpower so that every part of the wedding (i.e. setting up, valet parking, drinks and food) are taken care of by the staff. Weddings here are so much bang for your buck. The other venues that we looked at gave us similar quotes, but there ended up being so many hidden fees, service charges, and tips that we had to pay on top of that. Hamilton Oaks gives you a price that is actually the price we ended up paying! Also, Sanya takes care of last minute changes without hesitation, even at late hours of the night. You may be tempted to go with other vendors that Hamilton Oaks is not affiliated with, but I wouldn't recommend it. They have relationships with caterers, florists, etc. that they work together frequently with, so you can be assured that they will coordinate everything to make your big day go by smoothly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to provide the warmth that you want to feel when making your vows to your best friend, surrounded by your loved ones. And Sanya was absolutely pivotal in making the whole planning and the day such an unforgettable one!

Our event was perfect! Couldn't have been any better! All of the vendors provide were amazing and fulfilled all of my wife's visions of what our wedding should be. Sanya, Kari, and Hillary were the best and I'm so thankful for all they did. The venue itself is amazing and has so much character! I highly recommend them!

I loved my wedding! Sanya and Kayleigh made the day and the planning seamless. It was so beautiful and creative. Everything was professional, classy and organized from the booking to the sparkler send off! The guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The whole team wore communication lines and I felt like it was a wedding at the Ritz, but more beautiful! They solved my extra guest problem without a worry. I was never stressed out! The day came together better than I could have imagined. Everything was meticulously planned, designed and orchestrated. They hand picked only the most amazing vendors. I felt like a princess and my husband was treated like a king. Everything was perfect! Dream wedding location.

We had such a great experience at Hamilton Oaks! Everything turned out beautifully and was so much fun! Kaliegh made sure that everything went according to plan and that the day ran smoothly. They have done a great job vetting caterers, bartenders, and florists which was so nice to not have to do on our own. They really made the experience of planning a wedding easy and not stressful.
We would recommend this venue and team to anyone!

I had the most memorable, beautiful, fantastic wedding day, and it was because of Sanya and her crew at Hamilton Oaks! Both my husband's family and my family could not stop raving about the wonderful service we got on our special day. The event space is gorgeous, and every detail was taken into account and not overlooked. The vendors used by Hamilton Oaks, from the flowers, to the catering, to the DJ were amazing to work with. Working with Sanya and everyone at Hamilton Oaks has been such a great experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this location to future brides. Communication is amazing, as I always received emails, phone calls, and texts back very fast. If you want attentive, top-notch service and a day you and your guests will never forget, go with Sanya and Hamilton Oaks!!!

Hamilton Oaks was the perfect choice for our wedding. Not only is the venue in a beautiful setting, but the staff did such an excellent job setting everything up to perfection and making sure the whole event ran smoothly. And the package deal meant we didn't have to worry about finding a caterer, bakery, florist, DJ, or shuttle and other event rentals—Hamilton Oaks had that all set. We've received so many compliments from our guests about the decor and how much fun they had. It's a wedding venue my husband and I would highly recommend!

Magical...just a magical venue! This was my first choice while searching for wedding venues, but after touring with my fiancé and Sanya from VIP Events I was trumped by my bride-to-be and opted for another one of VIP's beautiful venues. But, the good news is "I got my cake and ate it too" so to speak. While I didn't get my choice of wedding venue, the one we married at (VIP Mansion) was truly amazing, but I still "won" in the end :) We had our rehearsal dinner at Hamilton Oaks, and it was amazing...the overhead market lighting, and tree lighting makes the space feel like an oasis in paradise. The food was great, and the staff were amazing. Awesome rehearsal or wedding venue space.

This beautiful venue is a true hidden gem! You just don't expect such charm, beauty and a huge property surrounded by nature right in the middle of OC, so close to the major freeways! This was a brand new venue when we booked my daughter's wedding and we got extremely lucky to have Sanya Strelec as the coordinator! She planned my wedding not too long ago at her other venue and her team of vendors and staff is second to none!

Look no further if you want THE best value for the best service, product and venue! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Sanya was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting to now, she has treated me and Pau like good friends. Being a creative, I was very particular with how I wanted my wedding look, feel, taste, and sound. I wanted the whole package, but I wanted it my way. Sanya was extremely helpful in achieving this throughout the 8 months of planning. It was a very much like a "ask and you shall receive" experience with her. References for a photographer or a dj? Sanya will send you a thorough email with references. She will even text you back when you have all these questions floating around in your head. I also noticed that the closer it would get to your wedding day, the later at night she would text you! I would think that most planners stick to their schedule and only attempt to reach you during "office hours." Not the case with Sanya. It's refreshing working with a company that genuinely enjoy their job. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location with such a helpful staff. Hamilton Oaks is definitely a gem.

Sanya was excellent and her assistants.

She was very professional and very easy to work with. During the event, Sanya was making sure all are in place . She was cordial to the guest , as well.

I would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again.

My daughter's wedding was perfect and will definitely be a memorable one - both to our families and guests.

I hope to have the opportunity to utilize her service and expertise in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Hamilton Oaks Winery as our wedding reception venue. I really wish I could give more than 5 stars! The venue is not only gorgeous, but the surrounding area is as well. It made for beautiful pictures. The event staff was incredibly professional, organized, and took great pride in their work. We, along with all of our guests, really appreciated the small things that Hamilton Oaks provided that truly made our reception unique. Sanya Strelec was our reception coordinator and we simply couldn't have had as successful of a reception without her. Her level experience, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine passion for our wedding were unmatched and we are very appreciative of all her hard work and expertise. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will not be disappointed. She is just amazing. I definitely recommend using Hamilton Oaks Winery as your reception venue as well as working with Sanya...you won't regret it!

Hamilton Oaks was an amazing venue to have our wedding at. Not only were they very organized and accommodating, but they were friendly and great to work with. Specifically, Sanya (our coordinator) was especially spectacular. She was detail-oriented, communicative, and was truly invested in our special day.

Many times when you see 5/5 ratings, you become skeptical that the reviewer just clicked buttons. However, this review is very genuine and the execution of our wedding was, in fact, PERFECT.

My wife and I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have found Sanya and Hamilton Oaks. To be honest, I almost feel guilty for having spent the amount of money that we did and receiving SO MUCH. I would not be surprised if they decided to charge more for their services because we feel as if we received so much value for what we invested in our once in a lifetime experience.

Thank you all once again and if you are reading this review, don't hesitate and book now because once the word gets out, you will surely be wishing you had locked down Sanya and crew while you still had the chance!

Hamilton Oaks was a beautiful all inclusive venue that was perfect for our wedding. The venue itself is all outdoors and gorgeous. The food was absolutely delicious, the flowers were spectacular, and the setting and ambiance was overall amazing. The wedding coordinator assigned to us, Sabrina, was nothing short of professional, kind-hearted, a problem solver, and just a joy to be around. The only complaint we experienced was bad communication and slight un-professionalism between the head coordinator of the venue and ourselves. However, Sabrina, the venue itself, and all the other vendors were able to make our wedding day an absolutely picture perfect, stress free day!!!

We chose Hamilton Oaks because we wanted something that was sort of all inclusive. No need to call around selecting vendors since they already have great partnerships with top notch businesses. The property is so beautiful and unique and you are able to customize with any decor! Our wedding planner Sanya was amazing to work with and helped us the entire way through. She made sure that we not only had everything done, but that we were totally satisfied with the details. Even the few last minute add ons/changes were no problem! The entire team was so nice and professional which enabled us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about the details. Would highly recommend this venue as well as the HOV team!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had our wedding here this year and it was just perfect. Why is the rating not a 5 you ask? Well communication with HOV Events was not the best. From setting up an appointment to meet a coordinator at the venue for a tour, getting a proposal and scheduling meetings was such a hassle. We would have to follow up with them numerous times and ensure that everything was good to go, which was not our responsibility since we were paying for the service. There was always an excuse on their part for everything including when we had to wait on things from them or when they did not send out wedding details until the very last moment (which can be every stressful for the bride). We felt that we made it very easy for HOV Events with decorations and day of setup to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Overall, our coordinator was friendly and executed the day well, however we were disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the owner Sanya from the day we booked until the month after our wedding.

Hamilton Oaks was a beautiful venue for my daughter's wedding, and Sabrina, our wedding coordinator, was a wonderful to work with. She was helped us from beginning to end, and really was amazing on the day of the wedding. We didn't meet Sanya until the rehearsal, and not only was she later, she interrupted when the officiant was talking, and started interjecting ideas which at that point was completely inappropriate. She also took my daughter away from talking to her guests at the wedding to ask if she could give us the use of space heaters in exchange for keeping our entrance table. Then she asked to buy it again after being told no. It was really upsetting.

On the day of the event, despite there being plenty of food, our guests were told they could not have seconds. Or if they didn't want one item, then they were not allowed a bit more of a different. It is the catering company's job to ensure there is enough food, and there should have been because a few guests were not able to make it at the last minute. I think the staff was eating our food in the back. In fact, I know this to be true because we brought in our own desserts which included mini cupcakes. We knew there were not enough cupcakes for every guest (we had plenty of other options), but not all the cupcakes were put our for the guests. We have no clue who, if it was a catering staff person, or security, but someone commented on how good the cupcakes were on the Instagram page we had set up, and it was not one of our guest. Truly inappropriate.
