Most incredibe venue EVER!!! OP is your one-stop-shop for AMAZING venues, rentals, and staff to help execute your wedding. The lovely staff is helpful, creative, and organized. We loved being able to rent a lot of our decor from our venue so that setup was quick and easy--taken care of by the staff at OP. We chose to have a day-of coordinator through the venue, also, and it was the best decision I ever made. Logistics were so important on the wedding day, but I'd be amiss if I didn't mention that OP is gorgeous with multiple ceremony and reception options, not to mention a rehearsal dinner package that was amazing, also. GET MARRIED AT ONE PRESTON! :) -

The very best!
What can we say about One Preston!!! We were blessed to be the giveaway winners for a free wedding! From the very beginning the entire team was so welcoming and helpful! Jenna is truly amazing at what she does! The planning process was amazing, every important detail was thought about. We truly had the most stress free day! It was the wedding of our dreams. I will forever be sending anyone I know looking to get married their way! We are forever thankful for One Preston and their amazing staff! -

One Preston Event Venue is absolutely breathtaking! In addition to the beautiful high ceilings, chandeliers, and pond they also have a great staff. Unfortunately, like many brides, our original wedding date fell while Covid numbers were soaring and we were forced to reschedule. One Preston always answered my (many) phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Each time, they exhibited a sense of calmness during my panicked calls. They were extremely flexible every step of the way. Mena was one of my initial connections. She has such a fun personality and creative ideas. She allowed me to tour multiple times and was open to brainstorming ideas with me. She strongly encouraged hiring a Day of Coordinator through OPE. Although I was reluctant at first, I am so glad I did! Just knowing I would have someone to help make things go smoothly took away so much stress the month before the wedding.
Sheri was our Day of Coordinator. Her expertise and personality was exactly what I needed to plan to the perfect day and keep it running smoothly. She offered suggestions and brainstormed with me throughout the process. On the day, she helped gather our family and guide them where they needed to be at each time. She also coordinated with all of our vendors to set expectation. She made sure they knew exactly when to be there and where to go. This made my bridal suite experience stress free!
Caroline was there on the day of to troubleshoot day of issues that have to do with the venue. This girl went so above and beyond. She hit the ground running when she arrived and was among the last ones in the parking lot with us at the end. I cannot even begin to list all the things she worked on for us without with a smile on her face the whole time. Later, she was one of the bartenders and the guests enjoyed chatting with her.
Literally the only downside to this venue is the limited lodging options nearby. However, I have noticed a few Airbnb homes popping up nearby. Many of our guests elected to stay in Frisco, and that wasn't too far of a drive.
We definitely recommend One Preston! They are so flexible, allow outside vendors, and even have their own rental catalog. Chairs, tables, and linens are included! That alone saves so much money and time with coordinating. -

One Preston Event Venues & their staff - I worked with multiple (most recently Sheri, Jenna & Carolyn) was absolutely fantastic. Emails were always replied to promptly, my questions were answered (planning & getting married amid a pandemic will result in extra extra questions...) and they were all so easy to work with. I did the DOC package and aside from a few minor questions on details they just wanted to make sure were right I didn't have to think about the planning or coordination which is exactly what I wanted for my big day.
Then on to the venue; I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. Multiple options for indoor & outdoor spaces and all amazingly beautiful and so well thought out. I cannot thank One Preston and their staff enough - our day was absolutely perfect. -

I fell in LOVE with OP when I first toured the venue. The chapel is beautiful with specific details I love. The carriage house is amazing, huge and exactly what I always pictured for my wedding. The bridal suite is spacious, and the grooms room is in a silo!!! The service from everyone here was awesome and they were so helpful with planning our big day. I’m so happy I picked this venue ❤️ -

We LOVED having our wedding at One Preston Events. We could not have asked for a better venue! From the first meeting, we were treated like family. The venue is spectacular! They have thought through every little detail from the chapel to the bride/groom's suites to your choice of reception site, and the grounds are beautifully kept. The Carriage House is gorgeous and was exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding day. The venue was so flexible with letting us decorate before the rehearsal the day before the wedding. This allowed us to totally relax the day of the wedding and fully enjoy it. One Preston has a list of preferred vendors, but you aren’t required to use them. We used some which helped us save so much time and energy searching.
I think one of the best qualities that One Preston is their amazing team of planners. Madison Brown was phenomenal to work with as our day of coordinator! You can tell she truly loves what she does and is dedicated to her couples. She made sure everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted the day of the wedding. She is very organized and was always prepared for our meeting. She had wonderful suggestions for the day of that I’m so happy she shared with us. The day went perfectly thanks to Madison. I could not have done it without her! Every single team member at One Preston was so sweet and genuinely did everything to make sure our day was perfect. All of our guest were in awe of how gorgeous everything was. I would absolutely recommend One Preston to anyone! One Preston was truly my dream venue! -

The Wedding Was a Fairy Tale
This Venue was wonderful! The thing I liked best about them was they were so easy to work with. They were not rigid. They were extremely accommodating and truly wanted my daughter’s wedding to be everything she dreamed it would be. The venue is brand new and beautiful and we definitely feel we got a good value. They worked with me on price, allowing us to do ourselves as little or as much as we felt we could manage. We ended up doing the alcohol and flowers ourselves and, because we had the venue the entire day, we had time to do these things and saved a lot of money doing so. However, they had also had a list of vendors that they worked well with and we hired many of them and were happy with them all. We were allowed to decide what we wanted to do ourselves and still had professional direction from them and suggestions on who to hire because we could not do it all. I would use One Preston for my next daughter’s wedding in a heartbeat! -

Tyler was spectacular and this place is GORGEOUS!!
I was just looking around and decided to stop by One Preston Event Venues to see what they had to offer. Tyler took me on a FULL tour of the chapel, bride & groom suites, and the event center and OMG it's so gorgeous!! Not to mention, Tyler was an absolute delight to work with and had so much fun showing me around! He made me feel like a queen! You can tell he loves his job and had my best interest at heart. They take pride in their work and it shows in their venue. Its stunning! Cant wait!! Thank you, Tyler! I'll see you soon for our next tour when I bring my man! -

First, let me say how much I love planning and doing things on my own, but I am so grateful for One Preston Events. My now husband and I looked at 10 different locations to host our wedding and One Preston Events was the only place we could see having our wedding at. We knew the minute we got there. Sheri and the staff was beyond amazing and easy to work with. They were the only ones who seemed to genuinely care about us and not just the money. They made it so easy on us and Sheri was the best coordinator I could have asked for. Not to mention, the place is BEAUTIFUL and didn't even need decorations! They had plenty of rental items to choose from, though, and when we ran out of plates and silverware that we had brought, they had backups for us to use. Sheri and the staff answered any and all of our questions and assisted us above and beyond when they didn't have to. Everyone at One Preston was no doubt instrumental in making the planning process easy, considering I did not use a planner and was my own. I have nothing but rave reviews for this place! Our guests were blown away when they saw it, too! You will not be disappointed when you book with One Preston Events. The money we spent is an estimate since we had some discounts applied as we booked during a special. -

After a lot of searching online at many many different venues, I picked One Preston and wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into. However, the VALUE was amazing! We were able to bring in our own caterer, DJ, rentals, alcohol to stock to the bar, etc. and ended up saving money where we could because of that. We hired Madison, who gave us a tour of the venue, as our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure everything was planned well! I'm extremely detail-oriented and I like to plan a lot of things myself, but I was very confident in Madison taking the reins and she did without fail or hesitation on the day of the wedding! She handled everything, and if anything wrong I didn't know about it-- which was exactly what I wanted! I cannot recommend this venue and the great people that work there enough. THANK YOU! -

Incredible! I fell in love the first time I passed this venue and I am so happy that we were able to book it. The people are wonderful and really help to make it the best day ever! I was really happy about working with Madison Brown as our coordinator! She did a fantastic job! The venue itself couldn't be any better. It is fully equipped and incredibly beautiful! I can't wait to see our photos! -

Amazing place, Amazing people
The first time I saw the chapel and barn, I really fell in love with this venue. But, once I started talking to the owners and other staff, I really fell in love with the people! They will go above and beyond every time to make sure a bride and groom have a wonderful experience. Our big day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. I recommend them without any reservations! And from a pricing perspective, you can't beat them. : ) -

There were many options to choose from in the rental catalog. The staff and owners helped me stay within my price range. The whole process with One Preston Events was a nightmare. Madison Gann was our coordinator, but we never talked with her in person. Since Madison was supposed to be our coordinator, we wish she would have been in charge of communication and the 30 day walkthrough. It was extremely unprofessional because she was our main point in contact, but we did the venue tour with her mom (Sheri) and even our walk through. Many things seemed to have been miscommunicated because she was not available during the walk through. Madison double booked us with a tour that day. She was not available through the phone which was frustrating. Our DJ had booked a time to see the venue and on the day of, he called because she was not responding to her emails. She said that she had forgotten about it and had already left. Our understanding was that they didn’t have time slots for a rehearsal later than 4pm, but they had one for 5:30pm. Four months before our wedding, we set up a rehearsal time. We arrived at the venue to find out that they never put us on the calendar and we should have known because we had not received a Google invite. We were not told that we should expect a Google invite when booking a rehearsal time. When I sent Madison a follow-up email after the rehearsal, she put the blame on us. In her email, she stated “Also in your email you let me know you were going to call to confirm the time and day during that week and I never got a call to confirm. Lastly, I believe nothing was said at the 30 day meeting. I believe that's where the confusion was.” Not once did she apologize. She does not answer her phone and we had called her. Lastly, she had her mom conduct our 30 day meeting because that was the day she had double booked.
Our wedding day was beautiful. The venue was perfect. There were a couple of things that went wrong, but they were minor mishaps. We sent a seating chart that had 19 tables on it, but only 14 tables were set up. During our walkthrough, they mentioned having plenty of gray linens. We found out that some of them were sent to the cleaners so we had a mixture of gray and white tablecloths. We rented a cake serving set and an easel. They only provided the cake server and not the knife, so we cut our cake with the server. The easel was not the one we asked for, but luckily it had worked.
I loved my wedding day and truly it was the best day of my life. I wish I could say the same about my experience with One Preston Events but every step of the process was met with disappointment, due to the lack of professionalism.
