Are you wondering if you need a wedding coordinator? Look no further. Erica was an absolute godsend and the sole reason why our wedding was as successful as it was. Erica was on top of everything on day one. She's professional, organized, courteous, and she managed the rest of our vendors and decisions without any issues. She reviewed our contracts, handled our budget, and even found a discrepancy in one of the vendor invoices that saved us some money. She took my ideas and turned them into something absolutely beautiful and stunning. She was a key player in both our rehearsal and wedding day - she kept the events and timeline running smoothly without any issues. Our wedding day was literally flawless because of her. She went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough. She's friendly, creative, responsive, and we cannot recommend her enough - hire her immediately! -

Absolutely incredible!
I highly recommend Erica for all of your planning needs- I wouldn't have been able to wrap my head around my destination wedding without her! Erica is not only an incredibly talented, organized, detail-oriented wedding planner- she is also AMAZING at floral design! My bouquet was so thoughtfully crafted from local flora and beautifully coordinated selections. Do yourself a favor and take the details off your plate, you get one day! Enjoy it and let her handle the rest. -

California Wine Country Inspired Dreamscape
Erica helped coordinate day of and did all of our flowers. She remained under budget and understands how to stretch the budget with the types of flowers she selects. I provided her a color palette and let her choose exactly what she thought was best and she delivered an exceptional experience. She is very detail oriented and truly brings all of your dreams to life with minimal direction and maximizing of budget. -

Non negotiable!
Our one wedding day wish was to be present with each other and our loved ones from ceremony to sendoff. I can say with certainty that would not have been possible without Erica. Throughout the process, her knowledge, professionalism and pursuit of our vision instilled a confidence in us that made wedding planning (an other wise overwhelming task) a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Day of she managed the flow of events efficiently and discreetly. We were fortunate to also witness another facet of her talents as she created show stopping floral arrangements when we’re struggling to find someone we liked within budget. Erica, we are forever grateful to have found you, it was your dedication and passion for your work that allowed us to be fully present for every single moment of our day and that was worth the investment 100 times over. -

I could not have better things to say about Erica. She want above and beyond, and there is no doubt that my wedding was as successful as it was because of her. She was a wealth of knowledge, and getting her super detailed lists of things I should be doing/questions I should be answering was a highlight of the planning process. My one regret of the wedding would be that I didn't hire her sooner. -

Erica was my wedding angel! My fiancé Joe and I got married on 3-1-2020 at the Acre in Orlando Florida. I myself am a wedding photographer and I knew for certain that Erica would be our planner. I had the pleasure of working with Erica on a few weddings and we instantly connected. I really loved her straightforward and modern approach to planning and coordination. Hiring her was the best decision we made! Even though I am in the industry there is so much I didn’t know and I can’t thank her enough for guiding us through. She made everything feel easy and manageable and was a real advocate for us at every stage. She understood our vision and connected us to the perfect vendors to complete our team. She truly went above and beyond for us! When the big day finally came she was everywhere and nowhere. She kept us on track and handled all of the communication with the vendor team. She even rolled up her sleeves to help with set up and breakdown. I can’t recommend having a planner enough and if you are looking for someone who is super cool, professional, and a true joy to be around hire Erica right now! She is creative and insightful and she makes executing your vision her mission. We love you Erica! -

Amazing!!!
For our wedding experience, the single best move we made was choosing to work with Erica. She is extremely organized, responsive and proactive. All the qualities you need to relieve stress from your wedding. Our wedding was taking place across the country from where we live, making it difficult to meet with vendors on a consistent basis. When vendors were difficult to get a hold of and the anxiety started to build, Erica was there for us every single time. She would track them down, build a plan and clarify next steps. Erica managed the entire wedding with comleate professionalism. During the big day Erica was like a machine, everything went smoothly because of her. All the vendors knew their place and time, if they were five minutes behind Erica was ringing their phone off the hook. She did so much work with our decorations and came up with creative fixes when things did not work as planned. All in all it was an absolute pleasure working with Erica! We would, and have not hesitated to recommend Erica to everyone we know. -

Erica is a GEM!
BEST. DECISION. EVER. Hands down my wedding planning experience and wedding day would not have been what they were without Erica.
I was a very indecisive bride, but Erica took my lack of decision making with ease and helped me (without telling me) decide on all the details without making me feel pressured. Her eye for design and taste is AMAZING and having her help bring my vision to life was EVERYTHING (she nailed it!).
Erica wasn't just my wedding planner, but she became a friend. During the entire planning process Erica always made me feel like her only priority (when she had other brides + a family to tend to). I never once felt like a "client" or that she was just another vendor I hired.
There is so much I can say about Erica, but all you need to know is YOU SHOULD HIRE HER! -

Erica is a stunner
To be completely honest, Erica is a very good friend of ours. But that in no way affects how I felt about her incredible talent and coordination of our wedding.
She was extremely organized and detailed and helped me be the same throughout the planning process. I felt like I was ready months before the wedding even happened. Erica is a powerhouse in the wedding planning industry and new all the best people to work with, including introducing us to our amazing photographer (Jason Mize Photography) and videographer (Current Films). On the day of, I was relaxed and able to have the best day of my life due to Erica's skills leading up to the big day.
Simply put, she's the best, so if you're looking for a kickass planner/coordinator, LOOK NO FURTHER. One Love by Erica is the one! -
