Stacie was an amazing vendor to work with. Her Wedding Management package was the perfect option for my husband and I. Stacie made our wedding very enjoyable and took the headache out of those annoying details. She also went above and beyond to coax our 4 year old ring bearer into his task. She and her team packed up all our decor so that we could scoot off to our after party. Stacie did a wonderful job! -
Erica Sent on 01/04/2018I do not have enough good things to say about Stacie & her assistant! Stacie was so patient with me during the entire wedding process. Even before hiring her she answered so many emails, phone calls, and was super flexible about meeting in person! I lived about 3 hours from Stacie & my venue and travel a lot for my job, so I was not the best bride about being on top of things. Stacie really kept me on track, and made sure I had everything she needed to help make my dream wedding a huge success! She also came to a walk through of the venue with my florist and caterer and had great insights on the event space & how to get the most out of our beautiful venue! She worked great with my other vendors, which made me feel really good about the team I assembled. Even last minute, she recommended a videographer for us! The day before my wedding, my dress shop claimed they 'forgot' to alter my dress, and my first call was to Stacie. She helped keep me calm, and helped me handle the awful situation with more grace than I probably would have otherwise. On the day of the wedding, when the caterer didn't have the mixers we had requested & when we ran out of a popular wine, she sent her assistant out to get what we needed, to ensure our guests could continue to have a good time. I was so caught up trying to spend time with family and friends, the wedding would have gone far over our allotted venue time if Stacie didn't keep the day running as on time as possible. As you can see from the pics below, Stacie is super professional & creative, but has fun and you can tell loves her job! Overall, my husband, parents, and myself were very happy with Stacie, she was an integral part to making our special day a huge success! Thank you Stacie! Liz Sent on 12/12/2016I worked as a wedding photographer in DC for six years before I moved to California and I'd always advise my couples to ALWAYS HIRE A DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATOR. I've worked with many coordinators (some with high end clientele and many who are just starting out) and I've even worked with well known ones that did not deliver as well as expected.
However, I must say that not only was Stacie on top of everything, she OVER DELIVERED!
My husband and I planned a last minute post-elopement wedding celebration (which was pretty much like wedding number two) in our home state, Virginia. We only had about 3-4 months to plan and we hired Stacie to be our month-of wedding coordinator.
Stacie went above and beyond for us in every possible way! She was always readily available even on our wedding day. Many "day of coordinators" tend to disappear on the day of the wedding and this is often the case for many venue coordinators. Most people don't realize that a “venue coordinator” does not coordinate your wedding. They do not have the answers to all of your questions regarding the day’s wedding activities, guests, vendors or anything related to the uniqueness of your wedding. Every time I needed something or had a question, Stacie was always close by and easy to find. She is extremely organized, courteous and has strong attention to details.
I could write a very long review of how wonderful Stacie is, but I will save you time and get to the point – if you want someone who will get the job done with professionalism, organization, fun but is also friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, then you need to hire Stacie.
She has a stress-free approach and saved us a lot of time, headache and tackled every unpredictable wedding issue (both major and minor, but our day was perfect). She also helped pull together a seamless itinerary, assisted with some vendors, and made sure everyone was on the same page. Stacie is invaluable -- BOOK HER ASAP.
