If you needed a sign for if Old Polo is right for you, consider this your sign. Not only was the management team extremely communicative and attentive throughout the wedding planning process, they were also so flexible, accommodating, and a joy to work with. You can tell they truly care about their guests and ensuring you have a perfect weekend. Not to mention the grounds are GORGEOUS !!!! Even better in person.Old Polo Estate's reply:

If you are thinking of the Old Polo Estate as your venue, look no further. Seriously. It seems like a lot of money but you have to remember that people spend that amount of money at a different location for only 5 hours at the venue and you get the whole property to yourselves for at least 2 nights. We decided to stay the three nights and we had our whole bridal party/family stay with us and it felt like a wedding vacation. (We live locally). It was seriously the time of our lives. Julie is SO professional and good at her job. The company is organized and makes sure you are happy with everything. The venue is absolutely beautiful. I wish we could rent it out for a regular weekend because we loved it so much. CHOOSE. THIS. VENUE. & thank me later.Old Polo Estate's reply:

We were married at The Old Polo Estate on September 20, 2025, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The ability to host our entire wedding weekend on the property, while lodging our full wedding party on-site, created a seamless, relaxed, and truly memorable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend The Old Polo Estate to any couple seeking a refined, all-in-one wedding weekend in a stunning setting.
The planning process was professional and well-organized, and communication was clear and timely. They were accommodating with tours, allowing us to visit twice to finalize our vision, and they handled last-minute adjustments with flexibility and ease. Julie, the property manager, was especially attentive and helpful throughout the process, and the personalized welcome gift was a thoughtful and meaningful touch.
The estate itself is breathtaking and feels like a private desert oasis. Its natural elegance requires minimal decor, allowing the setting to speak for itself. The layout comfortably accommodated our 180 guests, offering excellent flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces. With ample bathrooms, atmospheric patio lighting, expansive outdoor areas, and endless photo opportunities, the property functions as beautifully as it looks.
Staying at the estate for the full weekend was one of the highlights of our experience. The main home is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the additional guest units allowed our entire wedding party to stay on-site without ever feeling crowded. Being able to relax together by the pool and enjoy a BBQ the day after the wedding was invaluable. The location is close to downtown Palm Springs, nearby hotels and Airbnb's, and the airport, making travel convenient for out-of-town guests.Old Polo Estate's reply:

Can't say enough great things about The Old Polo Estates (OPE) and the entire team!! The perfect back drop for the most fabulous elevated-backyard, yet desert and chic vibes ever! We wanted our day to feel elevated and beautiful but still have that intimate and laid back vibe all night!
Not only is the property absolutely gorgeous, I mean the palm trees, the BAR, the sunsets.... the team is absolutely wonderful to work with! From our very first tour and up until our wedding day, the team was very communicative and willing to work with us to create the most special day! We truly just felt like they were rooting for us, and in no way did we just feel like "another wedding" or "another couple". They truly went above and beyond to graciously and intentionally attend to all of our requests/accommodations!
If you want a venue that hosts all of your family and closet friends and a venue that allows you to bring in your choice of vendors (especially caterers), the OPE is the way to go! You truly will have no worries having your wedding at the old polo estate!!!

The Old Polo Estate was the perfect venue for us. The grounds are beautiful, the property expansive, and the amenities top notch. We wanted a casual but chic big backyard party at an estate vibe for our wedding and the Old Polo delivered. We enjoyed having our family and wedding party stay on site with us - it made the rehearsal (the day before) and getting ready (the day of) so easy and fun.
Julie, the event manager, was very communicative from the get go and was so accommodating, caring and helpful. Before we booked the venue, she got on FaceTime to take me on a virtual tour, which was immensely helpful as we are out-of-staters who booked this venue sight unseen. Risky to do with a wedding venue but we were just that impressed and felt at ease with the team there. Shara, the property manager was also so lovely and attentive. The weekend of our wedding was a sweltering 114 degrees but the team there didn’t bat an eye and did everything they could to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of, running around in the heat for us. Stunning wedding weekend!
Recently got married here at the end of October 2024 and truly had the best time and experience! From the start, at our initial tour, Julie was thorough and so helpful guiding through the property and helping us envision the day. Once we signed, communication with her and the team while we planned everything out was easy and quick. We had the estate from Friday through Monday and was amazing to have one venue for our rehearsal and wedding, and space for our families to stay at, plus the day after to relax in the pool! We loved being able to chose all of our vendors and also were given a recommendation list from the venue. We chose a planner from their list, Cassie (owner of Classy Kay Events), and couldn’t imagine our day without her. She works at Old Polo often and truly is the sweetest, so organized and professional. The venue is gorgeous, even more so in person, and had so many compliments from our guests. As a wedding planner, who has planned 100's of weddings in a variety of locations. The Old Polo Estate ranks as my favorite venue to execute my couples "dreams into reality." I have had the pleasure of planning at OPE for approximately 10 weddings over the past 2 years. The grounds are kept in tip top condition, with amazing photo opps for a diverse wedding gallery filled with a variety of lush backdrops. (Mountains, beautiful pond, fountains, bougainvillea in abundance, and Tuscany vibes with brick entrance). Communication in the process is met with quick answers and follow up. The flexibility to choose vendors is so refreshing in this industry that usually forces each category from a very short list of options...NOT at The Old Polo Estate! The "Turn -Key" experience with bistro lights, NICE chairs & tables, pavers that provide a built in dance floor, parking lot and (10) bathrooms are a planners logistical dream! The gorgeous built in bar that allows BYOB without charging corkage fees (licensed bartender required) is a budget "game changer" in the BEST way! The ability to have your fave friends and/or family stay with you through the weekend makes for such a full and memorable experience that goes way BEYOND a night that flies by! I'm absolutly in love with The Old Polo Estate, and as a planner that has experienced many venues through my years...it gets my highest recommendation!Old Polo Estate's reply:

This is the perfect venue for your wedding! Everything was addressed and handled very professionally. The contracting and all of the rules leading up to our wedding day were very clear and easy to follow. And the venue itself was exactly what we wanted. Very private with plenty of room for parking and access in and out for all guests. The grounds were impeccably groomed. The mountains in the background, the blooming bougainvillea and the pool framed the event. And having our parents and families able to stay with us at the house leading up to the wedding day and then be able to comfortably end the evening at the same site was exactly what we needed. Stunning venue in the Coachella Valley
We had the honor of hosting our daughter’s wedding at Old Polo Estate in May of 24’. It was stunningly beautiful and not just the wedding itself, thank you Julie, but the venue was absolutely beautiful! The home that accommodated the entire wedding party was fabulous and beautiful each room better than the next. The pool was such a nice attraction both during the wedding party’s stay and a great addition to the cocktail hour. The grounds and the backdrop of the mountains as well as the surrounding landscape of the property is why you get married here in the desert but specifically why you want to have a wedding at Old Polo Estate!Old Polo Estate's reply:

We couldn't have possibly DREAMED OF a more stunning and perfect venue for our wedding. OPE is so immaculately landscaped and well cared for, the pool and bar area are beautiful as well - as soon as we saw the property we just knew it was going to be the perfect place to bring our friends and family together for our big day. From the first minute we toured the property and before our date was booked, Julie was kind, welcoming and so informative. Throughout the year we spent wedding planning, the OPE team was always available with helpful answers and information to help bring so many of our wedding plans together. We stayed in the beautiful house on property which so greatly enhanced our overall wedding experience. We were greeted upon our arrival with such a sweet and thoughtful gift from the OPE team - really appreciated that touch! There was plenty of room for both bridesmaids + groomsmen to get ready at the house - the group was also able to enjoy the pool, the sand volleyball court, the putting green and arcade games in the game room! We had a few concerns pop-up over the weekend and the OPE team (shout out Chris + Shara!) was so quick to respond, gracious with their time and very helpful - we could really tell that they wanted us to have the best possible stay and experience while at Old Polo. Truly everything about hosting our wedding weekend at Old Polo was an absolute dream and we'd recommend it a million times to anyone who's thinking about getting married in a spectacular Palm Desert wonderland - THIS is your place!!

She is amazing from her hospitality to her communication and her brilliant ideas, I just want to say she will make your dream wedding happen! From the moment we got to the Old Polo Estate we fell in love and the staff made it happen, from our dreams everything became a reality for my wife Julia and I thanks to the old polo estate team. This isn’t just a venue but more of like an adopted family that is just waiting for new family members to arrive! Perfect Wedding!
We had a perfect wedding! We chose this venue and decided to add some extra days before/after so we can hose our wedding party. I was nervous at the cost and whether it was worth it but at the end it was better than our dreams. The team at the old polo estate was supportive throughout the way. In short, this is the perfect wedding venue. If you're unsure, let me make this easy, book The Old Polo Estate. This is the ideal location for hosting your wedding and here are the reasons why:
1. We were able to turn our wedding into a 4-day event. On Thursday, we had the wedding party over for dinner and hung out in the Spa. On Friday, we had about 75 family and friends stop by The Old Polo Estate for a backyard welcome party (Pool, BBQ, Sports, and Golf) and we also held the rehearsal in the backyard. On Saturday, the entire wedding party got ready at The Old Polo Estate and then walked out the backdoor for the wedding. Finally, on Sunday, we had an after-wedding brunch. In all, we never needed to leave The Old Polo Estate for the entire 4-day wedding.
2. The house sleeps up to 20 people. This means that the entire wedding party was able to stay at the house. Nobody was ever late. No Ubers needed. No extra hotel rooms needed for the wedding party. We were all there, enjoying the beautiful property and each others company.
3. The Old Polo Estate is beautiful. Once you get past the gates, you enter a long driveway lined by Palm Trees. There are 2 holes of golf in the backyard, a large pond with water fountain, huge pool and spa, huge bar (that we used for the wedding and was a center piece for socializing), 2 fire pits with plenty of seating, Beach Volleyball, Basketball, plenty of Air Conditioned restrooms, parking for vendors, BBQs, and so much more. Inside the house, there are 2 large living rooms, a game room, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and a bar, and a large kitchen.
4. The property is huge! We were able to easily have the ceremony, photos, catering, reception, a live band, a DJ, golf, yard games, basketball, volleyball, 2 food stations, desert table, gift table, and a dance floor for 200 guests, no problem.
5. There is a hidden parking lot that was able to hold all 200 of our guests plus all of our vendors.
6. The property manger, Garry, was fantastic to work with. He communicated every step of the process, stopped by for our welcome party, brought us a beautiful welcome basket, got to know our parents and friends, helped with any questions we had at anytime of the night, and was able to accommodate our very request.
Thanks to Garry and The Old Polo Estate, we had a flawless weekend that our guests have been talking about non stop for the last 3 weeks since our wedding.
We can't wait to go back to The Old Polo Estate to celebrate our wedding anniversary. So many of our guests asked us how we found the Old Polo Estate and how to book it. This place is perfect!Old Polo Estate's reply:

Gorgeous Desert Estate Perfection
I had my wedding at the Old Polo Estate last month, and we have exactly ZERO regrets about our venue choice. My husband and I wanted to have more of a wedding weekend experience, and the Estate was perfect because we could have our wedding party stay there with us all weekend, host the rehearsal "pool party" there on Friday afternoon, get ready for the big day in the morning, and have the ceremony/reception all at the same beautiful place. The modular aspect of this venue, getting to select each vendor and not have to deal with overpriced required "packages" that other venues offered was perfect for us to be able to execute our vision for the weekend. The property manager was super communicative with us and a pleasure to deal with. Some of my favorite moments were just hanging out by the pool outside the day after the wedding with all our best friends, reminiscing about such a fun and gorgeous weekend. The only somewhat annoying thing that happened was that the remote to heat the hot tub wasn't working, so we'd have to text the property manager to turn the hot tub on when we wanted to go in, which then took a little while to heat up - but it's obviously a very minor issue in the scheme of things! I would definitely recommend that anyone having a wedding here select a day of coordinator that has worked at this venue before so they already have familiarity with the way things work here. I also definitely recommend the month of October as our weather all weekend was literally perfect - not too hot 80s/low 90s during the day and only very slightly chilly in the evenings. My husband and I got married at The Old Polo Estate at the end of March, and it was an absolute dream!! As soon as we stepped foot on the property for the very first time, we knew this was the perfect place to spend our wedding weekend with our closest family and friends. We rented it from Friday-Sunday and even hosted our rehearsal dinner there, after everyone relaxed by the pool for a few hours upon checking in. Jen and her team were always so quick to respond to us and extremely accommodating and helpful with any questions we had -- they worked with us to make this the most special day of our lives.
Your guests will feel like they are on the most peaceful vacation, surrounded by so much gorgeous decor and personality - like the mosaic tiles that make up the bar and stunning chandelier hanging overhead. There are lovely orange trees, palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere as well. Everything you need is all in one place, so you barely have to even leave the estate while you are there. That helped to make it as stress-free as possible!
We couldn't recommend The Old Polo Estate enough if you are looking for a wedding venue. We loved it so much, we are already talking about renting it again with a few of our closest family and friends in a few years as a wedding anniversary celebration!Old Polo Estate's reply:

We spent seven amazing days at the Old Polo Estate with a small group of our closest friends, leading into our wedding weekend. The estate is beautiful and the quality of ownership is obvious from the moment the front gate opens and the fountains and grounds come into view. We arrived to a perfectly clean house and outdoor area, and during our stay any questions that came up were answered immediately either over the phone or in person from one of the estate staff who were always happy to come by and ensure everything was going as planned.
On the day of the wedding, staff from the estate was on-site early and worked closely with our wedding planner to ensure each vendor had what they needed for the ceremony and reception. The estate is perfectly designed for weddings, and events and it felt like a majority of our guests went out of their way to comment on how amazing everything looked. The estate provided tables, trash cans/service, on-site bathroom trailer, and can and bistro lighting for the reception which really made for a cool atmosphere.
The planning process was low-stress, communication was prompt, and Jen was in constant contact with either my wife or I in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding ensuring we were happy, and also ready to tie the knot.
We can honestly say the wedding we had was exactly what we had envisioned when we began to plan our wedding more than two years ago. From the moment we inquired about the venue, until right now as I write this review, the entire process has been incredible and I thank the owners of the venue and their staff for the experience.

Old Polo Wedding
My now husband and I got married at Old Polo in November. Not only was it absolutely stunning, but the ease of being able to have our wedding party stay with us, have our rehearsal dinner, AND entire wedding at one spot the entire weekend was unforgettable. The staff there do the most to make sure you get everything you want, respond in a timely matter, and genuinely care that your time there is special. I cannot recommend this estate enough for any occasion! I think every single guest at my wedding had a compliment about Old Polo!Old Polo Estate's reply:

The most beautiful venue we've ever seen! We were so lucky to have booked the Old Polo for our wedding weekend. The house, the pool, and the grounds were all absolutely perfect. 10/10 would recommend for any event. We had some issues with the control panel that runs the pool and spa, but Old Polo management was extremely responsive to help out with all our requests. The outdoor areas were always kept clean and beautiful for all our guests.Old Polo Estate's reply:

The perfect venue!
The Old Polo Estate was the most perfect venue. The estate itself is gorgeous and feels like a mini resort as soon as you enter the gate. The landscape is stunning and very well maintained, and the pool and bar area is pristine. We liked the idea of having our ceremony and reception in the same place for convenience and to create a more intimate feel. Because the property is so large, we had multiple locations to choose from for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We did not have to add many florals or decor for our wedding because the estate itself was the perfect backdrop. There was more than enough self-parking which was very convenient for our guests. The pictures do not do the place justice!
The estate managers are also great. They are very responsive and worked hard to make this day run as smoothly and as stress free as possible. The estate provided a great list of vendors that we ended up booking - all were wonderful. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at OPE! The best part was being able to stay on property with our closest friends. It really felt like a perfect upscale backyard wedding with 200 of our favorite people. Can't recommend this place enough. The venue was beyond stunning to use! Everything was clean and nice and very well taken care of. The grounds are truly breathtaking. Overall I would rate our experience amazing! The only “disappointments” we came across was the lack of outdoor lighting the grounds had. We had to bring all sorts of lighting in so that catering could exist. -

Gorgeous venue, Perfect Day
The Old Polo Estate is a hidden gem tucked in the Coachella valley - it provided a private, beautiful setting to create a magical day for our wedding. Albeit on the pricier side, we loved being able to stay with our bridal party following the wedding and for the days afterwards to soak in all the property has to offer. The on site staff (shout out to Sophia!) helped make the planning and day of run seamlessly alongside our wedding coordinator. We can't wait to come back and visit!Old Polo Estate's reply:
