My experience with Officially Oaks was amazing! They were very responsive to emails/calls throughout the entire process. If I wanted to make a small change to the ceremony script that was done very quickly which is great for brides like myself who wanted things done as quickly as possible. Luke rolled with the punches during our ceremony since we had crazy weather. Cost and payments were low and easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing an officiant. -

Sebastian was truly an incredible officiant, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to marry us. From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and attentive, taking the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted for our ceremony. The ceremony itself was beautiful, heartfelt, and perfectly delivered—it felt personal, meaningful, and completely us. So many of our guests commented on how touching and seamless everything was. Amazing officiants
Officially Oaks Truly Saved Our Wedding!
We found ourselves pressed for time, but Officially Oaks, particularly Luke, responded promptly and managed to collaborate with us in less than a month. We shared our priorities for the ceremony, including our faith, the importance of a phone-free service, and of course, our love for each other. Being based in Houston, we connected with Sebastian, and I must say, our ceremony and vows exceeded our expectations. Every word was beautifully crafted, and we had the chance to review them beforehand. Sebastian was incredibly welcoming, articulate, and appropriately dressed for the occasion. He also took care of mailing in our signed marriage license which was a huge weight off us on our special day. The professionalism and quality of Officially Oaks are truly unmatched. -

They were very helpful and professional. They were very accommodating to our requests of a non-religious function. We wanted specific quotes in our service and they were able to integrate it seamlessly. It was really awesome that we were able to see exactly what was going to be said before the actual event date, which gave us peace of mind. -

The best of the best!
Truly the best decision of our wedding was having Luke as our officiant! We received SO many compliments not only on how well spoken and professional he was, but also how he was able to incapsulate 10.5 years of my husband and I's relationship into our personalized ceremony piece. My husband even pointed out how just having Luke next to him, made him feel so calm. Caren and Luke are both so thoughtful and truly care about their couples. I would HIGHLY recommend Officially Oaks for the best personalized and memorable wedding ceremony experience! -

Luke was excellent, professional, and friendly. Talked with us before the wedding to get to know us, our story, preferences, and wedding details.
He sent out a copy of our ceremony, for us to review before hand and make changes if we had wished. He made the whole process very easy for us from start to finish. He also took care of sending out the marriage license after the wedding. It was perfect and everything we were looking for. -

Personable, Professional, and Kind!
Luke did an absolutely incredible job officiating our wedding in Punta Cana last month. He is professional, organized, he took the time to make the script capture our love, and his delivery was perfect! He takes the time to meet with you and let you see the script first. He also was present for and helped with our rehearsal run through to make sure everything went smoothly and we all felt confident the next day. Not only is he very well spoken, but Luke and Caren are the most kind, genuine, and humble people! We are so grateful to have had them be a huge part of our wedding day and make it so special. -

Genuine. Reliable. Professional. These are just a few words I would use to describe our experience with Luke and Caren Oaks. We actually met them through a friend and are so glad we did. Working with them was so easy and fun from beginning to end. They took the time to really get to know my husband and I so they could write a speech that was as big and special as our love story. We needed a lapel mic for our ceremony and Luke went the extra mile to buy one so we wouldn't have to worry. Talking to Luke during our prep calls was like talking to an old friend so it made it not only easy, but enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Luke was prompt, professional and delivered the wedding reading of our dreams. We couldn't recommend him and Caren enough! Thank you for everything, Officially Oaks!! -

My now wife and I were going to write our own vows but wanted them to be somewhat consistent in tone and length. Our excellent wedding planner, Stephanie Tan at Peachy Events (who we highly recommend), suggested Officially Oak. We met with Luke and he created a custom introduction based on our questions asked. He also reviewed our individual vows and gave feedback on them.
During our wedding ceremony, Luke was very warm and gave it a great, light feel! Our guests really loved the ceremony and our vows, combined with the Butterfly Garden and beautiful flowers by Linda from the Secret Floral Garden, made it even more perfect!
Overall, HIGHLY recommended if you would like to complement a beautiful location with a beautiful ceremony and vows! -

Amazing Officiant
Luke had mentioned during one of our first meetings the many times guests don't realize that he doesn't know the couple and think he's a long time friend and that couldn't be more true. Luke is amazingly professional and very kind. My now husband and I had been struggling to find an officiant as my husband has his faith while I am more spiritual. We had been turned away by a few officiants when we finally reached out to Luke per recommendation of a friend whose wedding he had officiated.
He is super personable and always open to jumping on a call which we appreciated because we struggled to explain to him what we were looking for in a script. Luke wrote us an entire ceremony script and when my husband and I read it we wanted to make a large amount of revisions to our embarrassment. It's hard for any couple to know exactly what they want to hear in a ceremony until you actually read one. We explained to Luke that we were looking to not have a ton of specifics in our ceremony as we were doing personal vows and preferred a more generalized script speaking to love and finding your person. A script that felt like us but that our guests could also see their own love and relationships in. Luke absolutely nailed it and we couldn't be more grateful - so many of our guests love the ceremony, when I feel like many times for weddings that is not the case.
I would recommend Luke in a heartbeat and hope to see him work with our friends in the future. -

Luke was our officiant at our wedding and we couldn't have been happier! The process to getting our script and vows was super easy and we really felt at ease the entire time, knowing we were in good hands. Luke 100% captured the nature and feel we wanted to convey during our ceremony and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a few laughs, a few emotional moments and everything in between. He was SO easy to work with and was super nice the entire time. Caren was also such an amazing help from the beginning to the end. We genuinely enjoyed working with Luke and Caren and would recommend them to anyone. Out of all our vendors, they were definitely one of the best! -

Officially Oaks Review!
We absolutely LOVED having Officially Oaks officiate our wedding. Luke and his wife Caren were extremely helpful in preparing our ceremony script and making us feel comforted throughout the whole process. Personally, out of all the vendors we used for our wedding day (florist, makeup artist, photography etc.) Officially Oaks was the most professional and on top of everything. On the day of our wedding, Luke was very professional, interactive and funny! Our guest loved how he told the story of our lives together leading up to our marriage. We received multiple compliments the night of our wedding about Luke's job as an officiant as well as after the wedding. We would strongly recommend Official Oaks as your wedding officiant! They are AMAZING :) -

Luke officiated our wedding on 10/22/22 and we could not be happier! From our initial conversations, getting to know each other on zoom, all the way through to the ceremony, Luke and the team absolutely nailed it. I honestly can't say enough good things about Luke. He was truly incredible. My officiant cancelled the night before my wedding and he showed up the next day early and prepared! It literally felt like we had been working with him the whole time and truthfully, I actually felt like we had a better connection with him than our original officiant. He fit right in with my family, so friendly and patient through all of the post nuptial chaos. I am so grateful for his patience, professionalism and skill. We decided to get married on the 15th of February about a week beforehand… We found Officially Oaks and Luke was our officiant. We had to host a zoom room for way too many people connecting from all over the world… Luke was wonderful. Beyond our expectations!
Luke and Caren are the best! They are so easy to work with, super responsive, professional and just lovely people! My husband and I met with several officiants and just couldn't find the right fit, we were about to ask a family member and then we met with Luke and hired him ASAP. He carries himself very well and was the perfect choice for our Hamptons wedding! We loved the custom ceremony Luke wrote for us - he did an amazing job capturing our story and we are so happy we chose him as our Officiant! 10/10 -

Luke was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and poised when reading his ceremony to all of our loved ones. He made it personal yet legitimate! After I saw my friends and family after they kept telling us "our friend" did amazing and it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they have ever been to!
