Our wedding was absolutely perfect on every level due to Danielle and her amazing team. If you search Connecticut Wedding Planner you will be sure to find her!! Also @ofeleganceevents on IG works as well. We had the top tier package which is called the Full Service Planning + Design and we did not have to worry about a thing. She came highly recommended from our venue The Country Club of Darien which could not have been a more elegant and beautiful atmosphere to have a wedding. From the beginning Danielle walked us through the entire planning process putting us completely at ease. Her resources are endless as she connected us with almost all our vendors, which were a direct reflection of her professionalism and grace.

From the very first conversation, I knew Danielle was the one I wanted by our side for our wedding. She was my very first call, and after speaking with her, I immediately cancelled the rest of the calls I had lined up. Danielle is not only incredibly organized and detail-oriented, but she approaches everything with such kindness, patience, and genuine warmth.
She remembered things I would have forgotten, thought ahead in ways I never could have, and made sure every detail was taken care of so that when the day came, I could simply be present. As someone who usually has a hard time letting go of control, I felt complete trust in her which is a gift I most definitely have appreciated and will never forget.
Danielle was always available, always reassuring, and always went above and beyond with such grace. She really learned who I was as a person, got my vibe (: and understood my vision perfectly. Our wedding day was truly perfect, and we owe so much of that to her. I feel endlessly grateful that we had her guidance, care, and heart throughout this process. How do you choose the person who will help you plan one of the most meaningful days of your life? It’s a daunting decision. For us, Danielle from Of Elegance, Weddings & Events, came highly recommended by our venue, The Waveny House in New Canaan, Connecticut. After a bit of Instagram sleuthing and online due diligence, we reached out for an intro call, and we’re so glad we did.
They say first impressions matter, and Danielle’s could not have been better. From that very first call, she exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — qualities she carried through every interaction that followed. She made it easy to trust her and commit. Throughout our planning journey, she kept us informed, comfortable, and confident at every stage, whether it was walking us through the venue, sitting in on meetings with our caterer, photographer, florist, and DJ, or guiding us through important decisions about layouts, timelines, and contingency plans.
Danielle has a way of making you feel heard, while you know she’s quietly weighing dozens of options in the background to arrive at the one that will work best for you. Her organization, creativity, and steady presence gave us peace of mind from day one, and that peace of mind was invaluable.
Our wedding day was more beautiful, joyful, and fun than we could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to her. She handled every element with care, including an unexpected weather pivot and a brief shuttle delay, all with calm confidence. At one point, when we lingered a bit too long outside with our photographer, Danielle actually came to find us and guided us back onto the dance floor so we wouldn’t miss the peak of the party with our guests — a moment we’re so grateful for, because the energy and joy in that room were absolutely electric. What could have been stressful ended up feeling smooth and effortless because we trusted her completely. Her experience and deep connections with the best wedding professionals across New York and Connecticut truly shone through.

We loved working with Danielle! She took the guesswork out of planning a wedding and inspired so much confidence with her professionalism, responsiveness and great vendor relationships. We enjoyed working with everyone she recommended and she always gave us multiple vendors to choose from. Everyone she has worked with has respect and admiration for her and that was evident throughout our planning meetings. She made the process fun and most importantly, approached everything with patience and positivity. As a mother of the bride, with my daughter and her finance making most of the decisions, it was super helpful to have Danielle handling the timeline and assisting me with vendor contracts and budgeting. The day of the wedding, Danielle's guidance gave us all peace of mind and the ability to enjoy every minute. Unless you love to plan and organize events, then do yourself a favor and hire a wedding planner or even just a day-of-coordinator! In other words, hire Danielle! My now husband and I had an intimate wedding of less than 50 guests. But I never knew that even with a small wedding, there were so many other things to think about. With my new job and the stress that comes with it, I knew I needed to hire someone who was knowledgable in this field and so comes in Danielle. I hired Danielle as our day-of-coordinator as I had already hired our vendors. Let me tell you, Danielle was such an integral part of our wedding. If we didn't hire her, I'm pretty sure our wedding wouldn't have gone as smooth and seamless as it did. When we had our meetings with our vendors, Danielle asked all the right questions, questions that I never would've thought of that were so important. And she created our timeline, which again, I never would've thought of creating or even know how to create one! Her deadlines were helpful, as it made me aware to take care of tasks in a timely manner instead of doing them last minute which I'm known to do! On the day of the wedding, Danielle took full reigns and we didn't have to worry about a thing but to just focus on getting ready and enjoy our special day. She made sure our table setting was perfected, our wedding cake was how we envisioned it, and every other detail such as our wedding guest book, our wedding signs, our personalized cocktail napkins and everything else were set up while also making sure we were following our schedule in a timely manner. I could go on and on about our wonderful experience with Danielle! If you're looking for a planner with professionalism, experience, expertise and just an overall pleasure to work with, then we highly recommend Danielle! -

Best piece of wedding advice from someone who thought they could do it all: HIRE A PLANNER! Danielle was nothing short of my savior when I felt like I had hit the wall just a couple months out from our wedding. I wish we had hired her at the start of everything, but we were so thankful for all of her help and support at our final stages to execute all the last minute details leading up to and on our wedding day!
From finalizing timelines, venue walk throughs, last minute catering switches, and all the little final touches, Danielle and her team made sure our day was FLAWLESS. I was absolutely blown away walking into our reception space and seeing how beautifully everything had been set up! Our timeline was executed perfectly, our guests had an incredible time, and most importantly, Ryan & I didn't have to stress about a single thing wedding planning related on the big day and got to enjoy every second with our friends and family.
Danielle's attention to detail, organization, industry knowledge & contacts, and of course her love for all of her clients to have the best day possible is why I will sing her praises for years to come! If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or day of coordinator, please believe me when I tell you it is the best decision you will make.

Danielle is a rare treasure in the wedding world. I was lucky to be able to work with her recently, and her attention to detail was incredible. Danielle had her idea and ran with it using her skills but not only that, her warm personality and calmness drew others to her to pull off a success, styled day.
