We got married here August 2025 and cannot say enough amazing things!!! The venue itself is magical; we loved that it was indoor and outdoor. Every guest told us how much they not only loved the wedding, but especially how beautiful the place itself is! The owners are wonderful; soo accommodating, kind and reassuring. They handled everything imaginable and made the day so seamless on our end! And the food is truly unreal - they could open up as just as a restaurant!! Everything was beyond perfect thanks to Dennis, Cayleigh and their wonderful team. Truly an amazing place!! -

I had my wedding here this summer and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is completely stunning with the creek in the background and beautiful flowers and trees everywhere. Our guests are still raving over the venue. They enjoyed how spacious it was and that there was plenty of room to roam around during cocktail hour and after dinner if they wanted to take a break from dancing. There is also a spot for ping pong, pool tables, cornhole etc and we had a smores station as well, so there is really something for everyone at this venue. So the venue is perfect, but the staff was even better! Dennis (the owner) is very personable and easy to talk to. He helped us out a lot and made sure everything went smoothly. Cayleigh (the coordinator) did an incredible job! She was always quick to answer my random questions leading up to the wedding day and is extremely organized. She made sure our vision was executed perfectly and it was! Literally not one thing went wrong and nothing was out of place. The staff went above and beyond. The food was amazing with very generous portions, and the drinks were great! I would recommend also renting the air bnb that is right next to the venue, it is beautiful and spacious and we were able to get ready there before the wedding so it was very convenient. There is no reason not to book at O’Briens! We are so happy we have these memories of a perfect day to look back on forever!! -

Absolutely incredible from beginning to end! The communication was flawless every step of the way, and the service during the wedding was nothing short of outstanding. The venue was breathtaking, the food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were generous, and every detail—from the gorgeous lighting to the stunning floral arrangements—was perfect. The team went above and beyond, bringing warmth, energy, and total dedication to making our day unforgettable. I know everyone says your wedding night is supposed to be the best night of your life, but we truly feel like it was the most magical night of our life. O'briens put our vision to life! The weather was perfect, the fall fantasy they created for me was breathtaking. My guests were just in aw of it. The colors all just fit perfectly with the fall scenery. As soon as we came for our initial meeting. There was no doubt in our mind this is the venue that can make our dreams reality and we were absolutely right. They more than delivered. They always responded to questions quickly, which was extremely helpful! They even customized a bar plan for us because, we both had open bar concerns. They were just so professional, compassionate, and accommodating every step of the way. They checked up on me and was just very helpful in all ways for an anxious bride haha in the last months. if you are looking for a venue, nustled next to a beautiful forest and creek, that can only be described as a rustic paradise, with staff that genuinely put their bride and groom first and some amazing meal selections. O'briens Sleepy Hollow is where you need to book your dream wedding. A+++++ -

Our wedding was in September and truly ended up being the most magical day of our life. Lynn and Dennis at O'Briens made our dreams come true. From the planning process to the final meetings, Lynn and Dennis both made it such an easy experience. Lynn was always so responsive and willing to work with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we had questions about the venue or wanted to make changes to our signature drinks/menu Lynn and Dennis were willing to work with us both. I am SO grateful for Lynn and how she made all my decorations come to life at such a beautiful venue. I would recommend O'Briens to anyone who is looking for a beautiful outdoor venue! You will not find a better place that has amazing food and such wonderful people on staff. Lynn and Dennis truly made my wedding experience stress free and fun! -

My husband and I got married on June 15th at O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow and it was the best day of our lives! O'Brien's was the first and only wedding venue we went to see and after our meeting with Dennis and Lynn we knew this was where we were going to get married. Lynn and Dennis were extremely attentive, responsive, and more than helpful and made our planning process pleasant and stress free. O'Brien's is the perfect venue; the grounds are stunning, the food is to die for, they are dog friendly (!!) and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day. There are many add-ons available to customize your day- we used the back barn for our cocktail hour (a must), rented their air bnb next door for the weekend to allow a space for our wedding party to stay, and added a welcome drink and signature drinks our guests loved! We had so many compliments from our guests about the amazing food and top notch service from Dennis, Lynn and the entire staff. Our wedding at O'Brien's was an absolute dream and we can't thank them enough. Wishing we could relive this day over and over - thank you so much!! -

We had our wedding at O’Briens 6/8/24 and it was the most magical night of our lives! We initially fell in love with this hidden gem over two years ago, it is a perfect combination of whimsical elegance and romantic rustic charm. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and Lynn and Dennis made sure everything was done to perfection. Lynn was terrific throughout the planning process and made our dream wedding vision into a reality. The venue is stunning, there’s plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape alongside the buffalo creek. The beautiful hanging and planted flowers throughout the entire venue add a special touch. The fairy lights add so much magic that you can actually FEEL. It is truly spectacular. The food is out of this world! We keep getting so many compliments from friends and family raving about the delicious prime rib and chicken cordon bleu. This is not just a regular wedding business, this is a truly special place that is personal to the owners and you can feel their pride with everything they do. -

Where do I even begin!! My husband and I toured Obrien's during an open house they hosted and we knew almost immediately that it would be our venue. We loved the idea of being able to utilize multiple areas in 1 location between the ceremony space, cocktail hour out back and covered reception. Everything about our day was absolutely magical. The food... unreal. We were still hearing compliments from our family over the holidays about the food at our August wedding! The scenery is so beautiful that you really don't need much for decor because of the beautiful location. The convivence, we were able to bring all of our additional set up items to our rehearsal dinner and everything was arranged exactly as we had wished. The morning after our big day we arrived and everything as neatly packaged back up for us, all we had to do was load the boxes into our car!
Cayleigh and Dennis are amazing. They truly love what they do and make you feel like family. Cayleigh was out day of coordinator but she did so much more for us than just the day of. From answering endless questions over text and/or email. from helping our rehearsal run smoothly. Down to little things like making sure the entire wedding party had specialty cocktails while waiting for guests to arrive. I am a pretty big planner and had many details to include and Cayleigh and Dennis made every single one possible for us.
We truly had the most magical day at Obrien's. Although our wedding was in August, we didn't feel like it was overly warm. There is lots of shade with the amount of trees and fans they have running to create a cool summer day. And absolutely no concern for bugs! Another plus, they are dog friendly! We chose to do some photos at Knox Farms prior to arriving at Obrien's but was definitely not necessary. There are so many options for photos right at the venue. Only downfall is the bridal suite is a little small, perfect for your girls to hang out as you wait for guests to arrive. They do have a newer house right next door you are able to rent for the weekend however, we chose not to do this option.
If you are considering Obrien's for your wedding, DO IT! When planning our wedding we were definitely overwhelmed by the price for all vendors but know that Obrien's was worth every penny. Thank you to all of the staff at Obrien's Sleepy Hallow for making our day perfect! I hope we will be back soon! -

O’Brien’s was an incredible place to hold a wedding. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful lighting and just an all round stunning setting. My husband and I attended a wedding there in Sept 2021, and were hooked right away.
Cayleigh (our coordinator) was communicative, and very helpful when it came to figuring out the nitty gritty of the day of. I definitely was put at ease by how supported I felt in preparation for the big day. One of my favorite parts was honestly seeing the venue fully decorated, and the absolute sigh of relief I felt to see my vision brought to life.
Our guests loved the food, shout out to Dennis for his famous prime rib. I was told by so many people that it lived up to the hype. For myself, and my other plant based guests, we were well taken care of, as their chef came up with a new delicious meal for us.
We have memories to last a lifetime, and are grateful to have spent our special day at O’Brien’s. -

My wife and I were married two weeks ago and held our reception at O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow. We could not be more pleased with everything, from our very first contact to the very end of the celebrations! One of the most appealing aspects of O'Brien's for us was that so many elements were consolidated under one roof: no need for outside caterers or tent rental. The owners were courteous and responsive in every communication, and the reception staff attentive and professional. O'Brien's made our day so special and we would enthusiastically recommend them to any couple! -

We had our wedding at O’Briens 6/30/23 and it was nothing short of incredible. For weeks now we’ve been getting messages from our guests about the service, the food, and the beautiful venu. The team was next level, serving appetizers, getting our dinners out quickly, and the smiles behind the bar. 200+ people was handled with ease. Cayleigh made sure our day ran smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The Creekside house made everything so convenient being right next door for getting ready. Other highlights were the beer wagon, buffalo bites and s’mores setup. Prime rib and chicken cordon bleu were fan favorites. We will never be able to thank Dennis and his team enough for making our day one to remember. If you are looking for a wedding venu that can offer beautiful pictures, top tier service and a family feel O’Briens is IT. -

My wedding was everything I dreamed it would be!
I was married here on 7/8/2023! O'Brien's is an incredibly beautiful venue. They made sure that our day was stress free and everything went as perfectly as you can hope for! Cayleigh and Dennis made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and they made us feel very comfortable at the venue! The food is absolutely delicious and can't be beat. We had the Prime Rib, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Vegetable Lasagna - all were equally fantastic. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event. -

The food was raved about by all! Dennis was a huge help in making last minute decisions (it started sprinkling) to ensuring that everyone was well served. His staff was personable and approachable. My daughter and her new husband were more than pleased with their “BIG DAY” O’Briens Sleepy Hollow was instrumental in making that day happen! And if you’re wondering the food is absolutely delicious. Don’t hesitate to visit and book this venue - we weren’t!!! Thank you Dennis.

Please take my advice when I say that O’Brien’s Sleepy Hollow is the BEST outdoor/rustic venu in Buffalo NY! My husband and I compared this venue to Notting Hill Farms, Kloc’s Grove, Hayloft in the Grove, The Timberlodge at Arrowhead, The Sterling, and Becker Farms. For the price, O’Brien’s is a complete package; your venu, ceremony space, food, and bar package are all included. They also offer additional memorable options like a photo booth and bonfire. In my opinion and wedding research, Obrien’s is best value and is the most affordable for everything included.
They have amazing options for food. We had chicken cordon bleu, prime rib, and vegetarian lasagna for our meals. We also had buffalo bites, bacon wrapped scallops, tortilla wraps, and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. We are still receiving complements about how delicious the food was one month after our wedding!
Dennis and Cayleigh O’Brien are both incredible. Cayleigh was quick to answer our texts and calls about ceremony and dinner details. She helped create a detailed itinerary of the day from start to finish.
Trust me brides! Save time and money! Book your wedding at O’Briens Sleepy Hollow! -

The best decision my husband and I made by far was booking with O’Brien’s. The minute we toured the venue and talked with Dennis I could envision my wedding day and knew that it would be perfect no matter what else we decided to do. The fact that I trusted Dennis and his team made me excited and confident. I worked directly with Cayleigh O’Brien and she answered all my questions, gave me amazing advice throughout the planning process, and set up my decor/ details perfectly on the day. The food, drinks, and service were spectacular. You are not going to find another wedding venue that compares to the food at O’Brien’s. Our guests are still raving about it. The servers and bartenders were experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend using the back barn for cocktail hour, not only is it picturesque with lovely landscaping but it separated drinks from dinner and allowed our guests to walk around before the sun went down to take in the beauty of this venue. We also opted for the campfire and smores bar at the end of the night. This was such a fun thing, and it offered another great location where our guests could go if they weren’t interested in dancing. I loved how the entire venue offered so many different experiences for all of our guests but felt very homey and casual. There are so many places to choose from when getting married in Buffalo, ultimately it comes down to finding not only the perfect place for your style, but the place that is going to make your wedding day better than you had imagined. O’Brien’s is a family business and it is so obvious that they take pride in everything they do. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day perfect. I was so happy to support them and I will recommend them to anyone. -

Perfect Venue
The most beautiful venue we have ever been to. We are so happy we chose to get married here. Every staff member was so kind and professional. They were well organized and easy to work with. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Very reasonable pricing, especially compared to other venues we saw. Every person who attended our wedding had nothing but great things to say about O'Brien's. I can't recommend them enough. -

While my husband and I were looking into venues we had one rule .. We would not support ANY vendor that treated people poorly (lack or morals, lack of customer service, greedy, nasty) during/post pandemic. Let me tell you there were MANY venues we looked at that had horror stories of adding thousands of dollars to contracts just because they were allowed to for any reason due to the pandemic. O’Brien’s was the most upfront, honest and caring facility we visited. That truthfully was the main reason we booked with them and all of the rest were just bonuses! They had the most amazing food, most beautiful venue (all pictures were done there) and the absolute best people to work with to make this day happen. Dennis the owner and Julie the coordinator went above and beyond any of our expectations. Dennis works the wedding with his employees and made sure everything was exactly how it should be down to the time meals should be served! Julie stood by my side when I needed her, fluffed my dress, made sure myself and my girls were all taken care and then ensure all guests had everything they needed before and after the ceremony on sight! People are still raving about the cocktail hour and apps with stuffed mushrooms and cheese display, the entrees were prime rib, chicken cordon blue, vegetarian lasagna and guests have texted me saying they have had dreams about how amazing the food was and cannot stop thinking about it! We truthfully could not have asked for anything more and are so unbelievably grateful for everything they did for us! -

We were married in the Fall of 2021 and the location was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. The history behind this venue is magical and the whole setup was the perfect mix of elegance and romantic wedding vibes. Dennis, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to work with and he tries very hard to make your special day perfect, which we very much appreciated! The food was OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD and everyone of my guest had a clean plate and raved about the food after the wedding. We had Prime Rib and Chicken Cordon Blu. The venue being along the Buffalo creek was so breath-taking, everyone said they loved the location and service, as did we! I would HIGHLY recommend O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow! -

O’ Brien’s is a wonderful venue. Dennis was magnificent. This wedding was my daughters dream come true and it went without a hitch. Dennis kept us informed and made suggestions before and during the wedding reception that worked. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. The appetizers and dinner had a special touch. Everything was hot and delicious. We used the photo booth and our guests had a blast. We ended the evening with a s’more bar which our friends and family appreciated. Who knew right? And the staff was just fabulous. -

Beyond Perfect!
We worked with Dennis and it was amazing! Everything from the rehearsal to the wedding was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and our guests agreed (some of them are big complainers and very picky, so this was a BIG deal!). We had only a 60 person wedding, just family -- and it was on a Thursday -- yet still received amazing treatment. There was a rainstorm the weekend before our wedding and although the flowers still looked beautiful, Dennis went and got all new fresh flowers for the wedding and it just was stunning. Aside from the food, I was so relieved that Dennis and Julie coordinated so well with all of our vendors. I literally did not have to do a single thing the day before or day of my wedding - I showed Julie exactly how I wanted my center pieces and they set it all up for me! I was SHOCKED because so many weddings I have been in require the bridal party to stay and set up / take down. This truly took so much pressure off of me, and I just got to enjoy my wedding with my husband.

We hired O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow for off-site catering at our wedding venue in Akron. Dennis was wonderful to work with and was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The day of our wedding they were there early to set up and ensure everything was going smoothly. The food was excellent and we received so many compliments from guests. The service was wonderful and staff was there to clean up from any spills immediately. I would highly recommend O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow for off-site catering! -

I can’t say enough good things about our wedding at O’Briens Sleepy Hollow on 6/1/19! From the day we booked Dennis, Laura, and Julie all aimed to make our day exactly what we wanted. We ended up with the perfect wedding day from the set up to the food. And OMG the food! Portions are so generous and you can tell everything is made in house! We received so many compliments the night of and the following days of how beautiful and well kept the venue is along with their outstanding food. I would 10/10 recommend! -

We are SO happy we decided to have our wedding reception here- the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food is so delicious with HUGE portion sizes (we had the prime rib and chicken cordon bleu), the staff was pleasant and efficient and the day was coordinated seamlessly. It is easy to see that Dennis and Julie have been in this business a long time- they are very knowledgable, were so accommodating throughout the whole process and made everything leading up to and including our wedding day very easy on us. Julie or one of the staff always had an eye on my husband and I and the wedding party during the reception and was always a step ahead of us when we needed anything. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! If we had to do it all over again I would pick this venue in a heartbeat! I highly highly recommend others checking out this hidden gem, you will certainly be very happy with what you find.

My daughter and the groom chose this venue. I was skeptical. Outdoor venue and all. The place was magical the food was delicious and portions were large. The guests said the best food ever. September Wedding Venue
This venue was perfect for a September wedding! The photo ops were endless and with the option to have both ceremony and reception at the same location, it saves you money on both a limo as well as on wasted travel time between multiple locations. We chose the plated meal, and the Chicken Cordon Bleu is just fabulous! Cayleigh answered all of my questions to help guide my planning along the way. I utilized minimal decor because at an outdoor venue like this, you don't need much to make it look absolutely beautiful. We had nothing but compliments from our guests, some saying it was either the "most beautiful" and/or "the best" wedding they had ever been too!
