My sister in law originally found Kari, and I saw what a great job she did for their wedding, and I knew immediately that I wanted to use her! Kari was our calm in the storm of wedding planning. Kari was absolutely fabulous from the start. We hired her for month of coordination for our January 2022 wedding. You can tell Kari has been in the industry for a while. She has great relationships with several top notch vendors in the area. She was a great resource in the whole planning process. She made sure we weren’t getting over charged by vendors and making sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. We highly recommend Kari and her staff. Wedding day went by smoothly and on time. WOW! I could not have planned this wedding, let alone out of state, if it weren't for Kari and her team. It actually makes me sad that I don't have a wedding to plan anymore because it means I don't get to work with Kari. I’m so thankful she was there to recommend vendors and help me think through all of the little details that go into a wedding while providing insight on what she typically sees in the industry. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding because Kari handled everything and had wonderful relationships with the vendors. She has an amazing calming presence. She is hard-working, detail-oriented, caring, positive, and kind. She was a joy to work with, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She tries to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Kari Reyes & Notably Yours Events! Our planning process was a whirlwind. After transitioning to being the owner of Notably Yours, Kari took over as our lead planner ~60 days before our 4/10/2021 wedding. Once Kari become our planner, everything came to life. We finally felt as though we had a connection to our planner. My husband is in the military & often has crazy schedules, but Kari met with him via video chat which resulted in us building a strong connection very quickly. We felt very comfortable emailing & texting Kari with questions. Kari even answered texts from my parents when they coordinated certain surprises for my husband & me. Kari worked so hard that she often had to text me after her normal business hours to help sort out missing items on my original rental contract (prior to Kari working w/ us). Kari did her absolute best in preparation down to the last day before our wedding w/ adjusting timelines, creating timelines for my bridal party, calling & contacting vendors, & even attending additional meetings w/ vendors. Many of these additional things were not included in my contract, but she was kind & determined to make our wedding perfect. I will say that without Kari & her team's extra hard work in preparation & planning the 60 days leading up to our wedding that the day would have lacked many important details. The day of our wedding was perfect. Our timeline did get adjusted on the day-of due to small mishaps (unrelated to Kari) such as people arriving late & long speeches, resulting in eliminating our bride & groom "golden hour" photo session & "sparkler mock exit" (we still had a real sparkler exit). Our sweetheart table & dessert table linens were switched in the morning, but my mom noticed & told Kari it wasn't a big deal. To this, Kari said "No, we have to change it because Madeline (Bride) will notice." Kari was detailed & adamant on making everything perfect & it showed! Other small situations: My brother was left out of some morning groomsmen photos (before someone noticed), and Kari insisted on taking our bin that contained our marriage license & "COVID gift baggies" to the church for our ceremony. She arrived after most guests/bridal party so not many baggies were handed out (she was wrapping up decor at the reception). We also had an issue with my bustle that ended up taking quite a bit of time. I probably should have recorded how to do the bustle, but I didn't know. If I had any constructive criticism at all it would be for Notably Yours to have a planner w/ the Bride/Groom taking photos always (in the morning) & to have at least one planner on time to the church w/ the license. Though we didn’t have a “golden hour” photo session, we did have a session under the stars at nightfall which still turned out amazing. Kari & her team were completely on top of changes and made adjustments to the timeline throughout the "moving" day. They were extremely adaptable and communicative with our vendors while things were changing. We had a TON of our own decor and Kari & her team did an AMAZING job arranging everything. Overall, we had ton of small details that Kari made sure were even better than we imagined. We constantly had guests, old and young, tell us as well as our parents that our wedding was the nicest or most well planned out wedding that they had ever attended. Everyone says their wedding day is the most amazing day, but I truly believe that Kari and her team helped give the best day of our lives. -

Where to start for reviewing Notably Yours? Well, first I’ll say I wish I booked with Kari + Her team sooner! We decided to book Notably Yours as a day-of-coordinator after completing a lot of the planning of my wedding prior to our first contact. That was my biggest regret after working with Notably Yours, that I hadn’t worked with them longer!
Kari and her team are unbelievably organized, supportive, and have an abundance of resources to help not only plan the wedding but make sure you’re on track and executing your vision to excellence. We used them for DOC on our March wedding. So, my biggest recommendation would be to book with Kari and her team early and take advantage of their full wedding coordination package instead of just day-of-coordination. The team is just so amazing.
Day-of, both Kari and her assistant went way beyond expectations to make sure every detail was accounted for and kept me informed enough about the minuscule details to help reprieve my OCD while not bothering me to the point of taking away from the event. Overall, they found the perfect balance and helped to execute our wedding exactly as planned! I couldn’t recommend a better team to help people plan their wedding in the future.

Kari with Notably Yours was my coordinator for my July wedding, and she was amazing! Planning a wedding can be difficult, especially during a pandemic. I am so thankful I had Kari as my coordinator through it all. She was responsive and flexible. Whether it was corresponding with vendors or questions I had, Kari was quick to respond and handled any situation. My wedding day was perfect and seamless, and I know that had to do with Kari’s behind the scenes work. Kari understands how a wedding operates and would think of details that even I missed. From a day of bag with items my bridesmaids and I might need, to providing water when I was taking pictures in the summer heat, Kari was always there and paying attention to the little details. To be honest, I was hesitant about getting a coordinator because I like to be in control and was sure that I could handle everything. I ended up hiring Carolyn simply to help set up the hall the day of the wedding, since I knew we couldn't do it alone. BEST decision I ever made. If you're hesitant about booking a coordinator--DO IT. And hire Notably Yours. The team was amazing! I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. Carolyn handled everything, up until the very last minute of the wedding. She was such a huge support, and her team the day of the wedding handled things before my family or I could even think about it! The littlest (but important) details such as bobby pinning my bridal party's hair (and mine!), putting bandaids on my feet, spraying me with deodorant after I danced a little too hard, bringing us food, cake, drinks, and making sure I had NOTHING to stress about on my wedding day. All of my vendors were so impressed with her professionalism and organization, and my bridesmaids swooned over the itinerary. I seriously could not have pulled off such a great wedding without her help. Don't look any further--book Notably Yours! -

Our experience working with Kari at Notably Yours was wonderful. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but got so much more. We met with her multiple times prior to the wedding, and she had everything organized for us down to a T.
Day-of was so easy and fluid for us as Notably Yours handled everything (from coordinating our vendors down to making sure each table setting was just right). All we had to do was soak up the day, and relax! I cannot recommend this team enough! You will not be disappointed in their professionalism and quality of service. Carolyn with Notably Yours is an absolute 10/10! She was incredibly easy to work with, organized, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and overall a kind individual. We booked Notably Yours for the month of and day of coordination. When my husband and I were searching for a coordinator, we were really hoping to secure someone that would provide us with honest feedback and advice. Carolyn did just that and so much more! She was able to offer input in a nonjudgmental and truly helpful way to ensure we were making decisions that would help our wedding day go smoothly. Carolyn was able to suggest numerous vendors that are budget friendly without sacrificing quality of work. She did so much leading up to our big day and ensured all vendors were on the same page. On the wedding day, Carolyn was fully prepared along with her assistant. I am a rather detail oriented individual and I struggle with wanting to do things on my own. However, with Carolyn I had no worries and could sip mimosas with my bridesmaids and really sit back and enjoy the getting ready process. The whole day was absolutely beautiful and she kept us all on schedule to ensure we were able to do everything we wanted to on our special day. Kari was our day of coordinator for our wedding. I only hired her barely a month before and she did an amazing job taking over. She was there for the ‘30 day count’ meeting with the venue and asked all the important questions. She created a schedule for the whole day, something I was dragging my feet doing. Day of the wedding she made sure everything was to my liking and that I did not have any worries or stresses. She made sure everything that was suppose to happen, happened on time during the reception. My relatives raved about her as well. I am very glad we decided to go with them for our coordinator. -

Kari was absolutely AMAZING! I told her what I wanted and she delivered. She made my day so wonderful. There are no words to explain how amazing NotablyYours is! We were provided with this vendor through an all-inclusive package with our venue and I could not be more thankful that we had the opportunity to work with them! From the initial email to the end of the wedding, Kari was on top of it! She is the sweetest soul you will ever meet and is born for this job! She responded to all emails, texts and phone calls very quickly and always kept me up-to-date on things going on! She constantly made sure that I was doing ok and that I wasn’t stressed over anything. She 100 percent pulled my entire wedding together. From confirming vendors to talking me off a ledge to stuffing bags with donut holes, she does it all! And with such ease. She is so fun to be around and made this wedding planning process enjoyable and non-stressful! I can’t thank her enough for her hard-work and dedication to making my wedding a dream come true! Kari, with Notably Yours, was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made in planning my daughter’s wedding. We met with her after already having chosen or venue and all of the vendors. She reviewed the contracts and offered helpful suggestions. Unfortunately the venue that we had contracted fell through a week and a half before our wedding day leaving us without a place for the Wedding! Kari jumped right in sending countless text messages, emails and making countless phone calls as we searched for a new venue. Throughout it all she was such a calming presence. When something didn’t work out, she would always come through with other options and possible solutions! She was always available to us via text or phone no matter how often we needed her! On day of the wedding, she assisted with set up and decorations and made sure that everything stayed on schedule. She had a detailed timeline for everyone involved. She was always easy to find and handled so many behind the scene situations that we never knew about. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is not only professional and competent, but also cares and truly wants the best for you on your special day look no further than Kari! You won’t be disappointed! -

Beyond amazing
Notably Yours is beyond an amazing company! Carolyn, Kari and Kelcy were so sweet and very helpful. I have to brag on Kari some because she was my main coordinator and she was the BEST. I don't even know where to begin on this review - Carolyn was AMAZING to work with. From the beginning, Carolyn was super kind and extremely easy to get along with. I booked her "month-of coordination" service, but we started working together about 6 months before the wedding. At the beginning, Carolyn asked lots of questions about what the vibe was, what we wanted, and what things were important to us. As the wedding got closer, she completed our timeline and seating chart and made any requested changes immediately. Carolyn's advice and experience were so valuable during the process. If I ever wanted to make a change that Carolyn wasn't so sure about, she let me know if it hadn't worked out or if there was a better way to do it based on her experience and i LOVED that! It made our day run even more smoothly. Carolyn took care of all of my final vendor changes (i.e. number of centerpieces, guest count for caterer, tablecloths and napkins, etc) the month before the wedding. She also made sure all vendors knew what time to arrive and confirmed they would be there. On the actual day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. Her and her team set up everything exactly as I described to her. They ensured my groom and I never saw each other until the ceremony (this was very important to me) and she made sure the whole night ran on schedule. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I don't know about it. We even planned a surprise firework show at the end of the night that only myself, photographer, mom, and venue owner knew about. Carolyn handled everything amazingly. I would recommend Carolyn's services to anyone and everyone, you won't regret it!!!! -
Theresa Sent on 08/07/2018All our friends advised us on getting a day-of coordinator, and I definitely didn't regret it. We planned our whole wedding by ourselves but really needed small things like our timeline for the day, seating chart etc. Carolyn was fantastic in the sense that she tied up all the loose ends for us to make the day work. We were lost and getting overwhelmed with scheduling the whole day, and how much time was needed but Carolyn made it all easy and worked it out for us. If you need structure in your life or just aren't organized, Carolyn is the one for you. She's a well oiled machine and she's got this. On the wedding day, we had a few small hiccups setting up which wasn't her fault but ours....things like forgetting table numbers. Carolyn went out and got them and did all this stuff and we didn't even know it until we saw it. If anything went wrong on the wedding day Carolyn took care of it without being asked. She kept us organized. Not to mention, shes so sweet and so down to earth. I was very sad to say bye to her because we had all gotten so close. I don't even remember if we got to hug her good bye. You can't go wrong with Carolyn. She'll be your guardian angel through your journey as well as that day.
P.S. I cannot believe we didn't get a photo with Carolyn!! -

We did the day of plan but I felt like I got way more out of it and I gained a life long friend! We had 3 meetings to discuss wedding plans. She was always available when I had questions or needed advice on any issues. She ran the rehearsal and helped us decorate the day of. She is amazing!!! I was in the midst of understanding how complicated and extensive planning a wedding was, especially planning one within 5 months of engagement! Carolyn was so sweet, calm, kind, and reassuring, I felt such a peace in hiring her to help coordinate the day-of the wedding!
The first meeting, she already had the plans and organization to help coordinate everything we’d need for the wedding day. Over the next few months, she thought of questions I never thought to ask, including helping me to plan with my linens vendor. Carolyn was most crucial in setting a minute-by-minute day-of timeline that became a HUGE help understanding exactly how the day would unfold. This timeline, and Carolyn’s presence, also made our rehearsal run so smoothly!
A few days before the wedding, all of the weather reports were showing a huge rainstorm coming in, solely for the day of our wedding. I was devastated. While we had plans for an indoor wedding at our venue, I still had been envisioning an outdoor wedding for months. Carolyn called and helped to console me, praying with me, and setting my heart at ease that the wedding would still be beautiful with our indoor plans (which it turned out perfect!).
On our wedding day, February 2017, she went above and beyond to help myself and my bridesmaids decorate the tables with linens and centerpieces, cut flowers, entertain guests, speak with vendors, and helped me to have the best day of my life. If there were any troubles or snags, I never knew about them – I was able to focus on being excited having my makeup and hair done, wear a beautiful dress, and marry the man of my dreams. Carolyn took care of us throughout our wedding, helping to make sure the most important things to us happened: photos, eating, talking to guests, and having our get-away car packed and ready. Carolyn was phenomenal! I now consider her a personal friend and would recommend her services to anyone! -

Kari was our day of coordinator and worked with us through so many postponements due to COVID19. She was very flexible and patient with us and ultimately seemed like she really cared about organizing our big day. She has wonderful suggestions on vendors and so much insight and knowledge about all the details of a wedding day. Overall, I would recommend Kari and the Notably Yours team! -

She helped with all our venders, scheduling, and helped me destress throughout the entire planning process. Wedding Planners
Don't even know where to start. First of all if you don't think you need a wedding planner you do. It saved me the hassle of having to worry about setup on the wedding day and just communication with vendors, especially when having to postpone my wedding twice. Kari has become like family to us because this is the vendor we spent the most time talking with and helping to create our dream wedding. I absolutely recommend her, and she is now the owner of the company. She was professional, super creative and thoughtful , and just so sweet. She really cares about making sure her clients have a great wedding day.
I will say, I was frustrated at times because I felt that communication was delayed, and I had moved to another state halfway through planning so it made me more anxious. After she explained that she had so many clients plus trying to reschedule weddings due to covid there can be a lot of emails to catch up on, and I totally understood. On that note, one of the reasons I say she is so professional is how she responds to criticism and critique. No sass or passive aggressive attitudes, totally humble and wanting to make sure she provides the best service she can. There were a few things that did go wrong on my wedding day. There was a lot of rush getting to the ceremony due to our photographers being behind schedule. Due to that, I didn't get to have a walk through of the venue decor to make sure I liked the setup, my veil was misplaced and put on at the very last minute seconds before walking down the aisle, and my vow book was left behind which we didn't realize until it was time to say my vows. During the reception I wish there was a little better communication between vendors. I had wanted to make sure the dessert attendant was serving desserts instead of having a mob of people serving themselves, especially due to covid. Unfortunately that didn't end up happening, and the attendant didn't pass out the to go containers I wanted the guests to use to take extra dessert home, so a lot of it went to waste. I wish there was more communication in terms of asking the DJ to remind people to sign our guest book and advice cards. I know my Polaroid camera had died (which was my fault), but I did have a lot of pens there that I felt could have been used. I think these things that happened were the reasons I couldn't give 5 stars because unfortunately the most important part of wedding planning is delivering on the actual day. I was hurt and flustered by a few of these things because of course everyone wants their day to be perfect. I took a few days afterwards to wait before calling Kari, but when I told her all my thoughts she was so calm and respectful and really appreciated the feedback. I also have to say, the month I got married was the month she officially became the owner so I know she had a lot of personal stress dealing with that. I am a transparent and blunt person, and everyone makes mistakes but the mistakes that occurred would not prevent me from hiring her again or recommending her. I have no doubt that she will continue to grow professionally into her role and continue to be successful. She is highly recommended within the wedding industry and all of my vendors who have worked with her have raved about her. -

I recommend the bride be as organized and as detailed with your vision as possible, communicate everything to her, and definitely involve your groom. Carolyn is great with checking-in with you and vendors, scheduling delivery/pick-up, and keeping things on track for the Big Day.
