  Nothing Short of AMAZING

  We got married on July 2, 2021 and it was everything I ever dreamed of! Dawn was amazing from the get-go!
  
  Dawn was so efficient, professional, and polite. Dawn had answers to questions we didn’t even know we had. She offered great suggestions, and always responded to emails/calls in less than 24 hours. We knew she was going to take care of us on our big day! We had complete faith in her that she will make things work no matter what!
  
  The service we received from all of the employees at Northland Country Club was amazing. They were all warm, responsive, and thorough. Courtney was able to respond to the requests of our bridal party within minutes and always did so with a polite demeanor and smile. Everyone there was not only professional, but also genuine.
  
  The venue is absolutely stunning! If we could pick a venue again, we would pick Northland Country Club without a second thought. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception which was perfect! Outdoor ceremony area is fairytale like; blue sky, fully sun and amazing flower gardens, so much natural beauty we decided we did not need to add anything to the outdoor ceremony décor.
  
  Indoor reception area is classy and tasteful. The servers were polite and friendly, visiting with the guests and answering any questions they had. Northland Country Club was so great to work with for food accommodations. We heard great feedback from our guests about how great the food was; most even said it was the best wedding food they’ve had. At the end of the night Molly was extremely accommodating, providing suggestions for guests for the rest of their stay in Duluth.
  
  We can’t say enough great things about Northland Country Club and its amazing employees!

  We had our reception at Northland CC June 8th, 2013 and it was fantastic. My wife and I are from Minneapolis but chose to get married in Duluth because we love the North Shore.
  
  Even though we had to plan the wedding from hours away, Jen and Jessica were both easy to work with and very helpful. It was all straight forward and we didn't fee nickel and dimed. They were very helpful and organized in planning our wedding day - DJ set up, table set up, flower delivery, dinner and toast schedule, etc. The food was terrific and they're very flexible on the menu. The facility is great - dinner area, bar, patio, dance floor, etc.
  
  I would recommend Northland to anyone and we're thrilled with how our reception turned out.

  Amazing venue and staff

  Cannot thank Northland and their wedding coordinator enough for the amazing wedding experience we had! From planning a 200+ to a much smaller guest count because of COVID, the whole day was fantastic and better than we imagined. From the rehearsal to getting ready, to the ceremony and reception we received numerous compliments and were able to safely celebrate! The food and service were exceptional and we would highly recommend!

  We recieved many compliments on the food, and the staff was attentive to out needs and very proactive. The space was big enough for our guests, and it has beautiful views for pictures!

  Northland Country Club is a beautiful venue for your wedding! They are very professional and have great service throughout our whole wedding and wedding reception. The food was excellent and I would strongly recommend Northland Country Club for your wedding/wedding reception!

  We had the most amazing reception here this past summer. The venue is beautiful. The food is awesome- all of our guests raved about the filet. Bravo to the Chef and his team!

  My now husband and I were engaged for 1 1/ years before getting married this past September (2016) and we visited Northland right away. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff seemed to be quite friendly so we chose this as our venue for both our ceremony and reception.
  Since we chose NCC, we were surprised multiple times to learn that our event coordinator was no longer with the club, I believe that we went through about three different coordinators. While it can be understandable that people are constantly moving into different jobs and such, we were never informed of this change and the new coordinators never seemed to have any idea of what was discussed with their predecessor. Which was very stressful and irritating.
  Our final coordinator that actually seen us through the wedding was very kind, however, she took weeks to respond back to even the simplest email or return a phone call. To the point where we drove to Duluth (a 3hr drive for us) and just showed up so we could get our questions answered. This carried on throughout the our wedding day and still continues to haunt us seeing as we have only just gotten our bill (it's mid November now) and it is still incorrect. Something that I spoke to the coordinator about multiple times before the wedding took place. We are still having issues getting the bill figured out because no one is willing to talk to us and the whole club seems to have a massive turnover in staff constantly so no one seems to know what is going on.
  While the staff are friendly, they are not knowledgeable about the workings of the club and the current coordinator (if she is still even there, who knows being she hasn't returned our calls?) is very kind but not very resourceful or in a rush to answer any questions. Northland is a beautiful place and they have wonderful food, however, knowing now what a cluster it has been and continues to be, I cannot, unfortunately, recommend it to anyone.
