Impeccable!

Planning a wedding during Covid is a herculean endeavor, and the team at North Ritz Club overwhelmingly stood up to the task. We selected North Ritz Club as our wedding venue in 2019, after visiting about 11 other places, and it’s one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I initially met with Nadine, who was gracious and accommodating. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Due to changes related to Covid, I later transitioned to working with Niko and Nick, with whom my experience was just as positive. Similar to many brides who had to make changes because of the pandemic, I called North Ritz multiple times and they were always patient, optimistic, gracious, and willing to answer all of my questions.

George, the Maitre D, is fantastic! He was very patient and accommodating with our myriad requests. The day before the wedding, our drop off list included many items, and George patiently took care of all of them, ensuring that they were all arranged beautifully for our reception. Linda, our bridal attendant, felt like my sister for the day. She remained by my side the entire time. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did to ensure that I did not have a single worry for the day.

If you are considering selecting North Ritz Club, wait no longer. The food is delicious, the team is outstanding, and the venue is gorgeous. We had guests with picky palettes, and many commented on how delicious the food was at both the cocktail hour and during dinner. North Ritz Club has been described as a “hidden gem,” and it’s certainly true; we’re thankful that we discovered them.

To the entire North Ritz Club team – THANK YOU! Our wedding day was meaningful in multiple ways, and you all provided white glove service. We’ll always be grateful!

North ritz club is outstanding!

My husband and I got married in February of this year and with everything going on we had to push our wedding reception to September 25th 2021. We had our reception at the North Ritz Club and to say everything was OUTSTANDING is an understatement. There is not one negative thing to say about this venue. From the staff to the venue to the experience to the food, everything was phenomenal. We first met with Nick who is all around an amazing person. He was always helping and accommodating with us every time the wedding guidelines changed with covid. We ended up changing our date 3x and Nick was more than happy to help each time. He was always available whether it was phone call, texting or visiting the venue. He only wants the best for all his clients.
The week before the wedding, we met with George, the Maitre d’. He was just as helpful and great as Nick was. The night of the wedding George was outstanding! Anything I needed, he had it for me in the blink of an eye. He was always around checking on us and all our guests. He went to each table making sure they all had anything they asked for. He was constantly checking on my husband and I to make sure everything was what we wanted. Even when we just needed to find a photographer, he had him in front of us before I knew it. Everything was set up exactly the way I dreamed it! The bridal assistant was just as amazing! If I wanted a drink, she had it in my hand in the blink of an eye with a straw. Making sure my dress and veil were always off the floor. She was amazing!!
I cannot rave enough about this place! Food, staff, venue, absolutely everything about this place is outstanding. 5 stars doesn’t do this venue justice!! Any event I can have at the North Ritz Club, I will be having it here! Thank you so much to Nick, George and Gus!! You brought our dream wedding to life!! 😊

After emphasizing how special my wedding would be they somehow exceeded my expectations

My wife and I after scoping out several venues in 2019 decided on the north ritz and set our wedding date for September 16th 2021.

Leading up to the event I was in contact with Nick and George and they were incredibly responsive usually having and answer to my question within 15 minutes.

Often times a service provider will promise you the world and make good on some of those promises but not all. Nick and George somehow made good on every single thing they said they’d do.

LINDA. THE BRIDAL ATTENDANT. MY GOD. That woman could read my mind and my wife’s before we even knew what we wanted when we wanted it she was right there. Bead of sweat about to drip off my eyebrow? Bam Linda was there like she was shot out of a cannon with a napkin ready to wipe my forehead. I had about 14 Shirley temples throughout the night and Linda was there to replace my old one as I was finishing it. She went above and beyond for my wife and I to the point where we were sad when we left and couldn’t bring her with us. We miss Linda.

The food? Remarkable. Cocktail hour and dinner were off the charts. They wrapped up leftover food for us, entrees appetizers cookies cake donuts.

We felt like Julius Caesar and Cleopatra just absolutely rockin out, getting fed and having fun.

If you have any doubt about how you and your family/friends/guests will be treated I’m here to let you know you will be amazed and how attentive this staff is. 100/10

A dream come true

The North Ritz Club made my wedding day into a dream come true. The leave of professionalism and hospitality is supreme! Working with Nick and everyone there was amazing… sadly covid postponed our first two dates, but the North Ritz Club was there for us every step of the way. It was the best day

Exceeded Expectations

In 2020 we booked North Ritz for my daughter's May 2021 wedding. I have heard about this venue however I never went to an event here and was hoping it would meet expectations. My daughter's wedding was this past weekend and I can't say how much we loved it and it was much better than could could have imagined! The staff was always attentive to our needs, the year leading up to the reception and the day of. I can't tell you how many times I called Nick, the catering director, through the year as with Covid we didn't even know if the wedding would take place. Nick always took the time to speak with me, I feel like I have a lifetime friend now. He kept me updated with all the covid changes. Luckily, for my daughter's wedding we were able to have 150 guests! We bought items to the venue to give it a personalized touch such as a family wedding display, a memorial display etc. When I walked in and saw the attention taken to set it up I was so happy. It looked like a professional decorator did it. Each item was meticulously and perfectly placed. The bridal party was pleased as when they first entered their suite all the refreshments were waiting for them. It was the first hot day of the year so they were very appreciative of waters, beverages and food. The bridal attendant gave 200% attention to my daughter, she followed her so she was always there to assist her and she was the sweetest girl. George the Maitre'd made everything perfect. I am still getting texts and calls from guests telling me how much they enjoyed the wedding. The food was delicious from the cocktail hour, to the dinner to the Venetian hour. The only issue was it ended way tooooo fast. I am so happy we chose North Ritz, my family and I recommend it highly. Thank you for making my daughter's wedding so memorable and perfect!!

Grateful!!

The North Ritz Club far exceed all our expectations! As we navigated our wedding planning during the COVID pandemic we knew we wanted to always move forward with our lives the best we could and celebrate our love. Every promise made when we signed 1.5 years ago was made. We are still getting compliments from our guests saying the service, the food and desserts were amazing! George, the Maitre D was absolutely wonderful. He planned out every single detail of the day ahead of time with us and got us excited again to have a wedding. He allowed us to relax and made us feel very comfortable that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Our big day ran extremely smoothly and seamlessly because of him! I walked in the doors and cried because George and his team made my vision a reality. Our bridal attendant, Linda, was an angel. Everywhere we went, she was there to lend a hand. Most importantly, we would like to thank Gus. Gus treated us like family the minute we walked in the door to tour the venue. We are so thankful Gus came to celebrate our special day.

We can’t thank the Ritz enough for making our day so special and everything we wanted it to be and more!

Nadine and George are the BEST

North Ritz club made my day run smoothly. Everyone loved the food, drinks and the whole atmosphere. George made the day run great. Nadine helped us step by step and was a great help throughout our planning process :) I would highly recommend North Ritz to winter brides and any bride wanting to get married on Long Island.

Exceeded Expectations!

One of the best decisions we made with regards to our wedding was booking North Ritz for our reception. The food is still something people comment on whenever they talk about our wedding. North Ritz exceeded our expectations. For example, we provided them with pictures for our parents and grandparents to be displayed on the piano as guests walked in. They ended up doing a full display complete with mirror glass, tea lights, and different level stands to add depth and dimension. The staff was outstanding. The matre d did an excellent job of communicating with the band to keep the night flowing smoothly. With that being said the real MVP was our personal attendant for the evening. She anticipated our needs and was always at the ready if we needed anything. She did an amazing job of stepping back and letting us enjoy the party but the moment we needed something she was already right there. The attention to detail and professionalism of North Ritz allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day. If you are considering booking your next event there, do it! You won’t regret it.

Amazing!

I have all great/amazing things to say about the North Ritz Club, George and Nick! We have had our eye on the North Ritz Club for a while before we even got engaged. We went to a few weddings there as guests and fell in love! The cocktail hour was always amazing with so many options and the Viennese hour is always FILLED with desserts! When we got engaged we went straight to the venue to book our date.
Working with Nick and George was a pleasure! They left no stone unturned and the day ran so smoothly. We got married at the venue and chose to not do the reveal and they made sure we did not see each other before the ceremony. I was back and forth about this decision because of the photos and the timing but George reassured me that it can be done and I can’t be happier with our decision! We got married outside by the gazebo – they take care of the flower arrangements for the ceremony. It is all included in the price and it was gorgeous!
It was so easy to work with them and they answered any questions that I had – which for anyone who is planning a wedding, knows that that is important. I dropped off all the decorations (signs, pictures, easels, etc.) a few days before and they set it up BEAUTIFULLY when we walked into the lobby. The food that we had at our food tasting was out of this world! We did not try every option yet what we tried sold me! We did not try the cake either but they provide many options of looks and especially if you have a Viennese hour you will not be disappointed with the dessert options.
I love the look of the North Ritz Club – the cocktail hour room and the lobby is amazing. And before our wedding they had JUST redid the ballroom floors and WOW! It made a huge difference of the look and tone of the wedding! I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to have our wedding in the newly renovated ballroom and I can’t wait to see what the pictures look like! Also, I believe they are planning on other upgrades within the next year or so including the menu which has different cocktail hour and exit station options! I HIGHLY recommend the North Ritz Club! You are in such good hands when you have your wedding there. I am a planner and did everything for this wedding and the day of, I just wanted to enjoy. And that is what I did. I did not take care of anything. If something needed to be done, George or my bridal attendant Danielle (who was a SAINT), took care of it and it allowed me to just enjoy all my hard work. It was a great experience and I can’t say enough nice and wonderful things about the North Ritz Club and the staff who work there.

Above and Beyond my Expectations!

The North Ritz Club was the most perfect wedding venue we could have ever asked for. Nick had us hooked from our very first meeting and delivered on every promise made almost 2 years before our actual wedding. Nick and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive and always responded to our emails or phones calls the same day, and anything we asked for was never out of the question. George, the Maitre D’ was also outstanding when it finally came time for our big day. He planned out every single detail of the day ahead of time with us and made us incredibly excited and comfortable that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything going wrong.
The Ritz was set up beautifully and blew away the high expectations we had in the first place. The grounds outside were in full bloom and offered more places for pictures than we had time for. Throughout the day, George and Daniella, (the bridal attendant), constantly made sure we always had a drink in our hand and anything else we needed. Daniella even took the time to fix my dress when I had unknowingly started the day with the dress on incorrectly and ended up being extremely uncomfortable by the reception. The food was delicious and the pastries may be the best I’ve had in my life. Our guests have not stopped complimenting the day, the food, the beauty, and the service. We can’t thank the Ritz and it’s employees enough for making our day so special and everything we wanted it to be.

A Hidden Gem!!

My husband and I had our 12/07/18 wedding at the North Ritz Club and could not be happier!!!

From the moment we walked into the North Ritz, we knew we had found our wedding venue. Not only was the North Ritz one of the few venues we looked at that does one wedding at a time, but they were truly the only place that genuinely made you feel like you were their #1 priority. We visited with other competitor venues, and the customer service they provided was nothing compared to the staff at the North Ritz.

Over the 2+ years leading up to our wedding, we primarily worked with Nick, who was a pleasure to work with, and also interacted with Nadine who was equally as great. No matter what time of day, Nick was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous. Leading up to our wedding we met with George to go over our day-of timeline and menu, and he ensured us that anything we asked for, he could provide...and I can honestly say that this is 100% true! Looking back at our wedding, there is not ONE thing that we wanted that the North Ritz didn't provide, from after-party food, to cocktail hour enhancements, to lobby decor, etc.

The bridal attendant, Stephanie, was out of this world - I could rave about her forever! By time I got to the North Ritz, my ballgown tulle skirt was so ripped up from taking outdoor pictures, and Stephanie immediately got on the floor with a pair of scissors and started fixing it. Every time I wanted a drink, needed a glass of water, or a bite to eat, Stephanie was standing there with it before I could even ask!

So many of our guests were impressed not only with the amount & quality of the food (which is outstanding) and the top-shelf bar, but with the service of the entire staff. We received countless complements on how professional and amazing the service was, and how our wedding was the best they had ever been to.

So many people say that on your wedding day, something is bound to go wrong, or things might not be 100% how you imagined them..but I can honestly say that thanks to the North Ritz, my wedding was as perfect as I could have ever imagined it. If you are at all debating getting married at the North Ritz, do it. You will not regret it!

Amazing Wedding

We did not think perfection was possible, but somehow the team at the North Ritz Club made it happen! We had the pleasure of working with Nadine, George, and Stephanie for our September wedding and cannot speak highly enough about them. Every single detail of our wedding was executed flawlessly. The food was fantastic, the drinks kept flowing, and the service was spectacular. We swear it felt like Stephanie, our bridal attendant, was reading our minds. She was never intrusive, but was always within reach. Anytime we felt that we needed a fresh drink or water, Stephanie was already standing there waiting with whatever we needed.

Everyone at the North Ritz takes the time to truly listen to you and bring your vision to life. They even created a cocktail hour station using Ecuadorian recipes we brought in. We had several personalized decorations made for our wedding and their staff made the venue look exactly the way we had hoped. Anything we asked for, they made happen. We highly recommend the North Ritz Club.

We are so grateful!

Hi, I don’t write reviews often, but today I felt the need to write one. My fiancé and I were Woodbury Country Club victims and Friday (3 days ago) we walked into the North Ritz Club (after seeing 8 other venues that day) exhausted, cranky, and without an appointment around 5pm. The staff was clearly getting ready for an event, but greeted us with big smiles. We were then introduced to Nick, who stopped what he was doing, listened to us vent, and then took the time to show us all around the venue. Nick went above and beyond to show us everything and answer at least 30 questions. It was the first time all week that we were able to smile about our upcoming wedding day. We left North Ritz Club feeling happy, confident, and lucky. On Saturday and Sunday, we went to other venues and quickly learned that nothing else compared. Sunday night, again we showed up at the North Ritz Club with no appointment and again, Nick stopped what he was doing to show my mom and us around. He then took the time to AGAIN sit down and go-over everything the North Ritz Club has to offer and re-answer our questions along with my moms questions. Nick was absolutely amazing, and my fiancé and I are happy to say that we are now a North Ritz Club couple! We look forward to the many more memories we will make at the North Ritz Club. Thank you so much Nick, you have truly brought the magic back to our wedding day. We can't wait till July 3, 2019!

Simply put, amazing. My wife and I looked at 12 wedding venues, and after coming home she said "Dan, we're getting married at the North RItz Club". They offered a lot for a reasonable price. They were straight shooters, no hidden fees or expenses, and everything that they sold us on was brought through. To be honest, the service was impeccable. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. That was thanks to Nick, Nadine, George, Stephanie and their entire staff that worked so hard. We had a distinct vision that we wanted for our wedding, and they hit the mark with every detail. It was truly the most magical day of our lives, and I think the venue had a lot to do with that. It felt as though they had anticipated our needs, and our guests needs before we knew we needed something. Tables were reserved for our family at the cocktail hour, with a food selection from the stations. My wife is caribbean and they incorporated her cuisine in the menu. Our guests said the food, service, ambiance was OUTSTANDING. So basically, if you're making a wedding and you want it to be AWESOME, then, just get married at the North Ritz Club.

The whole staff at North Ritz Club were absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect and would recommend them to anyone. I hope one day to get invited to a wedding there so I could enjoy it even more.

My husband and I were married 8/18/17 at the North Ritz and everything was amazing. From the first meeting until the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly. Nick, George, Nadine, Stephanie and the entire staff are incredibly professional and organized. Only one wedding takes place at a time so the day of the wedding is very personal and intimate. The food is amazing! It was an enormous cocktail hour and we were given five entrees at dinner. It's a family run business and as a bride you feel that they really care about you and your wedding day. We can't wait to attend another wedding to enjoy the food and service.

We had an absolutely amazing time at our wedding. The staff was incredibly attentive. Everything went very smoothly. The bridal attendant Stephanie was wonderful. Whatever I needed or wanted she took care of right away. I can't say enough positive things about the North Ritz Club. It's a great place to have your wedding.

North Ritz is unbelievably great-and five stars is, simply, not enough. My daughter's wedding was there last night and I cannot imagine a more perfect evening. The food is incredible, the place is gorgeous, the staff--George the Maitre D, Gus, the chef, Nick, Nadine--are absolutely phenomenal-Stephanie, the bridal attendant, also exceeded all our expectations--guests were treated royally and the staff was incredibly attentive to everyone--the food cannot be matched-the vodka luge was a big hit--again, did I say that the food was incredible? Not only did everything taste great, but the displays were beautifully done--the desserts were absolutely "to die for" and the affair was run to perfection. I could not have asked for more. And, the staff really made this easy for us--so agreeable. I really felt like they were there for me. In my book, the ONLY place to have a wedding or any other major party!

From the first time we stepped into NRC we knew this was where we would get married. The staff is so welcoming & the definition of accommodating. Nick & George were with us every step of the way and made our special day even better than we could have imagined. The food is delicious, the service is fabulous & the grounds are beautiful.

The North Ritz Club was by far the best decision (other than marrying my handsome husband) that I made during the wedding planning process. We looked EVERYWHERE and did not get that special intimate, elegant, romantic feeling we were looking for. It wasn’t until we walked into the North Ritz Club where we finally felt like we found the one. Aside from the grounds being absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and I cannot say enough wonderful words about our banquet manager Nadine. North Ritz Club was the ONLY venue that worked with us on our price per head budget and actually came down in price. Everywhere else we went, they wanted to "throw in" a bunch of stuff that we didn't want. At North Ritz, they made us feel like family. I could go on and on about how wonderful Nadine was...she let me borrow linens and table numbers to take to the florist, she brought my very unique idea of "cookies and milk" as the To Go Bar to life (they baked the cookies for me), she allowed us to practice our choreographed first dance in the ballroom weeks before our wedding, she personally made sure that my vision came to life and I owe her a huge debt of gratitude!!!! Along with Nadine, Stephanie was my Bridal Assistant. She was amazing as well. She did not leave our side the entire night. She brought us drinks, applied lip-gloss for me, fluffed my dress and even blotted my sweaty far head after dancing!! She was incredible. George was our maître and was great as well! He even ran to 711 to get my husband a red bull towards the end of the party since he was exhausted when it was all over!!! The North Ritz Club is truly the hidden gem of Long Island!!!

Thank you NRC for the wedding of my dreams! We heard about the NRC from the knot and I truly feel that it is the best kept secret in terms of venues. This is NOT a wedding factory and we loved that there is only one wedding at a time. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the service is unmatched. My wedding day was absolutely perfect. Nadine was so helpful- answering all my questions leading up to the wedding. George was out maitre'd and Stephanie was out bridal attendant and they were both phenomenal. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were extremely attentive. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was. All of our guests had a wonderful time. Have your wedding here!!!

For those looking for a venue on LI - we haven't even had the event yet but each time we interact with Nadine or Nick it makes our day! And the place is impeccable no matter when we stop by. We are hosting a large meet and greet but had we known, we would have the wedding reception there.

Our wedding was this past Friday (2/17/2017) and it was amazing!! We had the greatest time, everyone said the food was delicious, all the rooms looked wonderful, and Stefanie, my bridal attendant, was the absolute best! She was able to clear a champagne spill on my mother's dress, sew one of my bridesmaid's dresses that ripped, and was just the nicest person. George, the maitre'd, made a last minute switch to full black linens for me only hours before the reception just as the florist was decorating. The switch made the ballroom look amazing and was exactly what I wanted. We also were married at the North Ritz Club in their ceremony room. It was decorated so beautifully and I loved that there was a separate space for the ceremony, not just a converted ballroom. Nick K. was our point person leading up to the wedding, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was there the day of the wedding as well to help out! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with the North Ritz Club! It was a wonderful day that we will never forget!!

I know every bride (for the most part) thinks her day was the best. But mine actually was. Sorry, it was probably better than yours. And most of that was due to the North Ritz Club and the team there. Nadine, George, and Stephanie were incredible. From the first day we toured the venue, Nadine was SO accommodating to my every wish. I don't think I heard the word no once. They customized my cocktail hour passed apps and stations specifically to us, creating a south of the border fajita station for my husband and a create your own meatball slider station for me. That is in addition to the ten passed apps and 13 stations that we already had. They brought in Heineken light and Rose for me on special request. They allowed me to start my party earlier than agreed upon. They were on top of EVERYTHING the day of, even when the first bus of people showed up a half hour too early. George made sure that everything I wanted was done, that the whole night was executed flawlessly. They even took my Grandma's cake recipe that I loved and used it for our wedding cake. Meanwhile, my bridal attendant Stephanie was a ninja. I never did not have a drink in my hand, she was fixing my hair on the fly and sewing a ripped part of my dress as I was walking. Not to mention, this staff really cares about their events. They aren't one to nickel and dime you and make you aware that you're spending thousands of dollars, you really get lost in the night and the feeling because EVERYTHING is taken care of for you. We had our afterparty in the cocktail hour room with sliders, a gelato station and a cigar bar and everyone said that it was the best afterparty (and obviously, wedding) that they've ever been to. Oh, and the food. The quality of the food was insane, and the value of this place is crazier. They've been flying under the radar of some of the more well-known, overrun catering halls on Jericho Turnpike, so I'd hop on while they're still affordable. AMAZING. THANK YOU.

I got married in September and my wedding day really was the best day of my life. I am not just saying that, North Ritz really made my day very special and memorable. They turn your dream into a reality. My husband and I personally worked with Nadine, George and Stephanie. They are all the most nicest, sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met. There is not one bad comment I have. I have nothing but great things to say about the North Ritz Club, from the venue, to the grounds to the service and attention to detail. The staff at North Ritz really pay attention to their brides and grooms needs and wants along with doing everything in their power to make what you want come to life and more. Everyone at North Ritz especially Nadine, George and Stephanie who I personally worked with are amazing people. North Ritz is the place to have your dream wedding and a place where all of your dreams come true.

This reception venue was amazing
1) Location
I was initially concerned about the location of this venue as it is off a road and has commercial building surrounding it however once you visit the venue you realize that does not matter. NRC has high fences so you dont even realize that and they have an amazing beautiful garden than can rival the more expensive one at Woodbury Gardens but provides the same beautiful enchanted forest pictures which I was lucky to use for my wedding photos. I really liked that this venue did only one wedding at a time which is why my wedding was so exceptional.

Pre wedding
The staff at NRC are very responsive and easy to contact. They provide a tasting which my parents came to as well that was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and responded to all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. We got alot of upgrades in our package that was reasonably priced and added to making our day eve more unique. We also got to design our own cake which is included

Wedding day
I was treated like a princess and my husband like a king. My plans for pre wedding photos at a nearby garden fell through so NRC allowed me and my bridal party to utilize their gardens which was amazing. On the day of everything was more than I could imagine. The food from the cocktail hour which I got to sample thanks to my amazing bridal attendant was great and the drinks also were amazing. My friends and family are still talking about how great the food was and how nicely it was displayed. On the day of our maitre D who was amazing worked with out DJ to make sure everything happened smoothly. At the end of the night the staff helped pack up food and goodies for us and helped pack all or belongings into the car. In addition NRC allowed me to bring cute takeout boxes so that my guests could take home deserts which everyone raved about.
If you want a professional personal experience which is unique to find at a catering hall, this hall is for you.

North Ritz Club was the first venue that my fiancée and I visited and we knew to book them right away. The grounds are beautiful, the reception hall itself is classy and gorgeous, and the fact that they do ONE wedding at a time is priceless! My wedding was straight out of my dreams and my guests cannot stop talking about how much they loved North Ritz. The cocktail and Viennese hour were breathtaking and my bridal attendant was my guardian angel all night! Nadine was also an absolute angel to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing venue to every bride ever! I hope to attend a wedding there someday just so I can go back!

The North Ritz Club is the absolute BEST venue there is. My husband and I got married here on August 5, 2016. From the moment we first visited, we knew that that the NRC was well-run, clean, gorgeous, and perfect for us. We worked with Bill, and he was amazing with answering all of our MANY questions throughout our year and a half planning process. He was patient and informative, which I appreciated since I emailed him quite frequently about silly worries I had. As our wedding date grew closer, we worked more closely with George, the maitre 'd. He helped to plan our ceremony exactly the way I wanted it, and with the help of Nadine, made sure every part of the venue was set up the way we had envisioned it. On the day of the wedding, the staff made sure everything ran as smoothly as it possible could have. The ceremony space was absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for our pictures. Stephanie, my bridal attendant, was a dream come true. She stayed with me through the entire night, making sure I ate, bringing me water, helping me go to the bathroom with my dress, and literally helping me with anything I needed. I did not eat as much as I would have wanted to, but on your wedding day it's hard to sit down and enjoy a meal. However, the North Ritz provided my husband and I with a huge platter of cocktail hour food so we didn't have to walk around to the different stations. The food was DELICIOUS. The filet mignon during dinner was restaurant quality. All of my guests raved to me about how good all of the food was. We opted for the full viennese hour for dessert which impressed my guests greatly. My husband and I didn't get to eat a lot of the desserts, so they even gave us two full boxes of pastries to take home with us. Honestly, I couldn't even picture myself getting married anywhere else. Thank you NRC for creating the wedding of our dreams!

The North Ritz Club was the first venue I looked at when we started venue hunting. I met Nadine on the day of my appointment and boy does she know her stuff. I had no reason to look at any other venues after my appointment. I booked 5/28/16 and started planning. Everyone whom I spoke with from the start to the weeks leading up to the wedding were extremely professional,courteous and accommodating. I wanted to make a few changes to the ceremony area, the menu and the cake and I was fully accommodated. My wedding day was perfect. Its been 3 weeks and the guests are still raving about the FOOD!!! Its was DELICIOUS. Kudos to the chef and the culinary staff. My bridal attendant was Stephanie!! She was with me every moment of the day. I don't know what she doesn't have in her kit. My MOH lost the stub on her earring and Stephanie to the rescue. She is amazing and was a pleasure to have by my side.
George made sure the cocktail hour and reception went well. He's very detailed oriented and I really appreciated that. All 135 guests confirmed that I had made the right choice in choosing the North Ritz Club. I can't wait to plan the next event because I know the NRC will be my first and only stop.

We just got married at the North Ritz Club this last Friday, and I am still glowing about our wedding! From the moment we booked The North Ritz Club we knew we made the right decision. Nadine, the sales manager, was flexible, professional, and bubbly and helped us to create the wedding of our dreams. The venue itself is gorgeous- one wedding at a time with a beautiful garden/pond area in the back that doubles as ceremony space and cocktail space. The North Ritz Club supplied heating lamps for our cocktail hour to keep guests warm. George, our maitre de, had everything run smoothly the day of the wedding. Every last detail was absolutely perfect. Even though we wanted to get married outside, the chilly overcast weather forced us to change our plans and utilize the inside ceremony space. As I walked downstairs, the space was decorated beautifully and as I entered the doors to walk down the aisle I had tears in my eyes as I couldn't imagine anything more perfect. Our bridal attendant, Stefanie, was phenomenal. I felt like a princess on my wedding day, anything I needed she was there to take care of. The food... Oh my god. Absolutely delicious! We had a seafood station with lobster, clams, shrimp, and oysters at the cocktail hour that everyone raved about. The mashed potato station, martini station, Mediterranean station, crepe station, all delicious. There was never a line at the bar to get drinks, and the bartender allowed our guests to take shots! The Viennese hour was one of my favorite things, and had a waffle station, milk and white chocolate dipping fountains, ice cream, pastries, cannoli's, bananas foster, zeppoles... I can't even finish naming all the different desserts but they were so good! Our reception itself was a blast, the dance floor was always filled and the room was spacious, fitting all 227 guests comfortably. All in all- if I could do it again I would choose The North Ritz Club in a heartbeat. Thank you for hosting the wedding of my dreams!

From the beautiful grounds to the exclusivity of the venue, I am extremely happy with the choice I made to have my wedding reception at NRC. The reception hall was beautiful, the outdoor area was perfect for cocktail hour, and the fact that they let my dog join us for photos was definitely appreciated. The staff members are friendly, and always there whenever I had questions. Nadine, Nick, Bill, and George were very helpful. The venue staff were efficient and ensured that everyone was fed, hydrated, and the bartenders made our specialty drink with ease and everyone enjoyed them! My favorite was the bridal attendant, Stefanie, who took care of everything during the reception. I couldn't have asked for a better venue and people to make my reception a grand success. Thank you!

The North Ritz Club was a fantastic venue to have my wedding reception take place at. From the time we walked in to first look around, we knew this would most likely pick this location for our reception. When we booked, Anne Marie was very flexible with the few menu requests we wanted to make, as well as bar selections based upon what we knew our family and friends would enjoy. Each time I visited, it reaffirmed our choice. They were flexible if the weather was inclement and I could not make it there on the specific date of a payment due. Also, leading into the wedding, they answered any question over the phone with a polite and helpful manner. Prior to the wedding when we dropped off all of our supplies, each item was discussed and everything was placed where we asked. The day of the wedding the only thing off was the lighting in the ballroom, which was changed as soon as we asked for it and we were incredibly happy with our overall look. We heard rave reviews from our guests regarding the food and everyone found something they liked during cocktail hour. Our guests arrived a few minutes early and the staff began to serve them immediately. The bridal attendant Marcella was absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful for all of her hard work. All of our friends and family stated that they felt comfortable and well taken care of at the North Ritz and fully enjoyed our wedding experience.

My husband Christian and I had our wedding at the North Ritz Club on June 26, 2015. It was hands down the best night of our lives. This was all thanks to NRC! This was actually the first wedding venue we checked out, and wound up booking it immediately. There were no hesitations, we knew that this was going to be the place for us. We began by booking with Nadine, who was the nicest and easiest person to work with. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. We worked with Nick as well, who was also exceptional. George is the most OUTSTANDING matire d out there! He is so AMAZING!!! He is extremely professional, hard working, and super nice! Anything we needed, George delivered, and with a smile on his face! Our bridal attendant and bar tender for the night were Marcella and Bruno. They were awesome as well. All of our guests could not stop complimenting the entire staff all night long and even days after our wedding. Many of our guests would like to have events at NRC after being at our wedding. Along with the staff, the food is absolutely exceptional. The entire cocktail hour, main courses, desserts, drinks etc...you name it, it tastes unbelievable. We highly, highly recommend North Ritz for any occasion, especially a wedding. I can't express how thankful we are for North Ritz giving us the best day of our lives!

Amazing!! We absolutely love this venue and received so many compliments on their service. To start, we love that they only do one wedding at a time. Every staff member is dedicated to your wedding, since it’s the only one. We signed with Michael, and he never came off as pushy or too slick or trying to get us to upgrade. In fact, we upgraded cocktail hour at the last minute, and they threw in some extra stations! Everyone was very easy to work with.

On the day of, we had a bridal attendant, Marcella, who was fabulous! She was pretty much anywhere that I was and always asking if I needed anything! One of my bridesmaids showed her how to bustle my dress (two bustles), and she did it several times (kept falling down), and then finally just asked if she could safety pin them in place (thank goodness!). George was always around, smiling and greeting our guests. He was very visible during our function, which is a nice touch. Everything went flawlessly thanks to the wonderful staff at the North Ritz Club!

All of our guests complimented the food and service tremendously! At cocktail hour, the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold, and everything was delicious! Dinner was just as delicious! Our cake was lovely. I gave them a picture of a simple cake with pearl drops at the bottom edge of each tier and flowers for decoration, and it turned out just how I wanted.

I wish that we could have been guests at our own wedding, just eating and dancing the night away! But since we couldn’t, the North Ritz Club did the next best thing. They packed us a bunch of dinner and mini pastries from our Viennese dessert display and our cake top as well. Such a nice touch and delicious! By the time we were ready to leave, all of the items I brought were carefully packed into the bags/boxes that I had brought earlier in the week.

Honestly, it was the best night ever! Love love love the North Ritz Club, and we highly recommend them!

The North Ritz made all our wedding dreams come true!! WOW, what a place. From the second we walked in, I knew that was where we were going to be married. The venue is just exceptionally beautiful. The gardens are perfect for pictures and if you have nice weather, a great place to hang out. When you walk inside and see the grand staircase and the beautiful flowers, it just makes you feel good. One of my favorite parts is that it is only one wedding at a time. We looked a lot of venues, and I really just did not want to share a location with multiple brides. The North Ritz was incredibly attentive to my, my bridal party and all our guests. They genuinely want you to have an amazing wedding day and experience. The managers were all so kind and easy to work with. George our maître d' went above and beyond!! I cannot say enough about him. He was so kind to us and tried to make sure everything was perfect!! He really worked his butt off, running around making sure all our guests were happy, and we were happy. He was outstanding. Truly made our wedding so easy and enjoyable. I also had a bridal attendant who was so nice and stayed by my side always asking me if I needed anything. Now for one of the most important parts = Food. The food was out of this world. I've been to a lot of weddings, and maybe I'm being bias, but that food was just outrageous!! People were coming up to me saying it was the best steak they ever had!! The cocktail hour could have been dinner alone, there was so much food! Every single dish was amazing. My husband got the chicken and then wanted to try the steak, so George brought him over both dishes and he loved them!! The wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. Finally we also had a venetian hour, which was again out of this world. SO much food!! Our guests loved the venetian hour and all the different stations. My wedding truly was a dream come true because of the North Ritz!!

Had mine and my husband's wedding here 2 weeks ago! Unbelievable wedding from start to finish! It truly surpassed our dreams and everything was done perfectly! Everything from paper came alive and we couldn't have been happier! George was THE BEST maitre dè! The food was delicious! So many of our guests have told us what a beautiful venue and how delicious the food was! The staff was unbelievable! My girlfriend told me her waiter came up to her and asked if the temperature of her steak was cooked okay! It was such a memorable night! We even got doggy bags of dinners! We have been enjoying them all week!

We looked at many venues all over Long Island before deciding on the North Ritz Club. What stood out to us were the beautiful gardens out back for the ceremony and the fact that they only have one event at a time. We had our tasting and that sealed the deal! They help us plan an amazing event that all of our friends and family loved. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good the food was and what a nice space this was. My bridal attendant Stephanie was really sweet and made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. The maitre d' George helped to keep us on schedule throughout the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone at the North Ritz Club was professional and nice to work with. I loved the attention to detail that they put into making our wedding exactly what we hoped for and more. I hope that I am able to attend an event there in the future as a guest!

We could not be happier with everything about The North Ritz Club and the Manager George.

From the first day we visited until the end of the evening of our wedding we received first class service.

The food was excellent drinks plentiful and a beautiful setting---I can actually say that the day of the event we were made to fell like we were family ---never had a no for anything we asked for.

The place is a one event place and even though I didn’t care about it in the beginning, trust me – it does make a huge difference. The whole place is yours and your guests are free to walk where they want and when they want. During the planning process, the management worked with us on every little details: nothing was too difficult for them to do. We had so many special requests that even we were going nuts of how detailed we planned the wedding, however, NRC helped us with everything. They were truly one of the best vendors at our wedding. We call it a hidden gem of LI as the place doesn’t do too much advertising but yet amazingly awesome! The day of was perfect – we had a bridal assistant who was always by our side and helping with everything: drinks, food, dress, special requests. George helped us to communicate special requests to the band, our photographer, and guests. The food was fantastic as well as the service. So many guests are still sending us messages how they loved everything because it was that good. Cocktail Hour – our guests arrived half hour before the start. NRC was ready and let people into the cocktail room
Reception: everything was made to order (I am saying this because I looked at the kitchen before our wedding). If someone ordered steak medium, it was medium. Nothing was pre-cooked, which is a huge advantage. Our special drink was made with exact proportions and so many guests were drinking it because it was our version of Mojito and NRC used only fresh ingredients to make it (fresh mint and actual sugar cane).After the reception, they gave us a huge box of food that our families ate for the next 3 days. We were tipsy and hyper by the time the cake cutting came along, so after the cake cutting we actually fell on the floor. One of our guests took a video & u can see how the entire NRC run to us when we fell. Honestly, the wedding was a huge success because of NRC. We can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This was the second venue we looked at for our wedding and we were done. The North Ritz Club is beautiful. Modern looking ballroom and cocktail room with a marble floors and amazing grounds. They are extremely accommodating and can do everything that you ask to make your day special. The food here is amazing and we are receiving a ton of compliments from our guests. I love that they only do one wedding at a time and our maître de and bridal attendant made us feel like a king and queen. Highly recommended!

The North Ritz Club went ABOVE and BEYOND for our August wedding. George was nothing less than spectacular. My Bridal Attendant, Stephanie, was the best ever! My husband and I called her a “ninja” because every time we turned around there she was somehow knowing exactly what we needed. The guests at our wedding still haven’t stopped raving about the food and the AMAZING service. The extended cocktail hour and Viennese hour were more than we could have hoped for. Every addition we made was well worth the money and done well above our expectations. The North Ritz Club helped make the night the most amazing of our entire lives. We wish we could do it all over again!

George G. at the North Ritz was our Maitre D and boy were we lucky. He is professional and experienced and everything went smoothly. The venue itself was beautiful. Only one event at a time so all the attention is paid to your wedding. The outdoor area is beautiful and we were lucky to have beautiful weather on our special day.

The amount of food and quality of food was impeccable! Guest had to take home leftovers because the cocktail hour was so filling!

The venue does not really advertise and gets its clients by word of mouth and after having my wedding there they live up to your expectations and more.

Our bridal attendant Stephanie was AWESOME! She made sure that I ate and had a drink and I was comfortable and content. Anything you wished for she was at your service.

You will not be disappointed if you book this place for your special day!

We chose NRC after looking at 18 VENUES around LI. They fit a smaller crowd of 120 without it looking empty, and can accomodate way more. The grounds are well kept and have pretty backgrounds with greenery/plants/mini waterfall for photos. The cocktail hour and reception rooms are really nice and don't look old/dated. They only do 1 wedding at a time so you get all the attention you need. The bridal suite is huge with a private bathroom.

Our banquet manager Annmarie was great, but is sadly no longer there. Nadine seemlessly took over and was also great. George the maitre d managed the day very well. Nick was also extremely nice to speak with. Our bridal attendant was Karen and she was terrific! She was a great help and was like a wedding-day mother in a sense. She saw me fiddling with my veil and just came up behind me and started fixing it for me. She also brought us water when she saw us sweating on the dancefloor!

My husband and I only had time to get a small taste of the cocktail hour food but everyone was raving about it! We did get to actually sit down at the reception for salad/entree/dessert and have no complaints. My personal favorite from our tasting is the fish. The baker also works for the diner next door so you can get a good preview beforehand. The cake itself was pretty good, layers were kind of thin - but they also had a mousse dessert and Italian pastries at each table which were amazing! Along with the top layer of cake we were given 2beef, 2chicken and 2fish dinners and 3 boxes of cookies!

We got to have cocktail hour half indoor/outdoor. They made our signature drink perfectly. Our parents/grandparents were given special seating and were served at their tables for cocktail hour. The reception room uplighting was very visible even during the brightest time of the day. They changed the color for each couple in our party for their entrances (rainbow color scheme). Our centerpieces were a little complicated but followed directions perfectly!

I LOVED my venue! It was so beautiful and the staff there is wonderful. My florist forgot to send a throwing bouquet and the bridal attendant made me on one on the spot! Everyone really made sure that we were taken care of and all my guests LOVED the food. It was amazing!

I got married at the North Ritz Club on August 9, 2013. I was initially attracted to it because it was a single event venue...and as the bride, I wanted all of the attention on me! And boy was it...the North Ritz made me feel like a queen. George, the maitre'd, is a true professional and made sure the night ran smoothly. I had no worries the entire night because I knew George was on the job. Stephanie, my bridal assistant, was phenomenal as well and such a big help. My guest are still raving at the quality of the service, food, and drinks. I would recommend the North Ritz to anyone who is looking for a truly beautiful, elegant, and amazing wedding venue!

We had our wedding at the North Ritz Club and they were amazing, everyone we worked with was great and they were so helpful with everything and so accomadating. The room was perfect the food was out of this world. Our Matre Dee was great and my Bridal Attendant was awesome she was by my side whenever I needed her and she did an amazing job. We have nothing bad to say about them, everything was perfect and made our special day even more special. I would recommed them to everyone.

I don't even know where to begin! Everyone at the North Ritz Club was PHENOMENAL-from the time we booked until the end of our wedding night, we felt like one of the family at the NRC. We booked everything with Nadine, who was so helpful and available any time we had a question (which was often, as we got closer to the wedding!!). When I panicked about seating, they invited us to come in and look at the reception room again, they even showed us how they would organize the tables so I could visualize it. And, when Nadine heard my now-husband say he was nervous about our first dance, she insisted we go into the empty ballroom and practice--so nice!!!!! George, our Maitre D' was also fantastic. The day of our wedding brought a tropical storm...not ideal for sure, but everyone did their best to make sure our guests were comfortable and well taken care of. A few guests arrived extra early (we had our ceremony at Church, not at the NRC) because of the shuttles we had and the bar and cocktail hour were opened immediately for them. When our families arrived, each had a table set up for them at cocktail hour so they didn't need to walk around and get food. The staff knew who the family members were and made sure to get them anything they needed. My bridal attendant was also excellent. She made sure I ate, helped bustle my dress, would show up out of no where with drink refills for us and did everything she could to make sure we had a great time. I would DEFINITELY recommend the NRC for a wedding or any other special event. Our guests are still raving about the food, delicious wedding cake, quality of drinks, and how smoothly the night went. Everyone was fed simultaneously which was also excellent and shows they had plenty of staff on hand to run a wedding of 170 guests. I love this place!!!!

Working with the staff at North Ritz Club was a breeze from start to finish. From our first visit to the venue to our wedding day, we could not be more happy with the services we were provided. Ann Marie is such a sweet lady and such a pleasure to work with during all the days leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, George took care of us the entire time. Not a thing slipped by him and I did not have to worry about anything. Everything was accounted for prior to the wedding and by the time it was wedding day, all I had to do was just show up and let everything fall into place. I absolutely would recommend the North Ritz Club to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

I had my reception here, and everything we wanted was catered to our needs.
Everyone commented on the extensive cocktail hour, and how delicious and how great of a presentation everything had. I had a few courses for dinner, and everyone loved that food too. The service from the bar tenders, servers, and attendants were phenomenal. The fact that you are the only event there, really makes a difference on your special day. The bridal suite upstairs was perfect. Everything they did, they really did the best.

AMAZING!!! I am still speechless with the service, food, the beautiful reception hall and the staff! They made my wedding day absolutely great- better than I could have ever imagined. Everything went absolutely perfect on my wedding day!!! I can't thank Gus (Maitre d) and Isabella (Bridal attendant) enough for all of their hard work they put in. The North Ritz Club is truly beautiful. There are so many photo opportunities that you do not need to stop anywhere after the church before you arrive there. The outdoor area has a gorgeous fountain and a wide array of pretty flowers. The cocktail hour space - both inside and outside - is so spacious that everyone can sit (a rarity for a wedding!). The dance floor is made of marble - which gives an elegant look to the reception room. The staff - from the owner to the bridal attendant - were very professional, courteous, and helpful. George, the maitre d', ensured that our entire wedding flowed smoothly without a hitch. The food was so delicious that our guests still can't stop raving about it. What truly surprised me, though, was the service I received from my bridal attendant, Isabelle. She was there for me, literally 24-7, for everything I could possibly need. (It was similar to having a personal assistant, but better.) Not only was she helpful, but she was warm, friendly, and supportive - exactly what I needed on my wedding day. I couldn't have chosen a better venue for my wedding, as the North Ritz Club provided everything I needed for a luxurious and unforgettable wedding.

We searched many venues and knew right away that this was our hall.
I had the most exquisite, delicious and most-raved-about wedding ever! The North Ritz Club has a very professional staff, top-notch chef, and gorgeous wedding. I had a winter wedding, and took pictures outside - they were breathtaking. They staff gave us all of the extra food - which my family LOVED. People traveled far and wide and were so pleased with our choice. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

North Ritz Club made my wedding absolutely AMAZING! They did a wonderful job making sure the night went as smooth as possible. The food is delicious! I am proud to say that I just had my daughter's wedding on 7/10/11 at North Ritz Club. This venue is beautiful. They only have one wedding at a time. It was large enough to accommodate our 225 guests. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. We all were treated like royalty. Everyone had a great time. North Ritz Club made our bride and groom's wedding day unforgettable.

We could not have been happier with our decision to have our wedding at NRC. Everything from the decor, to the service to the food was outstanding. We are still getting raves from our guests weeks later. I would reccomend definitely going for the vienese hour. It was a "wow factor". The staff at NRC was amazing, everything we wanted or needed we got and our guests gave rave reviews about thier waiters during our wedding.

I had my wedding reception at the North Ritz Club on a Saturday in June 2011, and I cannot say enough about this great venue. I was working as an expat in Australia and was not able to come back to the U.S. to search for a venue myself, so my parents actually found and booked the North Ritz Club before I had even seen it. Of course this could be nerve-wracking to a normal bride, but I must say, from my first conversation with Nadine on the phone, I was confident that the service and flexibility at the North Ritz Club would be great. I was right. Every single time we visited the venue in the months before our wedding, the staff was extremely cordial and accommodating. The venue's outdoor area, bridal suite and reception ballroom are gorgeous. One of the criteria I had told my parents to look for was a place that wasn't already heavily decorated with chandeliers, overly fancy chairs, etc. so that we would have somewhat of a "blank slate" in terms of our decor. This is no easy task when searching for a catering hall as opposed to a loft-type venue, but North Ritz was just right.

Our ceremony was at a church at 2pm, and since North Ritz had no event booked during the day on our wedding date at the time we printed our invitations, they kindly moved our cocktail hour to begin one hour earlier (6pm) to alleviate some of the gap. On the day of the wedding, our guests started arriving as early as 5:30pm, and George the Maitre'D opened cocktail hour then so that the guests could come inside and eat. I thought this was extremely considerate.

We originally guaranteed a certain number of guests at our reception for discounted rate, but realized through our RSVP process that we might not meet our original number. When we brought this to Nadine's attention, she helped us to work out a new contract with an updated number of guests and rate, which we still found to be reasonable for the area. This eased a lot of stress on our part, and is not something that most vendors would be willing to do.

We had custom stationery for our wedding and North Ritz worked with me so that I could add ribbons and seals with our wedding logo to the menus they printed. They arranged for a custom ice sculpture with our logo on it, even though they typically only include one of two pre-molded ice sculpture designs in their packages. We created a signature cocktail, and the bartenders happily served it to our guests all night. My family is of Indian descent, and the North Ritz Club created an Indian food station at cocktail hour for us. My guests raved about how delicious it was. Speaking of delicious - dinner was fantastic as well, and having been to over 50 events at catering halls in Long Island (huge family!), I must say it was well beyond my expectations. Our cake turned out exactly as I had requested, and was extremely moist and flavorful.

Monica was my bridal attendant, and she was by my side for the entire night, but still gave my husband and I space. I felt like I never had to lift a finger. She bustled my dress with ease, and trust me, it was no easy dress to bustle - eight hooks going through at least 14 layers of tulle! At one point, George, our Maitre'D showed my dad how he was monitoring activity in the reception ballroom on a camera panel. My dad said it was fascinating, and that the potential for any crisis was averted by George's careful eye! The service was phenomenal, with waiters dedicated to each table - no one's water glass was empty at any point.

I consider myself to be quite a tough critic, but I have not a single complaint about the North Ritz Club. I highly encourage future Long Island brides to check it out! You will not be disappointed.

On our journey to find the perfect catering hall to have our wedding, the North Ritz Club was the first out of the 27 we visited! No other hall in NYC compares. We visited halls in Queens, Westchester, Manhattan, Bronx - we were all over and not one can compete with the level of professionalism, price, and attentiveness that The North Ritz has. Maryanne, Nadine, George, and the rest of the amazing staff made my husband and I feel like the king and queen of the day. Everything ran smoothly, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! and everything looked perfect. We refer the NRC to everyone we know!

From the moment we walked into the North Ritz Club we thought it was a beautiful and very warm and friendly environment. However, it was the first reception venue that we saw. We did have a feeling we would end up booking with them in the end, but we thought that we should check out other places just to be 100% sure. Well obviously we went back and could not be more happier with our choice. Throughout the process I worked with Nadine as our Banquet Manager and she was amazing. She spent a lot of time answering our questions and sat down with us many times to go over things. She was very accommodating and truly seems like a genuinely nice person. What was also great about her is she actually never rushed you off the phone or out of her office and when I was done with my questions she would still sit there and make conversation with me. She made the experience very nice for me. The day of the wedding we had George as our Maitre D and Isabella as our bridal attendant and they were very on point. George was constantly making sure everything was going smoothly; an excellent Maitre D. Isabella was a fabulous bridal attendant. She was constantly giving me drinks, putting napkins on me so I would not spill anything; she was completely there for me. She made me feel so pampered and she was just a lovely lady. The venue is great. They only have one wedding at a time so you feel special on your wedding day and they give you complete attention. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful and the grounds are as well. The food was delicious. Everything ran smoothly. The service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to anyone to get married at this place, because you will have nothing to worry about on your wedding day; it will go perfectly because these are truly attentive professionals. This is the only reception venue that I could not find one bad review on when I was searching and we are so happy we signed with the North Ritz Club because they made our wedding day unforgettable.

Nadine, George, and team were exceptionally helpful, and so easy to work with. They endured many visits from my family, vendors and I, before the wedding, and were always all smiles. I can not even tell you what a pleasure it was during the wedding stress, to have a reception hall that was so easy to work with. They really strove to make us and our guests happy. We originally booked with Ida and worked with her a few times, but we were sad to learn she had left prior to our wedding. There is no tasting prior to booking, but trust me, it will NOT disappoint!
I don't know what i can say that hasn't been said, but NRC did a fabulous job with every single detail! George and Monica were wonderfully attentive all night long and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone is still talking about our wedding, and not to brag, but we are too! I don't know if you can find a venue with better food or service!
We were disappointed to find when we got our pictures back from our photographer that tip jars had been put out on the bar after we pre-tipped everyone at the facility and didn't want our guests to drop a dime. But you live, you learn, and i hope that that tidbit can help someone in the future!
Also, i wanted to add that the table service was phenomenal! We've been to weddings at venues that promised us table service during our initial meeting, and the service was horrid.
The cake is made next door at the diner and it was wonderful! I'm not a fan of fondant anyway so simple buttercream decorated by our florist worked perfectly. Don't worry that there is no tasting!
Overall, i would highly recommend NRC to anyone that asked!

When looking for the location for our wedding ceremony & reception, one of our highest priorities was finding a place that only had 1 wedding at a time. We also liked that they had separate spaces for all the events of our day (ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). One of the first things that we agreed upon about our vision for the wedding was that we didn't want a "wedding factory," we didn't want our guests being asked "which wedding are you here for?" We wanted it to be all about US. And it was!!!

Throughout our engagement, we stopped by to make all our payments in person, or just to get inspiration as we planned our big day. All of their staff is warm, friendly, and makes it a point to remember their couples. We always felt welcomed, like we were walking into our "home." There were a few times that we took a few minutes to sit down at the sweetheart table, look around the room and imagine how it would look on our wedding day. It was a great feeling, and definitely helped us envision things.

After we booked, they did some major renovations they redid the ceiling in the cocktail hour room and created gorgeous stations for the cocktail hour food. It was a huge improvement, and my husband was especially impressed by it.

They day of the wedding, NRC absolutely lived up to every word of their outstanding reputation. The service was top-notch, with plenty of staff on hand to direct guests to where they needed to be and more than enough staff to tend to the guests at the cocktail hour and reception. The food was superb and overflowing. Even our "foodie" guests who usually don't eat much at weddings were impressed. They were totally outstanding, and they really out did themselves. We could not have asked for more. Some out of town guests thought the cocktail hour was the meal, they were shocked when they were directed into the ballroom for the first course!

We had added on the "Dessert Café" which is their version of a Viennese Hour. Instead of adding on an extra hour to the reception, they turn the cocktail hour room into dessert heaven! My father was particularly impressed by this, as he pointed out it means they are cleaning the same room twice (and have to do it once during the reception).

George was our Matire'd, and Monica was our Bridal Attendant. They were both completely on top of everything all night long (like our own personal Secret Service Agent and Butler, all wrapped up into one), and Monica was like our best friend. She was a genius helping my mom with my ribbon bustle, getting it done quickly and perfectly it stayed up all night long!

The only real negative we found was with the ceremony room downstairs the aisle space really wasn't wide enough for 3 people to walk down side-by-side and we both were walked down the aisle by our Mom & Dad. It was really awkward for both of us, and the pictures of us walking down the aisle show it. My Father in Law had to walk behind my husband & his Mom, and my Mom ended up accidentally stepping on the side of my dress causing it to not move forward as I walked so I ended up stepping on the front of it and almost falling. I don't think we mentioned to them that we'd have 3 people walking down the aisle. So make sure you ask them to make the aisle wide enough for 3 people!!

The whole experience was fantastic. Our banquet manager was accomodating and always returned calls in a timely manner. Her guidance was invaluable. Even the day before the wedding, the owner was super accomodating to this freaking-out bride-to-be! Our maitre'd was so on his game the day of our wedding. Not a single thing went wrong. We were repeatedly told by our guests how wonderful the food and service was the day of our wedding...and we had a tough crowd! I would highly, highly recommend them.

NRC was a great catering hall. I went to a friend's wedding there a year after mine and I was so pleased with everything again. The food was great, the service was impeccable, and the hall itself is beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints!

What an exceptional job done by the staff at the north ritz club... they made all our guests feel like royalty... and every detail was perfect! From our one of a kind menu... to helping us re-arrange our seating to our specifications! I applaud u as fine caters... you definitely know what you are all doing! :)

We visited this place on a friends recommendation who said all they could remember was how delicious the food was. Upon walking in for our initial visit, I knew this was going to be where I would get married.

This venue does one wedding at a time which on the day of, I'm so glad I chose to go this route. These types of venues aren't more expensive than the ones that have 3-4 at a time. I loved knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about having the wrong guests at my wedding or the parking lot

AMAZING! From booking to day of, nothing to complain about. They gave us so much advice and suggestions to help plan my wedding and George our maitre de helped us to select the best menu. He has so much knowledge and expertise and isn't pushy with his opinions. Nadine was extremely helpful on the phone and answered all my 'silly' questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The Tuesday before we dropped everything off and paid the last payment and everyone was so sweet. The day of the wedding we arrived in the limo and all of the staff came out to congratulate us! That day I met Stephanie my bridal attendant and she was spectacular! My bustle ripped out from dancing twice and she actually sewed it up quickly so I could keep dancing! My fiancé and I always had a drink in my hand and all my guests were completely satisfied. The food was amazing and they even sent us home with one of each entree, and a few pieces of steak! There is not enough room to continue to rave about how amazing the North Ritz was! Don't let the size of the cocktail hour room deceive you, we all fit! I invited 350 and they assured us we would fit, I ended up with 275, and it was absolutely perfect!

The North Ritz Club did a great job of making our wedding special and unique. The staff was attentive and fantastic and the service was impeccable. Although we were so caught up in the night that we didn't get a chance to eat, we heard the food was fantastic and we were given boxes of food to take home with us as well. We would highly recommend them for a beautiful affair.

Everything for my wedding went perfectly at the north ritz club. I had my ceremony and reception there and it could not have gone more smoothly. My bridal attendant was awesome, she was by my side anytime I needed anything. I had sauce spilled on my dress before the ceremony and she was there with cleaning wipes and got it all out no problem. Overall everything was perfect and I honestly couldn't say anything I would have changed.

The venue is beautiful and modern and the gardens were very nice for the ceremony. Everyone raved about the food which was plentiful, fresh and delicious. They met all of our requests and kept the day running incredibly smoothly. We were very satisfied with this as both a ceremony and reception venue!

My wedding was two weeks ago and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. Everyone is saying how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Nadine has been an absolute doll to work with, she answers all your questions and makes you feel completely at ease about everything. George our Maitre D' was fabulous, when I first saw my cake it was pretty blah, nothing exciting but I didn't say anything didn't want to stress over something I couldn't change, by the time we were announced into the room they had re-done my cake and it was gorgeous I was blown away that they did it so smoothly that you never would have quessed there was anything wrong with the cake. My Bridal attendant was fabulous helped me with my dress, flowers anything you wanted she was right there, your shadow for the night but not in your way. We had a small misshap were a guest had fallen and broken her wristh. The NRC team was there and in seconds had her taken care of and I never knew anything had happened, everything ran smoothly. I really can't say enough wonderful things about NRC, they really do cater to your every need and make sure you are happy every step of the way. I hope someone I know has a wedding there so I can enjoy it as a my guests did, raving about everything. Thanks again to the whole team for making my day as special as it could be.

We just had our wedding at the North Ritz Club and it was amazing from beginning to end. We are still getting feedback from our friends saying it was by far the best food and service they have ever seen! George our matre D was wonderful and Isabella was the best bridal attendant I could ask for. The venue was in great condition and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather. We got married outside and they set it up perfectly, it flowed so nicely into the cocktail hr which had more food than you can imagine. George worked with us to customize our menu and even added some fun stations based on some of our fav foods, as well as a "to go" station which we wanted to do with mini sliders and fries. This was a huge hit and ppl love the customized chinese to go containers we got for them. The reception was great, as was the service!!! They brought us a tray of all the food so we could try it and made sure we never had an empty glass. They even wrapped up several meals and dessert trays to bring home. The size of the room was perfect for the 235 guests we had and the dance floor was jam packed the whole night, but never too crowded which was nice. My ONLY complaint and it's a small one was the women we worked with leading up to the wedding, AnnMarie. She was very sweet to deal with it, but was hit or miss in her responses to me via e-mail. I would ask her several questions and get answers for only a few and this was unfortunately a consistent occurrence. I think they have too many people sharing the same e-mail account and I wish EACH staff person had their own to ensure the right people were getting the right questions and answering them thoroughly. When you are spending this much $$$ you want your basic questions to be answered. Other then that, we had an amazing time and I would HIGHLY recommend the North Ritz. If you like amazing food, wonderful service, beautiful venue, 1 wedding only venue and not a typical gawdy italian style catering hall that accommodate a larger group, THIS is for you!!!
