  We chose to go with food that we knew would be the bomb.com! And boy did Nordy's deliver (literally and figuratively). Nordy's was our first official vendor after we knew our location of the wedding and picked out a date! They were AWESOME to work with, especially Jaimie! We got under contract immediately and they were great about taking payments from us over the course of a year! The food the day of was more than amazing! More guests have complimented us on our food versus anything else! It also was so much cheaper compared to a fancy plate! I'd pick Nordy's any day! We even have family using them for our next family gathering. Nordy's even provides staff to serve and clean up plates! We are more than impressed with their service, value, quality and responsiveness. I couldn't ask for a better vendor!

  Jamie at Nordy's did an AMAZING job at our wedding. The buffet line moved quickly, and everyone loved the food! Our wedding photographer (who has attended nearly 200 weddings) said it was possibly the best wedding dinner she had ever had. We would highly reccomend!

  Jaimie at Nordy's was amazing to work with for our wedding! Even with a last minute decision to ass on appetizers, there was no frustration on her end! I always got off the phone smiling as talking with her to help make the decisions for our wedding was painless. Thank you Nordy's for providing great food as well as service!

  Jaimie was awesome to work with during the planning process! She was quick to respond to questions and I was impressed by her professionalism and event planning/catering knowledge! The food was AMAZING!! Plates were full and our guests raved! The staff was very friendly and their appearance was professional! They made serving nearly 300 people smooth and seamless!

  We had a huge rehearsal dinner and they were able to fit all of us in the back room. It took then awhile to get more food out when we ran out, but they worked as fast as they could with our large families. They were very quick with drinks and cleaning up, and our family loved the food.
