HIRE NICOLE! It'll be the best decision you make

WOW! I do not have enough good things to say about Nicole and her team at Nicole Squared Events! From the very first phone call to even the day AFTER our wedding she was nothing short of amazing. Very communicative and VERY good at what she does. She thought of all the things that I didn't even consider. She made sure our wedding went off perfectly and smoothly. From coordinating all of the vendors, creating a detailed day of timeline and schedule, to set up and take down. It's a lot of work and she makes it look so easy. If there were any issues, I sure didn't know about them! It was honestly even better than what I was expecting and Nicole and her team went above and beyond to make us feel special. I would recommend Nicole with 150% confidence that she will impress you.

Just Wow!!!

Wow, hats of to these ladies for bringing my big day to life. I had ZERO worries as a bride on the month/day of because I knew I was in good hands. True amazing work and so friendly, professional, and talented. Not to mention, we’ve been speaking with them for two years as our wedding got postponed due to the pandemic. Must Have!!

I wasn’t sure if I needed to spend the money on a planner since I am such a planner myself, but Nicole was SO worth it. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire day worry free. My husband and I still cannot believe how not a single thing went wrong, and we didn’t have any worries on the day because Nicole had it handled. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic!

From my viewpoint as the mother of the bride, I would say that hiring Nicole Squared Events was one of the best decisions we made when my daughter started planning her wedding. Since my daughter lives in Seattle, having Nicole available to handle the details of her wedding in Orlando eliminated much of the stress that comes with planning. She responded to questions quickly and had answers to questions regarding the smallest of details. She provided us with the names of fantastic vendors that help make my daughter’s wedding day perfect! On the day of the wedding, Nicole and Ashley took care of everything so we could enjoy the wedding with no worries. By the end of the night Nicole had personal things we had brought for the reception organized and ready to go. Thank you, Nicole! It was beautiful!

What can I say...

Nicole provided outstanding service and support. When little things popped up at the event (and they will) all I did was say something to Nicole and it was handled quickly and quietly. She was a joy to work with and without her I believe there would have been headaches and heartaches during the days leading up to the wedding and during the event. Best money we spent....

Absoulutely Necessary

We regretted not bringing in Nicole until halfway through the planning. Hire Nicole Squared because she has wonderful ideas, knows how to save you money and make sure that what you want will happen. We were struggling with the wedding programs and seating chart, Nicole took over and did a wonderful job. She made sure the vendor team did what was needed and answered questions we did not know to ask. Sonya was great. She was there for the rehearsal on our wedding day and kept everyone in line.

Our big day

I can’t even begin to say enough great things about Nicole and Nicole Squared. From the moment I spoke with Nicole I knew she was the one I needed to ensure our big was flawless. We had the normal hiccups with a wedding but Nicole kept it under wraps and it was seamless to me.. Nicole was so amazing with everything and was beyond amazing with my ceremony decor, she delivered my exact vision! Our wedding was everything it was bc of Nicole! My Daughter’s Wedding

I didn’t even know what a “Day Of” coordinator was while planning my daughter’s wedding until my cake artist suggested one. It was the best money spent on the entire function! Nicole P. was a pleasure to deal with and took the pressure off of me the last 30 days and ESPECIALLY the day of the event! She took over the day of and kept the schedule in track so that I could thoroughly enjoy the entire day. You can hire her without any reservations!

Goes above and beyond!! She's awesome!!

Nicole Pepper is amazing! She is super quick to respond, anytime! She knows a lot of vendors and offers great suggestions to achieve theme you have envisioned for the wedding. I have no idea how we would've gotten through our wedding day without her! She was all over the place, handling vendors, guests, making sure we were okay. She went above and beyond. Early in the morning she was there when we were getting ready working with photographers, makeup artists etc.; at the church she was there, then at the venue she made sure everything was in perfect order when we got there up until the very end. She made sure we had something to eat, helped with my dress (a lot! lol) and every little detail was taken care of on the spot. I was able to enjoy the day without worries of "was this vendor paid?", "do they know where this is going to be set up?", "will it be there on time?", etc. To this day we don't even know about anything going wrong (which being a wedding, some issues must've happened) but if something did happen she took care of it. I would definitely recommend her!!

HIRE THEM! We worked with Danielle and she made everything so easy. We didn't worry about anything on our wedding day because we trusted her. Our day went flawlessly thanks to Nicole Squared Events! We purchased the month of package but Danielle was only a phone call or email away during the whole wedding planning process. Full service wedding planning

Nicole is the absolute best. I tend to be a bit of a pessimistic but Nicole kept me in line! She answered my emails and text all hours of the day and night and truly made our special day! Not one moment of stress passed through me the day of thanks to Nicole. Every detail was handled and beautiful. I would recommend Nicole Squared Events to anyone planning a special event and can’t wait until my anniversary so we can hopefully do it all over again :)

Nicole is an ANGEL! Getting a wedding planning was the best decision we could have made. There are so many things to do and details to attend to that an extra hand in help in worth the extra cost. Nicole was extremely professional and good at what she does. She was phenomenal with communication and traveled all the way to Minnesota to help make our big day that much more perfect. I have insisted that all of my friends hire a wedding coordinator and if so Nicole. She and her husband Brian really helped make our dream wedding a reality. We are forever grateful.

If you're in search of a wedding coordinator, look no further. Nicole P. was our planner and she was PERFECT. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. She was always quick to answer any questions I had. She was always kind and never made me feel like a question was silly or dumb. Many of our vendors were recommended by her and they were amazing, so any suggestion she gives you, trust it- she knows what she's talking about! She also provided us with all of our decor and created vinyl stickers for different signs we had made, she is truly a one stop shop which was incredibly helpful. I honestly did not worry about anything the day of the wedding because of her and her assistant. They literally took care of everything! When the day finally came and I looked around, I couldn't believe everything we had talked about had come to life so perfectly,because of her. I don't know what I would have done without her. She helped make our day so perfect, she made sure we had the best time ever and it showed in every detail. I am happy to say I would consider Nicole a friend, she is kind, professional, organized, and amazing at what she does. Thank you Nicole & Team!

The best choice I could have possibly made during the entire wedding planning process was going with Nicole! To say she is amazing is a total understatement!! I am very Type A and super organized and was originally very hesitant about “handing over” the reigns for my wedding but Nicole was able to seamlessly work with me and all of my other vendors on creating literally the picture perfect wedding. From the first meeting to the days after the wedding she consistently made sure that everything was in order not only with planning but just with life in general. Having her at the ceremony & reception kept everything running smoothly and 100% crisis free. If there was any way to give more than 5 stars, I totally would because she is just THAT wonderful! Not only is she an amazing planner but she’s an amazing person as well. She is incredibly easy to work with and has the most calming demeanor. Do yourself a favor and contact her immediately because she is the best there is!!!!

I met Nicole Pepper at a wedding expo and knew immediately that I needed her to coordinate my wedding! From start to finish she exceeded my expectations. She was so organized, available, caring, experienced, and affordable. As a bride you make so many decisions that sometimes you have no idea what you're doing. Every question I came to her with, she had an answer and I always felt better after talking to her. You may think to yourself, “Do I really need to spend money on a wedding coordinator?” and the answer is yes. Looking back it turned out to be one of best decisions we could have made for our wedding! My husband and I still talk about how she took care of everything, no problem was too much for her to handle… and some she probably took care of without us knowing! My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our choice in a day-of-coordinator with Nicole Squared Events. We hired Nicole Arlotta Pepper after a friend referred her to us to help us with our special day and she went above and beyond exceeding our expectations! First off when we first met her she made us feel like we were talking to a good friend instead of just another wedding vendor, which made us feel so confident in her that we signed the contract that day! We could already tell how much her job meant to her and how important it was that our day would be beautiful and perfect! One of the best parts of hiring Nicole was that she always answered our emails (no matter how big or small) within an hour of us sending them. She was the only vendor of ours that was like this, which for an eager bride meant everything as she was able to calm us down instantly and help when needed! Needless to say, our wedding was absolutely perfect and we wouldn’t have been able to do it all if it wasn’t for Nicole. Look no further for the best planner/day-of-coordinator you can find!

The best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Nicole Pepper ( Arlotta). Planning a wedding is overwhelming to say the very least! However, with Nicole it was a breeze! She has so many connections in the bridal industry and she will never steer you in the wrong direction. She can literally answer any question you have! I told Nicole my vision for my wedding, when I went to her I had no idea exactly where my husband and I wanted to get married. She helped me find the perfect venue, caterer, florist ,photographer and the list goes on and on. She is SO organized also! She came to all of my wedding dress alteration appointments with me as well, which was amazing because she was sooooo helpful! She seriously becomes a friend throughout this entire process. She makes sure you are getting exactly what you want for your big day. She is super quick to respond to you with any questions you have as well. The day of the wedding I can say enough good things about her! She made me feel so calm! She made sure everything was going perfectly and made sure my husband and I were having fun. When my husband, my mother and I went into the reception area for our private viewing I was stunned! Everything we had envisioned came to life, even better than we could have imagined it! I was a bride who wanted to do most of the decision making and have someone make it happen. Nicole Arlotta-Pepper did just that and more. She hand made a monogram seating chart and selected a mirror to put it on for me, she recommended high quality vendors, she made sure I was comfortable on my wedding day, she made sure the vendors were doing what they were supposed to and not coming to me for questions. Hiring Nicole Arlotta-Pepper was the best decision of all our wedding decisions! I just got married this January 2017 and she was my life saver. She is so incredibly organized and on top of everything. You can tell that she has a LOT of experience because she didn't miss a beat! When our limo did not show, she was immediately on the phone and made it happen. When I forgot my garter, she was on it! Nicole and Bri were absolutely amazing to say the least!! From the very start of wedding planning, Nicole was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had for any decision making! Even if it was just some advice!! She recommended vendors and other ideas too. We met up at our wedding venue a couple weeks before and finalized last minute details and she was so organized! She knew questions to ask the venue I never would have thought of. The day of our wedding she was beyond on top of her game and I did not need to worry about a thing. I really can’t say enough positive things about Nicole and her team. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Nicole provided excellent customer service and was always helpful, prompt, and patient. The day of the wedding went extremely smooth and without any complications. She transformed our reception space into a beautiful area that truly exceeded my expectations. Nicole continued to guide the flow of the evening seamlessly and answer any questions I had throughout the night. She was fun, calm, and wonderful to work with. Her service continued up until the very end of the night where she ensured that I left with a diet coke in hand despite the fact that I continued to misplace my soda and that the bar had already been packed up. I hired Nicole A. as my day of coordinator and it was the best decision! I have been to weddings before that did not have a day of coordinator and I felt there was a general feeling of confusion throughout the night from the guests. I had a venue coordinator that my wedding venue provided but I knew I needed someone to do a little more on the actual wedding day and that's when I started looking for a day of coordinator. Even though I didn't use Nicole during my entire wedding planning process, that didn't matter- it felt like she had helped throughout the entire planning process. We started talking details about a month before the wedding and she was promptly available to answer any questions I had through text or email. She understood my vision perfectly and my wedding day went so unbelievably smooth! I had MULTIPLE people come up to me both during the night and afterwards telling me that they hadn't been to a wedding that ran that smoothly before. My wedding day was flawless, Nicole was flawless, and I couldn't imagine having anyone else help coordinate my wedding day!

Let me just say that words cannot describe how above and beyond Nicole G. at Nicole Squared went for me before, during, and after my wedding. She was absolutely amazing and she was there for me anytime I needed her even if she had to text me to tell me she'd call me back in ten minutes she'd ask if everything was ok, if I needed anything, etc. She became like a friend to me. I honestly could not have asked for a better support system. She was running around like crazy for me on my wedding day she was always right there for anything I needed. I shopped around a little before I found her since I originally didn't plan on using a planner and let me just tell you I am so glad I did and I would recommend having a planner and I would recommend Nicole if you want to be safe and confident that they will be there and someone you can count on. My vendors loved her and she copied me on all their emails. I did not get one complaint from or about her. She was extremely professional, attentive, polite, on time and even then some. I feel I hit the jackpot when I found Nicole G. at Nicole Squared Events. I work for a non-profit planning events so it was very important for me to find someone I could rely on and trust to execute my hard work and vision to a T. My husband & I recently got married at Paradise Cove and we cannot say enough good things about this venue and staff! From the Spanish moss hanging from the trees to the tiki-bar market lights and beach atmosphere, this venue had everything we were looking for and more. Nicole Arlotta from Nicole Squared Events helped coordinate our big day down to the very last detail. Kristy Alonzo’s team of hair/makeup artist helped make me and my special ladies look and feel beautiful from head to toe. There was not a dry eye after Lon Tosi from Sensational Ceremonies officiated our ceremony along the gorgeous lakefront and our guest LOVED my husband’s boat entrance! The reception area & cypress trees were beautifully lit with soft up lighting from Soundwave Entertainment, and their DJs Les & Vinny kept the party going all night long with the club mixing vibes. The food from Cocktails Catering was beyond delicious and multiple guests said “it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.” We were very happy with our decision to have Mike Briggs provide his professional & artistic photography. Our images turned out beautiful. Lee Forest and his team absolutely out did themselves with my bouquet & floral arrangements…they were breath taking!! Schyler Osborne from Perfect Sky Productions graciously provided videography services, and we must say, he truly is a master at capturing the special moments and excitement of our wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of vendors to make the wedding of our dreams come true!

Nicole and Stephanie are incredible! Even though we only did the month-of serviced, they both stayed in touch with me the whole year before, offering their assistance and advice. At the one month mark I handed over everything I had planned to them and Nicole helped me fill in some of the gaps. (She booked our transportation and photobooth within the week for great prices!) They did SO much the day-of... set up signage, all the table decorations and place cards, chair covers, programs, cocktail hour decorations, managed the procession, the list goes on and on... the wedding wouldn't have been possible without them. When I got out of the limo that afternoon and saw them I felt an instant relief that everything was in good hands and all I had to do was enjoy myself. I was SO glad they were there the day of the wedding so I could just soak in the whole day instead of worrying about all the details. THANK YOU! My wife contacted Nicole Squared Events, as she had worked with Nicole G. for work catering events in the past. We hired them for day-off planning which included one month of basically tying all the details together. If you are in need of a planner, Nicole Squared is the way to go! I did most of the planning on my own, was very prepared in advance for the big day but as we were approaching I started to worry about the day of and who would be responsible for all of the little things. Nicole A was at my rescue. She created a timeline, contacted all of the vendors for us, and kept everyone on schedule. She thought of the things I had missed and gave me her opinion if she thought we could improve something to make it better. After our rehearsal (which she coordinated wonderfully) she collected all of the items for the reception so we wouldn’t have to worry about it the following day. On the day of Nicole A had everything running smoothly, she walked me through everything that would be going on, kept me in the loop on the things I should be worried about and if anything went wrong, she handled it and I never knew which was awesome! I had made a joke prior to the wedding ceremony that I might need a drink afterward and wouldn’t you know it there she was with a drink for myself and my groom. At the end of the night when our Best Man had too much to drink, she made sure he was drinking water and that he was ok to drive. She really did take care of us and so much fun to work with, so happy with the decision to work with her!

From the beginning Nicole A. was amazing. Anytime I would send her an email/text she would reply right away and answer any questions I had. After several months of wedding planning I realized I was going to need a wedding planner. I was worried I'd forget some tiny detail. So I started the search. I interviewed probably around 10 wedding planners in Orlando, but when I met Nicole Gerardi, I knew I had found the one! She completely got my vision and made me feel like I was spending thousands and thousands on her. They customized a package to fit into my budget and I was ecstatic we could afford everything we wanted. Nicole and I started planning the wedding about 15 months out and she was there for me every step of the way. As it got closer, I found myself texting her at 11pm and again at 7am and she ALWAYS responded within five minutes. My now husband also began to rely on her advice and she was our go to person. She also stayed on top of all our vendors and made sure everyone confirmed everything. I am a slightly controlling person and she worked so hard to make sure I didn’t have to stress about anything. Most importantly, she did this all with a great attitude and I also felt she was so courteous and sweet. Your wedding planner is a reflection of you and I was so happy she treated others the same way I would treat them.
Wedding day, I had a ton of tiny details and Nicole handled them all. If anything went wrong, I wouldn’t know it. At one point someone said in front of me “Your not allowed to do that” and Nicole didn’t blink an eye. I’m still not sure how she did pull that off… but she did. Throughout the evening she was by my side and getting anything I needed. She even held my dress up while I peed :). We had a ton of details to set up and she has to have superpowers that I don't know about because she got it all and looked so calm and collected while doing it.
I cannot say enough good things about Nicole Squared. I am so incredibly thankful I found them and they were able to help me pull off my dream wedding. Nicole is now not only to me the best wedding planner ever but a friend.

A little over a month before our wedding, we had the unfortunate task of firing our first Wedding Planner. I felt incredibly lost and angry. From the very beginning I was blown away by Nicole's adorable personality and professionalism. She is just so kind and really cares about making your wedding absolutely perfect. You can tell she loves what she does!

Nicole helped me find wedding vendors, worked on my day-of timeline, handled my wedding set-up, and more. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and constantly checked in with me to see if I needed anything throughout the planning process.

On the day of the wedding Nicole and another planner from Nicole Squared, Stephanie, were going around making sure everything was perfect. Nicole and Stephanie made me feel so comfortable and I knew they had everything completely under control. After the wedding many of my guests and bridal party made comments about how sweet and professional they both were. I had a wedding dress malfunction during my reception and Nicole and Stephanie were immediately able to fix it for me. I don't know what I would have done if they weren't there!

There is no doubt in my mind that my wedding would not have gone as perfectly as it did if I didn't choose Nicole Squared Events. I tell everyone how great they are all the time, and will constinue to do so! You will be so happy you hired Nicole Squared for your wedding!

Nicole Squared was AWSOME ... As a groom I thought we could handle it all ourselves, well..... Im so happy that we used Nicole Squared for a lot of reasons. The flow of the wedding was perfect and not one time did we not know what was going on, if I asked a question about the DJ, Florist, what time we are doing what they always had an answer. They both were so nice to my daughter and made it fun for her as well. I truly could not have asked for better wedding planers than Nicole Squared. And from the Groom money well spent to not have the Bride worry on her night..

Nicole was truly amazing, I don't know how we would have pulled this wedding together without her! I purchased a package deal with her and Bryan Pepper Photography and we got month of wedding planning for a steal. Even though it was only a month of package Nicole has been there for me all year helping with the little details and getting my wedding on track to go off without a hitch. She helped my mom plan a surprise Ice bar and lounge for me and my husband and surprising me is one of the hardest things to do. She made my wedding day perfect, it went off flawlessly, and if there were any flaws I had no idea about them because she handled everything. If I could do it all over again I would hire her in a heart beat. Thank you so much for making my special day so perfect!

Nicole was fantastic! I got the Kiss package and it was worth every penny. She helped keep things calm and on track. It was great that we could just talk things out and sometimes she needed to be a shoulder to lean on in times of stress and irritating vendors. Everything went great. I was in Ocala and she was in Orlando but that didn't seem to matter. I actually didn't meet her in person until rehearsal but since we emailed, texted, and chatted on the phone it was like I already met her and we just picked up where we left off.

Nicole Squared was what made my wedding day the perfect day! I knew from our first meeting with Nicole Squared that they were what I needed to have a smooth running wedding. I hired them to coordinate the month of the wedding. At our final meeting I was worried about the smallest things and they calmed me down and said that they had it taken care of and they did. Nicole came to our rehearsal the day before and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be which was great because a lot of people in our wedding have never been in a wedding and were clueless. The day of the wedding Nicole, Nicole, and Stephanie made me feel so calm! I wasn't worried about anything even when I found out one of the groomsmen forgot his pants! I believe it was Stephanie that rushed to get them in Friday 5'oclock traffic and we only started 10 mins late!! The 3 girls worked hard the entire night trying to keep my bustle on my dress up which was very tedious task! At the end of the night Nicole Squared had everything pack up in my parents car and made sure we (bride and groom) had food to take back to the hotel. I would highly recommend Nicole Squared Events they are great ladies with great personalities and the most important part is they will make your wedding day PERFECT!!!!

Hiring Nicole Squared was the best planning decision we made!!! They are amazing and worth every single penny, plus some! My husband and I were looking for day of coordinator services and are soooooo grateful we found Nicole Squared... We chose a package that covered the whole wedding day including setup, cleanup at the end, and communication with all our vendors the final month leading up to our wedding day. However, they were a HUGE help throughout our ENTIRE planning process--these fabulous ladies always responded to emails promptly, offered valuable insight, helped us stay on budget, and recommended the best vendors, and more! They literally did not disappoint us once and far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was stress-free and flowed perfectly. We seriously don't know what we would have done without Nicole Squared! They are so good at what they do, very professional, friendly, and super easy to get along with. We (and our entire wedding party) felt very secure in their capable hands. My hubby and I can't thank them enough!!!

We used Nicole Squared as our day of coordinators. They did a great job and we did not have to think of one thing during the rehearsal or the wedding and could just enjoy our day. They took care of it all.

We could not be happier that we chose Nicole and Nicole to do our rehearsal and day of coverage. They really made our day stress free and were on top of everything. We had a lot of decorations that I had made and they put it all together so quickly and the room looked stunning! It was nice having two people there to take care of all of the miscellaneous things. They really helped us to have to wedding of our dreams and I will continue to recommend them to all future brides!

I can’t even explain all of the wonderful details about these girls in the space provided here. They are too amazing! Like most brides, I thought I could pull off my wedding on a budget without any help I thought spending money on a wedding planner would be a waste. I was SO wrong and hiring Nicole Squared Events was the smartest thing I did! Months into planning an out of town wedding, I was unorganized and well over budget. A friend suggested Nicole Squared and I started doing research. Hesitant, I made the call to inquire about their services and that very first phone call I was sold. In the first month they were able to pull all of my ideas together and cut costs to make my dreams come true without breaking the bank. The hardest part was that I wasn’t in Orlando so they helped by having many emails, phone calls and even skype meetings to get everything together. They were always available when I needed them and kept me on the right track. They found the very best photographers and videographers and dj, everything I needed and stayed well within my budget. The best part was the moment I walked into my reception and saw what they had done I was in tears. Nicole Squared did such a fantastic job at putting all the details of my wedding together that it was better than anything I could have imagined. At the end of the day I was so relieved that planning my wedding was stress free and fun like it should be and I made two more wonderful friends that I will always remember for making our special day magical. It was definitely not a mistake hiring Nicole Squared Events!

Nicole Squared was such a pleasure to work with!
Both of the ladies, Nicole & Nicole, are so personable, sweet and reliable. They are always available and easy to get ahold of which is very important, especially on the day of your wedding.
I really appreciated being able to feel at ease with the small details of the wedding on the day of because I knew that Nicole & Nicole had everything under control. And they did!!
My wedding was so smooth and enjoyable! They followed through with everything, as I never doubted they would, and they really are a great team to work with!
I would recommend Nicole Squared to any bride. They are worth every cent and they are truly easy and fun to work with!!

Were do I begin. Words cant explain how I love these two girls. Nicole and Nicole you both are the best wedding planners. I could not have asked for anymore. Our wedding was so well organized even though we were running behind. It was very well put together. They both listened to me and defiantly exceeded my dreams and expectations. I recommend these two lady's with my eyes close. They were there every step of the way. You both did not skip a beat. I was the most relaxed bride. From getting me last minute items, placement cards, talking to all my vendors, joining us in appointments. I can go on and on.These two girls took care of every little thing. Thank you girls !!

The two Nicoles were on speed dial for me. They always answered my phone call and got things done in a timely manor!!! I loved working with them!! On the day of my wedding, their team of girls were on top of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything. When I got to the venue, I was blown away by all the work they have done! We are so glad we hired Nicole Squared Events for our wedding day! Although we hired them as a day-of coordinator, they helped from the day we met (a month before the big day) with ideas and communicating with all my vendors. They made sure everything was in place for our wedding day, and we didn't have to worry about a thing! They were organized, kept everything flowing smoothly, and took care of wrapping everything up at the end of the night. These girls are young, professional, and fun to work with. I can't imagine what I would've done without them!

Eric and I had a great experience with Nicole and her team. They worked so well together helping us put together our plans and visions for our wedding. Whenever there was a question needing answered, or a problem to be soloved Nicole Squared was right there for us. We cant thank you all enough.
