Nicole was the absolute best wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for. She was so involved, on top of everything, sent me reminders on what I needed to do, gave her recommendations/honest opinions when I needed them and made our wedding day go SO smoothly. She reached out to all of our vendors to ensure everything was scheduled appropriately for the big day. We had an out of town wedding and she offered to have any of our wedding decorations sent to her home to make it easier on us. One of our groomsmen had an issue with his suite being delivered to his home on time so she offered to have it delivered to her home and she brought it to the wedding rehearsal. Our wedding day went so perfectly and it was 100% because of Nicole. She was running around handling everything with the venue the day of and if there were any issues, I never heard about them! If you’re looking for someone dedicated, professional, friendly and knowledgeable then she is your girl! Highly highly recommended if you’re in need of a wedding coordinator. -

Nicole was amazing! She made everything so easy. I ended up having an unplanned and scary surgery right before my wedding. Without Nicole, I would not have been able to make my wedding work. She coordinated effortlessly with all my other vendors and made our wedding so special. I did not have to worry about anything during my wedding day, thanks to Nicole. Of the vendors I hired for our wedding, Nicole was by far my favorite. -

Where do I begin! Nicole was probably our best hire for our wedding (don't tell the DJ or photographer ok). My (new) husband and I's first call with Nicole immediately put us at ease. She knew exactly what to ask us and wanted to know every detail from us in order to create the timeline for our big day. It was so helpful and relieving to be able to collaborate with her. When she arrived at our rehearsal (yes, she does rehearsals) she took charge and directed everyone. She had great thoughts and advice about every step. She told the officiant to move during the kiss, reminded us that we should be holding hands the whole time, told the maid of honor her roles of holding bouquet, fluffing dress, fixing veil if needed etc etc. For the actual wedding, she kept our timeline on track, she huffed TONS of stuff from the bridal suite to the reception area and did all our set up. The wedding went so smoothly. She let us know quietly if there were any questions or issues that arose and knew when to just crowd manage if needed. She also knew when to come to us, the bride and groom on an extremely busy day, and when to handle things herself. We really can't thank her enough for her help on our big day and even beforehand. -

If there was one vendor that could have charged us double and I would have been 100% okay with it, it would be Nicole. From the first time we met her to the very last goodbye on the wedding night, she was the most incredible coordinator. She helped through every step, was incredibly organized, and thought of things my husband and I never would have. We had multiple wedding guests compliment us on her work and professionalism. Nicole, thank you SO much for the incredible work you did on and before our special day. It would not have been possible to have the day we did without you. -

We went with Nicole's "month-of coordination" and were so happy with our choice! Her vendor list was top-notch and each one she recommended did an amazing job. She even helped us secure discounts with some of our vendors, which was a huge bonus! Nicole was incredibly thoughtful and flexible in helping us build a timeline that truly fit our vision. She met with us multiple times before the wedding, always ready to adjust and refine the plan to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. Our rehearsal was smooth, fast, and stress-free, allowing our entire wedding party to feel confident for the big day. During the day of the wedding, she handled all the details and logistics perfectly (from set up to tear down). She even stayed until the very end to make sure nothing was left behind and everything was perfect. Nicole’s dedication, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference. We can’t recommend her highly enough! -

We were so lucky to have Nicole Issler as our month-of wedding coordinator. From the start, she was professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. On the day of our wedding, I had nothing to worry about - Nicole handled everything seamlessly, and our guests are still raving about her.
Nicole has a gift for moving things along smoothly without ever being imposing. She was wonderful with our guests, and especially kind and patient with our kids during both the rehearsal and ceremony. She kept everything on schedule while also being flexible to our needs.
When unexpected challenges popped up, like strong winds that scattered our guest cards all over the lawn or when the top layer of our cake fell off (!), Nicole stayed calm and collected, quickly fixing the issues without missing a beat. She worked beautifully with all of our vendors, and I never once had to step in. She managed it all behind the scenes with ease.
Nicole made it possible for me to be fully present and enjoy the day, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! -

Being lucky enough to have Nicole help us with our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, organized and helpful. She gave incredible recommendations for vendors while taking our personal preferences into account and made the communication with everyone a breeze. She kept us on task with figuring little details that we didn't even realize we would need plan for and really just made the overall planning experience as stress-free as I think is humanly possible. On the day of, everything was handled flawlessly. We didn't even have to think about what was going on the behind the scenes because she had it so dialed in. And the day was perfect. We didn't give ourselves much time to plan our wedding (5 months) and Nicole is the single reason we could 1) pull it off and 2) have it be such an incredible day. And she was just a ton of fun to work with too.
She is a dream wedding planner. Would so so so highly recommended. We cannot thank her enough -

Working with Nicole was a game changer for our wedding. We didn't want to overwhelm our friends and family with all of the day-of management and I am so glad we found Nicole as a recommendation through our venue, McMenamin's Kennedy School in Portland. We were very impressed by her previous experience as an event and wedding coordinator in L.A. and her expertise thruly shined through. She eliminated any worries I had and was supportive for me and my partner throughout the day. Nicole built out and managed our entire wedding day timeline, handled all vendor communications leading up to and on the day, and was attentive, prompt, and very professional. The secret to a smooth, enjoyable wedding? A wedding coordinator who knows what she's doing - and that was Nicole to a tee. She was incredibly helpful in the lead up (answering our questions, providing recommendations, and laying out realistic expectations), and was fantastic at walking us and the wedding party through the ceremony motions at the rehearsal practice. But ultimately, I honestly don't know how we could've done the Big Day without her. She kept us on our timeline, made sure my husband and I had food and beverages, was a great help to everyone in attendance, and was just overall phenomenal. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Nicole Issler helping them on their wedding day. -

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Nicole! Having been to a few weddings recently, I strongly recommend Nicole. We hired her as our day of coordinator through our venue, and it was by chance that we got to work together. She made our day so smooth and we had nothing to worry about. She even sewed my bridesmaids' dresses back together and helped the girls keep our cool. Our planning meetings were really productive and she was on top of everything and asked us about every little detail that we had no idea we needed to think about. Nicole is really organized, and you can rely on her and be able to focus on enjoying your wedding day with her supporting you. I trusted Nicole from the get go because she came highly recommended by a personal friend and she didn't disappoint! I didn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day and she ran the event just like the experienced pro she is. I don't know how she does this, but she's onto every minute detail as she coordinates tricky timings and vendors. I don't think it could have gone any smoother. She's highly responsible and reliable and I definitely recommend her services. -

I hired Nicole with her partial planning package a year before the wedding date and she was amazing. From the get-go, she got me in touch with amazing vendors so I was able to secure my top picks for every category. Her recommendations and advice were so valuable and made the entire process so easy. She was also a great line of support with questions I had and ideas that I shared with her. She was always very straightforward with me about how to make the most out of the day. It was also so wonderful having her at vendor meetings with us. She really stood up for us to make sure we wouldn’t be overcharged or taken advantage of. I am so incredibly grateful. We interviewed a lot of planners in the PNW area and had very high expectations because this was a destination wedding for us and our venue had very nuanced considerations for vendors and guests—once we met Nicole, she was the obvious choice and one of the best decisions we made during the whole process. During the nearly year of planning, she was flexible, creative, supportive, and thorough. On the day of, she managed to choreograph vendors and guests alike and probably juggled random hiccups about which we aren’t even aware. Even after the wedding, she was an advocate for us in tying up loose ends with vendors and followed through with every last detail.

What would we have done without this powerhouse of a woman?! Nicole came in with amazing energy, can-do attitude and a solution to every problem. No reason not to hire this girl. She is *ON TOP* of everything, puts you at ease, nudges you when you need it, and will give her opinion if she thinks you might need to go in a different direction. I needed a wedding EXPERT, and Nicole is it. My wedding day went as smooth as butter. From setting up my car-load of decor, wrangling family for the rehearsal, making sure I drank enough water/ate enough food, cleaning up after the event, she was there at every turn, I didn't have to lift a finger. Like a second, much younger, more organized mom. -

Nicole is one of the best! She will make sure you are covered even when you don't know what's going on. Month-of coordination is a must in my opinion after working with her. She was responsive, considerate, professional, and acted with urgency. She helped develop a timeline and provided her input based on past experience, she coordinated the rehearsal, ensuring everyone knew their placement and walking order, she set up all of the decorations/table settings, and she made sure the timeline stayed on track. Make sure your coordinator and photographer talk and know when to take over the timeline. Different vendors have different roles, don't assume everyone knows! Nicole was simply indispensable; I cannot thank her enough! She comes with years of experience not only as a wedding planner but as a venue coordinator. She has a wealth of knowledge and connections in the Portland, OR Metro area and will make sure everything is correct. On the day of the wedding, the rental company sent the incorrect napkin colors, and I said something.... less than 30 mins later the correct napkin colors were delivered. I was SO relieved and happy. Hire Nicole! I promise you won't regret it. -

I don't even know how to express how grateful I am for this woman. I hired her as a "month of wedding" coordinator and my wedding ran so smoothly. When we initially met, she created the most detailed wedding day timeline I have ever seen. As a detail-oriented person, that automatically made me feel so confident about my decision to hire her. She was so easy to communicate with throughout the month before the wedding, and she talked to all my vendors prior to the wedding day. I sent her pictures of how I wanted everything set up, and she both set up and took down all my wedding decorations and coordinated with who was picking them up the next morning. My wedding ran so smoothly, and she kept everything on schedule. My mom and mother-in-law could just relax and have fun, knowing that everything was taken care of. Hiring her was the best money I've ever spent, and I plan on recommending her to any of my friends that get married in the future. -

As a bride planning most of my big day by myself. When Nicole entered the picture a month before my wedding I was so relieved! There’s so many things I didn’t think of that she thought of for me and brought to my attention. I paid the extra to have her for a longer period of time and help out with rehearsal. For those of you on the fence about doing that, just do it! It’s just so worth it. She set up the majority of my decor, cake display, and packaged everything up at the end of the night! Not to mention when things were behind schedule or things got moved around she was flexible and managed to keep it all organized and flow so well. I interview Miss. Issler on the phone 1,744 miles away from Chicago! I only had less than a month to plan my daughter's wedding. After two cancelations, missing guests, and the deaths of family members, I wanted my daughter to at least have some "magic and romance" that day. Nicole not only understood our vision but was able to select the correct vendors at the right price. She keeps an eye on every detail and even met with the owner of the lodge in Oregon to give a detailed description of its facilities. Miss. Issler would always answer us promptly, making us feel at ease by explaining every detail calmly and gently. On the day of the ceremony, she was on time, solved a couple of tense incidents, and directed and kept a rowdy crowd of 10 in check and on time. We could not be more pleased with the results. This lady will make sure you keep a smile on your face and your glasses full!

We loved Nicole! She went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly. We hired her for Month-of-coordination and we cannot express how grateful we are and lucky to have found her. At first my husband was not wanting to hire a coordinator, but now he says how glad he is that we found her. She was always in communication with me.
