We had a wonderful experience with Nick for both our engagement photos and our wedding day. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, not an easy task for the two of us, and gave us helpful posing tips while keeping true to who we are. He was flexible during the day and ensured we got all the shots that were important to us, while getting wonderful candid photos along the way. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Nick and would absolutely recommend working with him! -

Nick is the best!
Choosing a photographer was probably THE most important thing for me during the whole wedding planning process, but as soon as my Husband and I spoke to Nick, we knew he was the perfect person to capture our special day. We first got our engagement photos done with Nick first and although we were nervous to be in front of the camera, Nick told us exactly what to do, how to pose, what to say to make us laugh, and everything came out 1000x better than I could have ever imagined! In the months leading up to the wedding, we was easy to contact, had us fill out forms to make sure we got all the family portraits and special photos we wanted, and helped us through all the day-of planning. He knew our venue, got our family portraits done in record time(!!), and took so many breathtaking, amazing shots. All of our guests kept coming up to us saying he was great, too!
We ended up doing an 8 hour coverage with a second shooter and they were both professional, supportive, and a blast to work with! Highly highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat. -

Nick exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved getting to know him through our engagement session and appreciated his quick responses as questions popped up during wedding planning. On the day of our wedding he was instrumental in moving us along our plan and captured everything we wanted to. We were especially impressed with the amount his partner and him captured during cocktail hour, we feel like we have great photos of everyone who attended our wedding. We couldn't recommend Nick more! If you're looking for timeless photos and an experienced photographer, Nick is your guy. -

Nick is the GOAT. Honestly. It's hard to put into words how grateful we are to have worked with him! My husband and I met Nick when he photographed a wedding that I was a Bridesmaid in. I asked the Bride if he was a family friend because that is the vibe we got, he makes everyone feel so comfortable!!! So of course, we had to have him for our wedding too! Best decision we made! Nick really got to know us so that he and his team could truly capture who we are as a couple on our wedding day. Our photos are incredible and we are so grateful to have such gorgeous memories. The beautiful photographs speak for themselves. We are so excited to get to work with him in another wedding we will be in next fall! -

Nick is the best! I got married 5/29/2022 and could not have asked for a better photographer. We found Nick from our video team, Danleigh Videography, and instantly connected with him. We loved his timeless and colorful photography style. He sent us our gallery about 7 weeks after the wedding. We had so many events going on throughout the night and Nick didn't miss a beat - he was running around during our first dance to make sure the key things were captured. We had also sent him a video of the choreography beforehand so he knew what to expect. We had an issue with a delay in our party robot, and Nick ended up staying later than his contracted time to cover it!
Even though my husband and I were knew Nick before the wedding, he quickly charmed his way into everyone else's hearts. Our family and friends felt so comfortable around, which makes a world of difference. 20/10 service! -

Nick Cinea’s photography is truly one of a kind! He photographed our elopement ceremony in Brookline, MA, at the beautiful Larz Anderson Park on 7/25. Having never been to the park before, Nick took time prior to our ceremony to discuss the location with us, do his own research, and arrive early to scout out the best locations in the park to take photos. My wife and I, along with friends and family who we have shared our photos with, have been blown away by their high quality and the way in which he was able to capture the true authenticity of each moment. Nick’s talent was especially apparent in the fact that he could make photos of masked individuals looks so good and natural! Nick’s creative use of light with the surrounding scenery made for absolutely stunning shots. His timing was so impressive as he was able to capture our genuine emotions during our first look and all throughout the entire ceremony. Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism, pride in his work, and his friendly and outgoing demeanor, made it all such an exceptional experience. We recommended him 100%! -

The photos of our son’s wedding are absolutely fantastic! Nick captured every aspect, each important moment, and every attendee with such clear focus and perfect lighting (and the lighting was challenging because it was dark under the tent). Yet Nick’s presence was never intrusive. I am using the picture he took of my husband and I dancing as my Facebook cover photo. Our refrigerator will soon be decorated with more of his wedding photos! Our son and his new bride are thrilled with their photographs. We highly recommend Nick Cinea Photography. -

Nick is hands down one of the most talented people I have ever met. His capability of capturing authentic genuine moments is unlike any other. His work truly speaks for itself but what you may not know is how he himself is on your special day. He is positive, organize, professional, punctual, and is so easy going it feels as if he was apart the family. I have worked with Nick on other weddings as he did my own and so many more to come for my friends and family, I can say hands down he is someone I fully trust with all photography needs. He continues to stay consistent and his quality of work will take your breath away. If your looking for someone who will elevate your big day, look no more. He is a 10 out of 10. No amount of words could ever really put his magic behind the camera into perspective but I promise you, he will never disappoint. -

Full disclosure - my husband and I know Nick personally and we knew before we were ever engaged that we would want him as our wedding photographer. He has done several of our friends' weddings and I would absolutely recommend him to others.
My husband is a photojournalist, which means he spends most of his time behind a camera and has a fairly critical eye. We wanted someone that would keep things laid back while also delivering pictures to that standard.
Nick delivered on all fronts. He was flexible when we were scheduling our engagement session (which was tricky because we work opposite shifts) and delivered the photos in a timely manner.
Throughout the planning process Nick kept in touch. He asked a lot of questions about our specific desires for the day, any special details we wanted recorded, and made recommendations for the timeline.
On our wedding day, he worked with our DJ and wedding coordinator to keep us on track without ever making us feel rushed. He knew all our details off the top of his head and didn't miss anything we had discussed. We had a shot list that included a lot of extended family, and Nick and his second shooter Jason did a great job of getting us through everything quickly so we could enjoy our cocktail hour and reception with our guests.
Nick delivered us hundreds of amazing shots and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I've attached a few of our favorites. -

Nick was amazing! We used him for our engagement shoot and wedding and we couldn't have asked for anything better! He was so easy to work with and was so professional, reliable, and provides a high-quality service! He got our photos back so quickly and they came out AMAZING! Every time during the reception when he would see a group taking a picture he made sure to run over and capture the shot with his camera as well! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the memories Nick has captured for us to savor forever! We highly recommend Nick to everyone and anyone looking for a professional photographer looking for high-quality photos! -

Choosing Nick as our wedding photographer was easily one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. We first met Nick at a bridal expo in Hartford where his work just spoke for itself. All of his photos were so natural and inviting and made him the obvious choice for capturing all of our special moments on our big day. Now that our wedding is over and we’ve received all of our photos, we got to see firsthand the quality and genuineness of his work.
The only thing more genuine than his photos was Nick himself. Nick was very dedicated to making sure we had the best photos possible and took every measure to ensure that happened. From visiting the venue a few days in advance to plan out the best locations for our photos to making sure we felt comfortable being in front of the camera, he truly went above and beyond. As bride and groom you sometimes feel like you don’t really get to experience all of the aspects of your wedding day, but with these photos we feel like we get to relive every little detail we may have missed. Nick was so great to work with and we highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him in the future! -

I met him at an expo and immediately fell in love with his style, and was very impressed with all of our communication. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with his work!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone having a wedding :)

Karolina Sent on 09/04/2017We hired Nick to shoot our wedding, and he was amazing! Not only did the final product far exceed our expectations (and as an event planner, my expectations were very high!), but the entire process was nothing short of a pleasure. My husband and I live in Los Angeles, so we weren't able to meet Nick in person before booking him, and communicating between different time zones was often tricky. Nick made time to Skype with us even late at night to work with our schedules and help us feel more comfortable. He took the time to understand what was important to us so that he could get all our must-have shots. He cared enough to learn about our personal and family relationships so that he could be prepared for any situation, and he scheduled several follow-ups with us in the months leading up to the wedding. He helped us create and manage a timeline that worked and was realistic for everybody involved, including knowing what times to get the best lighting for our photos. On the day of the wedding, Nick and his second shooter, Jason, were the ultimate professionals. They got every shot that we asked for, and most importantly they did it in a discreet manner that never interfered with the ceremony. We had several guests ask us afterwards if we even had a photographer present because they did such a great job blending in. The reaction from our families and friends has been so amazing. Everybody keeps commenting on how much they love the photos and can't believe how many great moments were captured. We HIGHLY recommend Nick Cinea Photography, and we are so happy to call him our new friend! Thank you so much for capturing so much magic!
