Tl;dr: Not only were Naturally Delicious (Heather Levine) the perfect partners for our wedding in any circumstances, but Heather helped us navigate an exceptionally difficult situation that emerged two weeks before, and we couldn't recommend them more.
At the outset of planning our wedding, we had a strong vision for the event, but lacked a fundamental understanding of how we’d put it together, the flow throughout the night, and the logistics of the more do-it-yourself venues that we were most interested in. Once we met Heather Levine from Naturally Delicious (ND), and started working with her, it became clear that ND were the perfect partners for our event. Heather had years of experience producing events in our venue and others like it and experience producing a variety of types of events. Heather had on-point suggestions for every detail of our event, whether it be food, run-of-show, liquor, rentals, or anything.
About two weeks before the event, we faced an unexpected crisis. We don’t know what we would have done without Heather generally, but especially during these two weeks. Our bi-weekly emails with Heather turned into multiple calls and texts a day. Alongside no small amount of coaching (bordering on counseling at times), Heather helped us repeatedly communicate with all of our loved ones about the event, and tirelessly worked across our vendors and venue to make many significant, last minute adjustments.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend Naturally Delicious and Heather Levine more! -

We spoke with many different caterers in the NY area ultimately decided on Naturally Delicious and we are soo happy that we did! The food was amazing and they really catered to exactly what we wanted, even creating a custom dessert for my chocolate mousse loving husband! The most important factor in our decision to go with Naturally Delicious was the wedding planning services that are optional to add as well, more specifically... HEATHER LEVINE! She really went above and beyond to make sure that our day went as smooth as possible. She is a rockstar through and through and there is no way we would have gotten through the planning with such ease if we didn't have her by our side! We will be forever grateful to Naturally Delicious, but even more grateful to Heather, for pulling off the wedding of our dreams! -

North Fork Wedding
My husband and I were so happy to have found Naturally Delicious. Food was one of the most important parts of our wedding, and ND nailed it!! Super delicious, totally customizable.... Heather worked with us to get everything just right. We got everything we wanted and more, all within our budget. And HEATHER! Our wedding planner. She was the best!! So responsive, so much attention to detail - and she was able to deal with my crazy wedding neurosis like a pro. She was so good about keeping us on track and took care of things that I would have never even thought of. ND had never done a wedding at our venue, but the entire team got in there and did a fantastic job. I would recommend ND for any wedding, event, or occasion... hands down! -

Great experience, highly recommend them
Naturally Delicious was a wonderful caterer for our wedding. Heather and the team provided professional service leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They made the planning process personalized and care-free.
The food and drinks were loved by all of our guests. The short rib and polenta were among the many favorites. They have a big list of options for your menu and they make sure to use the best seasonal ingredients.
I'd highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Naturally Delicious. Heather, our point person, killed it! Our wedding was very non-traditional and we had many special requests from Naturally Delicious to deliver the most tropical themed wedding... they delivered with ease! The entire food and drink experience was inspired by our family's Chinese and Filipino heritage. It was well executed and delicious and we still receive compliments about how exciting and tasty everything was! Heather was amazing to work with. She's super organized, quick to respond, funny, resourceful and magically makes all the stress disappear. Another note, we were really impressed with the entire ND staff. Their service was impeccable! Again, we still receive compliments about how lovely the staff was. We 100% recommend working with ND. They go above and beyond to meet your needs! -

Literal perfection both food and people!
Wow, where do I begin with this absolutely amazing catering company!? Their food was absolutely delicious, sophisticated and beautiful presented. Inaddition to the food, we had Jacob as our wedding planner who not only helped to organize our wedding but cared about us as people. The whole staff is super professional and does everything in their power to ensure that your wedding goes as smooth as possible. On my weddingn night, the staff was sure that I was never with out my signature cocktail in hand and also that I had water so that I wouldnt have a hang over. Everyone you meet in the company, has a warm presence! Honestly, you cant go wrong with these people. They are top of the line!! -

Heather, Jacob, and the Naturally Delicious team made our dreams a reality!
My husband and I decided on Naturally Delicious after just one meeting, the relaxed setting and amazing food were all we needed. They made us instantly calm and comfortable which was very important to us both during our planning process. We married this past October at 26 bridge and with a large guest list and a formal setting to say planning got stressful at times is an understatement but Heather and Jacob went above and beyond to guide and support us through it all! We are eternally grateful for them and could not be happier with their service. Highly, highly recommend! -

Naturally Delicious is absolutely amazing! They catered and co-ordinated our wedding in The Foundry this past September. Our original Event Manager left the company during the planning process which was initially worrying, but we ended up working with Jacob Heger who was an absolute professional from site walkthroughs, menu tastings, rental planning and event design all the way through to the wedding. Jacob made the whole process manageable and as stress-free as possible, and even when things didn’t quite stick to the timeline we originally planned, or we needed last minute backups, he was so adept in getting everything back on track. He was a warm, understanding and engaging presence throughout and I can’t imagine what we would have done without him.
We’ve had so many compliments on the food including people saying it’s the best they’ve ever had at a wedding to it being the same standard as high-end restaurants. They were so accommodating of allergies and religious dietary requirements for our guests. There is also an abundance of food, which was very important to us culturally. From the hors d’oeuvres to the family style dinner and dessert table, there was generosity present as well as high standards of quality. I don’t think there was a single thing on the menu people didn’t rave about. We gave the catering team a Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean meets British/American brief to reflect our cultural backgrounds – not quite straightforward, but they delivered a perfect menu! The chefs made a pomegranate and walnut sauce that’s hugely popular in Iraqi/Persian cuisine, they absolutely nailed the flavours and sweet/sour balance, but they also refined and elevated it, resulting in massive smiles from my family.
Everything was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. All the servers, especially Aki our personal server, were courteous, attentive and professional. My husband and I would both love to use Naturally Delicious again for a special event in the future; they were flawless!

Bethany was our event coordinator and two weeks after our wedding I'm in withdrawal having no planning email conversations with her! We had the best time with her throughout the planning stages and felt as though everyone from her to the entire staff had a personal, invested and caring interest to ensure our wedding day was perfect. This means more to us than anything. To start with, the organization, detail and thought that went behind everything will put any bride and groom at ease to know they are in good hands right from the jump. The creativity and ideas they bring to the table will make you even more excited than you thought you could be and surpass your wildest dreams and expectations. Bethany's suggestions were flawless and we are so very grateful we put ourselves in her hands and let her lead the way. She is a true professional with a wonderful demeanor. The food, well, there are just no words for the food. It was a feast for the senses and all of our guests raved about how delicious everything was from the first sip of our signature cocktail to the family style dinner to the very last macaron of the night. They did not miss a beat. The day of coordination was flawless as well and when we walked in to see the room finished and decorated my heart skipped a beat at how beautiful everything was. It was more than I had every dreamed of for my wedding day and took my breath away. ND doesn't just cater food. They create experiences, memories, laughter and love through their hard work and love for what they do. Everyone is a team player and the service and warmth they exude is something we will cherish always. We thank them for all of their hard work for making our wedding the most special day of our lives and are honored to have worked with them. Hire them, you will be in the best hands possible and walk away with a catered event and planner you will thank your lucky stars for.
