Natalie hit every curveball out of the park
I have now worked with Natalie on three different events. What I love about her is that every wedding or event she plans is so luxurious and elegant, yet at the same time, every one is unique and customized to the client's vision. She's also always the calm, patient voice in the room when unexpected curve balls come. When Natalie is running the show, I know that all those little details are going to be taken care of, and I can just enjoy the evening! -

Five stars all around for Natalie Sofer, our wedding planner who brought our dream day to life at the Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles.
Natalie managed the entire process for us from start to finish and made everything so easy. She anticipated needs before we even realized them; for example, she knew we would need a customized dance floor when we decided to transform CUT into our reception venue. I would have never thought of that!
She kept every detail on track and handled all the moving parts, including all of the crazy permits we had to obtain. She was able to plan a beautiful six-figure wedding in just six months - she turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a perfectly orchestrated experience. Her timeline management was flawless, and her constant communication made me feel like I could focus on other areas and not stress over potential loose ends.
What stands out most is Natalie’s passion for weddings, her love for her clients, and her skill in creating all of the glamourous WOW moments a lot of us brides want for our big day. She makes every detail magical, pouring her heart into every piece of the process. We worked with Natalie Sofer to plan our 10-year wedding anniversary celebration in Palm Springs and she was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, Natalie handled every detail with care, creativity and professionalism. She thought of things we never would have even considered and her organization made the entire weekend feel effortless.

We got married in October 2024 at The Beverly Hills Hotel! It was the absolute most special and magical night of our lives, thanks to Natalie Sofer and her team!!! Natalie and I worked closely together for about 6 months and I can honestly say, the wedding EXCEEDED my expectations! When I walked in right before to practice our dance and I saw the flowers and the ambience, it took everything in me not to cry because I was so overwhelmed with how stunning everything turned out! That’s just the physical part……the emotional part also exceeded our dreams…..because our friends and family danced the night away. Everyone laughing and having the time of their lives. It was also so surreal and special to see my Dad who’s fighting Stage 4 cancer, out there on the dance floor having the time of his life!!!!! Priceless!!! Our venue was incredible, but Natalie put us in touch with the best of the BEST in LA. It’s no wonder our guests said it was the most fun yet elegant wedding they have EVER been to!!! Wow!!!
When I see the pictures, it takes me right back to that night and I cherish these memories so much. The flowers were over the top breathtaking…..our friends joke “Shannon did not have flowers, they were rose bushes at the table they were so big and beautiful”! LOL. The DJ Bryan Chesters of Let’s Party LA was incredible, the glassware, linens, invitations and signs, candles, photographer, lighting, ambience, piano man and trumpet man and saxophone man……took it to ANOTHER level!!!! All because of Natalie!!!! The list goes on and on with attention to detail!!!!!!!
We highly will recommend her to anyone who is engaged and to our friends! She was a gift to find and we could not be happier with how everything turned out and no drama or errors or stress. We honestly sat back and ate and drank and danced and when we see pictures we are transcended to the magic!!!! Thank you Natalie from the bottom of our hearts!

The best gift you could give yourself
The best wedding gift you could give to yourself would be hiring Natalie as your wedding planner. Natalie is kind, funny, professional, and an absolute magician when it comes to wedding planning. Before we even hired her, Natalie came to our consultation call knowing only a little about us with ideas already brewing for our perfect day, 18 months away. She took our vision and crafted the wedding of our dreams within our budget. Every single vendor Natalie recommended to us was perfection, every single detail that we thought “do we really care about this??” was perfectly executed and curated to our vibe and vision. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and planning it with Natalie was such a joyous and fun and EASY adventure. Her eye for detail and the way she cares so deeply about her clients and their vision will leave you in awe. Every vendor and professional you meet or talk to that knows Natalie gushes about her, and for good reason. If I had to go back and do it over again a million times, I’d hire her every time. No words can describe how deeply grateful we are to Natalie for making our wedding so fantastic. If you have the great fortune of having Natalie as your wedding planner, just know that your wedding is about to blow your and everyone else’s mind. She is unbelievably talented, very detail oriented, and has incredible vision for movie-esque weddings. Even more than that, she has been a great friend, mentor, advocate, cheerleader, and guardian angel throughout our wedding planning. For 10 whole months, she was there for us whenever we needed her— weekdays and weekends, early mornings and late nights. We had no idea which venues to consider, what and which vendors to choose, and even what we needed to do, but Natalie walked us through every little bit of it and connected us with the most incredible vendors ever. Whenever we had an issue with anything, she would immediately address it in the best way possible. As our wedding day approached, a lot of personal things happened and I became increasingly overwhelmed, and I even broke down over the phone. Not only did Natalie comfort me with so much love and care, she stepped up and took care of every single thing. Weddingwire allowed a 5 star rating. But Natalie truly deserves 5+ because that's the service she provides. When I retained Natalie to coordinate my daughter's wedding, I explained that she might not want me for a client - that I required A+ communications, additions to the regular contracted service, and that I hated "surprises". Natalie's response was, "no problem!" And she was as good as her word. In addition to planning a wedding that was flawless and beautiful beyond anything my husband and I could have imagined, Natalie was such a pleasure to work with. Her vendors are beyond compare. Her planning was down to the minute. I can honestly say, that when we contracted with Natalie, we got a fantastic event planner, but more than that, we had a total partner. My partner and I had the closest thing you can get to a perfect wedding thanks to Natalie! We transitioned wedding planners with only six months remaining, which shows you that she is a miracle worker as she managed to execute the process as if she had been with us from the very beginning (a total of 18 months). First and foremost, Natalie is a wonderful PERSON to work with; she is kind and caring, intelligent and funny, and she has a deep respect for inclusion. You are not just a job to her; Natalie will get to know you outside of just ‘What is on your mood board?’ She will take the time to understand you because she is a very genuine individual, which is also useful for her as a professional when making recommendations to you. Natalie has some of the best vendor connections in the Los Angeles area wedding industry and can work within your budget to create a designer aesthetic worthy of posting alongside the Instagram and Pinterest pages that you likely used as inspiration for your wedding. We were delighted that the vendors we worked with became like another little family for us since we worked together so closely under Natalie’s stewardship and it made the wedding day feel even that much more meaningful; it felt like each of our vendors was invested in us and giving it their absolute best, not just with their physical energy but with their emotional energy. Wedding planning is exciting, but also incredibly difficult, especially since most people have no contacts in the wedding industry and there are so many options. Natalie is the best choice you could make to guide you through the process and make sure your wedding day is the day of your dreams. We brought Natalie on board after we’d already started planning our wedding, so it would be expected to have a transition period for her to catch up, but that wasn’t necessary. She was on top of things from the day we hired her, as if she’d been part of the team since day one. She suggested things to us, big and small, that we’d never even thought of that made a huge difference for the ceremony and reception, and her contacts and knowledge of the industry ensured that everything we chose was right for our wedding. We did a lot of things that people might consider unconventional or against “tradition,” but Natalie never pushed back and was even excited about some of the different things we wanted to try. She was also both respectful of our budget and very upfront about where we should spend our money to maximize the look and feel of the wedding. If Natalie says you should get the candles, get the candles! On the day of our wedding, Natalie supervised everything from vendor deliveries to getting everything broken down after the reception and even handled some small issues during the reception that we didn’t even know about until days afterward. She also provided an assistant for my partner to make sure she didn’t need anything while she was getting ready throughout the day. Her team was always there when we needed them and had a fix for every problem, including an unexpected guest who had a table setting ready at the reception within minutes. Natalie is also just a very fun person - it was genuinely a pleasure talking to her and getting to know her on a personal level. It’s important to have someone you can trust planning your wedding, and we were so happy that we put our trust in Natalie. If you’re looking to pull off the wedding of your dreams, not just the one all the magazines say you should be doing, Natalie is the planner for you. -

The most incredible person - Natalie!!
Natalie was my wedding planner for my destination wedding in Malibu, California. I am from New York, living in Australia currently and got married as a half way point between my family /friends in New York and my partners family /friends in Sydney. We relied on Natalie for just about everything in the lead up to and on the wedding day. She was always so quick to respond, the most easy to talk to and made the entire planning & day of the most seamless process. She offered the greatest insights to venues & vendors. We went with all of her recommendations and I couldn’t be more happy about each and every one of them. We told her we wanted to get married in Italy/ on a vineyard and she found us the exact venue for what we had dreamed of right here in Los Angeles. She worked with our budget and helped us connect with the most special people to help our dream day come true. She is the only planner you will ever need and I am so thankful I found her. We started planning our wedding 18 months out because of the pandemic, and throughout that entire time frame, Natalie Sofer continued to make us feel special and taken care of. With her guidance, we hired all our vendors in 2021 for a September 2022 wedding at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. She foresaw how prices would change and helped us lock in much better rates than we would have gotten had we waited. Then, even when there was nothing left to decide until a later date, she continued to check in to go over any new ideas and ensure we were all on the same page with the vision for the event. The vendors that she suggested were incredible. She came to every appointment with us, and her relationships with them made us feel comfortable trusting them on such a big occasion. In the end, it was evident they delivered more for us because of their love for her. That is what happens when you use someone who has been in the business for so long. Everyone who worked on the wedding went above and beyond for us, Natalie included. She took care of all the crazy logistics of a sizeable black-tie wedding so that our wedding weekend seemed to go off without a hitch. We could focus on getting great pictures and having the time of our lives, knowing that she had it taken care of from top to bottom. She is willing to take whatever vision you have and run with it, taking as much or as little control as you want her to have, all while making you feel special throughout what is sometimes a stressful process. Planning a wedding while having a full time job is no easy feat, but Natalie made the planning process as easy & smooth as possible. She was with us every step of the way- providing her expertise/ advice, talented vendor recommendations, and made sure we were on track with our planning. She was also VERY responsive- and made herself available anytime we needed to discuss details about the wedding.

Natalie is truly unbelievable at what she does. We interviewed several wedding planners but decided on Natalie because of her attention to detail, clarity in presentation of the services she provided, and connections and relationships with all of the vendors that we knew would be crucial during the tumultuous Covid pandemic. Because we were having the wedding on our property which presented a number of challenges, it was very important to us that we hire a wedding planner that would make things as stress-free as possible
She did not disappoint. Natalie introduced us to at least two and sometimes three different vendors and helped us make thoughtful decisions with respect the selection of our caterer, photographer, videographer, party rentals, etc.
She created spreadsheets so that there were never any surprises in terms of wedding costs and laid out a detailed timeline for the wedding so that everything went smoothly and without any glitches. Because of Covid, we had to postpone the wedding and reschedule it but Natalie helped us work with all of the vendors to not only reschedule but ensure that there would be no additional costs in doing so. Our wedding was the most memorable experience of our lives thanks to Natalie and we are eternally grateful !!! She not only is an incredible professional but beautiful and caring person and we would strongly recommend her to any couple getting married and considering a wedding planner . -

We started working with Natalie a little bit before 2019. We are both industry professionals and spend a lot of time working, so neither of us had the time, resources, or know-how to make our long awaited wedding to happen. That’s why we reached out to Natalie. Right off the bat, she gave us directions and options based on our budget. She pointed us to venues that fit our aesthetic and arranged weekend visits to each location. With her comprehensive schedule and connections, we were able to quickly find our dream venue. We signed the venue and were ready to tackle the rest of the long list of to dos for the wedding.
Then a month later, the pandemic happened and everything shut down. Everyone was left in the dark in an unprecedented way. By this point, we’d signed with multiple vendors and it was looking very likely we had to postpone the event. Natalie handled all of the postponing conversations with each of our vendors. Figured out contract updates and necessary procedures to move our wedding to a new date. Throughout our wedding planning, we inevitably encountered many obstacles, including our venue itself being jeopardized in closing their service. During this period, Natalie kept us in touch with the venue and gave us periodic updates, as well as backup options.
Natalie’s connection with the vendors were absolutely on the point. We didn’t have the time to look for vendors ourselves so we deferred to Natalie’s recommendations after chatting with her about what we wanted in our wedding aesthetically. Based on our proposal and budget, Natalie came up with a list of vendors whom we loved working with. The photographers, videographer, DJ, musicians, decorator, cake maker, venue - everyone went above and beyond in their own ways, and best of all they worked well with each other thanks to Natalie’s coordinating every step of the way.
After over a year of waiting for the right moment, two postponements due to the safety concerns, as well as reducing our guest list to minimize contact, we finally decided to make our day happen. Natalie made sure we considered everything leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding, Natalie went into full battle mode. We chose not to do rehearsal to minimize gathering, but Natalie made sure everyone knew what to do. She was on call at any moment, and was always present and dealing with the next agenda two steps ahead. The event went beautifully and we were able to make a memory we can call one of the best days in our lives. There’s no doubt we could have done this without Natalie’s directions. We’re lucky to have found her, and she will surely bring happiness and everlasting memories to all of the couples she works with.

Natalie is an absolute legend. We hired her nearly two years ago to plan our wedding, and she's been with us through three date changes and countless COVID issues. We finally celebrated on December 12th and the day was better than my husband or I could have imagined. Natalie recommended all of our vendors, all exceptional. She took our vague, simple ideas and worked literal magic. The event itself went off without a hitch, and it never would have happened without Natalie's advice and hard work. Words cannot express our gratitude to Natalie. 24 hours before I was due to start getting ready for our wedding, we had to take our 2-year-old to the emergency room with trouble breathing. What followed was a full day of being shuttled between three different hospitals, and with our son ending up in PICU for the night. Throughout the whole day we had no idea what this all meant for our wedding. Clearly, our son was our #1 priority. And, with two years of planning and a lot of money on the line, the decision was a complicated one. Natalie was with us throughout the ordeal, and empathetic, compassionate and most of all professional throughout the back-and-forth. Fortunately our son took a turn for the better overnight and was out of PICU by morning. We were able to have someone else come be with him at the hospital for a few hours so I could leave for a few hours for the wedding and then come back, knowing he was doing well and well taken care of. Through 48 hours of uncertainty, last minute pivots and adjustments, Natalie handled it with grace and aplomb. So grateful to have had her in our corner! -

If I could give Natalie 6 stars I would in a heart beat! She is so talented, lively, caring, and altogether incredible. Not only did she take outstanding care of me and my family but she also made sure that my guests were taken care of as well. She is worth every penny and more! My sister and I got married 2 month apart but she gave us both the attention we needed (or the attention that I needed!) and made sure that our weddings were unique and different from each other. Her vendor recommendations are amazing and it doesn't matter what time you call or email her because she will respond within seconds. I live in Northern CA and she made it so easy on me while planning for a wedding in Southern CA. I needed a bit of hand holding with some of the decisions and she helped me every step of the way.
She is a wonderful person and my family is so thankful for her and everything she did for us this past year. She went above and beyond and I had the wedding of my dreams. She is the best! -

I got engaged December of 2016 and I knew I needed the help of a wedding planner since my venue was quickly becoming a little complicated. I called three wedding planners total, 2 of which never returned my voicemail, but Natalie returned my call within a few hours and we immediately connects. She is so kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive (which is one of the most important traits to me - can you imagine trying to finalize wedding plans and your right hand woman doesn't call you back in a reasonable amount of time?!). Natalie works with amazing vendors that will do everything they can to make your day a dream! From the design and inspiration, to catering, and the timeline, she is there every step of the way. I appreciated her bringing me down from Pinterest Heaven when I was about to go way over budget. She always asks your opinion and never over steps the boundaries, it truly is a team efforts with an amazing adviser and friend.
Natalie ended up planning my wedding and my sisters wedding which were 2 months apart. She is fabulous and our wedding experience as whole family would not have been the same without her. She is the best of the best!! -

Starr Sent on 06/20/2014I first met Natalie at a wedding expo in Santa Monica before I realized that I would need a wedding coordinator. She was friendly and easy to talk to and seemed to really know what she was talking about. Once I realized I desperately needed a coordinator I interviewed Natalie and two others, I quickly found that I did not need to look any further than Natalie Sofer Weddings. My groom and I were having a hard time picking a venue as we had originally wanted to get married in Big Sur but lived in SoCal, Natalie solved our problem with one suggestion. I basically hired Natalie on the spot after reviewing her contract and deciding to go with her venue suggestions. She is someone who actually listens to ideas that the bride has and expands on them to make them a reality. I was not one of those brides who dreamt of her wedding day since the age of 6 so I really had no idea what I wanted or how to execute it. Natalie helped me hone in on a theme and flawlessly create my perfect day. She keeps you on track without being overbearing or annoying. She also knows her vendors and pricing, anytime I needed estimates to send my family she would come up with prices that we actually ended up paying. She was involved in all of our contracts and basically at my beck and call anytime I needed anything. Moreover on the day of she was a rock star, from dealing with last minute contract issues to coordinating a team of 24 vendors Natalie and her assistants did it all. Natalie is organized, classy and works hard she knows what she's doing and doesn't charge an outrageous amount for her services. Honestly some of the coordinators I interviewed wanted 5 times as much for doing the same exact work if not less. For all those brides out there who think they don't need a wedding coordinator (even for the day of) my advice to you is to at least meet with Natalie and then decide if you want to deal with all that stress.
