  Fairytale Lighting

  NAV was amazing! My design focus at the wedding was lighting, and NAV delivered. They even purchased a ton of the twinkle lights I wanted that they didn't have to make my vision come to life. The only thing I will say is that I don't think they brought enough uplighting for the dinner area, and it was a bit dark. Other than that, everything was great!

  Good lighting and sound are worth it; entrusting NAV with that work is an excellent choice.

  Through our caterer (Clean Plate Club) we worked with Nashville Audio Visual (NAV) for the sound, lighting, and draping needs at my daughter’s wedding. CEO Chris met with us at the venue early on to help us brainstorm about what we might need. Closer to the event date, lead tech Eric met with us during a lighting run-through at which we honed in on our amplification needs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (each located in a different part of our venue, a public space) and also determined the lighting design for the reception. They both listened very carefully to our input and provided clear explanations when outlining proposed plans and suggestions. Their commitment to their customers is genuine. They accommodated a last-minute need that was identified during the rehearsal; they supplied the additional item in time for the next day's event without any difficulty. The reception lighting that they designed with lanterns, string lights, Lekos, and dimmers contributed greatly to transforming this public place into an enchanting space. We also engaged the services of an audio technician from NAV, which proved to be a good decision, given the audio challenges of some of the spaces in our venue.

  Professional, Creative, Sizable Inventory

  Nashville Audio Visual was the preferred vendor for our reception venue and I am so glad that they were the company we worked with for the lighting. They had a great suggestions, were responsive, and incredibly creative with some last minute lighting due to weather/temperature changes. They have an extensive inventory and professional experience, which makes the company easy to work with and accommodating.

I have had the privilege of working with NAV on numerous events for work and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to handle my draping for my wedding day! Walking into our reception was even more breathtaking then I could have imagined! They did an outstanding job making Saddle Woods Farm a true dream come true!!

  We used Nashville Audio Visual for uplighting, draping, and a custom GOBO. Their pricing was very affordable and we were able to have a pre-wedding consultation so we could look at the draping fabrics and uplighting in person and talk about our options for the custom GOBO. We were super happy with our experience with them and would definitely recommend them!

  We used Nashville Audio Visual for draping and lighting at my wedding reception and very impressed with how beautiful it turned out! The chandelier was gorgeous and the draping and lighting set off the room perfectly! Would definitely recommend them for your next event!

It is hard to wrap your mind around spending so much money on string lights and cloth, but it TOTALLY defines the space and the style that you're going for! Thank you so much to NAV and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

  Nashville Audio Visual did event lighting for my wedding reception this past weekend. They installed string lighting in the tent. The lighting looked beautiful!   These were great people to work with. chris helped me picked out all the lighting we needed and make it all easy to understand. The actual people who installed the lighting and sound were there from 10am until 12:30 pm. And they worked hard all day. It was beautiful. I had several comments on the lighting. They were very very reasonable, pricewise. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this company. We enjoyed working with every single person we talked to.

  Nashville Audio Visual was incredible to work with for the sony/cma afterparty. They turned the room purple and the lighting was absolutely incredible.
  It was amazing how he was able to transform the room.
  His team is professional, responsive and friendly. Chris brought creativitiy to the table that we had never even thought of and came in well below our budget.

  Nashville Audio Visual handled all the lighting for our daughter's April 21 wedding reception at the Loveless Barn. They did a great job of creating a warm and inviting space for the event, and they were great to work with pre-wedding, when discussing the best and most economical ways to achieve the look we were going for. Would definitely recommend them!

Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I came from out of state and made all my decisions while I was in town; if you use them I would suggest writing down your final choices before leaving.   My venue looked absolutely gorgeous once all the lighting was set up. The only thing is, they were a little slow on emails and I like a simple response indicating they even received my email. The quality of service was great, though, and my guests keep telling me how lovely everything looked... and I AGREE!
