It is a night we will remember always and was very enjoyable and stress free thanks to the staff at NCC. Dana Ross was always there for any concerns we had, and answer our question in a timely manner! -

We absolutely loved our experience with the Naperville Country Club! We can't say enough good things and honestly had no complaints (and we're picky people)! We were very thorough in our search for our reception venue and visited SO many places, and once we went to NCC, we knew it would be amazing for us. It was truly the only venue where we actually felt heard in our requests; our wedding could feel like it was actually ours and not some cookie-cutter event like several other venues were trying to "sell" us. From our very first meeting with Dana and all throughout our entire wedding planning process, we felt well-informed, not pressured, and had great flexibility to make any changes. They even offered suggestions and asked questions to make sure we had all of our bases covered (wedding planning without a wedding planner can lead to forgetting some key details). They knew we were cost-conscious and were incredibly transparent with us. As a DIY-er, I had a lot of decorations of my own, and they didn't restrict me and were more than willing to help put things where they needed to be, so I never had to worry about it on the wedding day! There was a perfect balance of us being able to add our own elements and the NCC staff providing the other things that we were indifferent about. Everything went so smoothly throughout and especially on the actual wedding day due to their impeccable amount of organization and attention to detail. They took a lot of the burden off of us by calling our other vendors and figuring out the schedule for the day (set-up time, materials needed, etc.). Our guests commented on how great the wait staff were, and everyone (including golfers on the course) was overwhelmingly friendly. Besides the great service that I could go on and on about, the venue itself is gorgeous! It has beautiful windows that was our backdrop for the head table, and we of course took pictures out on the golf course and front driveway that were stunning! We loved having the entire space to ourselves and not having to worry about any other weddings being there; everything was completely personalized for us from start to finish. I can't even begin to count how many times prior and most certainly after our big day we made comments on how glad we were that we chose NCC. It made our day perfect, and I'd recommend them a million times more if I could! -

August 31st, 2019 was definitely one for the memory books. Once we decided to go with NCC for our venue, we knew that what we envisioned could become reality. Nestled in our own hometown, this was the perfect location to have guests come join us for our celebration. Another key contributing variable is the fact that we were also able to have the ceremony onsite, with such a picturesque backdrop.
The events team at NCC delivered an above and beyond experience. Key contacts were available every step of the way and ensured that every detail was executed without any hassle to us, which is a vital thing to stop and acknowledge. Provided the obvious stresses couples already have as part of their planning process, Dana Ross and her team offered a turn key environment. When we arrived the day of, that’s when it all began to set in. The property inside and out had been decorated to our spec. The guests were all there for us. It was our day. Nothing could have been more welcoming.

Our daughter had her wedding ceremony at NCC and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly! The staff was very professional, attentive to every detail, and organized, which resulted in a smoothly run event with beautiful scenery! I highly recommend NCC!!! -

We chose Naperville Country Club as our wedding venue for many reasons and were not disappointed. We began our experience working with Brittany Prout as the event coordinator and were informed at the tasting that Dana Ross would be taking over. Both Brittany and Dana were excellent at communication throughout the planning process and made it very easy for me to work through all of the minute details of wedding planning. I loved that I was able to email them (probably too frequently) in regard to questions or just simply asking their advice. Both Brittany and Dana were always kind and genuine. NCC offers assistance in setup and tear down which was fabulous because I did the majority of the decorations and flowers myself. Dana was awesome in accommodating me and followed my instructions perfectly. As we approached the wedding day, Dana was available for all my questions and was proactive in setting up times to discuss important issues and ensuring all details were covered. After every conversation I received an email with an updated details including the timeline, menu, and noted information from previous meetings, as well as any important changes. During the rehearsal and on the day, Dana and Noah (assistant) were truly wonderful. They fielded all questions, kept other vendors on time, and allowed me to stop worrying and enjoy the day. The timeline was set and kept up with by Dana (thankfully) and this allowed for the day to run seamlessly. I am so grateful we chose to work with NCC and so thankful that I got to work with so many amazing people! -

My best friend had gotten married here 3 years prior with a wedding of 200. I already knew the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and they were easy to work with. So, I checked it out for my wedding, even though it was going to be much smaller with about 85 people, and in both instances they made the place look stunning. The whole planning process Brittany was perfect, seriously, she made all the stressful decision making in wedding planning fun and easy. We were able to really customize everything, just as we liked it, but they were always ready with input when we weren't quite sure what we wanted. The food and drink was great, the venue itself is beautiful, and the people working there are top notch. On top of all that I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate and a few days before the wedding we were able to drop off all our decorations with instructions and not have to think about it on the day of (this is not always the case, so we greatly appreciated the reduce in stress, especially being a major DIY wedding). Seriously, cannot recommend this place enough, just perfect! -

Everything they did was beyond everything that I could imagine. They help you make planning your wedding day easy and I had a breeze with all of Brittany's assistance. The food there is exceptional, the grounds are beautiful, the people there are amazing. I wish I could give this place a higher rating than 5/5.

Pam Sent on 09/24/2018My husband and I can't say enough good things about Naperville Country Club. First of all, I cannot believe how much we got for the price. The site is beautiful. They supplied the linens and set everything up. They did an amazing job and it looked absolutely beautiful. We did our ceremony and reception there. Our ceremony was outside under the perfect tree. It's on a beautiful golf course so you can get some great pictures. We worked with Brittany Prout who was always very responsive, friendly, and professional. She was helpful from the beginning until the last detail. We also worked with Karen and she did a wonderful job, too. Our wedding was everything we dreamed and more, thanks to NCC. -
Nathiprada Sent on 09/08/2018We had our wedding at Naperville Country Club last month. The communication and organization was great! The food and bar were awesome. I brought my own decorations and they were very helpful setting things up. All of the staff were very nice and professional. They were flexible and allowed us to change our plans. We had a beautiful ceremony outside, and the very fun reception inside. Brittany was super helpful and managed everything very well. I highly recommend this place!

Amanda Sent on 10/11/2016Words cannot describe how happy I am with choosing this venue! I worked mostly with Dana and she made everything so easy for me. We had both the ceremony and reception here. It was a brunch wedding too so something that isn't done very often and we just went with it. Everything was so well organized and on time and Dana and Rachel (the assistant director) kept everyone moving. The ceremony was held outside and it was beautiful! Tight squeeze down the aisle, but seriously beautiful! We got really lucky! The reception went so smooth as well. All of the employees continuously asked if we needed anything and made sure all the bridal party was good too. I am still grinning ear to ear because I am just so happy with the service, professionalism, and even the value.
Also, I have to note that I was extremely impressed when I didn't have signs for our mimosa or bloody mary bar so they went ahead and downloaded the font and image I was using for other signs and created some for me instead of using their basic ones. They even surprised me with their electronic board by using the font and image! I didn't even ask for this, but they wanted to make sure everything matched and I was super thankful!! All the little things they did, helped make the day perfect. Thank you, Dana, Brittany, and all of the employees who helped make our day perfect! The stress was all worth it :D -

Dana and Rachel were our wedding coordinators and they went above and beyond to ensure our special day was just that! Thank you, thank you, thank you! -

Laura Sent on 12/01/2009The Naperville Country Club was the perfect setting for our reception. The newly remodeled room is beautiful! Their staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a lot of specific requests and they were able to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. The food was delicious and everything was perfect. We were able to take some pictures on the golf course, too. You do not have to be a member to use the facility.
