I just officiated a wedding that Nani coordinated and it was flawlessly executed. She had everything under control from the wedding rehearsal to the ceremony. Every aspect of the wedding was well thought out and planned. She had great communication with me throughout the planning process leading up to the wedding and on the weekend of, she clearly communicated as well. It is always a pleasure working with Nani because I know, she will make sure think of all details and execute the vision of the bride and groom. I can’t recommend her enough! -

✨ A Fairytale Wedding at Sunset Cliffs ✨
Once upon a time, on September 6, 2025, in the breathtaking city of San Diego, California, I lived one of the most magical days of my life. The sun began to dip below the horizon at Sunset Cliffs, painting the sky with shades of gold and rose, as if heaven itself was blessing our union.
But every fairytale needs a guiding light—and mine was Nani, my extraordinary wedding coordinator. From the moment she entered my life, I knew God had handpicked her just for me. Nani wasn’t just organized and experienced—she was grace, calm, and wisdom wrapped into one beautiful soul.
Whenever a challenge appeared, she already had the answer before I even knew a question existed. She carried every detail, every decision, and every moment as if it were her own. Once I placed everything in her hands, my heart found complete peace. I didn’t worry about a thing.
As the waves crashed gently below and the sky melted into twilight, I realized I was living my dream wedding—all because of Nani’s love, care, and unwavering dedication. She turned every plan into perfection, every moment into magic.
My wedding wasn’t just beautiful—it was beyond imagination. And for that, I will forever be grateful to Nani, the fairy godmother who brought my fairytale to life. -

Kanani Young brought my dream reception idea to life. She helped me find food vendors, bartender, linens, all plates/utensils, DJ, and the perfect venue (Hidden Gem). She decorated and was the perfect hostess. My husband and I were very pleased and impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I definitely plan to use her for my events in the future. -

If you are looking for an event planner, please look no further...Nani is the one! None compare. From beginning to end, my wedding planning experience was such a breeze having her by my side. A month before my wedding I was getting super overwhelmed and decided to hire a partial planner. After much research I thankfully found Nani! I reached out to her and she immediately got back to me and was the most down to earth, funny, real and genuine event planners that I've ever met. She definitely made wedding planning so much more relaxing and helped to put my anxious thoughts at ease. The day of my wedding I knew I could trust Nani and her team to deliver...and they honestly exceeded my expectations. The vendors were all taken care of and there at the times they were supposed to be, wedding singer, appetizers, food, decor...I mean everything was exactly how I envisioned it! Nani is such a natural and so professional but has a way to make you feel like youre talking to your sister or cousin lol because she is also very personable too! I am so grateful for this beauty and 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner. I wish I had another wedding lol or party to plan just to hire her! Thank you so much Nani! You made my wedding a dream come true! -

Nani was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. Trying to coordinate a west coast wedding from the east coast was no joke... but Nani is obviously a San Diego local and she truly kept us (mostly me) cool, calm, and collected every step of the way. I appreciated her professional recommendations, her online planner (Aisle Planner) with checklists and deadlines, sharing personal experiences and things/items she already had that fit our vision and aesthetics. Aisle Planner was a tremendous way we both could coordinate with each other and see all the revisions in real time. We discussed EVERYTHING on the planner: vendor information, vision board, side notes/questions, budgets, timelines, 12-9-6-3-1 month checklists, etc,. It made planning enjoyable and it's every detail-oriented gals dream planner!!!
I was quite hands on throughout the planning process, and I was happy that Nani took the time to check-in during each major decision and make genuine and logistic recommendations. Nani and her team brought my husband and I so much peace of mind on our wedding day, all thanks to her meticulous planning. She had all the details we hashed out together planned to a tee which allowed us to soak in all the love on our special day. Nani caters to your different levels of coordinating needs and she was EXACTLY who we were looking for. Her coordinating package and price was affordable for our vision, but it was Nani we were more invested in. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, professional, and kind. I feel like Nani, my husband, and our family bonded well with Nani during this entire process ❤️
Look no further, stop emailing and comparing different coordinators and their prices... I'm telling you Nani is all you'll need... for any and all events. Without no hesitation, you will be in marvellous hands with her.

Best Wedding Planner EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nani is a beast! She's a force to be reckoned with! She will turn your vision into a movie, something you could have never imagined! We had about 2 years of planning due to COVID but Nani didn't let that stop her or us. She gave great recommendations for vendors such as DJ, linens, cake, and florist (which we went with just because they were that good). She's down to earth, and you'll hear her say, "If you like it, I love it," and she will show that love and passion and give you the wedding you wanted and then some! If we're ever back in San Diego, we will surely book Nani for all our events! Book, Book, Book!! Nani went from our wedding planner to our friend to family! All of our guests are STILL speaking about the wedding and how well put together it was. We have to give all the praise and credit to Nani! -

Words can not describe the impact Nani has had on the life of my marriage, much less the impact she has made on me as a person. We developed a bond over the several months leading to our wedding. The Best in San Diego County!
When I first started my wedding planning journey I sought after the DIY wedding where I did mostly everything on my own. Due to the pandemic, everything kept changing and it was getting overwhelming. 5 months before my wedding I broke down and decided to find a wedding coordinator. Nani was referred to me by a mutual friend and she was perfect! Every step of the way she kept me updated and when i would freak out she would reassure me that everything was on the right path. Trust is important when deciding on a Wedding coordinator and I immediately knew that i could trust her. Our wedding day was amazing and perfect in everyway; I never once thought anything negative thanks to Nani's Events. If you're looking for someone who is professional, knows how to think on their feet, compassionate, organized, detail oriented, and will help you execute your dream wedding. Nani's Events is the way to go, such a sweet soul!

Nani was by far the best person I could have ever hired to help me throw our baby shower. She worked tirelessly on every detail, every vendor, and every change I wanted to make. I never spoke to anybody but her. From desserts to the bartender, I never had to “check-in” or make sure everything was together. She kept us informed, and made sure everything was cost-effective throughout the process. Nani even went above and beyond with the cherry blossom trees. No one in San Diego county had them but the moment I said I wanted them in the initial consultation she very quickly ordered them and is now the only Coordinator in San Diego that can offer them if you wanted them at your event. Nani had it all. The venue, the tables, the chairs. She worked on EVERYTHING and removed all the stress for my wife and I. She pays attention to detail and picks up on who you are and what you like, almost immediately. There was never a question when it came to designing, picking colors, certain decor that she didn’t know the answer to. She’s extremely accessible, professional, and has a portal where you can see the layout and venue, inspiration pictures, and so much more that you get access to once you book with her. I highly recommend her for any event you may have coming up. Whether you’re stressed about planning or you just need that extra support and resource to obtain something you only thought was a dream. Thank you Nani, first event down. With many many more to come. -

Nani really helped me put together a repass for my niece who was violently murdered, she made it so easy for me. I didn't have to do anything. She provides servers and security. Choosing a coordinator was the first task on my to do list once I became engaged. I knew I wanted to get married in my hometown of San Diego but understood the challenges I would face while living in Virginia. I researched multiple wedding coordinators in the San Diego area and by far I was most impressed with the work produced by Nani Events. During our first teleconference I was most impressed with her professionalism and her questionnaire assessment to ensure that my fiancé and I wedding dreams were front and center. I repeatedly looked forward to all of our scheduled appointments for they were a delightful treat to calm all of my nervous. Throughout the planing process, Nani reassured me that all will be executed beautifully and like magic she achieved just that . I couldn’t have asked for better coordinator to help me capture our union that will forever be etch in the hearts of our family and friends. -

Trendsetting Proposal
Nani events couldn’t have been a better company to choose with this special moment. I had to have changed the plans up 10-15 times in order to get this right and she was super flexible with my schedule. Between COVID and the bride to be it hard to get plans solid until probably 3 days before. When the day finally came it went without a hitch and became a moment she’ll never forget. Luxurious Experience
I planned my wedding from Houston, TX and Nani worked extremely hard to ensure that my wedding was a fairy tale. She made herself accessible to me 24/7 nearly, and kept me prompt and organized throughout the entire process. She cared about my wedding as much as I did and it showed! One word to capture my experience with Nani Events, AMAZING. I found Kanani after I fired my first wedding coordinator for being non-flexible. Kanani stepped up to the plate and didn't miss a beat. She was organized, professional, warm and down to earth. She worked well with all my other vendors and everyone enjoyed her work. She even went above and beyond after my wedding was over and handled a discrepancy I had with my florist. I still get compliments two years later about how great of a coordinator she was and how my wedding day went smooth without a hitch.
