Nahid helped us plan our Venetian Masquerade Wedding in 2023 and she was amazing! She paid special attention to every detail and managed all of the vendors with a deft and expert hand - from the circus performers to burlesque dancers, to the string quartet and band, to the furniture and decor vendors, to working with the hotel. She was able to make our rather unorthodox wedding come alive to perfection! We can't thank her enough.
And her team had everything covered and took great care of us through three outfit changes for each of us with coordinating hair, makeup, jewelry, and Venetian masks, and an extra costume change for me to surprise my partner with a performance at our wedding. We never would have been able to pull off such an intricate, unique night for us and all of our guests without her and her team! If you want someone to help you realize your vision for your event and knock the event out of the park, then I recommend that you call Nahid now! -

My Son’s Elegant wedding
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nahid’s global events! From the very first meeting to the final moments of my son’s wedding day, they were nothing short of extraordinary.
Planning such an important day can feel overwhelming, but Nahid and her team took all the stress away. They listened carefully to every detail we wanted and made sure our vision came to life—even better than we could have imagined! The level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail was truly remarkable.
Every aspect of the wedding, from the breathtaking décor to the flawless timeline, was handled with care and expertise. The venue looked absolutely magical, and everything ran so smoothly that we were able to fully enjoy the day without a single worry.
What impressed me the most was Nahid’s ability to stay calm and organized, even when last-minute changes came up. She handled everything with such grace and ease, making sure the bride, groom, and our entire family felt supported and cared for.

Nahid helped me plan my wedding over the last 9 months. I cannot imagine going through this process without her support. Although I purchased a partial planning package, she was happy to take my calls or give me input any time that I needed guidance. She suggested vendors, but never made me feel obligated to use them. She had an opinion, and always shared her view point based on her prior experiences. She trusted my vision, but really helped guide me when it came to the most important/impactful areas to spend our budget. She is an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super organized. All of our vendors loved working with her.
The weekend of our wedding, she never missed a beat. My husband's family and mine are not easy to please, and they all were extremely impressed by Nahid and her entire team. She went well beyond the call of duty, and did numerous favors for me. Her service level is impeccable.
Final note -- all of my friends and family had warned me that "something will go wrong on your wedding day, you have to let it go, and not let it effect you". I can honestly say that nothing went wrong on my wedding day, and I fully attribute that to Nahid's level of organization and experience. -

Beyond expectations
I couldn't be any happier that Nahid was my wedding planner. My wedding was beyond my expectations and how I imagined it to be. Throughout the wedding planning, she's was available at all time through phone calls, and in person whenever necessary. She was extremely organized, helpful, and recommended the best vendors that made my wedding day the way I wanted it to be. I always wanted my wedding pictures to be taken with city view, and she made my dream come true by arranging our pictures at the helipad. She cared about all the things I wanted, even the smallest details!! She made sure to be there through food tasting, florists appointments, rentals, even phone calls/emails with the DJ, hairstylist, make up artists to make sure everything goes the way I wanted. She was super organized with all the contracts, timing, and wedding day schedule.
When it came to the wedding day, I honestly didn't stress about anything, everything went as planned. Nahid and the team took care of everything, from the smallest detail, to the biggest. She definitely made my wedding perfect -

Vera-Ricks Wedding
We live in the Bay Area, and Nahid was the day planner for my daughter’s destination wedding, at the La Valencia Hotel.
From beginning to end, she was there with advice and suggestions for all aspects of the wedding and reception. She coordinated everything with all the vendors, including the minister and the hotel! We brought several items down for the reception, and she set up everything, the ballroom was absolutely gorgeous!
She kept everyone on track, so the entire day flowed smoothly. She even handled a couple of glitches, and none of the guests ever knew the difference.
I can’t emphasize enough how much time and effort Nahid put into this day, giving my daughter and son-in-law, the wedding of their dreams.
We could not have done it without her!!! -

Reina Sent on 10/31/2017Nahid was exactly what I was looking for in a wedding planner. She is experienced, she knows all of the best vendors in the business, and she's SO GOOD at what she does.
She was kind and thoughtful when I told her about my vision for my destination wedding at the Loews Coronado, and she worked with me in making sure that it was absolutely perfect- and she made sure we stuck to that vision. She recommended vendors, worked on contracts with them, and thought of other creative ideas that we could include in our wedding (like a nitrogen ice cream station at our pool party which ended up being a hit).
She knows so much about Indian weddings (more than either of our families did!) and was able to guide us on things we would even need for the ceremony. At no point did I need to do anything at the wedding- she took over completely and managed her crew and all the vendors. We were all so relaxed during the weekend that we had time to enjoy each and every event (we had 4 big events and not once were we stressed about anything).
Thank you Nahid, you made my dream wedding a reality! -

Nahid Farhoud was the best wedding planner we could ask for. She paid attention to every tiny detail and made sure that everyone involved in the planning process (me, my fiance, and our parents) were happy. Additionally, she brought creativity and elegance to our event. Some our her ideas were certainly not ones that my fiance or I could have come up with on our own. She also introduced us to some fantastic vendors. Both the florist and the printer she told us about did an amazing job and at a reasonable price. During the actual events, she and her staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and efficient. For those of you who are planning large Indian weddings, Nahid staff can definitely help make sure all the events run smoothly and on-time. On a personal level, Nahid is also just a genuinely nice person. She is caring and goes out of her way to make sure that all her clients feel comfortable. A few days prior to my wedding, I remember her calling me and telling me to stop working, give all the wedding things I was working on to her (even if those things were technically not her job to do), and to relax. She made sure that both my fiance and I took care of ourselves so that we could be rested for the wedding.
I absolutely recommend that everyone use Nahid as their wedding planner. She is amazing! -

She knew that I was detailed oriented on a small budget. She helped me plan the perfect wedding with only going slightly over budget, our budget was wicked unreasonable! She was great!!!
