February 14th Wedding
We cannot speak highly enough of Mystic Dunes and Rick. I plan corporate events for a living, and I could not have felt more taken care of than I did with him and the Mystic Dunes team. He was extremely communicative and helped fulfill every request, and when some things came up on the day of he handled them with perfect efficiency.
The food was also very good for wedding food - especially the lasagna. Our catering manager on the day of ensured that my husband and I had plenty of food and drinks throughout the night, even giving us to go cups of our signature cocktails at the end of the night. Almost all of our guests were traveling in from out of State, so having them be able to stay on property was immensely helpful. I will say that the Hilton team members in charge of our room block were a little unorganized and very unresponsive, but that is out of the control of Rick and the venue itself. -

There are no words to truly capture the magic Rick Martin and the team at Mystic Dunes Golf Club brought to our wedding day. From the very beginning, Rick was more than just a coordinator; he was our anchor. He handled every detail—from the stunning table decor and linen colors to flawlessly organizing our rehearsal brunch—with such grace and creativity.
The real testament to Rick’s brilliance came when the weather turned just days before our outdoor ceremony. Without missing a beat, he moved everything indoors, transitioning from the ceremony to cocktail hour and the reception so seamlessly our guests never even knew there was a 'Plan B.'
To top it all off, it was also my birthday, and Rick managed to incorporate that celebration perfectly into the day. Our guests haven't stopped raving about the food, the beautiful venue, and the incredible staff. Rick, thank you for being our calm in the storm and for making our day absolutely perfect. We love you!" -

Wedding at Mystic Dunes
Mystic dunes was such a wonderful venue! It was just so magical ! It was all I could have ever asked for , The Venue is just so elegant and beautiful. The staff is so amazing of taking care of you, specially Rick Martin, he made sure my wedding came out perfectly! He really did everything possible to make sure it came out the way we wanted our wedding. If you are planning on booking this venue , I please advice you to do so , it’s just so wonderful! -

This venue was definitely worth it. It had a lot of value from food tasting, rehearsal dinner and the amount of items provided by the venue. It was perfect for our budget and still so beautiful. The food is great! My favorite was the mahi mahi. The venue was also very flexible with accommodations requested. I would 100% recommend this venue. -

We just had our wedding at the Hilton Mystic Dunes in Orlando back in February 2026, and it covered everything from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.
First off, the hotel itself is massive and feels upscale without being stuffy. All the rooms are suites, which made it super convenient for hanging out with friends and family over the wedding weekend. We booked a 3 bedroom suite that was basically 2 apartments connected (1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom), so we had plenty of space to host family and friends throughout the weekend.
The indoor banquet hall has beautiful windows, a dedicated dance floor, and a separate buffet area, which kept things flowing smoothly. We had 72 guests, and it felt spacious without feeling empty. It could easily host more. The food was also great and their chef managed to do different styles (Indian and American food) for our mixed culture wedding. If you're blending cultures or have dietary needs, they will handle it
Rick Martin, the venue coordinator, was absolutely fantastic and professional, from our first tour to the day of the wedding. He was full of helpful ideas when we were undecided on details like setup or timing, and always quick to respond to emails and answer the long list of questions we sent him all the time. He was super flexible even with super last-minute changes on our end. On the day of the wedding, he was great at helping vendors set up, keeping things on schedule, and making sure my partner and I didn't have to stress about a thing on your wedding day
For photos, there are some great spots around the golf course and the front garden: lots of greenery and scenic backdrops. Our ceremony was outdoors under their pergola, which connects right into the banquet area. There’s also an outdoor area for cocktail hour which is great if the Florida weather cooperates (which it usually does).
We also had a nice rehearsal dinner the night before and the banquet room was split in half for our small party and we had catered food and drinks there as well.
I would say make sure your you plan shuttle services from the rooms to the banquet hall for your guests way in advance or have them park there - they have a big enough parking lot for the banquet hall area
Overall from a value perspective, this venue is a great choice. You get: on-site hotel accommodations (all suites), in-house catering and bartending, tables, chairs, linens included, Indoor and outdoor ceremony options and a relatively private event space separate from general hotel traffic! My wife and I highly recommend! -

Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club is truly a hidden gem and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we first toured the property and met Rick Martin, our day-of coordinator at Mystic Dunes, we knew right away that this was the place we had to have our wedding at.
Rick was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, the wedding package he offered was truly the best value, better than anything we could have ever imagined. We were incredibly impressed with how much was already included in addition to how beautiful and cozy the space was, creating the perfect, most intimate atmosphere for such a special day. The lush golf course views and greenery, serene surroundings, and romantic spaces made everything feel magical and timeless.
After we booked Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club and started the wedding planning process, anytime we spoke with Rick all throughout it felt like all of our concerns instantly disappeared. He was calm, reassuring, and genuinely invested in making everything perfect for our wedding, which took so much stress off of our plates. Even during our wedding tasting, he was extremely engaged and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations on dishes, preparation, and final selections that really elevated our menu that our guests are still talking about.
Rick and his staff also did a wonderful job during our rehearsal dinner, making sure both we and our guests were well taken care of. Even when a few guests arrived late, the team went above and beyond by saving them food and drinks from the bar after it had closed and making sure every one of our guests was satisfied and happy.
Our wedding day itself went smoothly and perfectly, again many thanks to Rick and his team. Everything was beautifully set up and ready to go. Rick’s attention to detail and willingness to help went far beyond what we ever expected, such as how he helped steam my veil and bustle my dress before and during the ceremony, and also how he helped with the groom’s boutonniere. While we already knew firsthand that Rick would do (and did) an amazing job, hearing additional feedback from our guests truly sealed it for us. Our guests noticed Rick personally wheeling my grandmother to her seat before the ceremony and even picking up leaves from the aisle by hand, small moments that spoke volumes about his dedication and care.
The entire staff was just as wonderful too. Stephanie was incredible in handling our food, drinks, cake delivery, and anything else that we may have needed (she even offered the groom a drink before the ceremony haha). Esteban was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating. We had met him a few months earlier when Rick wasn’t onsite, and he was just as welcoming then as he was during our special day. Then during the reception, staff members even stepped in to help expedite the bar line for the groom’s father, which our family truly appreciated. There were several moments like these all throughout the entire day that just made everything that much more wonderful and special.
Overall, Mystic Dunes is a fantastic wedding venue, and Rick and his staff gave us everything we could have asked for and so much more. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We wish we could relive our wedding day all over again! -

Absolutely AMAZING! We hosted 3 catered events (family luncheon, wedding, and a brunch) and celebrated a family reunion and milestone birthday at Kenzie's during our recent stay at Mystic Dunes. Everything was fabulous! We were so grateful for Rick and his team throughout the weekend. The months of event planning were stress-free and collaborative. Rick heard all of our wishes and ideas and brought them to reality! Our family and friends in attendance had nothing but FABULOUS things to say about the whole experience. For our wedding reception, Stephanie was incredible and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night. Everyone on staff for each of our events was welcoming, professional, and energetic! We are forever grateful to Rick, Stephanie, Frank, Megan, David, Jim, Daniel, Elmo, Marie, Esteban, Armando, Jackson, Michael, and everyone else on staff during our stay and celebrations!

Mystic Dunes was an excellent choice for us for our wedding venue. We had a hard time looking for a venue that fit our criteria--specifically, affiliated with a hotel (many guests were coming from out of town), provided in-house catering and bartending, a relatively private event space, and a ceremony location that had a beautiful indoor alternative in case of inclement weather. Mystic Dunes had all of these and more.
All of the spaces provided were so pretty. I was particularly happy with the indoor reception hall, which had beautiful windows and was spacious without feeling empty. I also liked how there was easy access to outdoor and other quiet areas for our older guests. The food was also great; we had a hard time picking what we wanted during our try-out.
Rick, the venue coordinator, was absolutely fantastic, from our first tour to the day of the wedding. He made the process easy, and had great ideas when we weren't sure of what we wanted. During the tour, he was to-the-point and offered us a quote right away, which we appreciated after touring with many long-winded coordinators at other venues. We had an easy time communicating with him as well, and he was super flexible even with super last-minute changes on our end.
There were also some great spots around the outside of the golf club that were fantastic for photos, their garden in the front and the trees with the draping moss made beautiful backdrops.
Overall, I am very happy with our choice of venue. Rick and the staff were fantastic, and it made the wedding a beautiful day. -

My daughter was married at the Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club March 1, 2025. From the moment we first toured the property and met Rick Martin, the wedding Event Coordinator, we knew this was the place. And it was better than I could ever have imagined!! Rick was amazing, he was so quick to respond to our questions during the planning process, and on the wedding day he was our rock. His staff is also incredible, they were never bothered with a question or a last minute request to help with an unexpected birthday mini celebration. The location is beautiful - right on the golf course surrounded by beautiful foliage.
Almost everyone attending was from out of state, so it was important for us to have an affordable hotel option - the Hilton on the property was terrific! They gave us a great wedding block discount for our guests and the rooms where very large with full kitchens, living room, balconies, etc. plus the amenities onsite were terrific as well.
All in all, look no further...Mystic Dunes is the one!! -

I cant put into words how great our wedding went. We aren't from FL so we planned our wedding virtually. Rick was an amazing director & coordinator. He is patient, stern, informative, playful, imaginative, helpful, and much more. My husband couldn't stop saying how Rick was born to do this. The venue is large and the windows alone really add a grandeur feel to the room. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. We had people tell us that they were wanting more. Any hiccups that occurred, Rick handled with grace. The staff was amazing and so nice. The guests loved the staff. We would 1000% do it all over again. If you are contemplating between here and somewhere else, just book Mystic Dunes. You really wont regret it! -

We had the most incredible experience at Mystic Dunes for our wedding reception! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, offering countless stunning locations for photos, which made our wedding day even more memorable. The venue provides so many amazing options that made it a great value, from a wide selection of linen colors for tablecloths and napkins to gorgeous centerpieces and various other decoration options. We took full advantage of all the choices available and everything came together perfectly.
A huge shoutout to Rick, the wedding coordinator, who truly made our day special. He went above and beyond to help us customize the centerpieces with extra flowers we brought in, taking my inspiration and turning it into a cohesive, beautiful reception space. He even arranged flowers on our wedding cake, which we had initially planned to have our florist do at a much higher cost. Rick was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, always meeting with us whenever we needed and answering emails promptly.
The food at Mystic Dunes was absolutely phenomenal. We were blown away during our tasting and had a tough time narrowing down our selections because everything was so delicious. My husband even declared it the best wedding food he had ever had! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the reception was and how amazing the food tasted.
Overall, Mystic Dunes made our wedding day unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the beautiful setting to the incredible service and delicious food, it was the perfect place to celebrate our special day. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous and stress-free wedding venue! -

We cannot say enough great things about Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club. It was exactly what we were hoping for – a fun, easy experience for our out-of-town guests and a stress-free day for us. Rick Martin, the private events director, was the main reason we chose Mystic Dunes. When we were still trying to decide on a venue he was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was surprising to us how many venues didn't respond promptly (or at all) to our inquiries via email or phone, but Rick was the exception. Because of this we knew we were in great hands for the big day. He was highly organized, calm, kind, and really invested in making our wedding the best it could be. The accommodations for out-of-towners were beautiful. They grouped everyone in the same two buildings, and had golf carts available to take them to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself. Mystic Dunes is close to Disney and Universal, but secluded enough that it really felt special. All in all, especially thanks to Rick, we had a really lovely day! -

When planning a wedding, so many people ask you if you are going to get a wedding planner. I decided not to as I thought I wouldn't need one and I'm blessed to say that I was right in my decision BUT it's only because I had Rick Martin as my wedding day coordinator. He was an incredible partner when mapping out my wedding and had impeccable taste which served me well when trying to bounce off a few ideas with him during the menu tasting. Rick also was very quick on his feet on our wedding day. For example, the florist was running really late and before I could even freak out, Rick had a plan to use other flowers he had in his office and thought of new center pieces on the spot. Luckily, the florist showed and all was well, but the way Rick quickly came up with a solution had me calm the entire day since I knew that if anything happened, Rick would fix it. My husband and I got married in January 2024 and people are still talking about how magical our wedding was and our bridal party constantly brings up how amazing Rick was too! -

I could write a book about this place that's how pleased I am with Mystic Dunes. I went into planning my wedding blindly not knowing at all what to expect and kind of knowing what I wanted. Mostly focused on the budget. Giving it to you straight Mystic Dunes has the most affordable, inclusive, wedding packages. They can’t be beat. Now let me tell you about Rick Martin the wedding coordinator of this venue. He was my Angel sent from heaven. He knows his stuff and made this entire wedding journey come together. Most importantly he made me feel confident and at ease during every meeting. When it came to accommodating my requests for our menu Rick and the chef went above and beyond to deliver a more Latin flavor approach. My guests absolutely loved the food. I received complements all night on how great the food was. Rick, from the very beginning was so professional and did not miss a beat from helping me pick out the linens to vendors to creating a timeline for the event and keeping all my vendors and his staff on track the day of my event. Showing compassion and understanding during stressful moments throughout the planning process and pure excitement and joy the day of. This man even bustled my dress! He decorated the venue with all our decor beautifully. He stayed on top of everything and everyone and even checked us in to our Honeymoon suite before he left leaving us a map to find our way to our room. I have not one regret choosing Mystic Dunes. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Rick Martin and staff for making my wedding a dream come true . It was such a beautiful event. -

We had our wedding here on April 29, 2023 and it was everything we could have hoped for! This was the second venue we looked at and we just new it was the one! Rick is the venue coordinator and he made this process so easy for us! It rained on our wedding day and he was quick to move everything indoors and everything turned out beautiful! I highly recommend Mystic Dunes for your wedding ceremony and reception. Rick is supposed to be your day of coordinator but he felt more like our fairy godmother/ godfather. He made me and my Husband feel so special all throughout the process. He has little nit nacks to help you not purchase so many things. He provided an easel for our picture, our cake stands, knives for the cake-cutting ceremony, chairs, and much more. I know the venue provides a lot but Rick went above and beyond what was asked of him. I can't express my gratitude. The venue has large windows overlooking all of the greenery. -

Rick Martin came in with only a few months before my wedding and it was like he was helping plan it the entire time! I was nervous when the previous coordinator left but after our first meeting with Rick, I felt so comfortable and at ease! He made sure everything was perfect, supported me in ways I didn’t even know I needed, and took care of everything during our big day, from making sure we had to food to any issues that arose during, as well as the rehearsal dinner. Enjoyable vendor
Melissa was really helpful throughout the whole process leading up to our wedding. They way she decorated the ceremony and reception was awesome. We really did appreciate how available she was and how attentive she was to our needs. Mystic Dunes is also a really beautiful area for photos and really big to accommodate for our 120 guests. -

Family reunions are a time of gathering, reminiscing, learning about family history, and getting down to brass tax of simply having FUN! Rekina's family was with us in the ballroom for several events, and stayed on resort property. From what I heard, all 170 of them had an absolute blast. -

HE ENSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WILL COME OUT EXACTLY HOW I WANTED...AND IT DID, EVERY DETAIL WAS ON POINT,OUR GUEST WAS IN LOVE WITH THE FOOD,THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US, WE GOT MARRIED ON MAY 19.2018 (RAINY DAY) RICK HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM.HE CAN EVEN TELL YOU THAT I WASNT THE BRIDEZILLA MY HUSBAND WAS (HE BTW IS EXTREMELY PICKY)WE HAD TO GO FOR A SECOND TASTING LOL BUT RICK EVEN HELPED TO FIX MY DRESS WITH MY SISTER,TRULY AMAZING WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME AND MY DREAMS CAME TRUE BECAUSE OF HIM. BRIDES BOOK HERE U WONT REGRET IT. MUCH LOVE FROM THE PUJOLS.

Aya Sent on 03/07/2018We had an amazing experience! Rick Martin is bar far the most influential reason this Resort is rated 5 stars by us and many others! He is organized, professional, enthusiastic, endearing and very attentive to details! We had a very custom style set up for our guests and tables and Rick pulled it off with out a hitch because of taking his time with us to understand the essence of what we wanted. Rick was very in tune with our wedding and was able to compensate when other vendors (not from Mystic Dunes) were not pulling their weight. This made our experience a happy, beautiful memory! I would choose Rick and Myatic Dunes again in a heart beat (although I will proabaly wait a while before organizing another wedding, phewwww!) thank you to Rick and the crew for a fantastic day!

Bryan Sent on 01/23/2018It is a rare gem to find a venue with not only a beautiful view for ceremony & photos, but spectacular food as well, & all at an affordable price. But that's just scratching the surface of what Mystic Dunes has to offer.
Included is seating with chiavari chairs, tablecloths, champagne for the toast, space for the bridal party to get ready, table numbers, cake cutting set, dining ware, & champagne flutes. Also a honeymoon suite for the night of, champagne & chocolate covered strawberries, & a free round of golf.
Discounted villas are available for your Guests – full kitchen, fridge, & hot tub included. We didn't even bother to list alternate hotels, that's how good a price it was.
For food, you have a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, sides, & salads prepared by celebrity-level chefs. The dishes are all delicious - honestly some were the best of their kind we've ever had. You don't go into a wedding expecting that. Rehearsal dinner (buffet style) at the venue was also incredibly affordable, convenient, & just as tasty.
Rick Martin is the included Day of Coordinator - his role is to make everything in the background runs smoothly on your special day. He was there to provide tons of helpful advice, options, recommendations, & peace of mind that everything would be handled the day of. Rick was friendly, professional, responsive, flexible, & organized. He was genuinely interested in doing everything he could to accommodate us & our guests & make our day special - without him, our event would not have come together as perfectly as it did. As much as the venue & food stood out at Mystic Dunes, Rick is honestly what we remember the most fondly. With adequate planning & communication from the couple/wedding planner, there should be absolutely no reason that your event wouldn't go just as wonderfully under Rick's watch.
So new couples, do do your due diligence & search around. But don't search too long - you'll find yourself back here soon enough anyway. -
