We had a great experience with MS Rentals and would highly recommend them for wedding rentals. Their selection is fantastic and very easy to browse on their website, with clear photos and transparent pricing. We worked with Kylie, who was incredibly communicative and prompt when helping us make changes to our order. She even went above and beyond by taking photos of our table setup using our selected rentals so we could confirm that the colors and style worked together. Delivery and pickup were seamless, with no hiccups at all. Overall, MS Rentals was reliable, easy to work with, and a perfect fit for our wedding.

Working with MS Events for our wedding rentals was very straightforward! We were able to set up an appointment with Kylie in the showroom, and she helped us mix and match different combinations of linens, napkins, plates, and silverware. (It was very helpful to see the combinations in person too instead of just online.) After our initial order, we were then able to add on or change items as needed up until a week before the wedding, and communication was very professional and quick. Thank you, MS Events!

We worked with Callie from MS Events. We met with her the day we did our walk through and she was just the best. She was so patient and kind and helped us sort through all of the MANY options we had. Amazing experience!! We received top notch service and flexibility. Prices were incredibly competitive. We live 120 miles from the vendor so delivery was not an option. They allowed us to come get the items before they normally allow them to go out so the pick up and return did not affect our ability to spend time with our daughter and her groom the wedding week! MS Events had a beautiful selection that fit every need for my wedding. Our rentals from MS created a beautiful atmosphere in our reception from start to finish, as well as at our rehearsal dinner. They were able to drop off our items for both events at one time to cut down on cost and give us extra time to check in wedding day items. When a few things were missing from our delivery, I was able to quickly get hold of Linda on the phone and she corrected the problem within the next day. Thank you all so much for your help!

We used MS events for our linens, china, glassware, and flatware. Callie and the whole team at MS Events were so easy and wonderful to work with, especially as we decided to postpone our big event from 2020 to 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. They worked seamlessly together with our caterer throughout the whole process. MS Events has a wide variety of inventory that can match any wedding style that you may be aiming for. I especially love their blue carousel goblets that complemented our dusty blue rustic/romantic theme very well! A lifesaver!
I realized about a month before my wedding, that due to changes for safety with COVID, that we would need space-heaters to keep people comfortable at our outdoor wedding. MS Events cam through with four space heaters. They were incredibly helpful and promptly answered all of my (many) questions.

We obtained the rentals my daughter’s wedding from MS Events. It was easy to pick china, glassware, linens, farm tables and serving pieces from the showroom. The staff was very helpful in with suggestions. The bistro bistro lights and dance floor to the reception area made for a a great addition to the reception space. They helped us choose the additions by providing photos from prior events. All the rentals were delivered on time and just as we requested. I would use them again for a future event.

BEST Rentals in Town
MS Events has always been my go-to for event rentals in Charlottesville when I was working in the area as an event planner. I didn't realize until I hired them personally for my wedding how truly wonderful the company is!
Our original plans for an out of state wedding, like a lot right now, had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. We decided to stay local for the event instead and plan the entire event in 3 weeks. I reached out to Linda Winkler from MS Events maybe a week and 1/2 before the wedding and requested tables/chairs/linen. Linda Winkler whipped up a proposal with recommended linens within an hour of my request!
The company has an array of rentals to include cool, unique accent pieces to add to your reception.
I couldn;t been more pleased with the level of service, quality of rentals and the overal experience working with MS.

Great Wedding Rentals!
MS Events was great to work with! In addition to the typical linens, plates, flatware, etc, we rented a light wall from them! It was gorgeous and set up before I arrived at the venue in the morning. They were very flexible with changes and easy to get in touch with. Callie was incredibly helpful during our rental meeting. She gave great advice on what went well together and prevented us from feeling too overwhelmed!

A Breeze to Deal With!
Linda from MS Events was incredible. Out of at-least 10 vendors we dealt with, Linda was the quickest to respond to our requests and the easiest to work with. She was timely and thorough. Never missed a beat. Always available to talk with the most pleasant uplifting attitude. She always made us feel like it was going to work out, even when the odds were stacked against us. In the end it did all work out, and everything exceeded our expectations. The tables, chairs, lights, etc. arrived in plenty of time and were everything we wanted. Linda even went above and beyond and helped us coordinate with a very challenging vendor. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. If we had to do it again we would totally chose Linda from MS Events to help us plan our event.

Seamless renting!
We rented 5 farm tables, 5 ivory runners, blue goblets, a cake stand, and an umbrella for our string quartet from MS. Their inventory is great and the process was very smooth! The blue goblets were the perfect touch to incorporate my bridesmaid dress color into the table-scape. Would highly recommend!

Last Minute Request Fulfilled with Speed, Professionalism, and Best Rate
We use MS Events for drapery around the Delfosse Vineyard event space, which we decided to do the month of our wedding, and MS Events set up our contract and executed it without any hiccups. They delivered early, installed skillfully (having never been to the site) and dismantled -- all included in a great rate. I had contemplated buying and hanging the drapery on my own and it actually was about the same $ with wayyy less effort to rent it. 100% worth it.

Great inventory!
We rented from MS Events everything from the china to the dance floor for our wedding and had a great experience! They have a wide selection of items to rent and we were able to visit their showroom to check out their entire inventory. We were also able to set up tables to see how everything would look together which was nice!

We used MS Events for renting linens (napkins and tablecloths) for our wedding reception. Working with MS Events was simple and easy. They were even able to help us get out of a last minute bind with requiring some additional table cloths. The linens were exactly as expected, and the pick-up/drop-off process went smoothly. They are top rated for a reason, but we’re happy to be another satisfied couple that supports them. Highly recommended!

Who needs a wedding planner when you have MS Events?
At every touchpoint, MS Events showed their in-depth knowledge and professionalism. Gorgeous choices, attention to detail and always the desire to make our daughter's day exactly what she had envisioned, from beginning to end, made our first family wedding a dream come true. Linda Winkler expertly walked us through the entire experience, helping us think through the space and sharing invaluable wisdom along the way, as we were planning it from out of town. And the crew that delivered the rentals to the barn in Mt. Solon was top-notch. I have already recommended them to people planning Charlottesville-area weddings and hope to work with them again.

Friendly and Reliable Team - Speedy Delivery & Excellent Support
When Austin and I learned that we had to cancel our wedding down South due to Hurricane Dorian, we still wanted to have our wedding on September 7, 2019, but had to relocate. We ultimately relocated to Afton, VA, and were lucky enough to work with the MS Events team. We needed tables and chairs for our wedding, and were only able to give them 2 days notice, yet, Erika pulled out all the stops to ensure we could get these in time for our wedding! To our surprise, her team delivered to our new venue before we had even arrived, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. The MS Events team was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We will never forget their kindness, and couldn’t have pulled off relocating our wedding without them!! :)

MS Events was wonderful to work with! Callie and her team were attentive, helpful and super fun to work with when my mom and I came in to select fabrics and dishes. They have a beautiful selection of plates, silverware and glassware! The linens we ended up picking were a STUNNING sky blue that worked so nicely with our venue. It was great working with Erika at MS Events! She really helped us figure out the details we weren't looking forward to figuring out (linens, plates etc.) We had great lighting work done through them as well! There was the perfect amount of light for our cornhole tournament, and it really set the mood. Such a joy to work with and so special to see it all come together!

MS Events (and Callie) were great to work with. We contacted them about 2 months before the wedding for a few rentals we didn't know we needed to get, mainly the dance floor. The cost was reasonable. Flawless wedding day rentals
We worked with Callie of MS Events for all of our wedding decor and rental needs. The ceremony was held at the UVA Chapel and the reception was at the Darden School of Business.
MS Events was absolutely incredible to work with. Callie responded to any questions in 24 hours or less and was able to provide creative suggestions for our space. Even when we made last-minute adjustments to our rentals, MS Events easily revised our order and promptly credited our account.
Callie and the MS Events team was extremely professional, honest, and easy to work with. If we ever hold another event in Charlottesville, we will not hesitate to use MS Events in the future.

The day was made even more special for our daughter having the rental options from MS Events. Everything was perfect from the first call through pick up. We worked with Arlene, who was absolutely amazing - she was responsive to our many emails and micro-adjustments as the date approached, did everything with a cheerful attitude and really made our experience a fun one. We also felt MS Events to be quite affordable - a good value for our money. We would 100% go with Arlene and MS Events again if we had it to do all over.

We worked with MS Events for our decor and service items. They had a large variety of options available to us for linens and dinner service items. We met in person to look over options and select our favorites. When we changed our color scheme, MS Events quickly made the changes and even purchased linens to meet our request. They allowed us to pick up sample items and take them to the venue so we could test out our plans. We had numerous changes to our decor list and they allowed us to make adjustments up until a week before the event.
We did have a few delays in updating our catering rentals but our day-of coordinator was able to get things taken care of before the big day.

Linda at MS Events graciously met with me twice to help me pick the perfect place settings/decor for my wedding. She made suggestions to ensure that my vendors and guests had everything they needed for The Big Day. Everything turned out beautifully (best wedding ever was a compliment I received many times!) and all the pieces were delivered on time and in pristine condition. I highly recommend MS Events!

We loved the pieces we rented from MS Events. They worked mainly with my wedding planner but anytime I had an interaction with them they were very nice and responsive. As a bride who relied heavily on my wedding planner to arrange the rentals, I was very pleased with the items we rented and would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Charlottesville area.

MS Events does a great job providing quality items for weddings and ensuring that set up is done seamlessly. Very happy to have worked with them on our wedding. At first they brought the wrong size tables because there was a confusion with the order - my mom and I were freaking out - and they quickly offered to bring the correct size and take the wrong one away. Lighting and rentals through MS Events was so beautiful! Their rentals are made our wedding venue and inspiration come together. We had a great experience visiting before the wedding. They answered all of our questions that have come up along the way quickly via phone call and email.

We loved working with MS Events. They were extremely helpful, and walked us through everything we needed to know for our event.
