We had the privilege of working with Disser for our wedding, him and the whole Mountain Crust crew were amazing! They were very easy to work with and did an amazing job. All of our guests raved about the pizza and it was such a fun addition to the day. I can’t recommend them enough to anybody looking for a great service, friendly people, and incredible food! -

Mountain Crust is THE perfect way to make your wedding day a unique and memorable day for you & your guests - the food, vibes, music, and dancing are exceptional!! (s/o to Scooter for killing it on the dance floor).
We first heard about Mountain Crust before we started wedding planning and after looking at reviews & pictures, knew that we wanted to plan everything around having Mountain Crust cater our wedding - and we're so glad we did! Guests are STILL raving about the food & the vibes! Not only was it all you can eat pizza for 3 hours, but it was so delicious and there was SO much flexibility to accommodate food restrictions (we had everyone from gluten free to vegan). There were so many appetizer options and the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert were *chefs kiss*.
Also - if you're worried about guests potentially waiting too long to get food since its served buffet/food truck style, we didn't have a single guest complain about needing to wait!! Mountain Crust was so fast & efficient, there was always so much food! -

Working with Ethan was the best part of planning for Olivia and Joey‘s wedding reception. Ethan is very easy to work with, he communicates well and his follow-through is spot on. We had the very best time with Ethan and the crew serving up the delicious passed appetizers, fresh and flavorful salads along with so many fabulous Mountain Crust pizza selections. The food is made with high quality locally sourced ingredients and the presentation was on point. We appreciated the added bonus of gluten-free, nut free and vegan offerings for some of our guests. Our family and friends had the best time! We received multiple compliments on how awesome Ethan and his crew were. If you want to simply be a guest at your event, hire Mountain Crust and enjoy the fun! -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Ryan and his team truly went above and beyond for our 170 person wedding. They showed up early and handled everything—from setting up tables and chairs to arranging the bar and ceremony space, and every little detail in between. They served all our guests quickly and smoothly, with no long lines, and kept the party going all night long. Plus, the pizza, appetizers, and desserts were absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about the food! Ryan also helped us finalize our timeline and drink quantities, even bringing their own ingredients for our specialty cocktails. The vibes were fantastic, and they made our wedding night truly unforgettable. I’d recommend them to anyone planning a wedding—they’re hands down the best catering team in Colorado! -

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Ryan and the team were the best pick for our wedding day. They went above and beyond to make sure that all guests had as much food as they wanted, coming up to tables with unique and delicious pizza creations as well as having an ample selection in front of the truck. Ryan even came out after the ceremony to bring us water before we took all of the photos we had taken during cocktail hour. The team is so personable and upbeat and brought an infectious energy. The food comes out so quickly and there was plenty of late night pizzas to go including two that were put in our getaway car. We were absolutely thrilled and cannot thank them enough. Guests told us that this is the best wedding food they have ever had and the best pizza and we agree. 100% book them! -

Mountain Crust Event Venue
Where do I even begin with how amazing this venue and staff are.
From the first call I made to go look at the venue to after our wedding was over we had the absolute best experience.
Venue:
After walking through the venue it was an obvious choice we wanted to have our wedding here. The layout is great, and the option of indoor outdoor space is nice. They have a beautiful upstairs bar and patio area, and the downstairs is such an open indoor/outdoor space with the coolest food truck. The venue has updated features throughout, and a very beautiful real moss wall! Even the bathrooms are nice!
Parking:
Parking with 28 spots turned out to work just fine for around 100 guests. We informed our type A friends there is limited parking and they all arrived early, and no issues with parking. Our other friends were fine with carpooling/ridesharing apps.
Food:
I will admit, I was a little nervous about not being able to try the pizza until they held a later tasting event, but going off of reviews, people loved the pizza, and I will confirm, the pizza is DELICIOUS, as well as the salad we selected! We opted for a charcuterie board over passed apps, and that was a hit! Our hungry group devoured that board, with only grape stems left behind. The charcuterie board WAS enough per person, we just started our wedding late, so guests were hungry.
Staff:
I can’t brag enough about the staff. I spoke to several staff throughout the process and they are so helpful. They are lively, social, mindful, and so easy to work with. They bring so much life to the venue. Nico got us booked with the venue: so helpful, Janae the venue manager for our day is so kind, organized, and helped put us at ease when we had to delay the start of our wedding (due to a major car accident). Ethan the pizza master left no stomach hungry and kept things fun The bartenders both upstairs and downstairs were all amazing, fun, and patient. It's rare to see staff loving their jobs so much!

Mountain Crust is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Kai and his team were so fantastic to work with on the day of our wedding. I got nothing but amazing comments & reviews from my guests. My parents were so happy as well which meant the world to us! So many people asked if they had a restaurant because they wanted to go back and have the food again. We thank the Mountain Crust team for making our day so special. Everyone will remember the amazing pizza party they threw. We love you, Mountain Crust!!! They are worth every single penny. -

There's absolutely no better wedding food than pizza! Mountain Crust was DELICIOUS! We still have guests talking about how amazing the food, Ethan, and the crew were! My husband and I had a blast making our own pizzas. The crew made some pizza for the wedding party before walking down the aisle, dinner, dancing, and tons to take home! Our guests were extra excited about the pizza they got to take home (as were we). The truck was adorable, the crew was fun, and the food was delicious. For apps we had bacon wrapped dates, a MASSIVE charcuterie board, and Tater Tot Hot Dish, which they made per my request (a MN delicacy). It was all too fantastic for words! We can't wait to attend some of their events at their venue and keep telling everyone we know who is getting married that they need MC at their wedding (because we NEED to eat it again)! 5 Stars aren't enough for this amazing team!Mountain Crust's reply:

Mountain Crust is just top notch. I knew they were gonna be good, but they made our wedding next level. I didn't even inquire to any other catering companies and this was one of the best decisions we made. I'd 1000x recommend you do the same! I think every single guest said how much they enjoyed their vibes and loved the pizza. Also- they knock out the pizzas SO FAST. We actually moved the post-dinner speeches up 15 minutes because all 110 of our guests were done getting food (and had gone back for seconds) well before our allotted dinner time.Oh, and they walked around the dance floor passing out s'mores and late night pizza. And sent my groom and I home with to-go boxes our favorite ones. I could literally go on and on, but Ryan & crew- thank you so much. Catering our wedding with Mountain Crust was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We worked with Kath during the planning stages, and Disser was our main POC on the wedding day. They both, along with the rest of the Mountain Crust crew, were so kind, reliable, professional, and so much fun. They helped us design a menu that was perfect, unique, and fun! They accommodated every dietary consideration our guests had. The appetizers, pizzas, salad, and desserts were all so tasty, and there was such a variety that all of our guests were satisfied. They were so attentive to my husband and me and made sure we were fed while we were pulled in all the wonderful directions that comes with a wedding. We could’ve very easily not eaten had it not been for the attention and care from the MC team. We even had unexpected weather; it snowed and was cold, and that didn’t affect food quality at all. Mountain Crust was fantastic to work with from the first moment! They respond to emails quickly and answered all our questions. We had one of those spring weddings where the weather changed from 70 to snow unexpectedly, Scooter and the crew handled it perfectly. They took wonderful care of our guests, were a ton of fun, and made the whole thing so EASY. I can't say enough good things.Mountain Crust's reply:

Kai and the whole staff was incredible! Will helped my husband and I with making our pizzas. I will note that we probably didn't ask to make pizzas at the best time haha. It was right after the head table was called for food and then the rest of the tables were starting to be called one by one.....so the team was busy! But without skipping a beat, Kai gave me his apron and Will gave his to my husband. Will talked us through each step and helped us make incredible pizzas.
Leading up to the wedding, Kath was our go-to person for all the planning and details. She remained responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day.
I heard nothing but amazing things about the staff and the food from our guests.

We are so glad we chose Mountain Crust to cater our wedding! Our parents were skeptical about pizza at our wedding, but could not stop raving about how delicious the food was and fun the MC crew was! Multiple guests shared how refreshing it was to not have another steak dinner at a wedding. All of the food was delicious and the team brings so much positive energy and fun to the event including pizza on the dance floor. They took care of all of our guests with dietary restrictions and no one left hungry. Can not recommend Mountain Crust more!Mountain Crust's reply:

OMG Mountain Crust Catering may have been the best decision I made for my wedding. All of my guests were so excited about the pizza buffet and I am still hearing about it! First of all, unlimited gourmet pizza is the PERFECT option for an event where there is an open bar as none of your guests will leave hungry. Not only was it delicious (and beautifully displayed), but using Mountain Crust also meant we didn't have to rent plates, silverware, napkins, cake plates, or cake forks from a rental company which was HUGE for our Budget. It was also the cheapest option out of the list I had to choose from with my venue by far. With all that being said, my favorite part of having Mountain Crust at my wedding was how WONDERFUL the staff was! They were all so kind and excited to be there, and Ethan somehow always found us to get us another round of drinks before we even knew we needed them. He also managed to find me with a bacon wrapped goat cheese date before they were all gone so I didn't miss them, AND they made a small personal charcuterie board to put at my husband and I's place setting so we didn't miss out on that app either. Lastly, Ethan joined us on the dance floor with my favorite pizza to be passed around while we partied which might be one of my favorite wedding memories. 10/10 recommend Mountain Crust for any event, and if you don't you will certainly be paying more for a worse experience!Mountain Crust's reply:

Amazing, Perfect, Above and Beyond!! My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend. The staff was in incredible and made sure everyone was taken care of from beginning to the end. Scooter was amazing interacting with the bride and groom as well as the guests. Our guests all sought out the staff to thank them before leaving the event. We could not have asked for a better experience with Mountain Crust as our wedding recpetion caterer. Our guests LOVED the food - we had two wonderful appetizers, gourmet pizza (obviously), and freakin wood-fired smore's for dessert! My dream come true. So many compliments from friends about how delicious everything was, and some extra special kudos from our gluten free guests who got their own personal pizzas with toppings of their choice. The Mountain Crust staff set up all our tables and chairs at the venue, which was massively helpful, and checked in multiple times to assist with whatever else they could before the party ever got started. Special shoutout to their team leader Kath - she went out of her way to find us (bride and groom) wherever we were, and kept us well fed throughout the night; even with all the shuffling around and activites to accomplish, we didn't miss a single bite of anything. Bonus -- her dance moves are siiiick! And to top it all off, Mountain Crust gave us our own pizza paddle to keep as a special momento of the day. Our special day would not have been the same if we didn't have Mountain Crust Catering! Words cannot express how amazing, passionate and kind all of the Mountain Crust employees were. They not only served appetizers and pizza but they helped with set-up and break-down after the ceremony. From delivering food on the dancefloor to guests, to passing appetizers, to taking pictures in the photo booth with friends and family because their energy is just FIRE...not to mention, the pizza is the best around...they are just a delight and a MUST hire for all events.
