Working with Lexie at Moments You’ll Remember was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning a wedding in Las Vegas while living on the completely opposite side of the country felt incredibly daunting at first, but Lexie made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free.
We did the partial planning package which was exactly what we needed. Distance was never an issue with her. She was organized, communicative, and kept us on track every step of the way, taking all the weight off our shoulders. When it came to our design and vibe, she completely brought our vision to life. She listened to exactly what we wanted and executed it flawlessly. Walking into the venue was a total dream, even after having to move it inside due to a heat wave.
The actual wedding day truly couldn't have been better. Because of Lexie and her team’s flawless coordination, we were able to completely relax and just enjoy every single second. If you are planning a Las Vegas wedding, especially from afar, do yourself a favor and hire Lexie. She is an absolute rockstar! -

As someone who wanted a lot of control over the details and the planning, I couldn’t be happier with the choice of hiring Lexie as our day of coordinator for our wedding. Everything I wanted, she helped with. We had 90 guests and she made sure every person was taken care of during the night. Having Lexie brought so much peace of mind because she truly would deal with all the little stressors that would pop up leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She brought the exact vision to life for everything we wanted. If you’re on the fence about having a coordinator, I highly recommend hiring Lexie! Nothing but amazing things to say about everything she did. -

We had the pleasure of working with Lexi as our event coordinator for our wedding and without a doubt she was such a key component to our day! Lexi was communicative from the start. While she had her hands full with my husband and his groomsmen she was able to keep them to task and was so professional and kind throughout. Our day would not have been the same without her! -

Lexie did an amazing job of making our dream day come true! Being an out of town bride I couldn’t have made our vision come to life without her. She was always just a text or phone call away and answered any questions we had. The day of the wedding she made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and ensured everything ran smoothly. Where to start. Lexie by far exceeded any of my expectations throughout the planning process and saved our wedding!
We started planning a year out. Slowly but surely creating a vision. She was attentive and answered all of my questions - even at 11pm 🥰
We had to abruptly change the date due to weather THE DAY OF. A brides worst nightmare, she made it all work. Not only was she supportive. She jumped on the phone with all vendors and my 82 guests to basically book and invite them again. The next day we had our wedding and it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. Not a detail missed. She even managed to get a few photos and videos of my family that I will cherish forever. Moments that only your planner would know to get.
She put her heart into my special day and I couldn’t be more thankful that we found her. ❤️ -

Lexie was amazing and was exactly who I needed to organize everything in the end. She was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and responsive throughout the entire time I worked with her. She made the day seamless and made sure to follow the timeline. She coordinated all the vendors I hired and worked well with the on site coordinator. Remarkable
Moments to Remember went above and beyond all of our expectations. They provided a stress free and beautiful day. Lexie was amazing at communicating with us the weeks prior to the wedding as well as with the vendors that we had hired as well. She created such an ease and kept me updated through the night if there was anything I needed to know such as cake cutting, first dance, speeches, etc. I will forever be thankful of their services and making our wedding day absolutely perfect! -

Definitely worth hiring!
My husband and I knew we wanted a day of wedding coordinator so we could focus less on making sure the day ran smoothly and more on having fun, but we didn’t understand how much we needed Moments You’ll Remember specifically. Lexie did the most amazing job! Our vision came alive and we couldn’t be more grateful having this team coordinate.

For our renewal, we chose Las Vegas as our venue and since we did not live there, securing a wedding coordinator to help us navigate the multitude of vendors we had selected was a must. Lexis was amazing, thoughtful, resourceful, and helped make our day go as seamlessly as possible.
