Mobile Mixologist is the best!

I've had the pleasure of working with David and his team multiple times on events, and it's always a great experience. He is great to work with, super communicative and helpful, and it doesn't hurt that they make some amazing drinks! Mobile Mixologist has become one of our go-to bartenders, and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a bartender for their event.

Absolutely crushed it!

David and his staff went above any beyond our expectations. The attention to detail, the level of service and the overall vibe they achieved was outstanding. Our guests left buzzing on all levels. If you're looking to take care of one of the big 3 (Bar, Food, Music) Mobile Mixologists is the way to go.

Best service hands down

David and his crew were awesome! We had such a big crowd for our wedding but I don’t think I saw an empty hand once. All my guest raved on how awesome the bar staff were! Set up was great with all types of mixers and garnish. Thanks David and staff for all your help during our special day!

Best Bar in the Business!!

David and his team are amazing!! We booked Mobile Mixologist for our wedding and it definitely was one of the highlights at our wedding. David is one of the best vendors I got to work with during the planning stage. If every vendor was like Mobile Mixology planning a wedding would be easy! I had many questions during planning and he always got back to me within a couple of hours or even minutes at times. He is very professional and easy to work with and I definitely recommend doing the cocktail tasting to be able to meet David. He is an awesome guy and his team follows his actions. He makes sure everything is exactly what you want. Their bar set up looks amazing and their materials and supplies all look high end. We had 3 bartenders at our wedding, Ang, Kathy, and Karissa who were also amazing and kept the party at the bar going. They were professional and made sure the drinks were coming out so there was never a wait at the bar. And with their crazy schedules of multiple parties to work, David also stopped by to make sure everything was going great. Can’t say enough good things about this business. Definitely will be using them again! If there was a way to give them more than 5 stars I would!!!

Fantastic! Would hire again!

We hired Mobile Mixologist (MM) for our daughter's wedding at our ranch. I had contacted a few bartending services that our wedding planner recommended but they were either outrageously overpriced or had an attitude. I found MM online and decided to contact them after reading other reviews.

From the first communication, David was extremely responsive, cordial and professional. He provided several options and pricing structures THE SAME DAY. MM's pricing is very reasonable.

A month of so before the wedding we sent David a list of the beverages and ice quantities to review. He helped us determine the appropriate quantities. And he was spot on! We had leftover of everything! Which is what wanted.

The wedding day, David arrive on time, dressed professionally. He setup the bar area, helped with icing down sodas & water, and ensured the beer kegs and bottles of wine were ready for guests.

David was quick & efficient serving and was very friendly with guests. He stayed until the time we agreed, about 30 minutes after last call. The bar area was left neat and tidy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID AND MOBILE MIXOLOGIST FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT! WILL DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY UPCOMING EVENTS!

Excellent Communication and Professionalism

We hired Mobile Mixologist for our wedding in September 2018 in Pinecrest.

David was great to work with from beginning to end. David has many strengths - communication, professionalism, bartending knowledge - that made him excellent to work with.

I especially appreciated that David would promptly and concisely respond to any questions I had about our event.

David and two of his staff bartenders worked the wedding. They did a fantastic job. They were on time and prepared. They also were fun and engaging.

We had an open bar and the staff easily handled our guest list of 150+, including working the cocktail hour and pouring wine during dinner. And the signature cocktails were a hit.

Great overall experience

I didn’t interact with Carly too much, I only had one glass of champagne, but there were no complaints expressed to me and it rarely looked as if there was a long wait for drinks

David and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very professional and polite, and we received many compliments from our guests on the bartending. Our wedding was outside of Yosemite, and we were absolutely thrilled that David was willing to make the trek up there. Aside from the mixed drinks David made (which were absolutely fantastic!), we greatly appreciated the shopping list that David sent to us for the liquor/beer/wine/non-alcoholic drinks. Planning a wedding is stressful enough with all of the little details, so having that aspect of it off our plates was relieving. I will highly recommend Mobile Mixologist to any of my local friends having a wedding or hosting an event!

They did such a wonderful job bartending our wedding!! They brought us our signature cocktails to the dinner table during dinner and made sure we had a drink before the signature cocktails were finished. It was a wonderful experience. An awesome team! We had a large crowd At the bar but everyone was served very quickly and we only heard great things from guests with how professional and awesome David and his team were! I asked David if he could serve a Watermelon Basil Margarita for my wedding and he did deliver that! Myself and ALL my guest LOVED it!. He was extremely patient with me and answered any and all questions quickly. His staff was amazing with our guest and I have zero complaints! The Mobile Mixologist was amazing on our wedding day. I told him my dream wedding drink (spicy mango margarita); he created the perfect blend of ingredients and they were a total hit at the wedding! David created a special sangria for my signature cocktail and even made sure to choose the right glasses to really show it off. Loved David from mobile mixologist! he was outstanding and knew what he was doing. David was amazing.
Since our initial meeting to the day of our wedding, David went above and beyond to ensure that our guests and ourselves were well taken care of. They had an assortment of of mixers and every one of our guests had a positive encounter.
I loved their new bar set up. The new look matched our rustic theme perfectly! They created our signature drinks and were ready to go as soon as cocktail hour started.
David and the second bar tender were extremely professional while also interacting with our guests and keeping a lively atmosphere.
I will definitely recommend mobile mixologist to all my friends who are currently, or will be, planning a wedding!

At fist I did not want to spend the extra money for bartenders but when it was all said an done, I am soooooo glad we use mobile mixologist! You guys really helped make the day go by so nicely. Our guest cant stop talking about how friendly the staff was and how the drinks keep flowing ;) Thank you David and your staff for everything, we could not have done it any other way!

David and his team were amazing, not only on my wedding day but the whole year of planning I did. He was there every step of the way and always was quick to respond to my MANY questions. If there was one thing i knew i didnt have to worry about the day of the wedding it was my bartender, i knew he was on top of his game. He went out of his way to make sure everything would go off without a hitch and happy to say that it did. My guest were all talking about the awesome service and yummy drinks. He even made a extra specialty drink out of our aguas frescas and champagne which were very tastey. By the end of the night i had friends asking for his info to book him for their own upcomimg events. Thank you David and Angelica your were awesome!

We had the best experience with David. I was worried about not getting the right amount of liquor and beer so I was emailing back in fourth with David he was very helpful and also responsed quickly everytime. We decided on the hibiscus margarita, cherry berry fizz and meant to be Mojitos. David even sent me a shopping list which made things so much easier. The drinks were a hit! Everyone had a blast! I would definitely recommend David.

AMAZING!!! We had David assist us with planning a drink menu for our wedding. He was informative on the drink count and was easy to contact whenever I changed my mind. With his speedy responses, I was able to plan for our 200 guest count perfectly. Overall, the night of the wedding went perfect and guests enjoyed the drinks...a lot! They also ranted over how nice the bartenders were. I highly recommend them! Thank you for making our day that much more special and enjoyable. :)

The whole Mobile Mixologist Team was so wonderful during my wedding at the Century! David was extremely responsive to my emails and totally willing to take one the signature cocktails we wanted. I so appreciate him going the extra mile (all around town I hear ;) ) to find a very specific soda I wanted in my cocktail!! Truly excellent customer service. I would for sure hire them for future events! Thanks David!!

Mobile Mixologist is by far the best bar service I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of working with them twice--once for our engagement party last year, and again for our wedding just the other week. David and his team are excellent! The bar was a huge hit!

If you're looking for bartenders that will go above and beyond David and his crew are It!! His communication and attention to detail is amazing! David and Natalie bartended our wedding he special ordered plastic wine glasses for our cocktail hour and every single one of our guested loved them! We are newlywed , Alan and Hazel. We got married on September 24,2016 at the Century. Right from the start, David felt so stranger to us. He was always there when we had any questions or concerns with alcohol for our wedding night. On our wedding night , David and his team were awesome! Our friends and family loved them! His team were more than just bartenders to our guests, they know how to conversate and keep the fun going. I would recommend David and his team for any event for sure! If we could give David and his team 10 stars, we would, they are awesome!! From the first conversation to the follow up emails after our wedding, David was nothing but professional and kind. We hired him and a team of 3 for our wedding in Sonora this June and it was a wonderful experience.

David provided us with a detailed shopping list after we discussed the type of drinks we'd like to offer and it was a huge help. He gave us tips on where to purchase the alcohol so that we could save a few bucks and he even gave us tips on where to purchase high quality, customized plastic bar ware to use instead of renting so many glasses. He was available by phone, text, and email.

On the day of our wedding he showed up with his team early to get all set up and even brought tequila shots to my bridesmaids and I before the ceremony, it was great! When we realized that I forgot to have someone pick up the wine for dinner, David saved the day and went into town to purchase wine for dinner. His team was very attentive to our guests during dinner as we asked them to provide table service so our guests could stay in their seats for dinner.

They had their light up bar (with great logo) set up in the main hall for the dancing/drinking portion of our reception which added a great touch to the "party" atmosphere. David and his team were so personable, polite, and engaging with our guests the entire night and they kept everyone satisfied with their great drinks. We even pulled David and his team into the photo booth! They were a wonderful addition to our wedding experience.

Don't look anywhere else, hire Mobile Mixologist; we plan to again! =)

David and his team were amazing the day of our wedding. David was very detailed with the recipe of the drinks we wanted that day. He is very friendly and very approachable about anything. Some of my guest had a few special request and David and his crew made to sure to accommodate them without a hassle. Everyone at our reception was happy and pleased with the delicious drinks!! I was extremely pleased with the decision to go with Mobile Mixologist. My wedding was on September 26th 2015 but months prior to the event, I sat down with the owner David Eclevia I talked about the big day, the needs, and what services were provided. Besides the attentive business aspect he also was very in tune with the wedding itself which for me and my wife was a big plus showing how much he thrived for his company. On the big day, it was nothing short of perfect. There was not a single complaint, there weren't mass lines waiting for a drink, and I would say that every interaction was all around exciting and happy. His bartenders Carly and Jessica did an amazing job!! We're very outgoing and engaging with multiple people and different personalities. When it's all said and done me and my wife made the best decision in going with the Mobile Mixologist company and for future events they will be contacted again in a heartbeat!!

Mobile Mixologist was amazing! We were so pleased with their services. Prior to our wedding, David checked in with us and got a feel for the type of alcohol we would be providing. He then sent us a list with options for fun signature drinks that had cute, wedding themed names. We did a 'His & hers' with a Tom Collins and Berry Happy Together (So delicious!). Once we picked our drinks, David sent us a customized shopping list that gave us an idea of how much alcohol we would need based on our guest count. This really helped us out. The bartenders Carly and Jessica were very friendly and professional. When we ran out of the champagne for the Berry Happy Together, Carly and Jessica were able to suggest drinks with a similar type taste to our guests and they were just as amazing. We, along with our guests, were very pleased with the service. I would love to have Mobile Mixologist at future events! They were a huge help and we loved having them.

Mobile Mixologist provided bartender services for our wedding on 01/02/2016. David was very flexible and offered many different drink options for our modified open bar (beer, wine, two signature drinks). We had a "his" drink: whisky and coke (classic) and a "hers" drink called "berry happy together"- vodka, champagne, cherry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, raspberries...delicious! People LOVED the signature drinks which were completely gone by the end of the night. Thanks Mobile Mixologist!

Great Service and very helpful

I loved working with David, not only did he give great service at my wedding, but just as important, he met with me before hand and helped my estimate an accurate amount of alcohol that I would need for my event. The amount I purchased ended up being perfect, he saved me a lot of money, because the wholesale stores such as BevMo that you buy from will have higher consumption estimates than are really accurate. David will help you narrow down your demographics so you can accurately predict what and how much they will drink. Highly recommend.
