We had our Chattanooga wedding in September of 2025 and boy are Maura and her team spectacular! Her prices are beyond affordable compared to the work that she puts in during the planning process and day of.
Maura was incredibly flexible to last minute schedule and decor changes, helped us through last minute DJ dropouts, and even recommended our photography company (who also did awesomely).
She facilitated our wedding decor and I cannot stress enough how good everything looked. Literally better than we imagined. There was an unexpected punk(?) rock (?) open mic concert across the street from our venue and I thought, "well there goes a serene ceremony." Maura (unprompted) asked them to pause their event so that we could have our ceremony - which they did (crisis averted!). She made sure we ate enough, had special personal moments throughout the day, and organized our sendoff and cleanup.
We still get calls from Friends and Family about how awesome Maura and her team were. We really can't express how much we recommend her to anyone planning a wedding (really anyone planning anything)! Thanks for being awesome Maura! -

Maura was a full on planner for my husband and my wedding. We found the most value in the day of planner. Everything felt smooth and easy. It's always hard to communicate what your vision for your wedding is and where to get started but Maura's check ins and to do lists were a great asset. At times, it did feel like I still didn't know what direction to take with the planning and if I was really on target but it all ended up being perfect and dreamy. -

If you think you can plan your wedding without an amazing wedding planner, then you are wrong! ML Celebrating Forever made my wedding planning journey a dream!! Maura and her team were so amazing!! I seriously couldn’t have made it through my wedding day without them!! Anytime I had a question or needed help, Maura would always solve my problem. Not only did they help set up, they also helped take everything down as well on my wedding day. We had a wonderful timeline for the day that we went over and made sure we covered everything! My wedding day couldn’t have gone smoother and everything was so perfectly planned! Every detail was well thought through out and Maura made sure we went over everything before the big day! after finding out i was going to be 39 weeks pregnant and then have a one month old right before my wedding, i knew i need a wedding planner. I hired Maura for the whole wedding planning process! When she first started planning I was all over the place and she really helped me figure out my vision for my wedding. She was there every step of the way through the planning and even on the day of the wedding. She executed every detail on my wedding day just how I wanted. I could not have been happier. 😍 -

Maura was an absolute godsend as my day of coordinator. I hired her two months before the wedding and during that time she checked in numerous times to makes sure I had all my ducks in a row and was my sounding board to make sure I had everything planned out. I provided all the decorations and not only did she help set up, she took care of all the decorations while managing vendors while I got ready. We had an awful DJ ( I wont get into that since it isnt a review of him) but Maura and her assistant stepped up and managed him and made the whole thing go as smoothly as possible and turned into the MC's for the night. She kept us on schedule, made sure we had food set aside, and managed to guide me through the stresses that come with a wedding. They even cleaned up after and organized all my decorations and boxed them up for easy loading. -

We went with the month of planning. Maura was the absolute best! She answered all of my questions, and she was so helpful! We got married during COVID-19, so we had quite a few changes with our wedding. Maura helped with finding a way to let guests know we had to decrease our guests list. Our cake person canceled on us, and Maura found us the perfect substitute! On our wedding day, I realized I forgot to order boutonnières for my father and father-in-law. Maura got with the florist and had boutonnières for them in literally no time! Maura helped to make everything way less stressful! I had no worries on our wedding day because Maura absolutely rocked everything! My family and bridal party absolutely loved her! -

I was on the fence on whether or not to pay for a planner, let me tell you- money WELLLLL spent. Maura is fantastic! So sweet and helped me design my dream wedding on the (very small 😬) budget I had! Totalllyyy worth it. She was organized and helped me not pull my hair out!! Lol honestly I would recommend her to anyone!! She will really make sure everything is just how YOU want it. -

My husband and I hired Maura for the entire wedding process, and by the end, we were so glad we did! She and her assistant made our wedding day run as smoothly as possible. Maura Lamb and her team were wonderful from the start. From the moment that I sat down with Maura, I knew that she was someone I wanted to plan my wedding with. Her ability to listen, while still providing her expertise was incredible. Of all the people that I met with she was the most willing to listen and make my dream day come true. Maura and her team were not only punctual to every meeting, but they were punctual for the wedding day as well. I cannot express how thankful I am that she was present for our wedding day. If you are looking for someone to listen and make your dreams come to life, she is the person for your wedding. I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable she made me feel in the planning process and on the wedding day, because I knew her and her team had listened to every word that I expressed. We hired Maura to be a month-of coordinator for our November 2020 wedding back in January of 2020. We postponed twice and each time Maura was understanding. Unfortunately she herself wasn't available for our final date but one of her assistants was. Throughout the planning process Maura provided so many useful resources, and checked in every couple of months until the month before the wedding. Once we were one month away she took nearly all planning responsibility - it was AMAZING. She built the wedding day timeline, distributed it to all vendors, and maintained contact with them all the way through the wedding day. The other vendors had nothing but great things to say about her as well. Although she was unable assist on the day of, she coordinated things from afar and served as the primary contact person (again - AMAZING). There were a few hiccups with her assistant because I could have left better notes about the traditional things we opted out of (no cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, or send-off). However, the assistant always made sure we were calm, fed, and knew where to go next! I cannot recommend Maura enough. So grateful we had her to facilitate a smooth and incredible day. -

Wedding Review for Maura
Maura was someone we heard about through a friend of ours. She had her moments of not knowing some stuff and us not knowing some stuff which got us confused within the last few months, but because of doing a COVID-19 wedding, she tried her best to accommodate us when we needed her and when she needed us, which everything worked out. She had some great ideas of vendors which were all perfect for us. With COVID-19, it’s hard for a planner to do a normal wedding, we were very happy with the way our wedding turned out! -

At the beginning of wedding planning, Maura seemed like she would be a big help. As the planning went on, however, she really seemed to lose interest. Communication was a huge issue. It would take days for her to respond to a simple text and she last minute flaked out on a vendor meeting. I was also constantly having to repeat information to her about the ceremony and reception, even the day of the wedding. She did not know important things such as ceremony location, ceremony size, and spellings of our names. On the day of the wedding, she spent a lot of time either in the corner, disengaged, or on her phone. As a positive, she did pick up things for me the day of the wedding and take pictures when asked. She is a very sweet person, but I felt as if she lost interest in my wedding and it showed.ML Celebrating Forever's reply:
Hi Hayley! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback with us. We’re sorry that you feel your experience with ML Celebrating Forever was unsatisfying. I would love to share my side of the story.
I always do my best to get back to my brides as soon as possible, but it’s important that I respond with the correct information. I took time to make sure I had the right answer before getting back to you.
Regarding the “missed” vendor meeting, my policy is that I only cancel for sickness or family emergency, and always reschedule ASAP. In this case, we attended multiple meetings together, and I never received word from you that I had missed any of them until this review.
On knowing information – small details like exact addresses are carefully stored in my notes, so I had to reference them to make sure I didn’t give anyone the wrong address off the top of my head. Your photographer called to make sure the size of the ceremony hadn’t changed, so I asked for your confirmation so I could accurately report back to her. I appreciate your patience with ensuring we had the details perfect on your big day.
As far as being on my phone – I arrived early at 11 to bring you and your bridesmaids lunch. Because everything was planned to a T and we couldn’t get into the venue to set up until 5 hours later, I chose to give you and your wedding party space to enjoy one another, while I occupied myself as we waited.
On the other hand, ML Celebrations Forever went above and beyond for your wedding, taking “getting ready” photos when you chose not to book a photographer for the whole day. We delivered 75+ edited photos to you, free of charge.
We want you to know that we’ve taken to heart your concerns and strive for excellence at every couple’s weddings.
