We are so happy that Mixxi DJs was our DJ vendor; our money was well spent. We chose package 2, which included 6 hours of service and a photo booth. So, we and our guests had a blast with the music and taking pictures. I truly recommend them 100%! They are very professional and responsible, and we loved their attitude at our reception. They were very attentive to every detail of our itinerary. We are very grateful for the work of Ephraim Rudolph & the Mixxin DJs Crew. -

Both my sister and I used Mixxin DJs for our weddings! They are absolutely incredible. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a DJ for any event. They kept the party going all night and truly matched the exact vibes we were trying to set throughout the whole event. -

Ephraim was my brother's wedding DJ so when I booked my venue, he was the first person I called. He keeps the party going and is so fun to work with! He got everyone out onto the dance floor from my 88 year-old grandma to my husband's shy friend. You won't regret having him apart of your big day! -

Best dj ever!
We got married 8/24/24 and are so happy we chose Mixxin DJ’s to be our vendor. From the moment the dance floor opened to the very last minute (actually, the crowd chanted one more song so he did!), EVERYONE was on the dance floor. So many people came up to us complimenting the DJ- even the bartenders! Ephraim was truly amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding- very responsive, gave great advice, and listened to what we wanted and delivered. He even huddled up all of the people giving speeches to give them some direction and tips. He made our wedding so much fun and a night that no one will never forget! We’re so glad we hired Mixxin DJ’s! -

I was recommended by a friend to Ephraim of Mixxin DJ's for our wedding. He immediately started our process with getting to know me and my now husband. He genuinely cares about the people he is DJing for, not just treating it like a job or a hobby but his passion. He helped us TREMENDOUSLY when it came to doing the itinerary, which was a first for me. His suggestions were helpful. His services are very fairly priced. He made sure he covered all of the bases. And most importantly, he was a GREAT entertainer for the night of our wedding. He got guests moving, and his questionnaire (optional add-on) was hilarious and engaging. He saw our vision for the night and helped bring it to life. -

Ephraim did such an amazing job at our event. Even when the rain came and it down poured during our ceremony, he didn't miss a beat and was there to help pick back up and start over inside in less than 10 minutes. He helped keep us on time throughout the night and our guests updated and entertained. We got tons of compliments on how the music was enjoyed by all ages. I can not recommend Mixxin DJ's enough! To start I have been to many weddings with good dancing, ours was amazing. The DJ's Jason and Ephraim did an incredible job of reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor going all night. I had so many compliments on them from my family and friends. Beyond that their experience at weddings and master of ceremonies services were invaluable. They are really cool guys and they made everything very easy on me during the planning process and throughout the day of the wedding. I would not hesitate on hiring or recommending them to anyone planning an event or wedding. -

Jason was so great to work with, from start to finish! We pushed our wedding reception back from October 2020 to October 2021 due to COVID and Jason and his team were flexible the entire time. Jason worked with our venue to show a video from our actual wedding day at our wedding reception for all our friends and family who couldn’t attend our small wedding ceremony, which was so special! The music was great the entire night and everything ran smoothly. We got so many compliments on our DJ and would definitely recommend Jason/Mixxin DJ’s! -

Coming from a total music snob(myself), Ephruim was hands down the DJ to exceed every expectation. I had a meeting with him on our friends/family style for music.. and he had us mastered right out the gate. I had to laugh as we are hardcore dancers and our party was exhausted bc he never played a song where they could sit down. Phenomenal! Best yet his transitions into new music had us feeling like we had our own club rocking down on our family farm. 100 stars. Thanks for making all our dreams come true! -

Nearly a year later, I'm still getting calls from friends and family telling me that my wedding was the best one they've ever been to. I attribute that to Ephraim, the best wedding DJ in the world. My husband is Jewish and I'm Christian and I was a little nervous about preserving our family traditions, but Ephraim blended our families together seamlessly. We were married in barn which is a nontraditional venue that had a few hiccups due to rain, but the DJ was something I never had to give a second thought to, which is a big deal considering how much planning goes into a wedding. Ephraim did both my ceremony and reception, all I had to do was pick out the song I walked down the aisle to along with our first dance and Ephraim took care of the rest. If you are looking for the most spectacular wedding of your life that will keep people on the dance floor all night long, then Ephraim and his team are your guys. I'll never forget standing in the back of the barn, looking around seeing all of our guests hang around and on the dance floor, I remember standing by my husband with the biggest smile thinking it was truly the most memorable day of our lives. We worked with Jason and let me tell you he was AMAZING! Jason made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process - he knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it great. He always replied quickly - kept in touch and took all we requested into consideration and had great advice when we needed it. He met in person with us for lunch a week before the menu and we went through our whole timeline. He ensured us that if things are to change or not go exactly to schedule he will take care of it and everything will flow and be perfect - he was right!
He knew exactly how to read the crowd - played a variety of mixes and always had people on the dance floor. His set up had some lights and great sound. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ and would recommend to anyone for their event. -

My wife and I were fortunate enough to go through Mixxin Djs and have Ephraim DJ our wedding in August 2019. He was absolutely incredible. I can't tell you how many people told us, both during and after the wedding, how awesome the DJ was. Ephraim not only had the dance floor packed the entire evening, but he did a great job at keeping the wedding on schedule. I would highly, highly recommend using Mixxin Djs. -

Jason really took his time to craft the best wedding experience we could have hoped for. In our meeting a week before the wedding he offered unique ideas for how to both make the events run smoothly but also make the best environment for our guests to have fun! During the reception he was very active in making sure we had everything we needed and kept us calm with some gentle reminders to keep to the schedule. We received (so so so) many compliments from our guests about his mixing for the dancing. I don’t think there was ever a lull in the dancing! He truly understands the psychology behind what helps people have a good time and dance their butts off. We are both so thankful that he did our wedding!! -

Ephraim was very professional and is super talented. Our guests had a great time and didn’t want to stop dancing! I would highly recommend Mixxin DJs to anyone for their wedding. Ashley Sent on 08/21/2017Our DJ, Ephraim, was beyond amazing. From a great selection/choice of music to the flexibility/transitions he provided when my family wasn't following the "plan". When we met in person he listened to our needs and wants and helped with our reception timeline. Even the day of he helped with some little quirks, while also getting my "non-dancing" family members up and dancing. He has the perfect personality for his job and we would choose him again and again. I have recommended him to many brides that are looking for a wonderful DJ.

Jason went so far above and beyond any expectations we had from our wedding DJ. He did a fantastic job with the music (a given) and reading the crowd to play songs that got people on the dance floor. Aside from that he really impacted the rest of the day in such a positive way - he was so helpful during the ceremony, making sure my husband and I had a plate of food and beverages, interacting with our guests and bringing that calming energy we ALL needed before the vows etc. He kept us on schedule, noticed small details that needed tending (I forgot to bring our cake knife and he spotted it before we cut the cake - almost forgot my bouquet to the ceremony and he caught that, too). I just cannot say how fortunate we felt to have Jason be a part of our day - we received many compliments from our guests after the wedding who noticed how much he helped and how much he was hustling around the venue. We are so grateful and would 100% recommend Mixxin DJ's. Thank you, Jason!! -

We had an amazing experience working with Ephraim from Mixin DJs. He met with us multiple times prior to help us prepare for the vibe of the wedding and get to know us better. The music was everything we could have hoped so and more! Everyone was dancing the night away from all age groups. He also added a great light with our names on the dance floor and included songs that we requested. The photo booth was also amazing. Everyone loved being able to text it to your phone and have a tangible copy. All in all we were so impressed with his services and would recommend Ephraim and Mixin DJs to anyone in the Greater Lansing area. -
