Every Bride Deserves a Marian!
Choosing Marian was hands down the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. After interviewing several planners, nothing compared to the experience we had with her from the very beginning. From our first email, Marian brought a level of professionalism, warmth, organization, creativity, and attention to detail that instantly made us feel confident we were in the best hands possible.
What truly sets Marian apart is the way she makes you feel. Somehow, despite balancing so much behind the scenes, she makes you feel like you are her only client. No question ever felt too small, no detail was overlooked, and she always made us feel calm and taken care of. As someone who is very Type A and detail-oriented, having Marian by our side was the biggest relief. She was incredibly thorough with budgeting, timelines, logistics, vendor communication, and all of the moving pieces that come with planning a wedding. She kept everything on track while still making the process enjoyable!
Her vendor recommendations were amazing and matched our vision perfectly. She has such a strong eye for detail and design, and there were so many moments where she thought of things we never would have considered ourselves. She kept everything moving smoothly while still making the process feel exciting instead of overwhelming.
On top of planning, Marian also designed all of our custom stationery, and we still cannot get over how beautiful everything turned out. From the invitations to the smallest details, every piece felt elegant, personal, and completely “us.” She took all of our ideas and transformed them into something even better than we imagined. She just got it immediately.
Beyond her talent, Marian is an incredible person to have by your side during such an important season of life. She is calm under pressure, kind, honest, fun to work with, and someone you genuinely trust completely. On the wedding day itself, we were able to fully be present, enjoy every moment, and soak everything in because we knew Marian had absolutely everything handled.
Looking back, I honestly do not know what we would have done without Marian. She cared about our wedding as much as we did, and that showed in every single detail. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us and cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented, but someone you truly want by your side throughout the entire process. -

Marian is incredible at her job and if you're looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, she's your girl. She is truly a woman who will go above and beyond for you. My fiance and I had a 2-year-long engagement due to my full-time status as a student and our finances. We got married in the Catholic Church and had our reception at the Montclair in Colleyville for our January 18th, 2025 date. We were able to pick most of our vendors and plan out big things, but we knew we would need serious help during the last 3 months before our wedding since my school schedule became intense. Marian was recommended to us and we are so glad we listened.
Marian is on top of her game and is expeditiously methodical with every possible detail you need. As someone who experienced a lot of decision fatigue and wasn't sure about how to go about certain processes like catering, contracts, and layouts, Marian was there for it all and gave the best advice when I needed it. She also does stationary, helped us create gorgeous invitations our guests raved about, and designed a welcome sign with me that will hang in my house for life because it is so beautiful! She won't cut any corners with her work, will be 100% honest with you, and is one of the sweetest people-- which is such a relief when you're in the weeds of wedding stress. On top of being as fantastic as she is at work, the love and intentionality she carries for people are tangibly present in all she does. You can't help but not love her right back from your first Zoom meeting with her.
Truly, our day could not have been a success if not for her and we are so so grateful. -

My husband and I got married just over a month ago and wedding planner/designer, Marian Timmer, owner of Minted Artistry, (Marian Timmer, Principal Planner & Event Stylist, marian@mintedartistry.com) was incredible! When Brian and I first set out on the journey to plan our wedding, we truly did not know what we were getting into. Marian was recommended to us through our venue, Hotel Vin (also amazing!), and from the first zoom meeting we had, we were sold! Marian has an amazing attention to detail, she is meticulous and attentive, she is beyond timely and always one step ahead, her ability to design and execute a beautiful vision based off of your conversations is truly amazing. There are no words for how we felt when we walked into the ceremony/reception, as everything I had dreamed of came to life! I would not have changed a thing! Marian also has excellent relationships and recommendations for the vendors to be used at the wedding. This was especially important to us as we wanted to feel comfortable and that we could be ourselves through the entire process. With Marian I had no concerns, no stress, truly did not worry once, and that is what made this process so much fun! Lastly, Marian is a genuine, joyful, and wonderful person with the biggest heart. She is a real life Disney princess and was my fairy godmother through this process.
Marian with Minted Artistry is the only choice when it comes to a wedding planner! Our day and the memories made would have not been the same without her. As my mom said, "The best thing is that, in Marian, we gained a friend…really, we gained family." Thank you Marian!

We never knew how much went into planning a wedding and looking back on it we know we couldn’t have don’t it without someone like Marian. Her professionalism and attention to detail is top notch and you can trust her to make sure all of the other vendors are doing what they should for the big day.
Her experience in the industry was a huge plus for us and you can tell that she truly loves her job. It was like having a best friend there with you on the wedding day and she just wants to make sure her clients are as happy as they can be. Our daughter tied the knot 3 weeks ago and the wedding planner/designer, Marian Timmer, owner of Minted Artistry, (Marian Timmer, Principal Planner & Event Stylist, marian@mintedartistry.com) was phenomenal. The best decision we ever made was finding Marian. Marian is professional, kind, and dependable. She kept us on time with all deadlines and she kept us on track with our budget. Marian does not get rattled!!! She is full of grace. Marian's background in design elevated the Allee's wedding/reception way beyond our expectations. Marian works with the best vendors and was our rock throughout. I know we would have made costly mistakes without her guidance. I can honestly say there was not one hiccup 😊. The wedding and reception were amazing!

Marian and her staff are absolutely the best in the business!!! There were so many things that I simply did not even think about, Marian would check in to see if this or that would be good for us. She knew what we wanted better than the bride and groom!! Example: When it came to my attention that the cake stands were silver (gold was our color) Marian went way out of her way to make sure we had gold. She found them, picked them up, washed them and returned them. She kept this Mama from going insane! Thank you so much for making my baby girls dream wedding come true!! -

Marian amazes me!! If she says I will take care of “that”, she takes care of it!! She took our budget and made our daughters wedding perfect! She has the best imagination and is so focused on detail. I could have never pulled this off without her. She made my daughters wedding “her perfect day”.

the Wedding Angel
It's truly hard to captivate what a spectacular Wedding Planner Marian is! We planned a wedding for or oldest daughter and I not only had zero time, but more importantly, I knew nothing about planning a wedding. Our daughter chose The Vin Autograph Hotel in Grapevine (also fantastic, but that is for another site!) and Marian was there during our tour. The Vin is VERY elegant, and our daughter wanted a rustic theme (never been done at the Vin.) It was so impressive, the Hotel owners came to see it and take pictures. But I call Marian the "Wedding Angel" because she literally thought of EVERY detail, and made EVERYTHING flawless, I felt like a GUEST instead of a host. I could not recommend Marian more! -

Marian at Minted Artisty is absolutely phenomenal! One of our vendors suggestions and so thankful we chose Marian! I just wish I had known about her when my daughter got married a few years ago. Marian is very professional, organized and so very sweet…making sure all the littlest of details are taken care of. Communicating our vision and needs were a breeze through out online chats and emails …From the start of planning to rehearsal to the wedding day…she thought of everything and handled it all with ease and comfort to us. Even the schedules she created were followed seamlessly and we know that not everyone will pay attention. We are over the top impressed at how well everything went. We hired Marian as our Month-of Coordinator for our Catholic wedding in September. She was absolutely incredible to work with! I’d recommend Marian to anyone looking to get an experienced, hardworking, and amazing wedding planner. There were many moving parts and she was always available for communication and was on top of everything! Marian’s organization and communication was second to none. She had a very detailed schedule that helped my spouse and I plan for things we had never even thought of. She was great with all our many vendors and many said that she made their job easier as well. Our family also said how impressed they were with her work and calming presence, especially when it came to the wedding speeches. For anyone looking to get a wedding planner that wants your vision to become a reality and will go above and beyond to achieve that, Marian is the only option! Marian is truly an amazing wedding planner and has so many different options for her services that it is so easy to find something that fits your budget. She really takes care to ensure vendors and costs are within budget and executes everything with perfect attention to detail. Our wedding day was one of the best days of my life and it’s primarily due to Marian’s careful planning, thoughtfulness and responsiveness throughout the process. I would recommend her to any bride needing a wedding planner (and even if you don’t think you need one, still hire Marian because she makes the process so easy).
Fun fact, one of our wedding guests accidentally set a fire behind us during our sparkler exit and Marian literally jumped through the flames and quickly put it out. She truly gives 110% and it makes all the difference. -

I don’t even know where to begin here. My fiancé, now husband, and I were trying to plan a wedding in Texas while living in Wisconsin. Marian and Minted Artistry were recommended to us by a friend and she exceeded all expectations throughout the entire process. She was efficient, hard working, flexible, patient and had excellent communication with us and all of the vendors that she helped us find. Minted Artistry also crafted our invitations, cake sign, wedding menu, bar menu and cocktail napkins and they all turned out lovely and received many compliments. She was in charge of all the rental items for the table decor and dinnerware that turned out so great! A couple days before the wedding, we had to come up with a backup plan for our outside ceremony due to rain. Marian was on the phone for hours with vendors to create a plan to flip the room and still make it the best experience possible. She truly took off all the stress of planning a wedding and we are so grateful to have found her! -

The first occasion was when I served as an officiant at a wedding, and it was during that experience that I realized we absolutely needed their services for our son's upcoming wedding. Where do I even begin to rave about Marian?! I was lucky enough to see Marian's magic happen prior to being engaged because she planned my cousin's wedding. Marian truly made me feel like her only client throughout the wedding planning process. She answered every call and text and even called me late at night when I txt her "I'm wedding stress crying". Whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed, she waved her magic wedding planner wand and made everything better. I gave her my wedding vision and she quite literally brought it to life! Every tiny detail, Marian put her heart and soul into. From designing our ACRYLIC wedding invitations (which not one of our guests had seen before and were thoroughly impressed with), custom DJ booth insert, our stunning dance floor design, napkins, menus, and our amazing cake design. She puts the "artist" in Minted Artistry! Name something she can't do, ill wait... She added personal touches to our wedding that did not go unnoticed. For example, she and our photographer wore beautiful tops to match our color and theme of our wedding! Those are memories I will hold dear to my heart. She always put my interests first and always went above and beyond for Kev and me. Marian made our wedding dreams come true! Kev and I still receive so many compliments about our wedding day about how beautiful everything was. We owe all our thanks to Marian. Without her, our dream wedding would not have happened! If you don't book Minted Artistry for your wedding, you didn't wedding plan right :) -

I always say that saying yes to my husband was the best decision I've ever made and that asking Marian Timmer with Minted Artistry to be my wedding planner is the second best decision I've ever made.
I researched and interviewed several wedding planners in Dallas and booked with Marian immediately after our first interview on a gut feeling that she was the right choice. I'm so glad I did. There is truly something different about her charisma, approach, methodology, and spirit that shine through and set her apart even in your initial interaction with her. Other wedding planners looked at my vision and budget and said "here's what you can't do" and from the start, Marian said "here's what we can do, and we can do it, together".
From start to finish, Marian was the best partner I could have chosen in planning my wedding. She put so much care and attention into every detail that I felt like I was her only client. Throughout the year leading up to my wedding, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. As the pandemic spread and the world shutdown, Marian was laser-focused, always had a plan and several backup plans in mind, and was in the driver's seat with full confidence from start to finish - which allowed me to relax and focus on enjoying our engagement season.
Since our wedding, Marian has now planned the weddings of several close friends and family members. I will recommend Minted Artistry to anyone, and only have amazing things to say about Marian.

Our new "daughter" chose Marian to help create her dream wedding and WOW!
It was perfect down to every last detail. As mother of the groom, my time with Marian was less than that of the bride of course but she always kept us in the loop and promptly answered any questions we had. I watched her work the day of the wedding and was just in awe of her organization and attention to detail. She went out of her way to do little "extras" that made the couple feel so special. Marian with Minted Artistry is one of a kind in the best way. Marian was not only able to plan the wedding, speak to vendors, and beautifully set everything up for me, but she ALSO designed my wedding, save the dates, my wedding invites, and all day of stationary. Marian is so receptive and would design and redesign anything until it was exactly what I wanted - but Marian is basically a mindreader so she hardly ever had to redesign anything! The night of the rehearsal, it only took <5min of my parents meeting Marian to see how smoothly she operated everything and immediately agreed she was well worth the $$$. She would even reach out to my now husband to get his input so he wasn't washed out or ignored in the planning process, which he LOVED. Marian is a lifesaver - she would answer my silly emails almost immediately, even if I sent them at 10pm.
The day of the wedding I did not have a single worry or stress. Everything I thought of and would ask Marian, her response was either "I already took care of it" or "Don't worry, I will handle it". But don't be fooled - she can definitely get out her stern wedding planner voice for unruly guests if needed. Marian is the wedding definition of calm, cool, and collected and I cannot stress this enough - YOU. NEED. MARIAN. -
