Brian was our wedding officiant for our beach wedding. He came to our rehearsal and did a lovely job officiating our wedding. He was very accommodating to the additions I made to our ceremony which included a family sand ceremony, several readings, and Spanish arras. Top notch but yet very personable !!
Words can’t describe how great a job Jill with Mile Marker Weddings did . From the first phone call she made me feel like I’d known her all my life & was on spot on with knowing what I wanted . She immediately set us up with a private chef & photographer for our intimate wedding . I was concerned about my ceremony being too small for her since she’s known for doing larger events but she assured me nothing was too small . She turned our ideas into the most amazing setting for our intimate ceremony at our private beach property we had rented for the week . She even set up an amazing table by the water for our dinner . Very special & something I couldn’t have done without her . She even helped me with my dress since I didn’t have anyone in my wedding party . I would post some pictures but I don’t have them back yet from the photographer . I highly recommend Jill for your wedding !!Mile Marker Weddings and Events By Jill's reply:

We worked with Jill Atkinson-Tharp for our officiant. We had planned a destination wedding and were hesitant on the selection of all vendors. Jill put our minds at ease and followed through with everything she said she would do. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made the whole process very special and we plan on renewing our vows with her in the future. She also was able to direct a marriage-by-mail service that made everything so much easier. I really love and I´m fan of Jill's creativity! She combines an exquisite artistic taste for every detail with all the practical skills and knowledge of how to handle all wedding aspects, so professional always! Where do we even begin! Jill was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I live in NY, and wanted a destination wedding. Jill was a great help making our dreams come to life. Fantastic!
I can’t say enough good things about Jill and Mile Marker Weddings! She was both our Wedding Coordinator and Officiant and she rocked at both! Her husband, Brian, was also there to assist and he did a great job! They did such an awesome work making sure the day flowed well and everything was setup correctly. Also, Jill was so upbeat and enthusiastic the whole day, which is nice and reassuring when you’re a bit stressed like I was on my wedding day. She made you feel like you were in good hands. Jill was on the ball with everything! She planned out every detail in our timeline for the wedding day, and gave us several recommendations for vendors. Since we live in Iowa, she did all the leg-work in the Keys to coordinate and communicate with vendors. She is very creative and can think outside the box whenever there's an obstacle to overcome! They really went that extra mile!! Delivery, set-up, take-down... it was all such a breeze and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
