Best in the Business

My husband and I took Mike's business card about ~7 years ago and held onto it this entire time till we got married last May! (This review is long overdue).

Mike is not only funny, quick on his feet, and friendly, but extremely professional.

He is definitely a step above the rest among the DJs we shopped around for on the South Shore. We probably invested slightly more in our music than any of our other vendors on the wedding day because music was that important to us.

Mike is able to react quickly and smoothly if any changes occur or issues arise on the day of. He also communicates ahead of time with your vendors, and he is familiar with so many venues on the South Shore that he knows the layout, staff, etc. enough for everything to run super smoothly.

Mike works with you every step of the way on your music selection, reception entrance, and ensures that he knows all of your bridal party/relevant family members' names and pronunciations ahead of time. He is really on top of his game and it almost looks too easy watching him do his job, but I'm sure it's because he's been so experienced in the field.

The big reason we hired Mike is because we remember his song TRANSITIONS were FLAWLESS. That was a huge deal to us (maybe it's not to other couples). A lot of other weddings we've been to really feel off when songs don't musically transition well.

His music taste is great, but our only issue is that not all of our "must play" songs were played (coincidentally my husband's picks that he was looking forward to were the ones that were dropped and my picks from the "must play" and "can play" list were picked up). We understand though that it's tough to fit everything, especially when the crowd reacts to one type of music over another.

If we were to do it again, we would absolutely still hire Mike because he is great to work with and honestly seems like the best in the business.

100% recommend. Absolutely ZERO complaints. We had DJ Mike from Mike’s Music at our reception at the Villa. Mike was professional, super nice, and great at his job. He worked with us on every custom ideas we had and had a music portal that made it very easy to create playlists and select certain songs. Everyone loved him. Mike kept the vibes going all night!

Best DJ Ever!

We knew as soon as we met with Mike that we were in good hands. He was extremely professional and organized, even offering an online portal that made music selection a breeze. During our reception, he managed to keep everyone in our small wedding on the dance floor with hit after hit––he knew exactly what to play and say to get everyone pumped! Highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding entertainment that delivers without being overpriced. Plus, he has great packages available that include fun extras like a photo booth! Best experience ever!😝

Mike is the absolute best. He is a dream to work with, so professional, organized and truly made our wedding as entertained as we could ever ask for. I would recommend Mike to anyone needed entertainment. We will for sure be utilizing his him for all events moving forward.

Amazing Wedding DJ!

We booked our reception with The Villa and Mike's Music was one of their preferred vendors. I read reviews and they were on point! Mike & Kelly made this part of the wedding process very smooth! There is an online portal where you can put in your music requests, first dance, etc. which was very helpful. Mike is organized and made sure the day of the wedding went perfectly and what we wanted. The communication was great and we built a rapport that I appreciated! I had guests comment on how fun he was and how great the music was! People were on the dance floor the whole night. Overall Excellent & Positive Experience

I enthusiastically recommend Mike’s Music and had an extremely positive experience working with him for my April 2022 wedding in Cape Cod, MA. Mike was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Kelly, his Marketing and Events Manager, was very responsive with email communication and sharing information. Mike made quite an impression on my husband’s family having been the DJ at my brother-in-law’s wedding 10 years prior.

During our first Zoom call, we quickly saw Mike’s down-to-earth personality. He was personable, welcoming, and friendly. He made us feel comfortable like we had known him forever. He went through every detail of the process and was extremely transparent with what was included and the logistics of purchasing uplighting for our venue. We knew Mike would have the perfect balance of being upbeat and commanding the room while not being too over the top.

When Mike met with my husband and I in-person the week before the wedding, he went through every detail regarding the music for special dances and introductions. He took the time to play some ideas for dances we were not sure about, as well as some transitions so we could select the specific part of the song we wanted. Mike made the experience feel very personal and took the time to talk about our vision, special points of emphasis, and areas that were sensitive. Mike’s Music also utilized an online portal for couples to complete the wedding timeline, special dance selections, indicate the spelling of names for the bridal party introductions, and music preferences for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. This technology was user friendly and made our meeting seamless as we were able to indicate notes that he could see in real time prior to us meeting.

The night of our wedding, Mike used his professional judgment to make decisions about what would keep our guests engaged and on the dance floor. His voice was clear and easy to understand. He followed our recommendations from the online portal and when I indicated to change a song he made adjustments as necessary to keep the dance floor lively and fun. Mike actively checked in with me multiple times throughout the night and caught my eye to ensure we were having a good time. When asked, Mike adjusted the uplighting color and made announcements for pictures being taken and after party plans. He illustrated excellent attention to detail and strong communication leading up to and on our wedding.

Being extremely particular and knowing exactly what I wanted, Mike exceeded my expectations. His passion for music and genuine care for his couples is what everyone deserves on their wedding day! If you are considering Mike’s Music for your wedding there is no need to look any further.

AMAZING!! the best DJ!!

Everything was flawless! The music, drapery, up lighting, photo booth, magician and violinist that the team provided were all perfect. I really appreciated Mike talking to me throughout the night to keep me updated on song requests or timelines. Mike's energy was fantastic and the dance floor was non -stop! My legs are still sore.

Must have DJ!

Mike’s Music was absolutely incredible to work with! We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding 4 times due to Covid, but their responsiveness and flexibility was so appreciative.

We were lucky enough to have Mike as our DJ and he was easy going, professional and knew how to get the party started! We knew right when we met Mike that he was the perfect fit for our wedding. Our goal was to have the dance floor packed all night, and it was! Our guest complimented multiple times on how good our DJ was. The night was unforgettable!

Phenomenal!

From the very first interaction, we knew we wanted to have Mike's Music emcee our wedding. Mike took the time to get to know us as a couple and to understand the ambiance we wanted for our reception. He listened to our preferences and dislikes for music, and took note of the different vibes we wanted for each segment of the reception. When the pandemic forced us to reschedule (twice), Mike and his staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Due to a previously scheduled wedding Mike was unavailable to be our DJ; we had the opportunity to work with DJ Jon and had an absolute blast with him. 10/10 recommend!

It was honestly a pleasure working with Mike and Kelly. BEST DJ service

We hired Mikes Music Inc. for our wedding this past July, and are so insanely happy we did. From beginning to end Mike was so amazing to work with - he was so responsive, and more attentive than many other DJ's I've worked with in the past (I'm an Event Planner). He perfectly was able to gauge what got a majority of our guests up and dancing and the dancefloor was packed the entire time! We've had so many of our guests tell us it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to, and we owe a lot of that to Mike!
We also rented the Mirror Photobooth through him and it was SO awesome - the quality of the photos is absolutely insane, and our guests LOVED that they got a print out of the photo as well as a copy sent to their phones to post onto social. They even gave us a scrap book of our photos to take home which was hilarious to go through!
Thank you so much Mike, you were such an intricate part of our day and we will forever be grateful!!!

Amazing DJ Brought the best vibe to our wedding

TLDR: Mike's Music is an incredible vendor with an incredibly easy-to-use portal that made planning the easiest thing we did! Check out his glow-rentals - they're incredible for an outdoor party!

We could not have asked for a better company to work with than Mike's Music! With the additional stress of having a wedding during COVID (completely outside and spaced) - Mike and Kelly made this process as easy as could be. Mike came highly recommended to us as the perfect DJ that is a chameleon - he will adjust to the vibe you are looking for, and I can assure you he did just that! We didn't want the showboating DJ who has to be the center of attention, but rather someone who acted like another member of the family, and by the end of the night, I'd say Mike was family. His team has set up a ridiculously easy system to use - everything is in a web portal and I could hook up my Spotify to add any songs he didn't have (my dad wanted an obscure instrumental song to dance to). In fact, I could just add the list I had been curating! Not only did we ask for Mike's DJ services, but we also rented a number of games from him - we had pop-a-shot, glow mini-golf, and glow cornhole, and glow connect-four. Our guests LOVED these games and thought they really added a fun element to our socially distant wedding. Our wedding was 2 months ago, and I am still running through the pictures showing my guests having the time of their life and a lot of that is thanks to Mike!

Amazing DJ Services

We reached out to Mike about a month and a half before our 9/26 wedding. Mike and his associates were always quick to respond to all of our emails. We had two zoom calls with Mike, one to go over his music planning system, and one to review everything the week of the wedding. Both times he was prepared and professional. On the day of the wedding he double checked the names and songs with me before the introductions to make sure everything was correct. We did not provide many songs that we required him to play and he just read the room. All of his selections were perfect for the crowd and the dance floor was full all night. I would recommend Mike's Music to anyone getting married!

Hands down the best!

Where do I even begin.=? Getting married is stressful enough. Getting married during a pandemic is something we don't have a handbook on. Mike and his team were literally our saving grace. Through a cancelled wedding to rescheduling to dealing with ever changing guidelines Mike and his team made our day actually happen. From a contactless photobooth and hand sanitizing stations, to driving all the way to Maine for our wedding and even sending us a a gift when our wedding got cancelled with an encouraging message I literally feel like these people are family. Our dance floor was packed and I kept receiving compliments all night long. Here we are weeks later and people are still raving about just how much fun they had. Thank you Mike Kelly and John for the best night of our lives!

Huge Crowd Pleaser

We met with John twice before our wedding. He listened to the environment we wanted to create and was very easy to work with. We did cuts of songs for our dances which were exactly as we were hoping for. Our guests made many comments about how all the songs flowed seamlessly and how great our DJ was! When it came to announcements, he was involved as we wanted him to be and was very respectful of our "do-not-play list."

One of the best decisions my husband and I made during our planning process was hiring Mike’s Music. Perfect Addition to Our Wedding

Mike was unreal. Such a nice guy and so easy to work with. He was so focused on making sure we had the night we were dreaming of. He worked with our JP to get the ceremony music perfect and was excellent throughout cocktail hour and dinner. We had THE BEST time dancing the night away. He has a great system of allowing you to choose a good variety of the songs you wanted and knows exactly where to add others in. Everyone at the wedding was dancing which was really important to me. Wow! Mike and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!! We had the pleasure of working with DJ Jon and he absolutely nailed it! Our dance floor was packed all night long. He even helped me cut my father/daughter song so we could surprise the crowd with a special choreographed dance. The crowd went wild!! The photo booth was packed all night long and I have the best photos from it. We even hired a videographer through Mike and he was fantastic to work with. Amazing Experience!

Amazing dj!

We had the most incredible experience using Mike's Music as the DJ for our wedding. Mike came highly recommended, and he was the first and only person I called to DJ our wedding! The one thing I wanted for our wedding was for EVERYONE to be on the dance floor all night long, and MIKE DELIVERED!

We gave him a few specific songs we really wanted played, and trusted is expertise and judgment to fill in the rest - and he kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end. He was great at reading the crowd, keeping everyone moving and kept the flow of the whole day moving perfectly. We had guests texting us in the days after the wedding telling us how much they loved the music and dancing, saying it was one of the best wedding's they had been to - and that's truly because of Mike! He was a true professional and is seriously talented - I recommend him to everyone and anyone looking for a DJ!

Best Dj Ever!

I am so glad that we chose Mike’s Music for our wedding. After attending a wedding in 2016 where Mike Dj’d and hearing rave reviews from our friends, we knew Mike was the person who we wanted to work with on our big day. We got married on May 25th 2019 and he provided our music as well as our lighting! Mike is a true professional and he was awesome to work with. He took the time to get to know my husband Justin and I, to understand what we were looking for. Throughout planning Kelly and Mike checked in our our process with utilizing the online planner for our music. This planner was so easy and fun to use as we decided what songs we wanted/ didn’t want played. During our final meeting, Mike was able to provide recommendations for our ceremony music and lighting. He went through all the names of the people in our bridal party to make sure that he would pronounce them correctly, as well as ironing out all of our little details. He even surprised us with a planned bit with the Best Man during his speech! We had so much fun dancing the night away with our family and friends! I would highly recommend Mike’s Music to anyone!

I am so glad that we found Mike’s Music for our wedding. We got married in August at Indian Pond Country Club. Mike provided our music, lighting and photo booth. Mike is a true professional. He was excellent to work with. He took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for. DJ Mike was everything and more than we imagined for our 8/18/18 wedding! From the start he was incredibly responsive and made planning a breeze with his online planner. Mike met with us a few weeks before the wedding to finalize all of the details and sent us a detailed itinerary for the night. Absolutely stress free process and we were 110% confident Mike would make the night perfect. Our guests are still talking about how our wedding was "the most fun wedding they've ever been too" and how they've never been to a wedding where there wasn't ever a "lull on the dance floor". If you're as lucky as I am, my wife did most of the planning for our wedding. She gave me one important task to find our music vendor so I couldn't let her down. I researched a LOT of DJ's, bands, and live classical musicians in the area and I couldn't be happier that I found Mike. He was by far the most professional and organized vendor we dealt with throughout our wedding planning. There were times when we would email vendors and not hear back for a day or two... not Mike. He would proactively email us with itineraries and detailed plans for the big day and everything went very smoothly. He used wireless microphones during our ceremony so the pictures would be unobstructed by mic stands. We were initially concerned about the sound quality but Mike assured us that his equipment is very high quality and he was right. The sound quality was amazing (nothing cut out and everything went perfectly) and we ended up getting better pictures because of it! His talents are truly magical which is why my wife kept referring to him (probably against his will) as "MAGIC MIKE". Seriously you can't go wrong with him. He's got great energy and his website makes planning very easy. He won't let you down!

Mike was an amazing DJ for our wedding! He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He took the time to get to know mine and my husbands specific music tastes and encorporated them effortlessly into our reception. Our entire wedding felt very personalized. Mike and his staff were amazing to work with and did a phenomenal job at the wedding! They go above and beyond with customer service and both the lighting in the Photo Booth and photo templates were amazing. Mike was awesome!!!! Mike is a pleasure to do business with! Everything was perfect! We had Mike do the up lighting, music, and Photo Booth for our reception as well as the music and sound for our ceremony. Mike made everything easy and was always available to answer questions. He even supplied mics so that my sisters could sing our first dance song. Our guests had a blast int he photo booth. He even customized the photo strips to have them match the sand dollar from our invitations! Thank you so much Mike's Music you guys rock!!!

Mike's Music was great to work with for their mini-golf rental. They worked with our budget, logistical challenges, and went above and beyond in providing information. Judy the office assistant and Michael the owner were both very responsive and informative. Their attending staff for the event were also very helpful and eager to work with us despite the rainy forecast. We were lucky enough for the rain to pass for mini golf to happen. Overall, they were great to work with and I'm looking forward to future rentals with Mike's Music. Thank you!

Everyone had an amazing time and everything was so well organized. Mike and his team are amazing! The props for the photo booth and expectations we had were above and beyond. Mike provided mellow dinner music and a sound system for our corporate anniversary cocktail party.

Originally, we had planned a large employee corporate event on the Pilgrim Bell but it was unfortunately canceled due to high seas. Mike was great in crediting our account so that we could use for a future event. Mike's behind the scenes team is fantastic and very responsive. Their contracts and payment system is all online which makes it so easy for fast-paced people like me. Mike is very professional and an all-around nice guy. A coworker used him 20+ years ago at her wedding and I have no doubt will be using his services again soon for our corporate events.

Mike and his team our an amazing group of people.
This is our 4th year having them support our Corporate event, "DILO Casino Night" for our major industry conference that we attend. We even changed venue and Mike and the Casino team adjusted with no issues.

We held a Casino Night Fundraiser for a nonprofit organization. Mike's Music was amazing to work with. They supplied the gaming tables, dealers, DJ and up-lighting for the event. We had DJ Mike for our October 2017 wedding in Quincy, MA and he was incredible from our first meeting. We only met with two DJs and Mike's professionalism truly stood out as he waited for our arrival to his office holding the door for us. Mike was super easy to work with and you can tell from the start he knows exactly what he's doing and will make your wedding day a success.

We used Mike's Music for DJ services for our ceremony and reception, uplighting as well as a photobooth and he was willing to work with us to meet out budget. He played perfect dinner music to keep everyone energized and excited and was SO skilled at getting everyone on to the dance floor, both old and young. Everyone at our wedding was dancing ALL NIGHT. We had a candy bar, late night snack and cake station that people didn't even notice because they just didn't want to stop dancing!! His online tools make it so easy to plan, and he took the time with our final meeting to walk though every single detail as far as pronouncing everyone's names right. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Mike, everything was perfect!

We 100% made the right choice going with Mike and his videographer, Shawn, for our wedding! Mike is so organized, detailed, and on top of everything that it made the whole process easy. Mike was our wedding D.J. in September at White Cliffs Country Club in Plymouth. His company was highly recommended from our venue, which was not surprising because my husband and I hired him only minutes into our initial meeting. We knew almost instantly that he was the D.J. for us. Aside from being very likeable and personable, he was extremely professional, which was important to us. Once you put down a deposit you have access to the online software which helps you choose music. This software was easy to use and made the process of picking songs very enjoyable. Mike was very responsive, getting back to use in a timely manner no matter what the question was. A few weeks before your wedding Mike meets with you again to go over all the details and he was very thorough - he went over how to pronounce the entire wedding party's names, asked what color tie we thought he should wear so everything matches, and he even let us practice our entrance song while we figured out together exactly which portion of the song we wanted to use. Mike knew our venue so well from past weddings, he knew exactly what he was doing. We did not have to worry about one thing! My husband and I only ended up choosing a few songs to be played at the wedding and left the rest up to Mike. We trusted that he would deliver, and he absolutely did. Our guests had the time of their lives. The music was fantastic. I would not have changed one thing! I would recommend Mike and his company to anyone!!!

Mike from Mike's Music was absolutely AMAZING! He is so professional and fun! Very easy to talk to and he understood everything we wanted. He helped us pick some of the main songs like walking down the aisle etc. And after that we let him do his thing! We had complete trust in him, he knew exactly what we liked and disliked. He absolutely killed it! He has this awesome website as well that he gives you access to. It has so many songs to go through to help you choose. It also let's you add songs to a "must play list" and "a do not play list " . It makes everything more organized!
Not once did we hear a song we didn't like. People were up dancing the whole time. He engaged all of the young and older people and it was great!!

Mike Salvati of Mike’s Music, Inc. was the DJ for our wedding at The Pavilion at Pinehills. When we selected our photographers (Michael Sparks Keegan Photography) they STRONGLY encouraged us to contact Mike’s Music. Our photographers explained that they had worked countless events with Mike and that he A) knows how to get the dance floor packed and B) would be a consummate professional every step of the way. They were absolutely right!

From our first contact with Mike and his staff we were impressed. We had already met with and spoken to several other DJs but Mike’s Music really stood out from the rest of the pack. They were fast to return our calls/emails, and were super accommodating when it came time to meet in person.

When it came to our wedding day, Mike delivered on everything he said he would. I had to stop by the venue several hours prior to the ceremony, Mike was already getting set up/testing his equipment (of which he carries legit backups of just in case). Even though it was a hot July day he was dressed immaculately and even coordinated his tie with the bridesmaid dresses! When it came time for introductions, Mike nailed the pronunciation on all the names. He took the time in our final meeting to confirm names and wrote them out phonetically (clearly not his first rodeo).

From the first song Mike opened the dance floor with he had it packed and kept it that way the entire night. The best part of it was that he did it all without saying a single word. No cheesy gimmicks or group dances, just a keen ability to read the crowd and select the right song. Numerous people after the wedding commented that they had never seen a dance floor as packed as ours was for the entire night…Mike Salvati is good. I highly encourage you to contact him for your wedding or next event, 5 stars!

Mike did an amazing job during our wedding. Guests had nothing but great things to say about the music (and Mike!) during the course of the night and after the fact. He was super responsive to any questions and inquiries we had leading up to the big day. He was incredibly helpful with all of his feedback and recommendations for both music and just general suggestions. He is an incredibly nice and personable guy. His website made picking songs for the various parts of the reception easy and intuitive. I would have been lost without it ( that and my better half doing all the hard work! ). Mike DJ'd our wedding at Lakeview Pavilion in August 2017. He is preferred vendor at Lakeview and we can definitely see why. Mike was super friendly, approachable, and especially knowledgeable during the planning process. He has a great online tool that allowed us to search for and preview songs, create playlists (must play, do not play, etc.) and so much more. Since we were essentially throwing the biggest party of lives, we told Mike that we had one goal: we wanted everyone to have the BEST time and dance all night long. Boy, did Mike deliver!!! We got SO many compliments on how great the music was all night - from cocktail hour to dancing! (My cousin isn't even engaged yet and her mother got Mike's card "just in case...") Rave reviews all around - can't say enough good things!!!

My husband Bruce and I got married on May 27, 2017 at The Miraval Ballroom in East Bridgewater. The second we sat down with the owner Frank we asked who he recommends for music. Mike Salvatti was the first name that came out of his mouth. We knew immediately that we would not and could not have our wedding without Mike as our DJ. Frank even texted Mike right then during our first meeting to make sure Mike was available for our special day. It was about a week before we were able to meet with Mike but he reserved the day for us until we could get together. The moment we shook hands with Mike, Bruce and I both knew that there was no one else we even cared to meet with. Mike worked with us every step of the way and has an amazing system for his clients to use to choose their music and organize their event all in one place. We were and still are completely blown away. Through Mike's services we had ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception music and also rented his open photo booth which was a MASSIVE hit. I wish there were words I could use to accurately describe how wonderful Mike and his team are and how over-the-moon happy he has made us. Thanks to him we have had so many family members tell us that ours was the funnest wedding they have attended and that Mike was "the best DJ they've heard at a wedding!" We are still receiving compliments to this day and it has been almost three months since that perfect day. We cannot thank Mike and his team enough for making our wedding more than we imagined. We chose Mike's Music at a WCCC wedding expo. He was professional, flexible, and an excellent DJ. The Mike's Music online portal made it easy to select our songs for our wedding and allowed us to compile a great list of "must play" "maybe play" and "do not play". Mike did an amazing job providing equipment for our ceremony, wedding speeches, and our reception. He helped to educate all of the speakers how to hold the microphone and where to position themselves. The dancing portion of our wedding was incredible. Mike did a great job keeping the energy level up and chose songs based on the crowd. The dance floor was always packed for almost 3 hours!! I used Mikes Music Inc. for casino table rentals. I hosted a surprise 30th casino birthday party for my husband and the tables made the whole party. The team at Mikes Music was so easy to work with; they quickly answered all of my questions and were always very nice. I ordered a craps and roulette table and both tables were perfect; it looked like we were at a casino. The dealers were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back for more services.

Mike was absolutely awesome to work with. He is super professional and knows exactly what he is doing, and he also has a great app that let's you control and search for music suggestions that we absolutely loved. We did the photo booth through him, and they performed beyond expectations.

Adam was fantastic, Mike was great. Always courteous, very responsive, very respectful. We didn't have to worry about a thing. They showed up early, prepped everything, and took everything down. They care about their customer experience and it shows; they are true professionals.

Mike was our DJ for our wedding at the Lakeview Pavillion in October 2016. Mike came highly recommended through the Lakeview staff & now we know why. First off, Mike was so friendly & professional to work with. His online program to set up the music was so easy & helpful to pick out our music. We met up with Mike 2 times before our wedding and told him one thing: "we wanted everyone on the dance floor all night!" We filled out the online song request and then he took it from there. All of his announcements and choices of music were just PERFECT. He had everyone from little kids, our generation & the elderly on the dance floor ALL night just as we requested. We have had so many compliments on how good the music was and how much fun everyone had dancing. We cannot thank Mike enough for making our wedding so memorable & would highly recommend him for any wedding or event!!!!

My wife Lauren and I were married at Lakeview Pavilion on 10/8/2016, and we used Mikes Music for our DJ and photo booth. He completely SURPASSED every expectation we could have had, and made our wedding day the best! I first started out my experience working with Mike, he had a contract drawn up for me in less than 24 hours with everything we wanted and needed on it. Their prices are fantastic as well. Mike takes his business and success so serious that he gave me his cell phone number from day one to call him with any issues or concerns. Mike was the ultimate DJ in my opinion. He kept the dance floor filled the entire evening, with people of all ages. He also played every single song that we put on my must play list. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs! Mike has been a DJ at not only our wedding, but other events we've been to also. He is so professional, spent plenty of time with us, and delivered exactly what we wanted on the day of our wedding. He was even helpful on directing things we weren't sure of- like the cake cutting. My out of state family was so impressed with him they were bummed they lived so far away(they wanted him for their events). We now call Mike's Music Inc. our "house DJ" and hope go work with them again!!!

We let Mike choose the majority of music with a few of our own songs for the intro and the dance portion of the wedding. We were really happy with his choices, and we had a blast. He chose some great dinner music before getting everyone on the dance floor. I'd trust his judgement, and he catered to what we wanted on the introductions, also gave us a good review of what was happening prior to put us at ease with all the festivities coming together at once.

Mike truely MADE our wedding! Mike promised me from our very first meeting that people would be on the dance floor from right after the speeches till the very last song and he did not disappoint! We worked with Mike Salvati from Mikes Music for our Plimoth Plantation wedding in October. Mike was such a professional from our first meeting. My wife and I had decided we wanted to make sure we got the best entertainment for our wedding and Mike definitely delivered! He was always punctual and very receptive to our wants and vision for our wedding. We gave him some direction for songs/styles we wanted and he took it from there - always keeping our dance floor packed! We chose to utilize his uplighting service and it was an incredible touch that capped off a beautiful venue! I recently had a Casino Night for my country club members, which included an array of casino games from Las Vegas Entertainment and DJ service from Mike's Music. I have been working in the event industry for 18 years, and was highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism put on by the entire team. My members could not stop saying how they felt they were at a real casino! Between the quality of the games, tables, and the even the dealers...everything was top notch!! DJ Jon was on point as well, and was fabulous at keeping the non-gamblers on the dance floor....which was also packed all night!

We picked Mike Salvati for our DJ and up-lighting, he was absolutely AMAZING. I started out having no idea how to pick a DJ and found it to be somewhat difficult to choose because unlike a band you can't go see them perform. I also found that a lot of positive reviews simply said DJs were great but it didn't help us narrow down who would be the best. I am here to tell you Mike is the best. Mike came highly recommended to us by a close friend and along with the countless positive reviews we decided to contact him and set up a meeting.

After only a few minutes of meeting with Mike we knew he was the one for us. He is professional, extremely personable, uses advanced equipment, and most importantly is an out of this world DJ!! He seamlessly flowed from song to song and covered a wide range of music (per our request). We like a lot of different genres so we had him pick songs to cover classic rock and reggae in the cocktail hour/dinner and then he exploded with throw backs and current hit songs on the dance floor. Most importantly, he tailored it to exactly what we wanted. I know a lot of people say this but honestly every single person was dancing and they didn't stop until he stopped!

He is tech savvy and has an easy yet comprehensive online tool for filling out wedding day info, making payments, and picking songs you want/don't want played. Mike was the easiest person to get a hold of and would respond to my emails IMMEDIATELY. He also has you meet again closer to the wedding date to finalize/talk through things which was extremely helpful. By the time our wedding came we honestly felt like we knew him.

I truly cannot speak highly enough of Mike. He helped make our wedding day better than we could have imagined. He was worth every penny and would hire him again in a second if I had to do it all over!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Mike Salvati and Mike’s Music. Mike was listed as a preferred vendor at our venue and after reading online reviews and meeting with him in person we know we had to book him immediately! Mike provided our ceremony music, up-lighting, silk draping over the dance floor and hours of awesome music during our reception. I have never heard of guests complimenting the pre-ceremony music before but we were told how wonderful it was over and over again. Mike was able to play our requests while still reading the crowd and always kept the dance floor full and energized. Nobody wanted to stop dancing and we wish we could have kept going all night. Our guests also loved the centerpiece giveaway. We have heard so many comments such as “your DJ was awesome”, “we’ve never seen the dancefloor fill up so quickly and stay full all night long” or “it was the most fun I have ever had at a wedding”. We owe a lot to Mike for making our wedding such a fun night. If you have the chance to book Mike’s Music for your wedding, do not pass it up. You will not be disappointed!

Mike's Music was fantastic to work with. They were our DJ and our videographer. Mike was great to work with during the planning process and they have a great online system where you can input all your music selections and information for the big day. DJ Jon was our DJ for the day, and he was fantastic! He played all our requests, and really read the crowd to keep the dance floor full and the party going. He played all our must-haves and balanced the other requests to make the music really flow all night long. We were thrilled with our video as well. We opted for a ceremony only video, which was a little pricey, but Mike worked with us, and we are so happy we went for it! Definitely worth every penny!

Mikes Music Inc. did an amazing job for our special day! We had gone to a bunch of weddings the same summer right before ours and were not completely impressed with the dj. They either didn't play songs long enough, or weren't paying attention to what the guests were vibing on. When we met with Mike, he made us really trust him and gave us some of his ideas for the day and it couldn't have gone better! He got all of our guests onto the dance floor and played exactly what we wanted! We recommend his services to all!

DJ Mike was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a DJ who is receptive to your ideas, prompt when responding to emails, and professional in how he dresses on the day/night of your wedding in addition to keeping the events moving throughout the reception. Each time we met with Mike, he was energetic and truly wanted to make your day everything you imagined it to be. The music playlist that he made for our wedding was incredible (after taking into account our recommendations for music) and our guests have commented that they knew the songs and were able to dance throughout the night. Mike was a professional and allowed us to be worry-free about such an important piece of any wedding.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Mike Salvanti from Mike’s Music in Bridgewater. Mike is an amazing professional- he is knowledgable, prepared, and super organized. He is a highly experienced DJ with tons of wedding experience. Sitting down and planning with him was actually extremely helpful not only just with the music but with the whole flow of the evening. He brought to our attention things we would have never thought of on our own that helped the night to go smoothly. Mike is also a BLAST to work with. He is super funny and friendly. We looked forward to our meetings with him! Mike was a huge reason why our wedding was as successful as it was. My husband and I had a lot of genres of music we wanted played and Mike helped to blend them seamlessly and keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. So many people came up to us and told us that our wedding was one of the most fun they had ever been to and we know that Mike was a big reason for this. We also used Mike's Music for our photo booth rental. We researched several in the area and this was the best value and the best looking photo booth around. We used their open air booth which allowed for larger groups and it was a best. My husband and I highly recommend Mike Salvanti and his crew for your wedding or event!!!!

Mike was the perfect addition to our wedding! He made the planning simple and so much fun. Everything was perfect! The dance floor was packed at our wedding (including people who don't normally dance). Mike and the rest of his staff are amazing. We hired Mike for uplighting, a photo booth, two black jack tables, a craps table and DJ services for our July 2016 wedding. Mike was AWESOME! So many of our guests commented on his vibrant personality and great music selections. The photo booth was a hit and the black jack and craps tables truly stole the show. The gambling was a great addition for those guests that weren't much of dancers. The uplighting was beautiful and Mike was able to match our mint color scheme perfectly. He was one of the best vendors we worked with. I can't wait for the next event we host so we can use his services again!
