As a wedding planner, I’ve had the privilege of working with Michelle countless times for many different clients, and I always knew that when it came time for my own wedding, there was no one else I could trust the way I trusted her. We also hired her for my sister’s wedding, which made choosing her feel incredibly meaningful and full-circle. She has an unmatched ability to truly listen not just to the vision you describe (even if it isn't fully thought through!), but to the feeling you want to create when your guests walk into your wedding. When I walked into the reception room for our reveal, I immediately screamed "SHUT UP" and shed some tears. Every detail was perfect, intentional, and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Even my husband (a very typical groom who was happily hands-off during most of the design process) was completely stunned. Watching his reaction in that moment confirmed what I already knew: she didn’t just create florals, she created an experience. Beyond her undeniable talent, she brings so much heart into her work. Our connection with her is something I’m deeply grateful for, both professionally and personally. Having her be part of our wedding day meant the world to us, and her work will forever be woven into some of our most cherished memories. I can recommend her with absolute confidence, as a wedding planner who has seen her consistently exceed expectations for countless clients, and now as a bride whose own wedding (and sister’s) she made truly unforgettable. Absolutely Breathtaking
Michelle took my Pinterest board and exceeded even my own wildest imaginations. We envisioned a ‘no color’ color palette for our wedding day, wanting only white florals and greenery which she executed to perfection. Not only is Michelle wonderful to work with, but the thoughtfulness she extends to your vision is simply unmatched. From the very beginning, we wanted the bridal bouquet to be made up of white peonies, but weren’t sure where to start with the groom’s boutonniere - wanting something that also stood out and was unique to him. Without hesitation, she gave us the idea of doing a white ranunculus which was not only the perfect complement to the peonies but an unexpected nod to his Italian heritage. From the pearl pins around the bouquet charm, to our deconstructed ceremony arch so effortlessly placed into the trees we’d selected to frame our ceremony, the candles glittering in every corner of every room, everywhere we turned Michelle and her team took our breath away. She unequivocally put her heart (and ours) into every floral arrangement and we could not recommend her enough.

Michelle was AMAZING to work with. She was super responsive, very fair in pricing, & let us visit her studio so we could chat through our needs in person. Michelle was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Book her for your wedding, you will not regret it. Words cannot begin to describe how happy I was with the florals on our wedding day. I was truly blown away. Choosing a florist can be so difficult, but from our first conversation I could tell that Michelle was the right fit for me. She asked thoughtful questions about my vision and came up with a detailed proposal that allowed me to see how my vision would come to life on the wedding day. She also understood my budget and gave helpful insight when I needed it. She is truly an expert at her craft! We went to visit her studio a few months before the wedding to see a mock up of a table piece and to also see more of her vases and stands. She was absolutely lovely to work with and I felt so relieved after leaving that meeting because I knew she had amazing ideas and vision that aligned with my style and taste. On the wedding day, all of the flowers were delivered seamlessly and her team also worked to move the flowers from the church ceremony over to our reception venue. My bridal bouquet was absolutely breathtaking and more beautiful than I could have imagined. She also delivered extra florals for my photographer for the details shots, and my photographer could not believe the quantity and quality of what she got to work with. The florals at the church were spectacular as well. After the ceremony, we arrived at the reception venue early to take pictures with the wedding party. When I walked into the venue, I was absolutely blown away by how stunning it was. Not only did my vision come to life, it was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We had beautiful greenery hanging from the chandeliers, a mix of tall and low floral settings on the table, as well as a touch of candles on the table. It looked extremely elegant and timeless. I got SO many compliments on the florals and I could not have been happier with how it turned out. Michelle is amazing to work with, she is warm and kind and she has exceptional taste and vision. Thank you Michelle for making my wedding day look picture perfect!

I cannot recommend Michelle more after working with her professionally, and now also personally. I had so much indecision throughout the wedding planning process, and Michelle never missed a beat. She was there to provide recommendations, comforting words, and put up with my changing mind like a pro. She even came to my linen showroom meeting with a complete table mockup so that I could visualize my big day. By just providing a few vision ideas, Michelle pulled together the most beautiful and unique design for my wedding. Potted herbs and plants, mismatched votives, taupe taper candles, and assorted food elements (artichokes, pomegranates, persimmons, peppers!!!!) made up our centerpieces. Rosemary was put into my bouquet and the boutonnieres (which brought along the BEST smell throughout the day!). All of this was so special to my husband and I as we are in the restaurant/wedding industry and we wanted our wedding to feel like US. Our reception space felt like an absolute fairytale. Michelle goes above and beyond and has such an amazing eye for design - You cannot go wrong! I've also worked with her on several weddings professionally, and I can always count on her arrangements being FULL, impressive, and cohesive with all other details of the day.

Michelle is absolutely amazing!!! I knew that her work would be stunning and perfect but somehow she still managed to exceed all of our expectations! She was able to listen to all my thoughts, ideas, and wondering and put an amazing proposal together which she also edited several times until we felt comfortable to move forward. I had met with several florist before finding Michelle and I had been losing hope in the vision I had as I felt unheard and my vision began to feel impossible. Michelle turned all of that around, as soon as I met her I knew she’d be the one to deliver!! As our wedding date got closer and I began to stress about small details, Michelle suggested we come back to her studio. When we got there she had a small table mock up as well as florals and we knew right away that we had nothing to worry about, we left there so excited to see everything on our wedding day. We still have people inquiring about florals and decor!! Thank you Michelle for making our wedding look like a fairytale!!!

Simply Amazing! Choose Michelle!
Michelle was our Floral Designer for our May 2021 Wedding, and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. From designing a whole wedding in Sept 2020 and postponing for Covid to designing a whole new wedding in May 2021, Michelle was so adaptable, flexible and kind, and made the whole design process fun and easy. If you are like me, with an idea of what you like and don't like, you can fully trust Michelle to create something absolutely magical that you will love! I gave Michelle a half-formed / ever-changing vision and she created a day way more beautiful than I could have imagined. Talented and flexible
Having a wedding during Covid-19 was a challenge but Michelle Jeanne was as flexible as possible when we downsized and changed venues from Rhode Island to our home in Massachusetts. The flowers were magnificent and beautiful. She and her staff had to work on a very sunny hot day but created a gorgeous, memorable setting.

I could not have imagined working with another floral designer for my wedding. Florals are incredibly important to my mom and I, and we worked hard to find the floral designer that would be able to turn our vision into reality. Michelle listened intently to our likes and (many) dislikes. She gave us so many great suggestions and worked with us to develop a complex color palette to best compliment every wedding detail- she was not afraid of using the bright colors I wanted! She was respectful of our budget throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Michelle enough.

The Absolute Best!
Where do I even begin with how much I love Michelle Jeanne and her floral designs!? We booked Michelle many, many months ago after meeting her at a small wedding show in Warwick. I knew instantly that I wanted her to do our flowers for our wedding. From day one, Michelle was always responsive, easy to work with and flexible! I gave her a couple of inspiration pictures and told her to basically do the opposite of what she had been doing for everyone else (i.e. blush & white) and she absolutely nailed it. The colors were rich and bold, just how I wanted and my own personal bouquet blew my mind with how big and gorgeous it was! Not only were the floral designs magnificent, Michelle went above and beyond in rectifying a situation we had with another vendor (which she most certainly didn't have to at all). Do not even question if you should hire Michelle to do your wedding floral design, she is worth every single penny and then some and you will not regret hiring her! Thank you so much, Michelle!! You're the best!

Amazing Partnership Through the Wedding Planning Process
What drew me to Michelle was first her price. She was very affordable compared to other florists in the Newport area. She was very accommodating and so easy to work with. We had two planning sessions with Michelle at her studio, where we saw samples and strategized what each of the arrangements was going to look like and to get an idea of sizes and vases. It was so fun to get to brainstorm together and play around with all of the flowers. She noticed that we wanted to take the flowers to the next level, so she wanted to try out her deconstructed arbor and wanted to take risks on what she’s done before. I loved this option because we kept having trouble with the ceremony flowers. I also loved that she was willing to work with us, not have us fit into the standard mold of what she’s done before.
The flowers came out so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I commend Michelle for being able to pivot the day of because it was hailing outside. Her team had everything set up outside for the ceremony, but had to bring it in once we decided to bring the ceremony inside. We already had talked about a backup plan because the weather is always crazy in June, so everything was perfect and in place where we talked about. All of the flowers were so pretty and exactly what we were looking for to make a statement at our wedding. I would recommend her to any bride!

A dream to work with!
I can't say enough great things about our experience with Michelle. I had spoken with a few other florists in the area but none seemed to fully understand what I wanted and I didn't feel I was connecting with any of them. A friend recommended I reach out to Michelle after she worked with her for her wedding and I am so glad I did! She responded the same day, was lovely to talk to and followed up a few days after our conversation with inspiration photos and a detailed quote of cost (something that I had to wait weeks for with other florists I talked to!). Since I was planning a Rhode Island wedding from Florida, it was so nice to work with a vendor that I trusted. I described my ideas to her (white, greenery, messy, organic etc) and when they showed up the day of my wedding they were even better then I imagined. Michelle is so great at listening to you, understanding your vision and then perfectly executing it. It was such a relief that I didn't have to worry about the flowers at all, I completely trusted Michelle and I was right to - the flowers were perfect. If you get the chance to hire her, do it!!

So nice and beautiful florals
I sent Michelle a very specific custom assortment and how I wanted the flowers she was so sweet and helpful and did everything we asked and was a gift to work with!!! My bouquet was so beautiful I never wanted to put it down! I kept and dried all of my flowers I couldn’t bare to part with it.

Michelle was absolutely incredible to work with. Not only did she acknowledge and work with our budget, but she was able to bring our vision to life (and then some) even after we had to move our outdoor ceremony inside. Michelle was truly amazing. The flowers for my wedding this past weekend were more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. I told her the colors and type of look I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. I got half tall and half short centerpieces they were both just amazing. The tall centerpieces were HUGE and full of beautiful flowers.Even down to the two flowers on the cake, everything was perfect. She was so responsive and answered any silly little question I had pretty much within hours. Her prices were very reasonable for the quality of the work. Don’t look elsewhere, just book now!!!

In all honesty, I really wasn't thinking too much about the flowers and how they would enhance my wedding. After meeting with Michelle, her understanding my vision and opening up my creative side, thus bringing it to life, made me most excited, out of everything, for the flowers on our big day. She not only helped us with those, but also had so many ideas and will assist on other decorative parts of our wedding that I didn't even think of, let alone know how it would tie everything together. She has been so beyond helpful and incredible. It's so impressive how she can meet a complete stranger, and totally see their vision before they even knew they had one. I am so very excited to see her work on the big day and am so grateful we are able to have her help in our wedding planning!

Michelle, simply put, was amazing. She worked with us during the entire process. She took time to understand our style, theme and budget. Michelle was amazing! I had a vision and she made it a beautiful reality! Everyone at our wedding told me the day of and almost a month later how beautiful the centerpieces were. We had people diving across the ballroom to make sure they got a part of the centerpieces. Everyone was in love with the floral arrangements and ceremony decor! And I loved my bouquet! Michelle is the absolute best. Flowers were extremely overwhelming for me as I had no idea what I wanted. I had a vision in my head, but I was having troubles articulating it. Somehow Michelle knew exactly what I was talking about! I literally gave her all these different containers and lanterns and she didn't even flinch. She is so responsive and up to date on all the current trends. I can't say enough about how amazing her communication is. I had to call her the night before about the timeline, and she made everything work perfectly. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring Michelle! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Michelle and her flowers exceeded every expectation! I was so nervous about my flowers because I had changed my mind from time to time on what I thought I wanted exactly. But Michelle created magic and I cried when I saw my bouquet. It was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! She was so wonderful to work with. I had gotten a small piece of lace from both my mother and my mother-in-laws wedding dresses and wanted to incorporate it into my wedding as a little special detail. I asked Michelle to add it to my bouquet, and without me knowing she even added a tiny bit to my husband's boutonniere. It was so incredibly special and sweet! Michelle was so great to work with on my wedding flowers this past June. She made the process stress-free especially because I was very unsure of what I was looking for during our first consultation. By the time we met again a month before my wedding she had put together a vision for my rustic theme that was amazing. Furthermore, on the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about, she dropped off my flowers and then went to the church and lastly drove up to the venue to set everything up. Everything was flawless and beautiful, I highly recommend Michelle for all of your wedding flower needs!!

You won't regret her attention to detail and willingness to work to give you what you want. Before the big day she even provided a spreadsheet of what she was planning for all the arrangements and pieces so I could approve the final look. Honestly, it wasn't even necessary because I trust her vision as my own. On the day of, Michelle was there to make sure everything went well - she's the best! I couldn't be happier!

Michelle and her flowers exceeded every expectation! In addition to being very responsive and reasonably priced, Michelle has a proactive, get-it-done style that I appreciated working with. In a 15 minute phone call, she took my disjointed idea of a “vibe,” created a well-articulated vision for our event, and instilled confidence that she could create it. And, on the day of, she arrived early, worked efficiently, charmed my whole family, and did just that.
The arrangements she created were stunning—overflowing with perfect, full roses and tasteful greenery in modern vases—and the elegant table garland was exactly what I had dreamed of. Her flowers were so good that when we let our guests know they could take home arrangements, people fought over them!
But, the best part of working with Michelle was that she went above and beyond to take care of every single detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Without even mentioning it, she added extra sprigs of greenery to our high top tables and on the signs from our caterer. When I asked if Michelle could bring along an extra flower to use for my hair, she showed up with a beautiful cluster of white ranunculus on a hair comb that she made in advance and sprayed to last all day! She thinks of (and takes care of) absolutely everything.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Michelle! You are extraordinary, and we wish we could do it all over so we could hire you again!

There aren't enough adequate words to describe my gratitude, admiration, thankfulness and beauty that Michelle possesses. Her work truly speaks for itself. But, truthfully, it's her actions that make you fall in love with not only her work but her vision. She's there-- 110% of the way, she's there. Out of every single one of my wedding vendors, she is the first I would recommend. If you have any question, day or night, she answers it in minutes to hours. She is thrilled to hear about the planning and dives head first into your image.
The morning of the wedding when she arrived with our flowers (on time!!) they were breath taking. They blew every pintrest image out of the water. They were everything I've ever dreamed of-- and guests are still talking about the arrangements, arbor and bridesmaids.
Wedding planning is so stressful-- but, Michelle makes it possible to feel assured and ready. She's simply amazing.

Michelle's attention to detail was by far spectacular.......the first contact was followed up by a site visit to venue where different flowers were brought to demonstrate what our centerpieces would look like.......The creativity and knowledge demonstrated by Michelle clearly shows in her displays. The ability to re-purpose flowers from the outdoor ceremony to inside was seamless. I can't say enough wonderful things About Michelle Jeanne floral design. From the moment we had met with her we knew she was the florist for us!! I had a general idea of what I wanted and wasn't sure how to put it in words, Michelle not only completely understood what our visions was, she also kept us right in budget! She was the most easy going attentive florist I have had the pleasure to work with, any time I had a question or comment about anything she was a text, phone call or email away. I never had a doubt that she was right there with me for all my planning. The day of the wedding came and Michelle did not let us down. I was so thrilled with all she did and the flowers and center pieces looked even better than I could have even imagined. Michelle is truly amazing!! She has an amazing eye for color and arrangements and puts together the most beautiful pieces. I was in awe when I saw the flowers in person because they were more beautiful than I ever imagined. They were exactly what I envisioned and everyone loved all of the different touches in each of the bouquets. She was a huge help in the set up of everything and making sure it all went smoothly. I truly couldn't have done it without her help. She is professional, timely, understanding and keeps everyone calm. I would like to start off by saying that choosing a florist was not on my high priority of things to do for our wedding. I was much more excited about the cake tasting and the dress. That being said, Michelle was hands down one of my most favorite people to work with during the wedding process. I knew I would love working with her from our first interaction. I brought some ideas with me (mostly from Pinterest) and was so excited to see that she had pinned very similar ideas to those I had spent months picking out myself. She knew exactly what I wanted before I did! She was extremely easy to work with, professional and responsive.
I thought I would be an emotional wreck during my wedding but surprisingly I wasn't. I had a very emotional heart to heart with my dad, which of course brought me to (happy) tears and that was to be expected. What I never imagined happening were the tears of joy that streamed down my face when Michelle brought me all the bouquets on my wedding day. I know how everyone uses the term "blown away" but there are no other words to describe it. She truly exceeded every expectation I had for the flowers. I have yet to see other arrangements like them or ones that I like more. She made my vision a reality - not something I can imagine is an easy task. On top of that, her pricing was by far the most reasonable we found for bouquets, centerpieces, and a trellis, among other details. She is a truly remarkable person and I am so fortunate that she played such a vital role in our wedding. She even stayed through our ceremony to make sure things went off without a hitch & they did.
In addition to all of that, our beach ceremony that we had planned for 2 years got rained out. She went to Newport the day before our wedding to make sure that our trellis would fit in the elevator (so it could be placed in the ballroom) and redesigned the aisle decorations, while reassuring me it would still be the beautiful ceremony I had always dreamed of. And it was.

Michelle was by far the best florist we spoke to from the beginning. I had this vision for doing something simple and elegant and she totally nailed it. Not only that, but she worked within our budget from start to finish. I knew nothing about flowers but by just showing her photos of things we liked, she knew every flower we wanted to use.
We cannot thank Michelle enough for making our day so special. Our guests loved our flowers and kept commenting on them all day long. She really helped us capture everything we wanted, and with a last minute flower addition the week of she didn't even bat an eye, she just made it happen.

Michelle was so wonderful to work with! Working with flowers for 10 years I was very picky about who I wanted to do my wedding flowers! Michelle and her colleagues from Personal Touch Florist were a great selection. Me and my husband planned our wedding in Newport, RI from Florida. All our information was obtained by phone or email. I was amazed by how accurately they captured my vision just from these forms of contact. It was not until the wedding day that we met and I was amazed. The arrangements were gorgeous. There was so much attention to detail. I would highly reccomened them to other individuals who are getting married.

Michelle worked hard to make sure we received great arrangements and bouquets for my daughter's wedding. She met with me several times and was patient with changes. Michelle also coordinated with our baker to include fresh flowers on the wedding cake. Everything was beautiful and reasonably priced!!

Michelle did the most amazing job with all the flower arrangements and centerpieces, etc. I say etc. because she truly does go above and beyond with every detail. Stuff I never even thought of. Everything was more amazing then I could have ever imagined. Every person I spoke to couldn't stop raving about them. I still look at it to this day, even though it's dried, and admire the beauty. Definitely one of my favorite parts to the wedding. Flowers bring everything to life. She is personable and a pleasure to meet. My favorite part that had to do with the flowers was that she is equally as excited as the bride to show the bouquets for the first time and see the reaction. I am trying to find a way to post a picture but not having much luck.

I cannot express how beautiful my flowers were for my wedding, I received so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant my flowers were from guests. I am not the most creative person and was not sure what I wanted for my floral arrangements and when I met with Michelle she helped me and created the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who wants a creative and stress free florists for their wedding.

Michelle is an incredibly talented florist, and a joy to work with. Many of the brides I know advised that while they were mostly happy with their wedding floral design, the samples and the centerpieces, bouquets, etc. they had discussed with the florist prior to the day were much more substantial and impressive than their actual work on that day. This was NOT the case with Michelle. The beauty of her work and the way it transformed our venue was far beyond any of our expectations. I cannot recommend Personal Touch Florist RI enough.

Personal Touch Florist is hands down the best florist in Rhode Island. Michelle has such vision and talent! She turned my outdoor, backyard wedding into a wonderful, magical venue full of gorgeous flowers. All of my guests were impressed with her beautiful arrangements. Before the wedding, Michelle met with me multiple times, visited the wedding site, and helped me plan things that I may have forgotten otherwise. It is without a doubt that I highly recommend this business for weddings and other functions!!! FANTASTIC!!! :)

Michelle is a great person who does amazing work. I was clueless when it came to flowers and she explained and showed me everything. I loved my flowers, my girls glowers and all decor that she did. My flowers we're absolutely wonderful. I received many compliments. Michelle was such a help as well. I went to her knowing only 1 flower type I wanted. I told her my colors and she was able to show me many options and what went well together. Pricing was very reasonable considering how flowers were utilized, including boutineers, bouquet, tossing bouquet, and flowers for mothers of the bride and groom. I would certainly recommend her to anyone needing any type of floral services.

We were referred to Michelle by my cousin who got married a few years ago. Although we did not need Michelle for our bridal party, she was super accommodating and was so happy to help with our ceremony flowers and centerpieces! They were absolutely stunning. We was doing the last minutes thing: met Michelle the afternoon before our wedding!
She is awesome and professional! The decorations of our wedding are phenomenon! The day of wedding is extreme windy and cold, but she had been there with us till the end of the wedding! So glad we have met her, and our dream scene.

Michelle helped make the flowers at our wedding beautiful! She was so easy to work with, even years ago when I was in high school and my mom would order flowers from her for dances. She made the flowers for my wedding beautiful, unique, and not just what you would see. The flowers were unique and not "cookie cutter" which is what I was looking for. The different colors, purples, sunflowers, white, and greens worked so well together with the design. Two weeks before the wedding I called Michelle needing to change something and she was able to help no questions asked. If you are looking for a florist that does outstanding work and is so down to earth and so down to work with Michelle is the person you need!

I hardly know where to begin explaining how much I loved working with Michelle Jeanne! After seeing her gorgeous work at my sister’s wedding and hearing what a delight she was to work with, I knew I wanted Michelle Jeanne for my own wedding florals. The only reason I gave a 4/5 instead of 5/5 for value is because I’ve always had a hard time wrapping my brain around the cost of florals for weddings. But knowing how astronomical those numbers can be and considering that we got married on Mother’s Day weekend when florals are often twice as expensive, I am so impressed with how flexible Michelle was and how hard she worked to stay within the original budget while still creating the exact aesthetic we were going after. When one option seemed unreasonable she was always ready with a couple of other options which were just as beautiful. After our first phone call, where she spent over an hour going over details with me and getting to know me, I felt so cared for and just knew I was in the best possible hands. She never ever made me feel like she was trying to stretch the established budget or bad for wanting to be savvy. The final result was like a dream. The first moment I cried on my wedding day was when Michelle arrived at the hotel and showed me my flowers, which had some sentimental touches that just blew me away. And she even went so far as to gift me some vases of her own in order to bring my grandmother a small arrangement at her nursing home the day after the wedding. Generous, thoughtful, creative, talented and supremely professional, I really cannot say enough good things about Michelle Jeanne!

Michelle and her team are extremely talented. The second I found her site, I knew I had to meet her. Michelle listens to exactly what you want as a bride and makes it happen while keeping your budget in mind. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been half as beautiful if it weren’t for the amazing floral arrangements throughout our venue. In addition, she is responsive and makes you feel at ease with any and every request! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in search of a cost friendly, extremely talented florist in the Rhode Island area.
