If you are looking for a wedding planner, congratulations your search is over, Yazmin is the one! If you already hired a wedding planner for your big day, my advice, forfeit your deposit and hire Yazmin, you won’t regret it.
Yazmin truly goes above and beyond to make your day special. After we hired Yazmin for our wedding, she reached out to all of our vendors, made sure all the vendors had everything they needed, created a timeline for everyone involved on our big day, created table arrangements, designed a seating chart display, and made sure everything was ready to go. My husband and I live very busy work lives. I’m usually at work before 7 am 5 days a week and don’t get home until after 6 pm. I often work weekends, as well. Yazmin made herself available to discuss our wedding as late as 10 pm some nights to accommodate my crazy schedule.
Planning a wedding is overwhelming. There are so many little things that can be overlooked and so much to organize to ensure everything comes together for your big day. At first, we didn’t think we needed a wedding planner. But as soon as we hired Yazmin all of my wedding stress went away. Yazmin is one of those rare individuals that has a calming presence. Trust me when I say not all wedding coordinators have this trait, and Yazmin is truly a hidden gem. From the start, she was extremely organized, had a clear plan of action, asked all the right questions, and answered any and all of my silly questions.
She set up all our decorations, directed the photographers on where to go, told the photographers what photos we wanted, instructed our florist on how I wanted the flowers, made the bartenders aware of our specialty drinks, helped our violinist set up, ensured the DJ had our preferred song list, set up the bridal parties entrance and exit, and loaded all of the leftover alcohol, decorations, and personal belongings into our cars all while we were celebrating.
If you ask anyone that knows me personally, it takes a lot to impress me. I don’t give good reviews lightly, but I can not say enough good things about Yazmin.
If you want to have a stress-free wedding, hire Yazmin. If you want to enjoy your wedding to the fullest extent possible, hire Yazmin. If you want to make your dream wedding a reality, hire Yazmin. If you’re still reading this review, stop reading and just hire Yazmin! -

Yazmin made our day PERFECT ✨💙
There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for Yazmin!!!! We met and hired Yaz for her month-of planning services, and she went above and beyond. Since the beginning she was super detailed and attentive. Wedding planning can be hectic, but Yaz’s calm demeanor and excitement kept us centered throughout the entire process. She joined many meetings with our vendors even when she wasn’t required to join us but it was so incredibly helpful to have her there with us. On our wedding day every detail was perfection. Our guests kept complimenting how attentive Yazmin was to their needs and how smooth our day went. Yaz and her team made sure everyone was well taken care of, especially us. I was in awe with how beautifully they worked with the vendors to ensure our day was beautiful and ran smoothly. She was also honest when I needed advice or felt indecisive about certain decisions throughout the whole process. Most importantly, she became a friend throughout the entire experience. She provided the best advice and refocused our attention to the things that matter most. We are extremely thankful to have hired Yazmin, and most importantly for her support in making our day perfect.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner Yazmin and her team... From start to finish, she made every step of the process feel effortless and memorable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to every detail, making sure our vision came to life beautifully. Everything I needed, everything I was missing, she had it. All while being very affordable, which we deeply appreciated.
On wedding day, she went above and beyond. She handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that my husband and I were able to truly enjoy every moment. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we stayed hydrated and ate between photos, and supported our wedding party with such warmth and professionalism.
My parents were especially impressed by her respectful, kind, and graceful demeanor. Since we were married in a church, it meant a lot to us that she was both knowledgeable and deeply respectful of the traditions and flow of the ceremony.
Thanks to her, our day was not only beautiful but also peaceful and filled with joy. We feel so grateful to have had her by our side, she genuinely made our wedding unforgettable. -

We were thrilled with Métis! Attentive to the details, professional and easy to work with. The last weeks, I did not worry since Yazmin Rodriguez reviewed all the vendor contracts, coordinated with them, oversaw the deliveries and oversaw the set up at the church and reception. Their team on the day of the wedding made everything run smoothly. Thanks to Metis the wedding was a beautiful event! -

If I could give more stars I would! I absolutely lovvvvvvveeeeeeddddd working with Yaz and her team. Yaz helped me in ways that I did not even realize I would need and she made everything on the day of run so smoothly. My wedding day was beyond perfect! I’m still not over it and if I could do it all over again.. I would do call Yaz in a heartbeat 💓 My husband and I always talk about how everyone always tells you to expect something to go wrong and to be honest.. IF something went wrong .. I have no clue about it. The team really made everything work seamlessly and working with Yaz was so easy! Working with her felt like I was working with a best friend. She went above and beyond with her services and it truly blew me away. My mom, friends, and guests all raved about her and the service! If you’re reading comments to see if you should hire her… DOOOOOO ITTTTT!!!! You will not be disappointed

Yazmin and the entire Metis team are Top Gun!!
The absolute best decision I made for our wedding was having Yazmin as our partial coordinator!! She is the best and so great at what she does!! Yazmin is so detailed and on top of things. Everything she did was flawless and so well done! She connected me with phenomenal vendors and truly cares about you as a person as well as your event. She completely saved our wedding from being a complicated disaster finding us a new venue in less than a couple of months and found great replacement vendors too. Yazmin went well above and beyond far out of the call of duty to make sure we really had the most wonderful wedding. And she does it with a fun and sweet heart while being super creative, frugal and smart. She absolutely is wedding wise and I would hire her again for other events too and completely recommend her as I had peace of mind knowing our wedding was in her hands. -

Yazmin has been fantastic to work with. She is meticulous, and has your back all the way through the wedding coordination process.
She created a wedding day timeline for us, planned out the order of picture taking, and did an excellent job communicating with the venue and vendors.
Having her as our wedding day coordinator was a huge lift from our shoulders. She made the wedding plan process simple and manageable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family for future weddings. -

Exceptional is an adjective not even CLOSE to describing the quality, care, and professionalism Yazzy provided for us on our special day. Our day was so magical because of the wizard behind it all. From creating our timeline, to rehearsal, and then the actual big day, Yazzy made sure to explain the entire process and answer all questions. She ensured the staff at the venue knew what we wanted, and because of her, our day was executed to perfection. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to make sure we not only had everything in place, but was intentional about making sure we as a couple were taken care of. She looked out for our well-being by making sure we ate, drank water, and had our alone time as newly weds. We are so thankful to have hired her. The absolute best
Are you kidding me? Yazmin was the greatest!! She took care of everything, her level of engagement and attention to detail was outstanding, she treated the wedding as if it was her own. She also was able to include our puppy into the ceremony and the fact that shes very flexible with dogs puts her on the top tier! i’d hire her again in an instant!!! -

If you’re looking to book an event planner, Metis Events is the best EVER! Yazmin is much more then a coordinator! She played so many roles for us on our wedding day! She was detailed and never missed a beat! She went above and beyond in so many ways! She made our wedding go super smooth without any hiccups! She made sure to always put me first and calm my nerves down when I got too anxious.
